It is formed by warp knitting machine and has high production efficiency. The structural feature of the bale net is that the mesh is larger, and the functional requirement is to have a certain bearing strength.

- the warp chain 1 in Fig. 1 is redesigned to become the warp chain 1 in Fig. 2.
- the fiber of the redesigned warp chain 1 is composed of two parts, one part is called loop formation
- the fiber 4 constitutes the coil 2, and the other part is called the lining warp fiber, or the lining warp 5 for short. It does not form a loop, but is lined into the loop link 2 formed by the loop-forming fiber 4.

- the bale net structure thus constituted is a proprietary structure of the patent bale net of the present invention.
- the connecting knot 6 is on a warp chain 1.
- the first sub-lining warp 5-1 and the second sub-lining warp 5-2 are separated by two coil links 2 and there is one connection knot 6,
- the bale net structure thus constituted is a proprietary structure of the patent bale net of the present invention.
- the connecting knot 6 is on a warp chain 1.
- the first sub-lining warp 5-1 and the second sub-lining warp 5-2 are separated by 3 coil links 2 and there is a connection knot 6,
- the bale net structure thus constituted is a proprietary structure of the patent bale net of the present invention.
- the connecting knot 6 is on a warp chain 1, and the first lining warp 5-1 and the second lining warp 5-2 are separated by more than 3 coil links 2, such as 4, 5, 6...,
- the bale net structure thus constituted is a proprietary structure of the patent bale net of the present invention.
- the lining warp 5 of embodiment 4 in addition to being composed of 2 lining warps, can also be composed of 3, 4, 5... or more lining warps, as shown in Figure 14 for the first lining warp 5-1.
- the second sub-lining warp 5-2 and the third sub-lining warp 5-3 are composed of three sub-lining warps 5, which are separated by 1 coil link 2 (see Figure 14) and 2 coils.
- Link 2 see Figure 15
- 3 coil links 2 see Figure 16
- the root lining warp, and the structure with more than 3 coil links 2 spaced apart, the combination of more than 3 lining warps and more than 3 coil links 2 spaced apart are all embodiments of the patent of the present invention, and thus constitute
- the bale net structure is a proprietary structure of the invention patent bale net.
- the warp-knitted chain lining structure for woven nets of the present invention and the baling net using the same are provided.
- the warp-knitted chain lining structure is composed of warp-knitted chains and straight-lined warp-knitted chains. The two parts are compounded.
- the warp-knitted chain is formed by the series of loop links formed by warp-knitting loop fibers.
- the denier of the warp-knitted chain is 3 times the denier of loop-forming fiber A, and the denier of loop-forming fiber
- the ratio of A to the denier of the interlining C is less than or equal to 2.33.
- the straight interlining and the warp-knitting chain are used to share the burden.
- the warp chain bears load, the lining warp does not have the problem of bending and weakened strength, and the strength of the braided chain is improved, thereby increasing the overall strength of the bale net with the warp chain braided chain structure of the lining.
- the overall strength of the braided chain can be maximized by optimizing the ratio of the denier of the loop-forming fiber and the denier of the interlining fiber to realize the performance and price of the baling net.
- the connection knot is used to avoid the relative movement between the lining warp and the coil in the warp direction, and to improve the stability of the warp chain braided chain and the bale net.
