另外,对下述具体实施方式中涉及到方位作简要说明:在实施例中所提到的“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、等指示的方向或位置关系,是指附图中所示的方位或位置关系,这些方位仅是为了便于描述和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对公开的限制。
以下结合附图,对本公开上述的和另外的技术特征和优点作更详细的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种中框组件,包括中框1和电控盒3,还包括中框盖板2,所述中框盖板2分别与所述中框1和所述电控盒3连接,中框盖板2与中框连接,中框盖板可随中框一起拆卸,方便取电控盒。电控盒包括电控盒本体和电控盒盖,电控盒本体和电控盒盖可拆卸连接,具体的,中框盖板和电控盒盖连接,从而中框盖板可与电控盒的电控盒盖一起拆卸,不用拆中框,即可取电控盒内的主板,便于检修。中控盖板对所述电控盒3和所述中框1之间的缝隙进行遮挡,避免灰尘进入,更具有美观性。如图5所示,所述中框盖板2上设有用于安装显示盒的安装窗口24,安装窗口和中框上的安装孔相对应,不影响显示盒的装配,所述中框盖板2为框架结构,其框边覆盖遮挡电控盒和中框之间的存在的缝隙,占用面积较小。所述中框盖板2的侧边设置有扣合部21和第二卡扣22,卡扣部的数量为1个,并且扣合部21设置在中框盖板2上的左边框上,所述第二卡扣22设置有两个,两个第二卡扣22设置在右边框的两端处,所述中框盖板上还设置有第一卡扣,所述第一卡扣设置有两个,两个所述第一卡扣相对设置在中框盖板2上的前边框和后边框上,所述扣合部21、第一卡扣和第二卡扣22均和中框盖板2一体注塑成型,结构更加坚固耐用,且简化生产工艺,提高生产效率,从而实现在中框盖板2的四条边框上均和中框卡合连接,中框盖板2和中框的卡合连接更加均衡稳定,并且由于中框盖板2的四条边框均和中框卡合连接,中框盖板2对中框和电控盒之间缝隙密封效果更好,当需要拆卸中框时,由于中框盖板2和中框之间卡合连接,中框盖板2跟随中框一起被拆卸下来,拆装方便, 在中框盖板2覆盖在中框上时,按压中框盖板2,所述扣合部21和中框的边沿卡合使中框盖板2和中框1连接在一起。
具体的,如图4所示,所述扣合部21包括外框211,外框的设置提高扣合部21整体的机械强度,扣合部21和中框卡合更加稳定,外框211在右侧面和上侧面均具有开口,外框211的上侧面的开口和在中框盖板2侧边开设的缺口相对应,外框211的上侧面的开口边缘和缺口的边缘固定连接,所述外框211内壁上一体成型设置有弹性件212,所述弹性件212凸出所述外框211左侧面的开口与所述中框1的边沿卡合连接。
可选的,如图6和图10所示,所述弹性件212一端和所述外框211的内壁固定连接,所述弹性件212的另一端为自由端,所述弹性件212为开口向上的U型结构,弹性件212的固定端熔合在外框211的侧壁内,增强弹性件212和外框211的连接强度,且为弹性件212的自由端预留下更大的形变空间,减小扣合部21整体的尺寸,所述弹性件212的自由端朝向外框211右侧面的开口方向的侧壁上一体成型设置有导向部213和限位部214,导向部213和限位部214在弹性件212的自由端侧壁上上下相对设置,导向部213的下端均具有导向面,从而使弹性件212在和中框卡合或者拆卸时更加顺畅,所述导向部213和所述限位部214之间形成有第二卡槽215,所述第二卡槽215与所述中框1的边沿卡合连接。
可选的,如图6所示,所述弹性件212的自由端在外框211上侧面的开口方向上延伸形成有按压部216,且所述按压部216凸出所述外框211,所述按压部216用来手动按压所述弹性件212的自由端向所述弹性件212的固定端靠近,从而使弹性件212和中框1的边沿脱离,完成中框盖板2和中框1的拆卸。
中框盖板2覆盖在中框1上,向下按压扣合部21,中框的边沿滑过导向部213进入到第二卡槽215中,并被限定部限定在第二卡槽215中,实现扣合部21和中框的卡合连接,当需要拆卸时,按压按压部216,使弹性件212的自由端向固定端靠近,直至导向部213和中框的边沿脱离,扣合部21和中框解除卡合状态,从而进行快速拆卸。
