本公开实施例涉及一种空调导风组件和空调内机。
背景技术
空调器包括内机和外机,其中,内机中的导风板可拆卸地安装于底座上,例如,壁挂式空调内机。
然而,已知的导风板与底座在装配过程中,具有拆装困难的问题。
发明内容
本公开实施例解决的问题是改善空调内机中,导风板与底座拆装困难的问题。
为解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供了一种空调导风组件和空调内机。
第一方面,本实施例提供一种空调导风组件,包括底座、导风板和安装支架,所述导风板通过所述安装支架可拆卸地连接于所述底座,所述底座包括座板和固定连接于所述座板的卡合件和弹性扣,所述安装支架包括固定连接的卡接件和卡接凸块,所述卡接件与所述卡合件卡接,所述卡接凸块与所述弹性扣卡接。
在本实施例中,通过在底座上设置弹性扣,在安装支架上设置卡接凸块,且卡接凸块能够与弹性扣配合。在将安装支架与底座进行装配时,安装支架的卡接件沿安装方向与底座上的卡合件在卡接过程中,安装支架的卡接凸块会挤压弹性扣,以使弹性扣的自由端发生形变;然后安装支架沿安装方向继续运动,卡接凸块越过弹性扣后,挤压力消失,弹性扣复位,此时卡接凸块正好与弹性扣卡接,卡接件与卡合件也安装到位。通过弹性扣的弹性形变, 有利于拆装,且操作方便。
在可选的实施方式中,所述弹性扣包括自由端,所述自由端与所述座板之间具有间隙,所述自由端包括凸设于所述座板的凸部,所述卡接凸块与所述凸部配合卡接。
在本实施例中,通过将弹性扣的自由端与座板之间设置有间隙,以使弹性扣的自由端具有弹性形变的能力。且弹性扣自由端上的凸部凸出于座板,当安装支架在装配的过程中,实现易安装,且卡接牢固的目的。
在可选的实施方式中,所述凸部包括背对设置的第一卡接面和第一导向面,所述卡接凸块包括背对设置的第二卡接面和第二导向面,所述第一卡接面与所述第二卡接面配合卡接,所述安装支架与所述底座在安装过程中,以使所述第一导向面能够和所述第二导向面配合导向。
在本实施例中,凸部背对设置的两个面分别为第一卡接面和第一导向面,卡接凸块背对设置的两个面分别为第二卡接面和第二导向面。安装支架与底座在装配的过程中,第二导向面先与第一导向面接触配合,同时第一导向面和第二导向面起到导向作用,有利于顺利安装。当安装支架继续运动且卡接凸块越过凸部后,第一卡接面正好与第二卡接面卡接,即装配到位。
在可选的实施方式中,所述第一卡接面与所述第一导向面的连接处包括第一交线,垂直于所述座板且过所述第一交线能够确定基准面,所述第一卡接面与所述基准面之间的夹角为30°~60°。
在本实施例中,通过将第一卡接面与基准面之间夹角设计为30°~60°的范围内,在装配时,有利于卡接牢固;在拆卸时,有利于卡接凸块从凸部位置滑出,方便拆卸。
在可选的实施方式中,所述第一卡接面与所述第一导向面的连接处包括第一交线,垂直于所述座板且过所述第一交线能够确定基准面,所述第一导向面与所述基准面之间的夹角为30°~60°。
在本实施例中,通过将第一导向面与基准面之间夹角设计为30°~60°的范围内,以使安装支架与弹性扣在装配时,具有斜面导向作用,有利于卡接凸块越过凸部,方便安装的目的。
在可选的实施方式中,所述卡合件包括相对设置的第一卡部和第二卡部,所述第一卡部和第二卡部形成卡设空间,所述弹性扣位于所述第一卡部和所 述第二卡部之间。
在本实施例中,通过将弹性扣设计在第一卡部和第二卡部之间的位置,在实现安装支架与底座拆装方便的前提下,可以减小底座上卡合件和弹性扣所占用的空间;同时,减小安装支架上卡接件和卡接凸块的体积。
在可选的实施方式中,所述底座还包括固定连接于所述座板的支撑件,所述安装支架还包括与所述支撑件相配合的卡槽,所述卡槽位于所述卡接凸块的背离所述卡接件的一侧,所述支撑件卡设于所述卡槽内。
在本实施例中,通过设置支撑件,且支撑件能够卡设于安装支架底部的卡槽内。通过支撑件与弹性扣的共同作用,限制安装支架上下方向上的运动。
在可选的实施方式中,所述支撑件沿垂直于所述座板的方向延伸且包括远离所述座板的延伸端,所述卡槽包括背离所述卡接凸块的配合端;
