技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
目前,在显示器及电视机等显示装置中都会用到板卡。通常,板卡通过螺丝锁附方式固定在背板上。这种采用螺丝锁附方式,在进行板卡拆装时,一般需要至少4颗螺丝进行锁附,且需要在背板上加入值钉,人工操作用时长,拆装不方便,且增加了螺丝的材料成本及人工成本,生产效率低。
发明内容
本公开提供一种显示装置,包括背板、板卡、设置在所述背板上的第一卡扣件;和设置在所述板卡上的第二卡扣件。其中,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件卡扣连接。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件可拆卸地卡扣连接。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件包括设置在所述背板上的多个卡槽,所述第二卡扣件包括设置在所述板卡上的多个卡勾,所述卡勾卡入所述卡槽内。
可选的,所述背板包括用于装配所述板卡的装配面,在所述装配面上设有内部具有空腔的凸台,所述凸台包括一台面及环绕在所述台面外围的侧面,所述卡槽包括设置在所述侧面上并与所述空腔贯通的开口。
可选的,所述凸台与所述背板一体设置。

具体实施方式
为使本公开要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
针对相关技术中显示装置的板卡与背板采用螺丝锁附方式固定,存在拆装不方便、增加材料成本及人工成本的技术问题,本公开提供了一种显示装置,可方便地进行板卡与背板的组合和分离,节省人工成本及材料成本,提高生产效率。
如图1至图5所示,本公开实施例所提供的显示装置包括背板100、板卡200、设置在所述背板上的第一卡扣件和设置在所述板卡上的第二卡扣件。其中,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件卡扣连接。在一实施例中,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件可拆卸地卡扣连接。所述第一卡扣件包括设置在所述背板100上的多个卡槽,所述第二卡扣件包括设置在所述板卡200上的多个卡勾,所述卡勾卡入所述卡槽内,以将所述背板100与所述板卡200进行卡接固定。
上述方案中,在所述背板100上设置卡槽,在所述板卡200上设置卡勾,板卡200与背板100组合时,将所述卡勾卡入所述卡槽内即可;所述板卡200与所述背板100分离时,将所述卡勾从所述卡槽内脱出即可。这种板卡200与背板100卡接连接方式,与相关技术中板卡200与背板100采用螺丝锁附方式相比,结构简单,可快速实现板卡200与背板100的组合和分离,节约人工成本,大大提高生产效率,且可以无需螺丝,可节省螺丝的材料成本,提高产品竞争力。
需要说明的是,上述方案,所述板卡200可以是显示装置的主板板卡200或者其他类型的各种板卡200。本公开实施例所提供的显示装置可以是手机、平板电脑等各种类型的显示装置。
本公开所提供的显示装置中,所述板卡200与所述背板100之间的卡接方式可以有多种,为了更详细的说明本公开实施例所提供的显示装置,以下提供了一种所述板卡200与所述背板100的可选卡接结构。
如图1和图3所示,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,所述背板100包括用于装配所述板卡200的装配面110,在所述装配面110上设有内部具有空腔的凸台120,所述凸台120包括一台面121及环绕在所述台面121外围的侧面122,其中所述侧面122上开设有与所述空腔贯通的开口1220,所述开口1220形成为所述卡槽。换言之,所述台面121大致平行于所述装配面110,并与所述装配面110间隔设置;所述侧面122位于所述台面121和所述装配面110之间并分别与所述台面121的边缘和所述装配面110连接,并且,所述侧面122环绕所述空腔。
采用上述方案,所述背板100上用于装配所述板卡200的面即为该背板100的装配面110,该装配面110可以是该背板100的一个平面,在该装配面110上设置一凸起的凸台120,且该凸台120的内部中空,该凸台120的侧面122上开设开口1220,该开口1220即可作为卡槽,来与板卡200上的卡勾进行配合。这样,通过在所述背板100的装配面110上设置中空的凸台120,并在凸台120上设置开口1220来形成卡槽,所述板卡200上的卡勾可卡入该开口1220内,以实现卡接目的;并且,该开口1220的四周边缘中的一个边缘位于靠近所述凸台120的台面121的一侧(以下称第一边缘),另一个边缘与该第一边缘相对设置、位于靠近所述装配面110的一侧(以下称第二边缘),当卡勾卡入该开口1220内时,该开口1220的第二边缘与第一边缘配合、或者所述第二边缘与所述凸台120的台面121配合,即可以对所述卡勾在垂直于所述装配面110的第一方向上起到一定限位作用(以下称上、下限位)。