如图3和图4所示,所述外框211抵接有门框,门框一体成型设置在中框边沿的下端,门框具有窗口,外框211和门框的边框抵接,不影响外框211 内的弹性件212和门框上端的中框边沿相互卡合,外框211和门框配合在弹性件212和中框卡合时具有引导作用,同时避免弹性件212和中框卡合过紧,不便于拆卸,所述门框适于设置在所述中框1的边沿上,所述门框31的右侧面和中框的边框设置有加强筋,增强门框和中框的连接强度。
如图5所示,还包括第二卡扣22,所述第二卡扣22适于设置在所述中框盖板2的侧边,第二卡扣22的数量和在中框盖板2上的排列方式可以根据实际需要进行选择,本实施例中,可选的所述第二卡扣22设置有两个,在保证中框盖板2和中框连接牢固的同时有方便拆卸,两个第二卡扣22分别分布在中框盖板2侧边的前端和后端处,实现卡合连接的稳定均衡,所述第二卡扣22与所述中框盖板2的边缘形成有第一卡槽23,所述第一卡槽23用来和所述中框1的边沿卡合连接。
如图3、图5、图7和图9所示,还包括第一卡扣和卡扣筋条,所述第一卡扣设置在所述中框盖板2侧边,第一卡扣的数量和在中框盖板2上排列方式可以根据实际情况进行选择,可选的,所述第一卡扣的数量为双数且对称布置在所述中框盖板2的两侧边上,可选的,所述第一卡扣设置有两个,对称布置在中框盖板2的两侧边上,在保证中框盖板2和中框连接牢固的同时有方便拆卸,所述卡扣筋条适于设置在所述中框1边缘,卡扣筋条一体成型设置在中框的边框的下端,且所述卡扣筋条在中框上的位置和第一卡扣在中框盖板2上的位置对应,便于卡合连接,所述第一卡扣和所述卡扣筋条卡接配合,进一步强化中框盖板2和中框的卡合连接。
如图5和图9所示,所述中框盖板2上设置有卡扣部25,用于与所述电控盒3连接,具体的,卡扣部和电控盒盖连接,所述电控盒盖上设置有与卡扣部适配的卡轴,卡扣部25在中框盖板2上的位置和卡轴在电控盒盖上的位置相对应,卡扣部25和中框盖板2一体注塑成型,卡轴和电控盒盖一体注塑成型,结构坚固耐用,且简化生产工艺,提高生产效率,所述卡扣部25和所述卡轴过盈配合。
所述卡轴为柱状结构,可为方柱或者圆柱,本实施例中,可选的,卡轴为圆柱结构,在中框盖板2和电控盒盖之间卡合连接的同时又能较为顺畅的进行拆卸,且圆柱的外侧面为弧形结构,在和卡扣部25卡合的过程中对卡扣部25的损伤较小,且圆柱的垂直方向上径长变化平缓,卡扣部25和卡轴卡 合或者脱离过程中更加平稳,提高使用者的舒适度。
如图7所示,所述卡扣部25的数量和在中框盖板2上的排列方式可以根据实际需要进行选择,本实施例中,可选的,所述卡扣部25的数量为三组,其中第一组卡扣部25a和第二组卡扣部25b设置在所述中框盖板2的同一侧边上,第三组卡扣部25c与所述第一组卡扣部25a相对设置在所述中框盖板2的另一侧边上,第一组卡扣部25a、第二组卡扣部25b和第三组卡扣部25c在中框盖板2上呈三角排列,在卡扣部25数量较少的情况下实现中框盖板2和电控盒盖较高程度的稳定连接。
如图8所示,所述卡扣部25包括两个卡扣件251,所述卡扣件251上具有凹部2511,两个所述卡扣件251对称设置,并且两个所述卡扣件251的两个所述凹部2511相对。
所述卡扣件251的侧壁设置有加强筋,进一步强化卡扣件251和中框盖板2的连接强度,且加强筋设置在所述卡扣件251的侧壁的边缘处,在强化卡扣件251和中框盖板2的连接强度的同时不会影响卡扣件251的本身的弹性形变能力,避免卡扣部25和卡轴的卡合过程受到影响。
由于卡轴是在径向上和卡扣件251配合连接,卡轴的轴向长度对卡轴和卡扣部25的卡合关系影响较小,卡轴的长度设定可有多种选择,本实施例中,所述卡扣件251的宽度和所述卡轴的长度相等,在满足卡轴和卡扣部25较为稳定的卡合连接关系同时避免卡轴过长对其他零部件造成干涉影响。
所述卡扣件251的端部设置有导向板2512,两个所述卡扣件251的两个所述导向板2512相对。