所述延伸端沿宽度方向的至少一侧设置有第一防脱部,所述配合端的内侧壁设置有与所述第一防脱部相配合的第二防脱部,所述第一防脱部为卡接凹槽和凸起二者之中的其中一个,所述第二防脱部为二者之中的另外一个,所述凸起卡设于所述卡接凹槽内。
在本实施例中,通过在支撑件的延伸端设置第一防脱部,在卡槽的配合端的内侧壁设置第二防脱部,且第一防脱部与第二防脱部为卡接配合。有利于增加安装支架与底座连接的稳固性,降低空调内机在运输晃动的过程中,安装支架从底座上脱落的可能性。
在可选的实施方式中,所述支撑件的延伸方向与所述第一防脱部的延伸方向之间的夹角为165°~175°;
所述第一防脱部包括起始端和终止端,所述起始端相对所述终止端靠近于所述支撑件的端壁,所述起始端与所述支撑件的顶壁之间的距离小于所述终止端与所述支撑件的顶壁之间的距离。
在本实施例中,通过将第一防脱部设计为沿与支撑件的延伸方向具有夹角的方向延伸,且第一防脱部相对于支撑件为斜向下。当第一防脱部与第二防脱部卡接配合后,在加上弹性扣和卡接凸块之间的配合,进一步增强了安装支架与支撑件端部的配合稳固性,有利于防止安装支架从底座上脱落。
第二方面,实施例提供一种空调内机,包括前述实施方式任一项所述的空调导风组件。
本实施例提供的空调内机包括上述空调导风组件的优点:降低了安装支架与底座的拆装难度,加快了安装支架与底座的拆装速度,提升装配效率;加强了安装支架与底座的连接稳固性,以使安装支架不易从底座上脱落,也进一步加强了导风板与底座的稳固性。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本公开的具体实施例做详细的说明。
本公开实施例提供了一种空调内机,该空调内机包括空调导风组件。
在空调内机中,导风板通过安装支架安装于底座上,且组成空调导风组件。为了使空调内机易拆洗,目前,导风板通过安装支架可拆卸地连接于底座上。当需要拆卸时,将安装支架与底座拆卸,即可实现导风板与底座的分离。
然而,已知的安装支架与底座拆装困难。另外,装配后的空调内机在运输过程中,尤其是遇到颠簸晃动时,导风板容易从底座上脱落,影响用户的良好体验。
图1为本公开实施例提供的空调导风组件100的分解示意图,如图1所示。
空调导风组件100包括底座20、导风板01及安装支架10,导风板01通过安装支架10可拆卸地连接于底座20上。通过在底座20上设置弹性扣23,在安装支架10上设置与弹性扣23相配合的卡接凸块12,借助于弹性扣23受力发生形变,外力消失后复位的特性,在保证安装支架10与底座20装配稳固的前提下,减小安装支架10与底座20的拆装难度,提高拆装效率。
下面对本实施例提供的空调导风组件100的各个部件的具体结构和相互之间的对应关系进行详细说明。
图2为底座20上A处的放大示意图,图3为安装支架10部分结构第一视角的结构示意图,图4为安装支架10部分结构第二视角的结构示意图,请参照图2、图3及图4所示。
底座20包括座板21、卡合件22和弹性扣23,其中,卡合件22和弹性扣23固定连接于座板21上。
具体的,卡合件22包括相对设置的第一卡部和第二卡部,且第一卡部和第二卡部形成卡设空间225。弹性扣23包括相对的连接端和自由端24,连接端与座板21固定连接,自由端24与座板21之间具有间隙,从而使得弹性扣23的自由端24具有弹性。
进一步地,弹性扣23为薄板长条状结构。沿长度方向,弹性扣23的两侧与座板21之间也开设有间隙,从而提高弹性扣23自由端24的弹性性能。
可选的,弹性扣23的侧壁和自由端24处的底壁分别与座板21之间的间隙为1mm,以使弹性扣23的自由端24具有一定的弹性。
与底座20相对应的,安装支架10包括固定连接的卡接件11和卡接凸块 12。卡接件11与卡合件22卡接配合,同时,卡接凸块12与弹性扣23卡接配合。
在本实施例中,弹性扣23位于卡合件22的第一卡部和第二卡部之间,卡接凸块12也位于卡接件11两侧边之间。由第一卡部和第二卡部形成的卡设空间225为槽状结构,该槽的延伸方向为安装支架10的安装方向02。在装配时,安装支架10沿该安装方向02从卡设空间225的开口处装入,当卡接件11与卡合件22卡接到位时,卡接凸块12与弹性扣23也正好卡接。
