Definitions
- Seqmentlaqereinrichtunq Seqmentlaqereinrichtunq, swivel lever arrangement for a disc brake and a set of several Seqmentlaqereinrichtunqen
- the invention relates to a segment bearing device with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention also relates to a pivot lever arrangement with the segment bearing device and a set of several segment bearing devices, in particular for the brake arrangement.
- Rolling bearings usually allow the bearing partners to rotate relative to one another without limiting the angle of rotation. In some applications, however, only a pivoting of bearing partners should be supported relative to one another. In such applications it is sufficient that the roller bearing does not extend over 360 °, but is limited to a partial angle range.
- the document DE 10 2016 218 412 A1 which probably forms the closest prior art, relates to a pivot lever arrangement for a disc brake, the pivot lever arrangement having a pivot lever.
- the pivot lever is pivotably mounted with respect to a counter bearing section via a segment bearing device.
- the segment bearing device extends over an angular range from 0 ° to less than 180 °.
- the segment bearing device consists only of a cage with rolling elements which roll on the one hand on the counter-bearing section and on the other hand on the pivot lever. So that the cage cannot wander out in the axial direction, it has wing sections which encompass the counter-bearing section on both sides.
- segment bearing device which can be manufactured in a particularly simple manner. This object is achieved by a segment bearing device with the feature of claim 1, by a pivot lever arrangement with the features of claim 8 and by a set of several segment bearing devices.
- the subject matter of the invention is a segment bearing device which is used for bearing a first bearing partner relative to a second bearing partner.
- the segment bearing device is preferably used in a pivot lever arrangement for a disc brake, which is described below.
- the segment bearing device has a plurality of rolling elements.
- the rolling bodies are preferably designed as rollers, in particular as needles.
- the rolling elements are preferably made of metal.
- the segment bearing device has a segment cage for receiving the rolling elements.
- the rolling bodies are particularly preferably arranged in one row in the segment cage. In alternative embodiments, these can also be arranged in two or more rows.
- the segment cage preferably has receptacles for the rolling elements. It can be provided that the rolling elements are held captive in the segment cage. Particularly preferably, the rolling elements are arranged in the segment cage with full complementary shapes in order to increase the load-bearing capacity. It can be provided that the rolling bodies, in particular designed as rollers, in particular as needles, are only held at the end in the segment cage. For example, holding knobs can be provided at the end, the rolling elements being held radially on the inside by two holding knobs and radially on the outside by two further holding knobs.
- the segment bearing device and / or the segment cage and / or the majority of the rolling elements extend over an angular segment which is smaller than 200 °, in particular smaller than 180 ° and particularly preferably smaller than 135 °.
- This restricted extension in the direction of rotation means that the segment bearing device is designed only for a pivoting movement, but not for a rotary movement, in particular for an endless rotary movement.
- the segment bearing device has at least one return element, the return element being connected to the segment cage. It is provided that the return member protrudes in the axial direction from the segment cage. Especially The return member preferably has the task of returning the segment cage to an initial position in the direction of rotation when the segment bearing device is in operation.
- the segment bearing device have a partial shell, in particular a half shell, the partial shell providing a track for the rolling elements. Furthermore, the partial shell guides the segment cage in the axial direction and has guide ribs for this purpose.
- the return member runs radially inward to the adjacent guide rim.
- the return element in the axial installation space of the guide board has an outer diameter which is smaller than the inner diameter, in particular smaller than the free inner diameter.
- the new concept of the segment bearing device has some differences from the prior art.
- the return organs have the task of returning the segment cage and not the task of guiding the segment cage in the axial direction.
- the partial shell has the guide rims, which are arranged on both sides of the segment cage.
- the return element is arranged on the segment cage, there is a large design freedom with regard to the positioning of the return element in the direction of rotation around the pivot axis on the segment cage; in principle, the return element can be positioned freely.
- the rest of the segment bearing device is designed independently of the return element. In practice it has been shown that the position of the return element is designed differently for different applications.
- the concept of the segment bearing device now makes it possible to manufacture different segment cages with at least one return element, but always to use the same partial shell for the different segment cages in order to produce different segment bearing devices. This modular structure of the segment bearing device enables manufacturing costs to be saved.
- the return member is designed to be free of contact with the partial shell.
- This specification underlines the concept of the segment bearing device that the return member is not suitable and / or designed for guiding the segment cage relative to the partial shell, but rather for Return in the direction of rotation.
- the return member particularly preferably has a maximum external diameter, the maximum external diameter being designed to be smaller than the minimum internal diameter of at least one of the guide rims, in particular of the adjacent guide rims.
- the return element and the segment cage can be designed as separate components, and these can be connected to one another in any desired manner, for example, materially, non-positively and / or positively.
- the return element, the segment cage are designed as a common component.
- the common component is manufactured as a plastic component in a common injection molding tool.