两个卡扣件251的底端之间的距离小于卡轴的直径,从而使卡扣部25和卡轴卡合紧固,两个所述卡扣件211的导向板2512之间形成有导向槽,所述导向槽的横向截面为八字形状,且其最大开口向下,所述卡扣件251的中部设置有凹部2511,两个所述卡扣件251的凹部之间形成有卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽的内径大于所述卡轴的直径,在卡轴卡合在卡扣槽内时,卡扣件251和卡轴之间的应力消失,避免卡扣件251的弹性疲劳,从而延长卡扣件251的使用寿命,在中框盖板2覆盖在电控盒盖上时,向下按压中框盖板2,则卡轴进入导向槽中并越过导向槽的最小开口处进入卡扣槽中,从而中框盖板2和电控盒盖卡合连接,卡轴在导向槽的最小开口处时,由于两个卡扣件251 的底端之间的距离小于卡轴的直径,卡轴挤压卡扣件251,卡扣件251发生形变,卡轴越过导向槽的最小开口进入到卡扣槽中,由于所述卡扣槽的内径大于所述卡轴的直径,卡扣件251恢复原有形状,卡轴被限位在卡扣槽内,当拆卸中框盖板2时,用力向上拉起中框盖板2,则卡扣件251向上移动,直至卡轴越过卡扣槽的最小开口和导向槽脱离,则中框盖板2和电控盒盖脱离。
一种空调器,包括所述的中框组件。
本实施例中的空调器,采用上述中框组件,通过在中框盖板上设置扣合部21,第一卡扣和第二卡扣22,从而实现在中框盖板2的四条边框上均和中框卡合连接,中框盖板2和中框的卡合连接更加均衡稳定,并且由于中框盖板2的四条边框均和中框卡合连接,中框盖板2对中框和电控盒之间缝隙密封效果更好,当需要拆卸中框时,由于中框盖板2和中框之间稳定卡合关系,中框盖板2跟随中框一起被拆卸下来,拆装方便。通过在中框盖板2上设置卡扣部25和在电控盒盖上设置卡轴,卡扣部25和卡轴配合使中框盖板2和电控盒盖卡合在一起,当需要拆卸电控盒盖时,由于中框盖板2和电控盒盖之间卡合连接,中框盖板2跟随电控盒盖一起被拆卸下来,拆装方便。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种中框组件,包括中框(1)和电控盒(3),其中,还包括中框盖板(2),所述中框盖板(2)分别与所述中框(1)和所述电控盒(3)连接,对所述电控盒(3)和所述中框(1)之间的缝隙进行遮挡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框盖板(2)上设有用于安装显示盒的安装窗口(24)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框盖板(2)的侧边设置有扣合部(21),用于与所述中框(1)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的中框组件,其中,所述扣合部(21)包括外框(211),所述外框(211)内壁上设置有弹性件(212),所述弹性件(212)凸出所述外框(211)并适于与所述中框(1)的边沿连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述弹性件(212)一端和所述外框(211)的内壁固定连接,所述弹性件(212)的另一端为自由端,所述弹性件(212)的自由端设置有导向部(213)和限位部(214),所述导向部(213)和所述限位部(214)之间形成有第二卡槽(215),所述第二卡槽(215)适于与所述中框(1)的边沿卡合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述弹性件(212)的自由端适于沿远离所述中框(1)的方向延伸形成有按压部(216),适于手动按压。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框盖板(2)上设置有第二卡扣(22),所述第二卡扣(22)与所述中框盖板(2)的边缘形成有第一卡槽(23),所述第一卡槽(23)适于和所述中框(1)的边沿连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框盖板(2)上设置有卡扣部(25),用于与所述电控盒(3)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的中框组件,其中,所述卡扣部(25)包括两个卡扣件(251),所述卡扣件(251)上具有凹部(2511),两个所述卡扣件(251)对称设置,并且两个所述卡扣件(251)的两个所述凹部(2511)相对。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的中框组件,其中,所述卡扣件(251)的端部 设置有导向板(2512),两个所述卡扣件(251)的两个所述导向板(2512)相对。
  11. 一种空调器,其中,包括如上述权利要求1-10中任一项所述的中框组件。
