下面结合图1-图7描述本申请的卡接组件。
具体地,结合图1与图2所示,第一装配件200与第二装配件300之间通过卡接组件100连接。
具体地,第一装配件200与第二装配件300为空调器上需要实现可拆卸连接的两个部件,如面板与中框。本申请附图中,第一装配件200与第二装配件300仅示例性的表示需要连接的两个装配件。
具体地,卡接组件100包括第一卡接件110、第二卡接件120与卡子130。
其中,第一卡接件110用于固定在所述第一装配件200上;
第二卡接件120用于固定在所述第二装配件300上;
卡子130,连接在第一卡接件110与第二卡接件120之间,分别与第一卡接件110和第二卡接件120卡接连接。
本实施例通过设置第一卡接件110、第二卡接件120与卡子130,第一卡接件110与第二卡接件120分别固定在第一装配件200与第二装配件300上,并通过卡子130将第一卡接件110与第二卡接件120实现卡接连接;当卡接组件100多次卡接与拆离时,卡子130损坏容易更换,不需要 更换整个第一装配件200与第二装配件300。
并且,卡子130可作为通用件,在卡接组件出现松动产生噪声,或者出现耐久失效问题时,用户可自行更换卡子130,维修过程更加方便,维修成本降低。
具体地,本实施例所述的卡接组件,第一卡接件上设有第一插接部,卡子能够插入第一插接部内并与第一卡接件卡接连接。
较好地,卡子插入第一插接部的插入端的侧壁上设有第一止挡部,第一插接部内设有与第一止挡部相卡接的第二止挡部,卡子插入第一插接部后,第一止挡部与第二止挡部卡接连接。
进一步地,本实施例提供一种第一卡接件110与卡子130的具体卡接结构。
具体地,结合图2-4所示,第一卡接部为卡孔111,所述第二止挡部包括卡孔111的内边沿部。
第二卡接部为包括弹扣131,弹扣131适于插入卡孔111内,弹扣131沿弹扣131插入卡孔111的反方向一端设有卡槽132,第一止挡部包括所述卡槽132。
在弹扣131插入卡孔111时,卡孔111的内边沿与卡槽132相互卡接。
第一卡接件110为第一装配件200上设置的卡孔111,或者在第一装配件200上固定一架体,架体上设置所述卡孔111。
卡子130的顶端设置有弹扣131,可以与现有卡扣结构相类似,弹扣131在其根部设置有卡槽132,弹扣131插入卡孔111时,卡孔111的内边沿与卡槽132相互卡接。
进一步地,结合图2-4所示,弹扣131由对称设置的两个第一弹片133组成,两个第一弹片133之间形成插槽134。
较好地,卡子130为具有弹性的片状结构,由对称设置的两个第一弹片133组成。两个第一弹片133固定连接,其中固定连接包括两个弹片133通过焊接、胶粘或螺钉等固定,也包括一体式结构。需要说明的是,本实施例所述的固定连接,包括两个部件由一个整体通过拔模、切削或弯折成型,也包括两个独立部件通过焊接、胶粘或螺钉等组合固定的方式成型。
较好地,本实施例所述的卡子130,由一个整体的金属片经过多次弯折成型,所述卡槽132由弹片依次弯折成型。
其中,弹扣131为第一弹片133向两侧凸出形成,用于与卡孔111的内边沿抵接。
并且,两个第一弹片133之间形成的插槽134,一方面能够减小卡子130的质量,使卡子130成为一种具有弹性的卡接件。并且,插槽134可供第二卡接件120插入并与卡子130卡接,实现卡子130在内外两个壁面上分别与第一卡接件110和第二卡接件120实现连接。
较好地,本实施例所述的卡子沿插入所述第一插接部方向的反方向设有第二插接部,所述第二卡接件用于插入所述第二插接部内并与所述卡子卡接连接。
具体地,第二卡接件的插入端设有第三止挡部,第二插接部内设有与第三止挡部相卡接的第四止挡部。
较好地,所述第二插接部为所述插槽134。
进一步地,本实施例提供一种第二卡接件120与卡子130的具体卡接结构。
具体地,结合图4-图7所示,第二卡接件120包括卡座121,卡座121包括插板122,插板122用于与第二装配件300固定连接,插板122适于插入插槽134内并与卡子130卡接连接。
本实施例所述的卡接组件100通过设置卡座121与第二装配件300固定连接。较好地,卡座121与第二装配件300一次拔模成型,或者通过螺钉固定连接。
插板122的形状与插槽134的形状相对应,插板122可插入到插槽134内并与卡子130卡接,实现卡子130在内外两个壁面上分别与第一卡接件110和第二卡接件120实现连接。而不需要卡子130在靠近第一卡接件110与第二卡接件120的两端进行连接,减小卡子130的厚度,确保在第一卡接件110与第二卡接件120之间添加卡子130时,第一卡接件110与第二卡接件120不需要较大的间隙。