当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,也可以是采用其他结构在所述背板100上设置所述卡槽,例如:在所述背板100的装配面110上直接开设一开口,利用该开口作为所述卡槽,这种方式与上述采用凸台侧面开设开口的方式相比,结构更为简单,但是,这种在背板的平面上直接开设的开口仅能对卡勾进行上限位,而不能进行下限位;或者,也可以是在所述背板上设置由所述装配面凹陷形成的凹腔,所述凹腔的侧壁上开口,形成所述卡槽,但是 这种方式相较于上述采用凸台侧面设置开口的方式,若凹腔侧壁上开设开口,那么卡勾会自凹腔侧壁上的开口伸出,卡勾会暴露于凹腔外,不美观,且容易造成误触碰,而使得卡勾从开口脱出,而上述可选实施例中,卡勾则可自凸台的侧面上的开口伸入凸台空腔内,卡勾被隐藏,不易造成误触碰。
此外,需要说明的是,所述背板100上所设置所述凸台120的数量及具体分布位置等,可根据实际需求进行合理布置,对此并不进行限定。
此外,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,所述凸台120可以为冲压形成的、与所述背板100一体设置的冲压凸台。采用上述方案,通常所述背板为金属背板100,所述凸台120可以采用冲压成型工艺形成,与所述背板100为一体结构,工艺制造简单。
当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述凸台120也可以是单独设置在所述背板100上;或者,所述背板100为塑料背板时,所述凸台120也可以是采用注塑成型等方式而与所述背板100一体设置。
此外,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,如图1和图3所示,在所述开口1220的第二边缘处设有一折边123,所述折边123与所述侧面122一体连接,并向所述空腔内弯折,以与所述台面121配合形成一限位空间,用于对所述卡勾在垂直于所述装配面110的第一方向上进行上、下限位。
采用上述方案,在所述开口1220的第二边缘上设置一折边123,该折边123相对于所述凸台120的侧面122、向所述凸台120的内部弯折,从而,会与所述凸台120的台面121之间形成一限位空间,所述板卡200上的卡勾在卡入所述开口1220内时,可以抵接于所述折边123和所述台面121之间,从而,对所述板卡200上的卡勾在第一方向上进行上、下限位。
需要说明的是,在上述方案中,在所述开口1220的第二边缘上设置折边123,来对卡勾进行上下限位,在实际应用中,还可以在所述开口1220的其他边缘来设置折边123,来对卡勾进行其他方向上的限位。
此外,在上述方案中,可选的,所述开口1220的第二边缘处的折边123是采用冲压弯折工艺来形成的冲压折边123。当然可以理解的是,对于所述折边123的具体结构及其具体工艺成型方式不进行限定,例如,该折边123也可以是通过注塑等方式与所述背板100一体成型,或者,所述折边123也 可以是通过焊接等方式连接于所述开口1220的第二边缘处。
上述方案,通过在所述凸台120的第二边缘处设置折边123,利用所述折边123与该凸台120的台面121配合,可实现对所述板卡200上的卡勾在在垂直于背板100的装配面110的第一方向上进行上、下限位的目的。若要背板100与板卡200之间连接稳固,还需要在与所述背板100的装配面110平行的方向上来对所述板卡200进行限位(以下称左、右限位),因此,为了实现所述板卡200与所述背板100在进行左、右限位的目的,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,在所述凸台120上还设有用于对所述板卡200在与所述装配面110平行的方向上进行限位的平行限位结构。
可选的,所述平行限位结构采用如下方式实现:如图1至图5所示,在所述台面121上设有凸起的限位块130;所述板卡200上设有与所述限位块130配合的限位孔210,所述限位孔210位于所述卡勾的一侧;所述限位块130容置于所述限位孔210内,以对所述板卡200在与所述装配面110平行的方向上进行限位。
采用上述方案,通过在所述凸台120的台面121上设置限位块130,在所述板卡200上设置限位孔210,利用限位块130与限位孔210的配合,来实现对所述板卡200在与所述装配面110平行的方向上进行左、右限位的目的,这种限位结构简单。需要说明的是,所述平行限位结构并不仅局限于此,还可以采用其他方式来实现,例如,还可以是,在所述凸台120的台面121上形成限位孔,在所述板卡200上设置限位块,所述限位块容置于所述限位孔内,以对所述板卡200在与所述装配面110平行的方向上进行左、右限位。