具体的,弹性扣23的连接端位于卡设空间225的开口处附近,弹性扣23的延伸方向与上述安装方向02相同,弹性扣23的自由端24设置有凸部25,且凸部25凸设于座板21,以使安装支架10与底座20卡接的过程中,安装支架10上的卡接凸块12与凸部25配合卡接。
进一步地,为了方便加工安装支架10,在卡接凸块12的中间开设槽,从而将卡接凸块12分隔为两个,简化成型工艺。
图5为安装支架10与底座20上弹性扣23配合的剖面图,请参照图2、图4及图5所示。
具体的,弹性扣23的自由端24设置的凸部25的横截面大致为三角形结构,凸部25包括背对设置的第一卡接面251和第一导向面253。其中,第一导向面253相对于第一卡接面251靠近于连接端。
与弹性扣23相对应的,安装支架10的卡接凸块12的横截面也大致为三角形结构,卡接凸块12包括背对设置的第二卡接面13和第二导向面14。当安装支架10沿安装方向02安装于底座20上时,以安装方向02为基准,第二导向面14位于前面,第二卡接面13位于后面。且在安装支架10与底座20的安装过程中,安装支架10的第二导向面14与弹性扣23上凸部25的第一导向面253配合,实现安装导向的作用。当安装支架10与弹性扣23的凸部25配合卡接时,安装支架10的第二卡接面13与凸部25的第一卡接面251配合卡接。
在本实施例中,为了使得安装支架10的卡接凸块12与弹性扣23的凸部25卡接牢固,且易于拆装。
图6为图5中B处的放大示意图,请参照图6所示。
凸块上第一卡接面251与第一导向面253的连接处包括第一交线,过第 一交线做垂直于座板21的面为基准面05,则,第一卡接面251与基准面05之间的夹角为第一夹角07,可选地,第一夹角07为30°~60°。以使安装支架10与底座20在装配时,有利于卡接凸块12与弹性扣23卡接牢固;安装支架10与底座20在拆卸时,有利于卡接凸块12从弹性扣23的凸部25位置滑出,方便拆卸。
进一步地,第一导向面253与基准面05之间的夹角为第二夹角08,可选地,第二夹角08为也为30°~60°。以使安装支架10与弹性扣23在装配时,第一导向面253和第二导向面14具有斜面导向的作用,有利于卡接凸块12越过凸部25轻易滑入装配位置,然后弹性扣23恢复形变与卡接凸块12卡接,达到方便安装、防止脱出的目的。
可选地,第一卡接面251与基准面05之间的夹角为45°,第一导向面253与基准面05之间的夹角也为45°。
图7为本实施例提供的空调导风组件100中安装支架10第三视角的结构示意图,请参照图2、图4及图7所示。
底座20还包括支撑件26,支撑件26固定连接于座板21上,且支撑件26沿垂直于座板21的方向延伸。安装支架10还包括卡槽15,卡槽15位于卡接凸块12的背离卡接件11的一侧。且支撑件26与卡槽15相配合,当安装支架10卡设于底座20上时,支撑件26正好卡设于安装支架10的卡槽15内,从而实现支撑的作用,且通过支撑件26与弹性扣23的共同作用,限制了安装支架10相对于底座20上下方向(沿安装方向02)上的运动。
进一步地,为了增强安装支架10与底座20卡接后的连接稳固性,减小安装支架10从底座20上脱出的可能性。由于支撑件26沿垂直于座板21的方向延伸,支撑件26包括远离座板21的延伸端265。在延伸端265沿宽度方向的至少一侧设置有第一防脱部27。与支撑件26相配合的,安装支架10的卡槽15包括背离卡接凸块12的配合端。在配合端的内侧壁设置有第二防脱部16,且第二防脱部16与第一防脱部27卡接配合。
可选的,第一防脱部27为卡接凹槽和凸起二者之中的其中一个,第二防脱部16为二者之中的另外一个,且凸起卡设于卡接凹槽内,从而实现第一防脱部27和第二防脱部16之间的卡接。
在本实施例中,延伸端265宽度方向的两侧均设置有第一防脱部27,卡 槽15配合端的内侧壁的两侧也均设置有第二防脱部16,且第一防脱部27为卡接凹槽,第二防脱部16为凸起。