- the return element is injection-molded onto the segment cage, so that the common component is formed.
- the partial shell is particularly preferably designed as a shaped sheet metal part.
- the raceway for the rolling elements is designed as a metallic raceway and is therefore very resilient.
- this embodiment again underlines the possible concept that different segment cages are used for the same partial shells, the segment cages differing in the positioning of the return member.
- the segment bearing device in particular the segment cage, has two of the return organs, these being particularly preferably arranged axially opposite one another.
- the two return organs make it possible to make the return symmetrical and thereby avoid tilting during the return.
- an axially symmetrical component is thereby created, with one of the return organs optionally being able to be used in the application.
- the partial shell has at least one stop element for the segment cage, the stop element being formed in one piece in the partial shell.
- the stop member can be designed, for example, as a hook section.
- a maximum outside diameter of the return element is preferably designed to be smaller than the free inside diameter of the adjacent guide rim.
- Another object of the invention is a pivot lever assembly for a disc brake, in particular for a commercial vehicle with the features of claim 8.
- the pivot lever assembly is used to transmit a braking force from an actuator, such as a pneumatic cylinder, to a brake shoe with a brake lining.
- the pivot lever arrangement has a pivot lever as a first bearing partner.
- the braking force is preferably transmitted via the pivot lever.
- the pivot lever is arranged to be pivotable about a pivot axis.
- the pivot lever arrangement has a counter-bearing section as a second bearing partner.
- the pivot lever is connected to the actuator in particular in terms of transmission technology.
- the first bearing partner is supported relative to the second bearing partner with or via a segment bearing device.
- the segment bearing device is preferably designed as described above.
- the segment bearing device has no or a modified type of partial shell, the modified partial shell, for example, having no guide rims.
- the pivot lever arrangement in particular the segment cage, has a return element or the return element which is connected to the segment cage, in particular in the manner described above. It is provided that the pivot lever has a return counter-element, the return counter-element being designed and / or arranged to return the segment cage via the return element in the direction of rotation.
- the counter-return element is coupled in terms of movement to the return element in exactly one direction of rotation or in both directions of rotation.
- the return counter-member takes the return member with it in the direction of rotation and optionally additionally in the counter-direction in a form-fitting manner.
- the return counter-member is designed as a groove section.
- the groove section can be incorporated in a base body of the pivot lever; alternatively, an additional element is connected to the pivot lever which carries the groove section.
- the additional element can be designed as a fork element which forms the groove section.
- the return member is carried along by the return counter-member in both directions of rotation. In this case, the return element can be received in the counter-return element in the direction of rotation or even without play; alternatively, the return element is received in the counter-return element with a tolerance path of at least 2 mm.
- the pivot lever arrangement has two such segment bearing devices.
- Each of the two segment bearing devices has a segment cage, each with two return organs.
- the pivot lever on the other hand, has only two return counter-members, so that two of the return members are not coupled to a respective return counter-member.
- the background to this implementation is that the return of the segment cage is sufficiently ensured by exactly one return counter element per segment bearing device and that identical segment bearing devices can be used during installation thanks to the two return devices per segment cage, so that no assembly errors can occur due to confusion of a left and right segment bearing device.
- Another object of the invention relates to a set of a plurality of segment bearing devices as described above, especially for the pivot lever arrangement as described above. It is provided that the partial shells are designed as identical parts. In contrast, the segment cages differ in the position of at least one return element in the direction of rotation.
- This further subject matter of the invention underlines once again the idea of designing different types of the segment bearing device to be producible by expanding the design freedom, with the partial shells being able to be used for all types at the same time. Further features, advantages and effects of the invention emerge from the following description of a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention and the attached figures. These show:
- Figure 1 is a schematic representation of a pivot lever arrangement as an embodiment of the invention
- Figure 2 is a schematic three-dimensional representation of the segment bearing device.
- FIG. 1 shows, in a schematic side view, a pivot lever arrangement 1 for a disc brake 2, which is shown only as a block, for a utility vehicle as an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
- the pivoting lever arrangement 1 has the function of deflecting a braking force B introduced by an actuator 3 and, if necessary, of translating it and passing it on as translated braking force B 'in the direction of the brake shoes or brake linings.
- the pivot lever arrangement 1 has a pivot lever 4 which is mounted in a brake caliper 5 such that it can pivot via a pivot axis S.
- the pivot lever 4 has a free end 6a on which the actuator 3, for example designed as a hydraulic or pneumatic actuator 3, engages.
- the pivot lever 4 is mounted pivotably about the pivot axis S at a pivot end 6b.
- the pivot lever 4 is pivotably mounted with respect to a counter bearing section 7, so that the pivot lever 4 forms a first bearing partner and the counter bearing section 7 forms a second bearing partner.
- the cage segment 9 extends around the pivot axis S in an angular range of less than 180 degrees.