在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,如图1至图5所示,所述限位孔210为沿与所述装配面110平行的第二方向延伸的长条孔,所述长条孔包括相对的第一端和第二端;所述限位块130包括在所述第二方向上间隔设置的第一限位块131和第二限位块132,所述第一限位块131位于所述第一端,所述第二限位块132位于所述第二端。
采用上述方案,所述限位孔210为长条孔,该长条孔的长度方向为第二方向,且所述凸台120上的限位块130包括在所述第二方向上间隔设置的第一限位块131和第二限位块132,所述第一限位块131能够在所述长条孔的 第一端与所述长条孔紧密卡合,所述第二限位块132能够在所述长条孔的第二端与所述长条孔紧密卡合,如此,实现在所述第二方向上对所述板卡200进行左、右限位的目的。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,所述限位孔210也可以是在所述第二方向上间隔设置的两个通孔,通过该两个通孔也可以实现在所述第二方向上对板卡200进行限位的目的。
还需要说明的是,上述方案中,所述限位孔210在此并非特指贯穿板卡200的贯穿孔结构,还可以是盲孔结构,例如,当所述板卡200具有足够厚度时,可根据实际需求,在板卡200上形成盲孔结构作为所述限位孔。
上述所述限位孔210采用长条孔的方案,与所述限位孔210采用其他结构实现的方式相比,具有如下优点:
第一方面,所述限位孔210为长条孔,成型工艺简单;
第二方面,在进行板卡200与背板100组装时,可顺着该长条孔的长度方向来推进板卡200进行装配,所述凸台120上的开口1220位于该长条孔的第一端所在一侧,这样,可沿如图1所示的装配方向F(该装配方向F即所述长条孔的长度方向),先由所述长条孔的第二端的第二限位块132卡入所述长条孔内,来对板卡200进行定位,再顺着上述装配方向推进板卡200,使所述长条孔的第一端的第一限位块131卡合入所述长条孔内,使得板卡200被左右限位,与此同时,所述板卡200上的卡勾会被压入所述凸台120上的开口1220内进行卡接,从而完成板卡200与背板100的装配。由此可见,将所述限位孔210设计为长条孔,装配更方便,限位孔210与限位块130的设置,不仅可起到对板卡200进行左右限位的作用,还可以起到在装配时进行预定位的作用,提高组装效率。
可选的,所述长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘形状为曲线状,所述长条孔的第二端的内侧边缘形状为直线状;所述第一限位块131具有能够与所述长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘形状匹配的曲面,所述第二限位块132具有与所述长条孔的第二端内侧边缘形状匹配的平面。
采用上述方案,在进行板卡200与背板100的组合时,如图1、图4和图5所示,首先,板卡200放置在背板100的装配面110上,将所述长条孔 对准所述第二限位块132,使所述长条孔的第二端抵在所述第二限位块132的平面上,以对板卡200进行一个预定位;然后,顺着如图1所示的装配方向推进板卡200,长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘及所述第一限位块131的外周面上曲面会起到一个导向作用,使得第一限位块131卡合入所述长条孔内,而与所述长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘紧密贴合,从而使得板卡200被限位。
由此可见,将所述长条孔的第一端内侧边缘设计为曲线状,而第二端的内侧边缘设计为直线状,相应地,所述第一限位块131的外周面包括能够与该长条孔的第一端内侧边缘紧密贴合的曲面,所述第二限位块132的外周面包括能够与该长条孔的第二端内侧边缘紧密贴合的平面,可以起到组装时预定位、及对板卡200在平行于所述装配面110的方向上进行左、右限位的目的,并且,由于所述长条孔的第一端的曲线状内侧边缘会与所述第一限位块131的曲面紧密贴合,还可以对板卡200起到在第三方向上进行限位的目的,即前、后限位,该第三方向为与所述第一方向和所述第二方向均垂直的方向。