图8为图2中C处的放大示意图,请参照图8所示。
进一步地,第一防脱部27的延伸方向与支撑件26的延伸方向之间具有第三夹角09,请继续参照图2和图8所示,第一防脱部27包括起始端272和终止端275。其中,起始端272相对于终止端275靠近于支撑件26的端壁上,或者起始端272位于支撑件26的端壁上,终止端275朝向座板21的方向延伸。
进一步地,起始端272与支撑件26的顶壁之间的距离小于终止端275与支撑件26的顶壁之间的距离,以使的第一防脱部27相对于支撑件26的顶壁朝向斜下方延伸。
在本实施例中,支撑件26的延伸方向与第一防脱部27的延伸方向之间的夹角为第三夹角,可选地,第三夹角为165°~175°。
当第一防脱部27与第二防脱部16卡接配合后,加上弹性扣23和卡接凸块12之间的配合,进一步增强了安装支架10与支撑件26端部的配合稳固性,有利于防止安装支架10从底座20上脱落。
可选的,支撑件26的端壁为平面状,第一防脱部27从支撑件26端壁处开始延伸。以加长第一防脱部27与第二防脱部16之间的配合长度,可选的,第一防脱部27与第二防脱部16之间的配合长度可以为6mm~7mm。进而增加安装支架10与支撑件26的接触面积,增大摩擦力,加强卡接凹槽和凸起相互之间的贴合力和卡接强度,以使安装支架10不易从底座20中脱出,装配不易失效。
本公开实施例提供的空调导风组件100和空调内机,针对已知导风板01安装于底座20上出现的安装困难,易脱落的问题进行改进。
通过在底座20上设置弹性扣23,在安装支架10上设置与弹性扣23相匹配的卡接凸块12,卡接凸块12与弹性扣23的弹性卡接,以使安装方便,降低安装难度。
通过在底座20上设置具有第一防脱部27的支撑件26,在安装支架10上设置具有第二防脱部16的卡槽15,支撑件26卡设于卡槽15内,第一防脱部27与第二防脱部16卡接配合,改善了安装支架10容易与底座20脱落 分离的现象,增强连接的稳固性。
具体的安装过程为:安装支架10安装于底座20上时,安装支架10从卡合件22的卡设空间225的开口处沿安装方向02相对于底座20运动。卡接件11沿卡合件22的槽滑动,同时,卡接凸块12与弹性扣23配合。
卡接过程为:卡接凸块12的第二导向面14与凸部25的第一导向面253配合抵接,弹性扣23受力发生形变;安装支架10继续运动直至越过凸部25的第一导向面253,然后卡接凸块12的第二卡接面13与凸部25的第一卡接面251配合。此时,卡接件11相对于卡合件22卡接到位,且底座20上的支撑件26也卡设于卡槽15内,同时,支撑件26上的第一防脱部27与卡槽15内侧壁的第二防脱部16卡接。
拆卸过程为:在图5视角下,以安装支架10的顶部与底座20贴合处为回转中心,安装支架10绕回转中心以顺时针方向转动。以使安装支架10的第二防脱部16与支撑件26的第一防脱部27解除;然后使安装支架10沿与上述安装方向02相反的方向相对于底座20运动。解除卡接的过程为:安装支架10的第二卡接面13抵压凸部25,凸部25受力发生形变,直至安装支架10越过凸部25,然后继续运动直至从卡设空间225内脱出。
本公开实施例提供的空调导风组件100和空调内机具有的有益效果是:
设计合理、结构简单,通过弹性扣23的结构设计,以使弹性扣23在拆装过程中受力弹性变形实现前后移动,从而达到快速拆装,省时省力的目的。通过在支撑件26上设置第一防脱部27,在安装支架10底部的卡槽15内设置第二防脱部16,且增大第一防脱部27与第二防脱部16的接触面积,增大摩擦力,提高安装支架10与底座20的卡接稳固性,以使中间支架不易从底座20上脱出。