技术领域
本公开实施例涉及一种面板及空调器。
背景技术
已知技术中,空调在清洗时,需要将面板从中框上拆下来,在清洗完成后,面板需要再安装到中框上,面板与中框的连接方式需要设置方便拆换的连接结构,并且面板在空调器,尤其是在挂壁式空调器上不同位置有不同的功能,有的需要与出风口连接,有的需要和空调器侧板连接,有的需要和显示盒连接,已知的空调器面板在不同连接位置处未有合理的设计,已知技术中面板只是在面上添加卡扣实现面板与中框的连接,并未对不同位置处的面板进行合理的设计,面板的部分位置易发生翘起等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例旨在提出一种面板,以解决已知技术中面板与中框的连接结构设计不合理,面板的部分位置易发生翘起等问题。
为达到上述目的,本公开的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种面板,用于空调,所述空调包括:连接于面板的中框本体,所述面板包括面板本体,所述面板本体上设有连接组件,所述连接组件适于连接所述面板本体与所述中框本体;
所述连接组件有多个,所述连接组件至少包括以下四种位置处的两个:
第一连接件,设置在所述面板本体的弧形板朝向所述中框本体的一侧;
第二连接件,设置在所述面板本体靠近出风口一侧的边缘内侧;
第三连接件,设置在所述面板本体的显示区域外围边缘处;
第四连接件,设置在所述面板本体上边缘内侧。
通过在面板与中框各个连接处设置连接件,尤其是需要面板与中框需要紧密贴合的位置处,提高了面板与中框的连接牢固性,也提高了面板与中框之间的贴合程度。
进一步地,所述面板本体的每个弧形板内侧均设有所述第一连接件,确保两个弧形板均与中框固定连接。
进一步地,所述第二连接件有多个,多个所述第二连接件线性分布,面板与中框在出风一侧的连接更牢固,面板也更加的美观。
进一步地,多个所述第二连接件等距间隔排列,使得多个第二连接件的受力均匀,拆卸时也更加方便,面板更加美观。
进一步地,所述第三连接件设置在所述显示区域外围边缘靠近所述面板本体中线一侧,面板本体中线处的形变最大,确保显示区域与显示盒装配时间距不大,确保显示区域能够显示显示盒的信息。
进一步地,所述第三连接件有多个,多个所述第三连接件围绕式分布在所述显示区域外围边缘处,提高对显示区域的固定。
进一步地,所述第四连接件设置在所述面板本体上边缘内侧中线位置处,面板本体中线处的形变最大,防止面板本体在中线处形变而与中框之间产生较大的间隙。
进一步地,所述第四连接件有多个,多个所述第四连接件线性分布,面板与中框在上侧边缘的连接更牢固,面板也更加的美观。
进一步地,所述第一连接件和/或所述第二连接件和/或所述第三连接件和/或所述第四连接件卡接连接,连接更加牢固,制作工艺简单,成本较低。
进一步地,所述显示区域包括显示板与弹性部,所述显示板通过所述弹性部设置在所述面板本体上,显示区域可以与面板本体之间相对移动,面板形变时可在外力驱动下使得显示区域贴近显示盒。
进一步地,所述显示板上设置卡扣,所述显示板通过所述卡扣与所述中框本体或显示盒连接,提高显示区域与显示盒的贴合程度,防止面板变形使得显示区域与显示盒间距过大。
进一步地,所述卡扣与所述中框本体或所述显示盒的连接方式为按压式卡接,卡接更加方便,方式解除卡接方式时损坏显示区域的弹性部。
相对于已知技术,本公开实施例所述的面板具有以下优势:
本公开实施例所述的面板,针对面板上不同位置处设置连接部件,加强面板上需要加强连接强度位置处的连接强度,提高面板部分位置与中框的连接稳固性,使面板与中框能够紧密贴合,加强了面板与显示盒的贴合程度,显示盒透过面板的显示更加清晰,面板与中框的拆卸更加的方便,面板与中框的连接更加牢固。
本公开实施例的另一目的在于提出一种空调器,包括上述任一所述的面板。
所述空调器与上述面板相对于已知技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

