所述第三卡接件32上设置有第三凸起33,所述第三凸起33插入所述第二通孔26并与所述第二凸起25相抵接;所述第三卡接件32上相对于所述第三凸起33的另一侧与所述卡座21相抵接。
这种情况下,所述第三凸起33远离所述卡座21一侧到所述第三卡接件32上靠近所述卡座21一侧的距离为d2,d2>d1。需要说明的是,所述第三卡接件32被所述第二卡接部28卡接时,需要所述第三凸起33穿过所述第二凸起25与所述卡座21之间的间隙,而此时d2>d1,因此,所述第三凸起33插入时需要克服所述弹性件22的弹性阻力,使所述弹性件22产生一定的弹性变形,然后与所述第二卡接部28卡接。
而此时,所述第三凸起33上设置有第五斜面34,当所述第三卡接件32滑入所述第二卡接部28时,所述第五斜面34与所述弹性件22相抵接,所述第五斜面34的设置可以便于所述第三卡接件32的滑入,所述第五斜面34也可以作为受力面,使所述弹性件22产生一定的弹性位移。
相匹配的,所述第二凸起25与所述第四斜面8相对的一侧为第六斜面9,当所述第三卡接件32滑入所述第二卡接部28时,所述第五斜面34沿着所述第六斜面9滑入所述第二卡接部28。
如图7和图8所示,所述第一侧壁36设置在所述开口24靠近所述弹性件22一侧。
这样设置的好处在于,所述第一凸起27位于所述卡座上靠近所述弹性件22一侧,所述第三卡接件32滑入所述间隙并被所述第二卡接部28卡接的同时,对所述第一侧壁36进行限位,所述第一侧壁36本身具有一定的弹性,因此可以更好地增加所述卡边13的卡接效果。
所述第一斜面15与所述第一凸起27在所述开口24一侧的第二斜面20相抵接。
所述开口24的设置,使所述卡座21为开口朝向所述第一卡扣1的结构,所述开口24靠近所述第二通孔26的侧壁的高度高于所述卡座21上靠近所述第一卡扣1的上端面的高度,所述第一凸起27的高度略高于所述卡座21上靠近所述第一卡扣1的上端面35的高度。即所述开口24靠近所述第二通孔26的侧壁的高度高于远离所述第二通孔26的侧壁的高度。这里的高度方向指的是所述开口24的深度方向,即垂直于所述第二连接座23的方向。
这里需要说明的是,所述第一凸起27也可以设置于所述开口24远离所述第二通孔26的侧壁。
所述第二侧壁37与所述卡座21的上端面35之间设置有过渡的第三斜面7。
这种情况下,第二斜面20与第三斜面7之间的最小距离为d3,所述卡边13的厚度为d4,所述卡边13的厚度即为所述第一卡扣本体11的厚度,d3≤d4,所述卡边13穿过所述开口24时,需要对第一凸起27产生挤压,使所述第一凸起27产生一定的弹性位移,当所述卡边13滑入所述开口24后,所述第一凸起27恢复到初始位置,所述开口24与所述第一凸起27结合起来对所述卡边13进行限位,从而对所述第一卡扣1进行限位。
所述第一卡扣1还包括第一连接座14,所述第一卡扣本体11上设置有加强筋16,所述加强筋16与所述第一连接座14连接且相互垂直。
这样设置的好处在于,所述第一卡扣本体11上开设有第一通孔12,所以所述第一卡扣本体11的结构相对单薄,因此采用增加加强筋的方式,来增加所述第一卡扣本体11的强度,同时,增加所述第一卡扣本体11与所述第一连接座14之间的连接强度。
本公开另一实施例提供一种空调器,包括上述实施例所述的卡扣结构。如图9所示,所述第一卡扣1设置于底座4上,所述第二卡扣2设置于中框5上,所述第三卡扣3设置于面板6上。
需要说明的是,所述第一卡扣1包括第一连接座14,所述第一连接座14与所述底座4连接,可以通过卡接或者螺钉紧固,但通常效果比较好的是,所述第一连接座14与所述底座4一体成型。所述底座4出模成型后,所述第一卡扣1也随之形成。
所述第二连接座23与所述中框5连接,可以通过卡接或者螺钉紧固,但通常效果比较好的是,所述第二连接座23与所述中框5一体成型。
所述第三卡扣3包括第三连接座31,所述第三连接座31与所述面板6连接,可以通过卡接或者螺钉紧固,但通常效果比较好的是,所述第三连接座31与所述面板6一体成型。
应当理解的是,上述实施例公开的卡扣结构还可以应用于空调器的其他结构,同时实现空调器上3个零件的紧固,例如接线盖、中框和底座等的连接中。
本实施例所述的卡扣结构,所述第一卡扣1与所述底座4连接,所述第二卡扣2与所述中框5连接,所述第三卡扣3与所述面板连接,能够同时实现所述面板、所述中框和所述底座的连接,并且连接牢靠,方便拆卸,设计精巧,提高使用寿命。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种卡扣结构,其特征在于,包括:
    第一卡扣(1),包括卡边(13);
    第二卡扣(2),包括相对设置的弹性件(22)和卡座(21),所述弹性件(22)和所述卡座(21)间设置有间隙;所述卡座(21)的上端面(35)设置有开口(24),所述开口(24)包括第一侧壁(36)和第二侧壁(37),所述第一侧壁(36)上设置有第一凸起(27),所述第二侧壁(37)与所述第一凸起(27)之间形成第一卡接部(38);所述弹性件(22)靠近所述间隙一侧设置有第二凸起(25),所述第二凸起(25)与所述卡座(21)之间形成第二卡接部(28);
    所述第一卡扣(1)的所述卡边(13)滑入所述开口(24)与所述第一卡接部(38)卡接;
    第三卡扣(3),包括第三卡接件(32),所述第三卡接件(32)滑入所述间隙并被所述第二卡接部(28)卡接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣(1)包括第一卡扣本体(11),所述第一卡扣本体(11)上设置有第一通孔(12),所述第一通孔(12)的其中一侧形成所述卡边(13)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣(2)还包括第二连接座(23),所述弹性件(22)和所述卡座(21)设置于所述第二连接座(23)的同侧,所述第二连接座(23)在所述弹性件(22)和所述卡座(21)之间的区域开设有第二通孔(26)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件(22)为缺口朝下的“U”形结构,所述“U”形结构其中一边的边缘与所述第二通孔(26)的边缘一体成型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第三卡接件(32)上设置有第三凸起(33),所述第三凸起(33)滑入所述间隙并被第二卡接部(28)卡接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁(36)设置在所述开口(24)靠近所述弹性件(22)一侧。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁(37) 与所述卡座(21)的上端面(35)之间设置有过渡的第三斜面(7)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣(1)还包括第一连接座(14),所述第一卡扣本体(11)上设置有加强筋(16),所述加强筋(16)与所述第一连接座(14)相互垂直。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的卡扣结构,其特征在于,所述第三凸起(33)上设置有第五斜面(34),当所述第三卡接件(32)滑入所述第二卡接部(28)时,所述第五斜面(34)与所述弹性件(22)相抵接。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一所述的卡扣结构。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣(1)设置于底座(4)上,所述第二卡扣(2)设置于中框(5)上,所述第三卡扣(3)设置于面板(6)上。