其中,插板122与卡子130卡接连接,插板122的侧壁123上设有第三卡接部,卡子130还包括第二弹片135,第二弹片135与第一弹片133 固定连接,其中,第二弹片135沿朝向插槽的一侧设有第四卡接部,第四卡接部用于与第三卡接部相互卡接固定。
具体地,结合图6与图7所示,第三卡接部包括凹槽124或台阶125,第四卡接部为凸起136。
第二弹片135与第一弹片133固定连接或呈一体式结构,第二弹片135沿朝向插槽134的一侧形成凸起136;
插板122插入插槽134时,凸起136与凹槽124或台阶125相互卡接。
具体地,第二弹片135可以设置在第一弹片133的一侧,也可设置成如图4所示的第一弹片133围在第二弹片135外侧的结构。其中,第二弹片135向靠近插槽134的一侧设有凸起136。本实施例所述的第二弹片135有两个,两个第二弹片135均设置有凸起136,两个凸起136相对设置,较好地呈对称设置。相对设置的两个第二弹片135分别与相对设置的两个第一弹片133固定连接或呈一体式结构。
插板122的侧壁上设置凹槽124或台阶125,较好地仅形成台阶125,插板122插入插槽134后,凸起136卡接在台阶125处,实现卡子130与第二卡接件120的卡接连接。
较好地,在上述实施方式的基础上,卡座121还包括侧板126,侧板126位于插板122沿长度方向的一侧;
侧板126与插板122固定连接,和/或侧板126与第二装配件300固定连接。
本实施例还在插板122沿其长度方向的一侧或两侧设置侧板126,侧板126可以与插板122固定连接,或者与第二装配件300固定连接。
具体地,侧板126与插板122固定连接,其中,侧板126的一侧与插板122固定连接,并且侧板126的另一侧与第二装配件300固定连接。较好地,侧板126与插板122之间呈一定的夹角,所述夹角在0度至180度之间,不包括0度与180度,即侧板126与插板122不平行,侧板126与第二装配件300固定连接,能够防止插板122在插入插槽134时出现偏差而导致插板122发生侧向弯折损坏。
较好地,所述侧板至少有两个,两个所述侧板位于所述插板两侧,两 个所述侧板用于限制所述卡子沿所述插板垂直于插接方向的滑动。以插板122插入插槽134为例,若沿插板122的长度方向不设置限位机构,则卡子130会沿着插板122的长度方向发生相互滑动。本实施例较好地在插板122的长度方向的两侧设置侧板126,能够限制卡子130不会与第二卡接件120发生插板122长度方向的偏移,在卡子130与第二卡接件120连接时,实现各个方向的相互卡接。
较好地,侧板126上设有缺口127,缺口127的开口方向朝向插板122插入插槽134的插入方向一侧;
在插板122插入插槽134时,第一弹片133靠近侧板126的一端位于缺口127内。
侧板126沿侧板126的宽度方向的两侧分别设有缺口127,每个侧板126上至少设置两个缺口127。如图6或图7所示,缺口127的开口方向向上,与插板122插入插槽134的插入方向一致。当插板122与插槽134插接时,第一弹片133靠近侧板126的底端位于缺口127内。缺口127能够对第一弹片133实现一定程度的让位,使得第一卡接件110、卡子130与第二卡接件120相互卡接时,第一装配件200能够与缺口127外侧的侧板126实现抵接,防止第一装配件200向下按压程度过大而损坏卡接组件100。此时,侧板126具有一定的支撑作用。
并且,侧板126在缺口127的边缘处宽度要大于插板122的厚度,使得第一弹片133与插板122之间具有一定的间隙,便于用户通过手指伸入间隙中向外掰动第一弹片133,实现卡子130与第二卡接件120的分离。
较好地,本实施例所述的侧板126至少有两个,两个侧板126位于插板122长度方向的两侧;
在插板122插入插槽134时,两个侧板126用于限制第二弹片135位于两个侧板126之间。
其中,较好地,在插板122插入插槽134时,第二弹片135分别与两侧的侧板126相抵接,或者,其中一个侧板126或两个侧板126与第二弹片135之间留有间隙,以便于插板122能够插入到插槽134内。两个侧板126用于将第二弹片135限制在两个侧板126之间,防止卡子130与第二卡接件120沿插板122的长度方向发生晃动而产生噪声。
具体地,本实施例所述的第一弹片133,在所述第一弹片133上具有通孔137,第二弹片135与通孔137的部分内边沿固定连接或一体成型。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述的第一弹片133为具有通孔137的回字形结构,第一弹片133与第二弹片135可以为单独结构并通过焊接或胶黏等固定连接,此时通孔137的内边沿的一部分与第二弹片135固定连接。