本发明的实施例中所提到的术语“边缘”,指的是在一面板结构板面上靠近四周侧边的位置处,本公开中的“边缘”用于限定连接件的位置,“边缘”的最内侧端距离板面边沿的距离不做限定,凡是连接件能够对边沿位置处起到固定作用的位置,均属于本公开所述的“边缘”所限定的范围内。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种面板,结合图1-图4所示,用于空调,空调包括与面板连接的中框本体100,具体的,面板包括面板本体600,面板本体600的四周边缘处为弧形,面板本体600设置在空调器的外侧,一般的设置在前侧,起到固定、装饰与导风等多种作用,面板本体600与中框本体100可拆卸式连接,在空调清洗时需将面板本体600与中框本体100分离,且在清洗完成后需保证面板本体600与中框本体100固定连接,由于面板本体600的整体形状为类似长板状,面板本体600的四周与中部均需与中框固定连接,保证空调在工作时造成面板本体600振动而造成噪声,且面板本体600与中框本体100的贴合位置处的缝隙需尽可能的小,保证面板本体600与中框本体100之间不漏风,防止灰尘等赃物进入到面板本体600与中框本体100之间,甚至进入到空调器内部,并且面板本体600上连接显示盒,在面板本体600与显示盒连接处需保证面板本体600与中框本体100固定连接,使得显示盒能够固定在面板本体600与中框本体100之间,使得显示盒与面板本体600贴合更加紧密,透过面板本体600的显示更加的清晰,也能有效防止空调器工作时显示盒发生振动,减小噪声,防止显示盒发生损坏。
本实施例为了解决上述问题,在面板本体600上设置连接组件610,连接组件610有多种方式且多个数量,针对面板本体600上至少两个及两个以上不同位置处设置不同类型的连接组件610,确保面板本体600与中框本体100的可拆卸连接。
具体的,连接组件610包括第一连接件611、第二连接件612、第三连接件613与第四连接件614;第一连接件611设置在面板本体600的弧形板620内侧,面板本体600在出风口位置的两侧设有两个弧形板620,弧形板620与中框本体100相对位置处的形状相匹配,第一连接件611设置在弧形板620的内侧主要用于连接弧形板620与中框本体100,确保弧形板620与中框本体100的固定连接,防止空调工作且出风时造成弧形板620振动,也防止弧形板620位置处漏风,可选地,结合图1与图2所示,第一连接件611为卡扣,中框本体100上设有与第一连接件611相匹配的第一卡槽110,面板本体600与中框本体100盖合时,第一连接件611插入到相匹配的第一卡槽110中,实现弧形板620与中框本体100的连接,只需对面板本体600施加向外侧的力,弧形板620与中框本体100即可分离,实现弧形板620与中框本体100的卡拆卸连接,本实施例中,可选地,面板本体600上设有两个弧形板620,每个弧形板620内侧均设有第一连接件611,确保每个弧形板620均能与中框本体100紧固连接并密封贴合。
第二连接件612设置在面板本体600靠近出风口一侧边缘内侧(附图2中的后侧方向,即面板上朝向蒸发器的一侧),面板本体600的下侧设有与出风口形状相匹配的缺口,缺口的内侧边缘设有第二连接件612,结合图1与图2所示,第二连接件612可采用卡扣,相对应的,中框本体100上设有与第二连接件612相匹配的第二卡槽120,第二卡槽120内设有与第二连接件612相互卡和的卡扣,面板本体600与中框本体100盖合时,第二连接件612插入到相匹配的第二卡槽120中,并与第二卡槽120内的卡扣相互卡和,实现面板本体600靠近出风口一侧的边缘与中框本体100紧固连接并密封贴合;本实施例中,第二连接件612有多个,本实施例为5个,5个第二连接件612呈线性分布并排布在面板本体600靠近出风口一侧的边缘内侧,且第二连接件612线性分布的长度能够覆盖面板本体600靠近出风口一侧的边缘,确保面板本体600靠近出风口一侧的边缘整体上与中框本体100紧固连接并 密封贴合;可选的,5个第二连接件612等距间隔排列,使得第二连接件612紧固面板本体600靠近出风口一侧边缘时更加的稳定,不会因为间距过大而产生缝隙,也较好地提高了面板的美观程度。