需要说明的是,在上述方案中,所述长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘形状示例性的可以为圆弧形或者其他曲面形状,相应地,所述第一限位块131上的曲面可以为圆弧面或者其他曲面形状。示例性的,所述第一限位块131为圆柱状块体,所述第二限位块132为一矩形状块体,这样,成型工艺简单。当然可以理解的是,对于所述第一限位块131和所述第二限位块132的具体形状并不进行限定。
还需要说明的是,上述方案中所述限位块130被设计为两块,即第一限位块131和第二限位块132,在实际应用中,所述限位块130也可以是直接设计为一个长条形块状结构,其整体形状与所述长条孔适配。其中,由于第一限位块131和第二限位块132的形状不同,设计为两个独立的限位块130,与设计为一个长条形块状结构相比,成型工艺更为容易实现。
以上示例性地对背板100上的卡槽进行了说明,以下提供板卡200上的卡勾的可选结构。如图2、图3和图4所示,在本公开所提供的实施例中,可选的,所述卡勾包括一弹片结构220,所述弹片结构220包括第一部分221和第二部分222,所述第一部分221与所述板卡200连接,所述第二部分222由所述第一部分221的远离所述板卡200的一侧弯折延伸形成,所述弹片结 构220能够在受外力时发生弹性变形,使所述第一部分221和所述第二部分222之间的弯折角变化,以使所述弹片结构220卡入或脱出所述开口1220。
采用上述方案,所述板卡200上的卡勾结构简单,其是利用一可弹性变形的弹片结构220来实现,该弹片结构220与所述背板100上的卡槽在装配时,所述板卡200上的弹片结构220向所述背板100上的卡槽内压入,该弹片结构220发生弹性变形,弯折设置的第一部分221和第二部分222受到卡槽挤压,弯折角变小,而顺利进入卡槽内,并在进入卡槽之后,第一部分221和第二部分222的弯折角扩张,以使得该弹片结构220与卡槽卡合;当需要将板卡200从背板100上分离时,通过外力使得所述弹片结构220发生弹性变形,则所述弹片结构220可从所述卡槽内脱出。
应当理解的是,所述卡勾的具体结构并不仅局限于上述弹片结构220,还可以是其他卡勾结构,上述具体结构在此仅是作为一种示例,并不是对卡勾的结构进行限定。
在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,如图2和图3所示,所述弹片结构220与所述板卡200为一体结构,由所述板卡200向所述背板100所在一侧凹陷形成。
采用上述方案,所述弹片结构220可以是与板卡200一体成型,可以是采用冲压或者注塑等方式形成,这种结构在工艺上更容易实现,且不会造成额外的材料成本。当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述弹片结构220也可以是通过其他方式,例如,粘接或者焊接等方式单独连接在板卡200上。
此外,在上述方案中,当所述弹片结构220被压入所述凸台120的开口1220内时,所述弹片结构220的第一部分221和第二部分222的连接处可以与背板100上凸台120侧面122的折边123相抵接,而所述第二部分222的远离所述第一部分221的一侧可以与所述凸台120的台面121相抵接,从而利用所述折边123与所述台面121配合,来对该弹片结构220在垂直于所述背板100的装配面110的方向上进行上下限位。
为了进一步保证结构的牢靠性,如图2、图3和图4所示,所述弹片结构220还可以包括第三部分223,所述第三部分223由所述第二部分222的远离所述第一部分221的一侧弯折延伸形成,且所述第一部分221和所述第 二部分222的连接处与所述折边123相抵接,所述第三部分223与所述台面121相抵接。
采用上述方案,通过在所述第二部分222的远离所述第一部分221的一侧弯折形成第三部分223,利用该第三部分223与所述凸台120的台面121抵接,该第三部分223起到一个支撑面的作用,可以使得该弹片结构220与所述凸台120的台面121配合更为可靠。
此外,可选的,所述台面121上在与所述开口1220所对应的位置还设置有一与所述空腔贯通的通孔124。通过在所述凸台120的台面121上设置所述通孔124,当需要将板卡200与背板100分离时,操作人员可通过该通孔124向所述弹片结构220上施加外力,以使得该弹片结构220发生变形,而从背板100的卡槽内脱出。并且,上述方案中,将所述弹片结构220上还设置所述第三部分223,由于第三部分223具有一支撑面,也更有利于通过所述通孔124向所述第三部分223上施加外力,来使得弹片结构220发生变形脱出卡槽。