或者,第一弹片133与第二弹片135为一体式结构,在第一弹片133上切割出C型豁口,并将豁口内的部分向插槽134一侧弯折形成第二弹片135,在弯折第二弹片135后,第一弹片133的整体板面上形成通孔137,第二弹片135在通孔137的内边沿与第一弹片133呈一体式结构。
具体地,在上述实施方式的基础上,本实施例还提供一种空调器,包括上述任一项所述的卡接组件,空调器包括第一装配件200与第二装配件300,第一装配件200与第二装配件300通过卡接组件可拆卸连接。
例如,第一装配件200为面板,第二装配件300为中框,面板上固定有第一卡接件110,中框上固定有第二卡接结构120,面板与中框通过卡子130实现卡接固定。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种卡接组件,用于连接第一装配件与第二装配件,包括:
    第一卡接件,用于固定在所述第一装配件上;
    第二卡接件,用于固定在所述第二装配件上;
    卡子,分别与所述第一卡接件和所述第二卡接件卡接连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡接组件,其中,所述第一卡接件设有第一插接部,所述卡子用于插入所述第一插接部内并与所述第一卡接件卡接连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡接组件,其中,所述卡子的插入端侧壁上设有第一止挡部,所述第一插接部内设有与所述第一止挡部相卡接的第二止挡部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卡接组件,其中,所述卡子包括弹片,所述弹片依次弯折形成卡槽,所述第一止挡部包括所述卡槽;
    所述第二止挡部包括边沿部,所述边沿部用于与所述卡槽相卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的卡接组件,其中,所述卡子沿插入所述第一插接部方向的反方向设有第二插接部,所述第二卡接件用于插入所述第二插接部内并与所述卡子卡接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡接组件,其中,所述第二卡接件的插入端设有第三止挡部,所述第二插接部内设有与所述第三止挡部相卡接的第四止挡部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的卡接组件,其中,所述卡子包括相对设置的两个第一弹片,两个所述第一弹片之间形成插槽,所述第二插接部包括所述插槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卡接组件,其中,所述卡子还包括第二弹片,所述第二弹片固定设置在所述第一弹片上,所述第二弹片朝向所述插槽一侧设有凸起,所述第二卡接件的插入端设有与所述凸起卡接的台阶或凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卡接组件,其中,所述第一弹片设有通孔,所述通孔的内边沿的一部分与所述第二弹片固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求5-9任一项所述的卡接组件,其中,所述第二卡接 件包括插板,所述插板的一侧用于与所述第二装配件固定连接,所述插板的另一侧用于插入所述第二插接部内并与所述卡子卡接连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的卡接组件,其中,所述第二卡接件还包括侧板,所述侧板的一侧与所述插板固定连接,所述侧板的另一侧与所述第二装配件固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的卡接组件,其中,所述侧板至少有两个,两个所述侧板位于所述插板两侧,两个所述侧板用于限制所述卡子沿所述插板垂直于插接方向的滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的卡接组件,其中,所述侧板上设有缺口,所述第一弹片靠近所述侧板的一侧适于插入所述缺口内。
  14. 一种空调器,包括如权利要求1-13任一项所述的卡接组件,所述空调器包括第一装配件与第二装配件,所述第一装配件与所述第二装配件通过所述卡接组件可拆卸连接。