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本公开的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本公开的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调导风组件,包括底座(20)、导风板(01)和安装支架(10),所述导风板(01)通过所述安装支架(10)可拆卸地连接于所述底座(20),其中,所述底座(20)包括座板(21)和固定连接于所述座板(21)的卡合件(22)和弹性扣(23),所述安装支架(10)包括固定连接的卡接件(11)和卡接凸块(12),所述卡接件(11)与所述卡合件(22)卡接,所述卡接凸块(12)与所述弹性扣(23)卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述弹性扣(23)包括自由端(24),所述自由端(24)与所述座板(21)之间具有间隙,所述自由端(24)包括凸设于所述座板(21)的凸部(25),所述卡接凸块(12)与所述凸部(25)配合卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述凸部(25)包括背对设置的第一卡接面(251)和第一导向面(253),所述卡接凸块(12)包括背对设置的第二卡接面(13)和第二导向面(14),所述第一卡接面(251)与所述第二卡接面(13)配合卡接,所述安装支架(10)与所述底座(20)在安装过程中,以使所述第一导向面(253)能够和所述第二导向面(14)配合导向。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述第一卡接面(251)与所述第一导向面(253)的连接处包括第一交线,垂直于所述座板(21)且过所述第一交线能够确定基准面(05),所述第一卡接面(251)与所述基准面(05)之间的夹角为30°~60°。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述第一卡接面(251)与所述第一导向面(253)的连接处包括第一交线,垂直于所述座板(21)且过所述第一交线能够确定基准面(05),所述第一导向面(253)与所述基准面(05)之间的夹角为30°~60°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述卡合件(22)包括相对设置的第一卡部和第二卡部,所述第一卡部和第二卡部形成卡设空间(225),所述弹性扣(23)位于所述第一卡部和所述第二卡部之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述底座(20)还包括 固定连接于所述座板(21)的支撑件(26),所述安装支架(10)还包括与所述支撑件(26)相配合的卡槽(15),所述卡槽(15)位于所述卡接凸块(12)的背离所述卡接件(11)的一侧,所述支撑件(26)卡设于所述卡槽(15)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述支撑件(26)沿垂直于所述座板(21)的方向延伸且包括远离所述座板(21)的延伸端(265),所述卡槽(15)包括背离所述卡接凸块(12)的配合端;
    所述延伸端(265)沿宽度方向的至少一侧设置有第一防脱部(27),所述配合端的内侧壁设置有与所述第一防脱部(27)相配合的第二防脱部(16),所述第一防脱部(27)为卡接凹槽和凸起二者之中的其中一个,所述第二防脱部(16)为二者之中的另外一个,所述凸起卡设于所述卡接凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调导风组件,其中,所述支撑件(26)的延伸方向与所述第一防脱部(27)的延伸方向之间的夹角为165°~175°;
    所述第一防脱部(27)包括起始端(272)和终止端(275),所述起始端(272)相对所述终止端(275)靠近于所述支撑件(26)的端壁,所述起始端(272)与所述支撑件(26)的顶壁之间的距离小于所述终止端(275)与所述支撑件(26)的顶壁之间的距离。
  10. 一种空调内机,其中,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的空调导风组件(100)。