第三连接件613设置在面板本体600的显示区域630外围边缘处,显示盒上显示的内容通过显示区域630展示给用户,面板本体600上需设有透明的显示区域630用于贴合显示盒,并且需要在显示区域630固定显示盒,本实施例在显示区域630的外围边缘设置第三连接件613,指的是在靠近显示区域630的面板本体600内侧设置第三连接件613,在面板本体600与中框本体100盖合时,面板本体600与显示盒的连接处保证了面板本体600与中框本体100固定连接,使得显示盒能够固定在面板本体600与中框本体100之间,显示盒与面板本体600贴合更加紧密,透过显示区域630的显示更加的清晰,也能有效防止空调器工作时显示盒发生振动,减小噪声,防止显示盒发生损坏,本实施例中,可选地,第三连接件613采用卡扣,中框本体100与第三连接件613相匹配的位置处设置第三卡槽130,面板本体600与中框本体100盖合时,第三连接件613插入到中框本体100匹配位置处的第三卡槽130内,实现显示区域630与中框本体100对显示盒的夹紧固定,也能较好地将显示盒与中框本体100紧固连接,防止空调的振动造成显示盒的振动;本实施例中,可选地,第三连接件613设置在显示区域630外围边缘靠近面板本体600中线601一侧,所述中线601指的是面板本体600在左右方向上的中间位置的中心线,显示区域630一般设置在面板本体600靠左或靠右一侧,本实施例中显示区域630设置在面板本体600靠近右侧一方,显示区域630外围边缘靠近中线601一侧即为图1所示的左侧,第三连接件613设置在显示区域630的左侧,因为面板本体600在中线601位置处最容易变形,第三连接件613结合面板本体600的右侧卡和作用将显示区域630更好的进行卡和,提高了显示区域630对显示盒的固定作用。
第四连接件614设置在面板本体600上边缘内侧,结合图2所示,面板本体600的上边缘靠近空调器进风格栅,面板本体600的上边缘处容易发生弯曲等变形,面板本体600上边缘内侧设置第四连接件614,能够有效地将面板本体600的上边缘与中框本体100进行固定连接,且确保面板本体600的上边缘与中框本体100相贴合,防止漏风,也进一步防止面板本体600在 空调器工作时发生振动,本实施例中,可选地,第四连接件614设置在面板本体600上边缘内侧中心位置处,固定效果较好,也能防止面板本体600因变形而发生凸翘。本实施例中,第四连接件614为卡扣,中框本体100对应位置处设置有相匹配的第四卡槽140,面板本体600与中框本体100盖合时,第四连接件614与第四卡槽140相卡接,实现面板本体600上边缘与中框本体100的紧固连接。
本实施例中所述的四种连接组件610,均与面板本体600固定连接,可通过螺钉、胶粘等方式,可选地,连接组件610与面板本体600一体成型,提高连接组件610的结构强度。
本实施例中,均以卡扣的方式实现连接组件610连接面板本体600与中框本体100,安装后结构稳定,卡扣的结构也较为简单,生产成本低,且能够实现面板本体600与中框本体100的可拆卸连接,面板的拆卸更加的方便,本实施例以卡扣为例,凡是在本实施例所述位置处设置的其他连接部件,能够起到对面板上不同位置处的区域进行固定,均属于本公开所保护的范围内。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上,结合图3所示,第三连接件613有多个,多个第三连接件613围绕式分布在显示区域630的外围边缘处,即显示区域630的四周设置一圈第三连接件613,提高了显示区域630对显示盒的固定作用,也提高了面板本体600在显示区域630处与中框本体100的固定连接。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例一的基础上,结合图4所示,本实施例中,第四连接件614有多个,本实施例为5个,5个第四连接件614呈线性分布并排布在面板本体600上侧边缘内侧,且第四连接件614线性分布的长度能够覆盖面板本体600上侧边缘,确保面板本体600上侧边缘整体上与中框本体100紧固连接并密封贴合;可选的,5个第四连接件614等距间隔排列,使得第四连接件614紧固面板本体600上侧边缘时更加的稳定,不会因为间距过大而产生缝隙,也较好地提高了面板的美观程度。
实施例四
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,结合图5所示,显示区域630包括显示板631与弹性部632,显示板631通过弹性部632设置在面板本体600上, 具体的,显示板631可以为透明板,具体地可以为全透明版或半透明板,其可以材质为透明,也可以为厚度较薄而使得其具有半透明的特性,总之,人们可以透过显示板631获取显示盒显示的信息,可选地,显示板631为与面板本体600相同材质与颜色的板材,但是显示板631的厚度较薄,使得人们能够透过显示板631获取显示盒的具体信息。
