Abstract

本发明公开了一种背光模组及显示装置。背光模组包括背板和胶框,其中:背板包括底壁和与底壁形成容置空间的侧壁,侧壁的内侧具有朝向底壁的第一卡勾;胶框包括承载壁、位于承载壁前侧的第一挡壁,以及位于承载壁后侧的第二挡壁和第二卡勾,第二卡勾背向背板的底壁并与第一卡勾卡合连接。相比现有技术,该技术方案可降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率,并且由于第一卡勾和第二卡勾卡合连接紧密,不易产生卡合跳脱,从而有效解决了因卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题。

Description

背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着液晶显示产品薄型化和高屏占比的发展趋势,市场对显示产品的显示效果要求越来越高,这就意味着背光模组的品质必须进一步提升。
如图1所示,现有的一种背光模组的结构包括:具有容置空间的背板1、顺序放置在背板1的容置空间内的反射片3和导光板4,与背板1连接并将导光板4限位的胶框2,以及位于导光板4前侧的光学膜片5。其中,背板1的底壁和侧壁之间具有卡口11,胶框2在相应的位置具有凸起的卡扣21,卡扣21与卡口11卡合连接。为使胶框2与背板1连接可靠,卡扣21与卡口11的卡合结构一般设置13~15组。
现有技术存在的缺陷在于,由于卡扣与卡口的卡合结构数量较多,卡合操作较为费力,导致背光模组的组装、拆卸都十分繁琐,生产效率较低。另一方面,卡扣与卡口的卡合牢靠性不佳,经常会出现局部卡合跳脱,即卡扣从对应的卡口中脱出。局部卡合跳脱会导致胶框在该位置拱起并将前侧的液晶面板挤碎,导致显示装置报废。此外,现有技术对卡扣与卡口的尺寸配合精度要求较高,导致背板和胶框的生产管控成本较高。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种背光模组及显示装置,以降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率,并有效解决因卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组,包括背板和胶框,其中:
所述背板包括底壁和与底壁形成容置空间的侧壁,所述侧壁的内侧具有朝向底壁的第一卡勾;
所述胶框包括承载壁、位于承载壁前侧的第一挡壁,以及位于承载壁后侧的第二挡壁和第二卡勾,所述第二卡勾背向背板的底壁并与第一卡勾卡合连接。
在本发明实施例的技术方案中,第一卡勾和第二卡勾的设置方向相反,第一卡勾的倾斜表面可以为第二卡勾的卡入提供导向,因此,可以轻松的将胶框与背板卡合连接;当需要将胶框与背板拆卸分离时,使用工具插入背板和胶框的间隙并将胶框向内侧翘起,即可使第二卡勾与第一卡勾分离。相比现有技术,该技术方案可降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率,并且由于第一卡勾和第二卡勾卡合连接紧密,不易产生卡合跳脱,从而有效解决了因卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题。
优选的,所述第二卡勾与第二挡壁为一体结构。
可选的,所述第二卡勾与第二挡壁相间隔。
较佳的,卡合连接的第二卡勾与第一卡勾的组数为4~8组。由于第一卡勾和第二卡勾卡合连接紧密,相比现有技术,采用本发明实施例结构可以设置较少的卡和结构组数,从而进一步降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率。
优选的,所述第二卡勾呈倒刺形或倒三角形。
优选的,所述第二卡勾与背板的底壁的夹角为30度~45度。
更优的,所述第一卡勾与背板的底壁的夹角等于第二卡勾与背板的底壁的夹角。采用该设计,可以使第一卡勾和第二卡勾实现较紧密的卡合连接,并且便于拆卸分离。
较佳的,所述第二卡勾的相邻两个面的交汇处具有倒圆角。这样可以避免第二卡勾对背光模组的其它部件的划伤,有利于提高产品良品率。
优选的,所述第一卡勾为折弯成型卡勾,所述第二卡勾为注塑成型卡勾。第一卡勾经背板的冲压工艺成型,第二卡勾经胶框的注塑工艺成型,背板和胶框的制作成本较低。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括根据前述任一技术方案所述的背光模组。该显示装置的生产效率较高,并且因胶框和背板卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题较少,产品品质较高。

