本公开涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种背光模组和一种包括该背光模组的显示装置。
背景技术
一般的,显示装置的设计中,背光模组的胶框与背板之间的连接通过胶框上的卡合部分与背板上的卡孔进行卡合连接,由于背板上的卡孔在冲压过程后无法做倒角处理,并且背板上的限位孔通常为通过冲压裁切获得,限位孔四周容易形成尖锐的毛刺与胶框卡合部相互作用产生碎屑。碎屑掉入到背光模组内部会造成背光模组画面不良,进而影像显示装置的显示效果。现有技术中胶框与背板之间通过螺丝连接的方式虽然不容易产生碎屑,但是组装效率过低导致生产成本过高。
公开内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提出了一种背光模组和具有该背光模组的显示装置。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种背光模组。所述背光模组包括:胶框和背板;其中,所述胶框包括主体部、面板承载部、以及朝向所述背板延伸的第一卡合部;所述背板包括底壁、基本上垂直于所述底壁的侧壁、以及从所述侧壁朝向所述胶框延伸的第二卡合部,所述第一卡合部卡合在所述第二卡合部和所述底壁之间。
可选地,所述第一卡合部与第二卡合部接触的边中的至少一边上设有第一倒角。
可选地,所述第一倒角是倒圆角,倒圆角半径大于0.1mm,小于第一卡合部在底壁上的正投影与第二卡合部在底壁上的正投影的交叠 宽度的三分之二。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本公开,并不用于限制本公开。
参考图1、图2,根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种背光模组。所述背光模组包括:胶框2和背板1;其中,所述胶框2包括主体部21、面板承载部22、以及朝向所述背板延伸的第一卡合部24;所述背板1包括底壁11、基本上垂直于所述底壁的侧壁12、以及从所述侧壁12朝向所述胶框2延伸的第二卡合部14,所述第一卡合部卡24合在所述第二卡合部14和所述底壁11之间。第一卡合部24与第二卡合部14相互配合固定胶框2。通过背板折弯构成的第二卡合部14与胶框2的第一卡合部24卡合固定,可以减少现有技术中的框架卡合部与背板定位孔卡合造成的卡合碎屑。
可选地,所述第一卡合部24与第二卡合部14接触的边中的至少一边上设有第一倒角,如图1中的区域13的右下角和区域23的右下角所示。可选地,所述第一倒角是倒圆角,倒圆角半径大于0.1mm,小于第一卡合部24在底壁11上的正投影与第二卡合部14在底壁11上的正投影的交叠宽度w的三分之二(如图1所示)。

所述倒角进一步的减少在胶框与所述第二卡合部卡合时产生碎屑数量,进一步保证背光模组的数量。倒角的半径范围可以保证卡合时碎屑减少,同时降低脱卡合的可能。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括导光板,所述导光板在所述底壁上的正投影和所述面板承载部在所述底壁上的正投影部分地交叠。
可选地,如图2所示,所述第二卡合部与所述侧壁的夹角a大于0度小于等于135度。该折弯角度可以确保框架在因背光模组自身运动产生的惯性力在第一卡合部与背板上的第二卡合部之间相互作用力向着卡紧方向的分力大于脱卡合的分力。在第一卡合部与第二卡合部接触的边上设置有倒角,在第二卡合部与第一卡合部接触的边上也设置有倒角。在胶框与背板卡合处,可以利用相互接触的两个倒角降低碎屑的产生几率,进而维持背光模组的均匀光强。
可选地,如图3所示,所述面板承载部22朝向显示面板7的表面设置有遮光胶带6。所述遮光胶带连接面板承载部朝向显示面板7的表面和光学膜片5朝向显示面板7的表面,从而降低背光模组内部进入框架碎屑的可能。
在本公开的背光模组中,胶框通过第一卡合部24与背板上的第二卡合部14连接。通过背板折弯形成第二卡合部14,避免了背板冲孔所产生的尖锐毛刺。并且,背板边缘和/或胶框卡合部进行倒角,进一步降低胶框第一卡合部与背板第二卡合部相互作用产生碎屑的可能性。从而保证了背板与胶框连接方式简单快捷,又不容易产生碎屑影响背光模组画面不良。
本公开的第二方面,如图1、图2、图3所示,显示装置包括显示面板7和背光模组。其中,背光模组包括以上任一实施例所述的背光模组,显示面板7通过遮光胶带6与背板1相连接,进一步控制进入显示模组内部的碎屑。
上述显示装置可以是显示器、GPS导航仪、手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等电子设备。
本公开的显示装置,因为具有上述结构的背光模组,在完成显示模组组装后在发生相对震动时也不易产生碎屑,确保了显示装置的使用可靠度。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种背光模组,包括:胶框和背板;
    其中,所述胶框包括主体部、面板承载部、以及朝向所述背板延伸的第一卡合部;
    所述背板包括底壁、基本上垂直于所述底壁的侧壁、以及从所述侧壁朝向所述胶框延伸的第二卡合部,所述第一卡合部卡合在所述第二卡合部和所述底壁之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一卡合部与第二卡合部接触的边中的至少一边上设有第一倒角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一倒角是倒圆角,倒圆角半径大于0.1mm,小于第一卡合部在底壁上的正投影与第二卡合部在底壁上的正投影的交叠宽度的三分之二。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二卡合部与第一卡合部接触的边中的至少一边上设有第二倒角。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二倒角是倒圆角,倒圆角半径大于0.1mm,小于所述第二卡合部在对应位置处的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二倒角包括设置在所述第二卡合部与所述侧壁连接处的倒圆角,倒圆角半径大于0.1mm并且小于背板侧壁在对应位置处的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述面板承载部朝向显示面板的表面设置有遮光胶带。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,还包括与所述底壁基本上平行布置的光学膜片;其中,所述遮光胶带连接面板承载部朝向显示面板的表面和光学膜片朝向显示面板的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,还包括导光板,所述导光板在所述底壁上的正投影和所述面板承载部在所述底壁上的正投影部分地交叠。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二卡合部与所述侧壁的夹角大于0度小于等于135度。
  11. 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1-10任一所述的背光模组。