- the counter-bearing section 7 can form part of the brake caliper 5, the translated braking force B 'then being passed on via a region of the pivot lever 4 opposite the segment bearing device 8, for example via a bridge.
- the counter-bearing section 7 forms a pressure piece, so that the translated braking force B 'is passed on from the pressure piece in the direction of the brake shoes.
- the segment bearing device 8 has a partial shell 13 which is designed as a half shell and which is arranged on the counter bearing section 7.
- the pivot lever 4 forms a first raceway 11, the partial shell 13 forms a second raceway 12 for the rolling elements 10.
- the raceways 11, 12 are an integral part of the pivot lever 4 or the partial shell 13.
- the rolling elements 10 are preferably made of metal for the transmission of the braking forces.
- the rolling elements 10 are designed as cylindrical rollers, in particular as needles.
- the segment cage 9 is made of a plastic, since it only has to introduce and remove small forces.
- the segment cage 9 can be pivoted about the pivot axis S during operation. It cannot be ruled out that the segment cage 9 moves in the direction of rotation around the pivot axis S, so that it no longer returns to the starting position shown, but moves clockwise or counterclockwise out of the annular gap between the pivot lever 4 and the counter bearing section 7.
- the segment cage 9 has a return element 14 which protrudes in the axial direction.
- the pivot lever 4, on the other hand, is connected to a return counter-member 15, the return counter-member 15 being pivot-coupled to the return member 14.
- the return element 14 is designed as a wing section and the return counter-element 15 as a groove section.
- the return element 14 can also be implemented as a groove section and the return counter-element 15 as a wing section.
- the return element 14 and the return counter element 15 can be brought into positive connection with one another in the direction of rotation about the pivot axis S, so that the return counter element 15, the return element 14 and thus the segment cage
- FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional representation of the segment bearing device 8 in FIG. 1. It can be seen that the partial shell 13 is designed as a shaped sheet metal part. The partial shell 13 provides the second raceway 12 for the rolling elements on the inner circumference
- the partial shell 13 represents the second track 12 for more than 150 ° and less than 180 ° in the direction of rotation about the pivot axis S is available.
- guide rims 16 a, b are provided for the segment cage 9, which extend over the entire course of the partial shell 13 in the direction of rotation.
- the guide rims 16 a, b are designed as deformed partial areas of the partial shell 13.
- stop members 17 a, b in this exemplary embodiment designed as molded flakes, are arranged, which form an end stop for the segment cage 9.
- the partial shell 13 is designed without a stop, so that the segment cage 9 can be mounted in the partial shell 13 in a simple manner.
- a nose section 18 a, b designed as a tab, is integrally formed on each of the sides, one of the nose sections 18 b having a through opening 19.
- the nose sections 18 a, b serve to assemble the partial shell 13 and / or the segment bearing device 8.
- the segment cage 9 is arranged in the partial shell 13.
- the segment cage 9 extends in the circumferential direction over a partial area of the partial shell 13, so that it can be moved around the pivot axis S in the direction of rotation relative to the partial shell 13.
- the segment cage 9 is made of plastic and has a plurality of receptacles 20 for the rolling elements 10.
- the rolling elements 10 are arranged in the segment cage 9 with full complement, so that a high load-bearing capacity is achieved for the installation space.
- the rolling elements 10 are held at the end by holding knobs 21 which are formed in one piece with the segment cage 9.
- the segment cage 9 is axially closed by side ring sections 22 a, b.
- the side ring sections 22 a, b run in the axial direction against the guide rims 16 a, b, so that the segment cage 9 is guided in the axial direction through the guide rims 16 a, b.
- the free inner diameter of the guide rims 16 a, b is dimensioned larger than the free inner diameter of the guide rims 16 a, b, so that it protrudes radially inward from the guide rims 16 a, b.
- the segment cage 9 has two of the return organs 14, the return organs 14 protruding in the axial direction from the segment cage 9 and / or protruding beyond the guide rims 16 a, b.
- the return members 14 can be designed, for example, as web sections, but modified as pin sections or the like. In the implementation, it is possible that these are integrally connected to the segment cage 9 and accordingly from the same Base material are manufactured, in particular injection-molded, or are injection-molded onto the base body of the segment cage 9. Alternatively, these are designed as separate components and connected to the base body of the segment cage 9.
- the return organs 14 can be designed as pins which are inserted into corresponding openings in the base body of the segment cage 9. In any case, the return organs 14 are firmly connected to the segment cage 9.
- the return members 14 are arranged at the same angular position and / or axially opposite one another. This results in a design freedom at which angular position the return organs 14 are arranged, since this angular position depends on the surrounding construction and thus in particular depending on the design of the pivot lever 4.
- the return organs 14 are arranged without contact with the guide rims 16 a, b to reduce friction to keep it small at the point.
- a maximum outer diameter of the return elements 14 is smaller than the free inner diameter of the guide rims 16 a, b.