具体实施方式
为了降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率,并有效解决因卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题,本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组及显示装置。为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,以下举实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图2至图4所示,本发明一实施例提供的背光模组,包括背板51和胶框52,其中:
背板51包括底壁511和与底壁511形成容置空间的侧壁512,侧壁512的内侧具有朝向底壁511的第一卡勾513;
胶框52包括承载壁521、位于承载壁521前侧的第一挡壁522,以及位于承载壁521后侧的第二挡壁523和第二卡勾524,第二卡勾524背向背板51的底壁511并与第一卡勾513卡合连接。
如图4所示,对于本领域技术人员可知,背光模组除背板51和胶框52外,通常还包括反射片53、导光板54、光学膜片55、LED光源(图中未示出)等部件。而显示装置则包括背光模组、液晶面板和前框。在本发明背光模组的实施例中,前侧可以理解为部件靠近液晶面板的一侧,后侧则可以理解为部件远离液晶面板的一侧。
在本发明实施例的技术方案中,第一卡勾513和第二卡勾524的设置方向相反,第一卡勾513的倾斜表面可以为第二卡勾524的卡入提供导向,因此,可以轻松的将胶框52与背板51卡合连接;当需要将胶框52与背板51拆卸分离时,使用工具插入背板51和胶框52的间隙并将胶框52向内侧翘起,即可使第二卡勾524与第一卡勾513分离。相比现有技术,该技术方案可降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率,并且由于第一卡勾513和第二卡勾524卡合连接紧密,不易产生卡合跳脱,从而有效解决了因卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题。另外,相比现有技术,第一卡勾513和第二卡勾524的尺寸配合精度要求较低,从而降低了背板51和胶框52的生产管控成本。
第二卡勾524的具体形状不限,例如,可以为倒三角形,或者倒刺形(如图2中所示形状)等等。
如图2所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,第二卡勾524与第二挡壁523为一体结构。这样可以增加第二挡壁523的结构强度,从而增加整个胶框52的结构强度。在本发明的一可选实施例中,第二卡勾也可以与第二挡壁相间隔。
第二卡勾524与背板51的底壁的夹角优选为30度~45度。进一步,第一卡勾513与背板51的底壁511的夹角等于第二卡勾524与背板51的底壁511的夹角。采用该设计,可以使第一卡勾513和第二卡勾524实现较紧密的卡合连接,并且便于拆卸分离。
优选的,第二卡勾524的相邻两个面的交汇处具有倒圆角(图中未示出)。这样可以避免第二卡勾524对背光模组的其它部件的划伤,有利于提高产品良品率。
在本发明一优选实施例中,第一卡勾513为折弯成型卡勾,第二卡勾524为注塑成型卡勾。第一卡勾513经背板的冲压工艺成型,第二卡勾524经胶框的注塑工艺成型,背板51和胶框52的制作成本较低。
背光模组的卡和结构的具体组数不限,以能够实现胶框52和背板51的可靠连接为设计目标。在本发明一实施例中,卡合连接的第二卡勾524与第一卡勾513的组数为4~8组。由于第一卡勾513和第二卡勾524卡合连接紧密,相比现有技术,采用本发明实施例结构可以设置较少的卡和结构组数,从而进一步降低背光模组的组装与拆卸难度,提高生产效率。
图4所示背光模组的组装过程如下:
将反射片53和导光板固定胶带56放置入背板51内;
将LED灯组(图中未示出)放置入背板51内;
将导光板54放置入背板51内,导光板54与导光板固定胶带56粘接;
将胶框52垂直卡入背板51中,胶框52在钣金件背板51的挤压下可以发生一定程度的弹性变形,从而使得第二卡勾524可以垂直越过第一卡勾513的干涉,与第一卡勾513卡合连接;
将光学膜片55放置于导光板54的出光侧表面,并通过遮光胶带(图中未示出)将光学膜片55与胶框52固定。
当需要将胶框52与背板51拆卸分离时,使用一字型螺丝刀或者专用起子插入背板51和胶框52的间隙并将胶框52向内侧翘起,可使第二卡勾524与第一卡勾513分离。将各个第二卡勾524与第一卡勾513分离,从而将胶框52与背板51拆卸分离。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括根据前述任一技术方案的背光模组。该显示装置的生产效率较高,并且因胶框和背板卡合跳脱导致的碎屏问题较少,产品品质较高。
显示装置的具体类型不限,例如可以为液晶电视机、液晶显示器、平板电脑、手机、笔记本电脑等等。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括背板和胶框,其中:
所述背板包括底壁和与底壁形成容置空间的侧壁,所述侧壁的内侧具有朝向底壁的第一卡勾;
所述胶框包括承载壁、位于承载壁前侧的第一挡壁,以及位于承载壁后侧的第二挡壁和第二卡勾,所述第二卡勾背向背板的底壁并与第一卡勾卡合连接。