此外,如图1所示,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,所述第一限位块131、所述第二限位块132在第二方向上间隔设置,所述通孔124设置靠近所述第一限位块131的位置,考虑到显示装置中的部件结构,所述凸台120及所述弹片结构220应尽量空间布局紧凑,因此,可选的,所述凸台120的台面121大致呈三角形,只要使得所述台面121能够具有空间布局上述第一限位块131、第二限位块132及所述通孔124即可。当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述台面121的形状还可以是其他形状,对此并不进行限定。
此外,如图1所示,所述凸台120的侧面122上的开口1220未设置在所述第一限位块131和第二限位块132在第二方向上的连线延长线上,而是设置在该连线延长线的一侧,以使得通孔124能够布局于所述台面121上,在实际应用中,所述凸台120的侧面122上的开口1220也可以是设置在第一限位块131和第二限位块132在所述第二方向上的连线延长线上,以使得凸台120的台面121面积可以更加小,以减少所述凸台120的台面121在第三方向(例如,第三方向可以垂直于第二方向和第一方向)上的占用空间。所述板卡200上的弹片结构220的位置与所述开口1220位置对应,所述限位孔 210位置与所述第一限位块131和第二限位块132的位置对应,因此,对于所述板卡200上的弹片结构220及限位孔的位置分布在此不再赘述。
以上所述的是本公开的可选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述原理前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开的保护范围。

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    背板;
    板卡;
    设置在所述背板上的第一卡扣件;和
    设置在所述板卡上的第二卡扣件;
    其中,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件卡扣连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件可拆卸地卡扣连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一卡扣件包括设置在所述背板上的多个卡槽,所述第二卡扣件包括设置在所述板卡上的多个卡勾,所述卡勾卡入所述卡槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述背板包括用于装配所述板卡的装配面,在所述装配面上设有内部具有空腔的凸台,所述凸台包括一台面及环绕在所述台面外围的侧面,其中所述卡槽包括设置在所述侧面上并与所述空腔贯通的开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述凸台与所述背板一体设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述限位孔为沿与所述装配面平行的第二方向延伸的长条孔,所述长条孔包括相对的第一端和第二端;所述限位块包括在所述第二方向上间隔设置的第一限位块和第二限位块,所述第一限位块位于所述第一端,所述第二限位块位于所述第二端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘形状为曲线状,所述长条孔的第二端的内侧边缘形状为直线状;所述第一限位块具有与所述长条孔的第一端的内侧边缘形状匹配的曲面,所述第二限位块具有与所述长条孔的第二端内侧边缘形状匹配的平面。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述卡勾包括一弹片结构,所述弹片结构包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述板卡连接,所述第二部分由所述第一部分的远离所述板卡的一侧弯折延伸形成,所述弹片结构与所述开口卡接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹片结构与所述板卡为一体结构,所述弹片结构由所述板卡向所述背板所在一侧凹陷形成。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹片结构呈V型。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述弹片结构还包括第三部分,所述第三部分由所述第二部分的远离所述第一部分的一侧弯折延伸形成,且所述第一部分和所述第二部分的连接处与所述折边相抵接,所述第三部分与所述台面相抵接。
  14. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述台面上在与所述开口所对应的位置还设置有一与所述空腔贯通的通孔。