弹性部632为具有一定弹性的材料支撑,具体地,弹性部632的弹性要小于面板本体600的弹性,可以为软性塑料或橡胶等材质制成。一般情况下,面板本体600由于多次开合导致发生一定程度的形变,使得面板本体600向前侧突出,使得显示区域630与显示盒之间的间距增大,该间距不会特别大,一般的在1~10mm范围内,外加面板本体600与中框本体100之间设置了不同位置的卡扣,使得显示区域630与显示盒之间的间距不会超过1cm。在此基础上,本实施例在显示板631与面板本体600之间通过弹性较小的弹性部632连接,并在显示板631与中框本体100之间添加卡接结构,即便面板本体600发生了一定程度的变形,显示板631也会和显示盒始终处于靠近甚至贴合的状态。
具体地,结合图5所示,在显示板631上设置卡扣633,在面板本体600与中框本体100闭合后,与卡扣633相对应的位置处设置卡槽,卡槽可以设置在中框本体100上,也可设置在显示盒上,可选地,卡槽设置在中框本体100上,防止显示板631跟随面板本体600打开时,卡扣633与设置在显示盒上的卡扣脱离时损坏显示盒。设置在中框本体100上的卡槽与设置在显示板631上的卡扣633卡接时,也对显示盒进行了夹持,提高了显示盒的固定程度。
本实施例中,具体地,弹性部632的弹性不宜过大,其弹性能够保证卡扣633与卡槽正常卡接,并且在打开面板本体600时,卡扣633能够与卡槽分离,在此过程中,弹性部632会由于面板本体600的打开而拉扯显示板631,显示板631再拉扯卡扣633使之与卡槽相分离。针对上述所述的面板本体600打开过程,卡扣633与卡槽的卡接力要大于弹性部632的弹性力,即卡扣633卡接在卡槽内时,弹性部632处于形变状态但不会使得卡扣633脱离卡槽;但是在面板本体600打开时,弹性部632会拉扯卡扣633脱离卡槽,并且卡扣633易于从卡槽中脱离,不会使得弹性部632发生较大程度的拉扯而损坏 弹性部632。
本实施例中,可选地,卡扣633与中框或显示盒的卡接方式为按压式卡接:面板本体600与中框本体100扣合后,按压显示板631,显示板631带动卡扣633卡入到卡槽中并卡接,此时卡扣633无法脱离卡槽,实现卡扣633与卡槽的卡接,继续按压卡扣633,卡扣633与卡槽的卡接作用消失,即可实现卡扣633与卡槽的分离。
具体的,下述提供一种按压式卡扣的具体方式,结合图6所示,按压式卡扣包括卡扣633与卡块150,卡扣633为一L型结构,包括连接杆6331与卡钩6332,连接杆6331与卡钩6332固定连接或者一体成型,且连接杆6331具有弹性,连接杆6331可在左右方向发生形变。卡块150包括顶部导向面1501、卡槽1502、底部导向面1503与背部导向面1504,卡槽1502设在卡块150的右侧臂上,且卡槽1502的开口朝向卡块150的右侧,卡块150的顶部设有顶部导向面1501,顶部导向面1501为倾斜的平面或曲面,且顶部导向面1501由左至右向下倾斜;底部导向面1503为卡槽1502下方的侧面,底部导向面1503为由左至右向下倾斜的平面或曲面;背部导向面1504为卡块150左侧的侧面,且同样为斜面或曲面,背部导向面1504由右至左逐渐向上倾斜。
先对上述具体地按压式卡扣的工作方式进行描述,结合图7所示,在设计卡扣633与卡块150的位置时,必须保证卡扣633位于顶部导向面1501所属平面的正上方,在卡扣633到达卡块150上方时,卡扣633的卡钩6332先与顶部导向面1501接触,并逐渐沿着顶部导向面1501向下滑动,滑动过程中连接杆6331逐渐发生形变并弯曲。
当卡钩6131滑动到顶部导向面1501的最底端并脱离顶部导向面1501时,在连接杆6331的弹性回复力作用下,卡钩6332卡入到卡槽1502中,并且在弹性部632始终给与卡扣633向上的拉力(向上的拉力在图1中为向前侧一方的拉力),使得卡钩6332始终卡接在卡槽1502上方的侧壁处,此时卡扣633与卡块150之间实现卡接连接;需要强调的是,连接杆6331必须位于卡块150的前侧,并且不能有交叉,否则卡钩6332无法卡入到卡槽1502中。
当需要解除卡扣633与卡块150之间的卡接时,继续向下按压卡扣633,此时卡钩6332沿底部导向面1503继续向下滑动,当卡钩6131滑动到底部导 向面1503的底端并脱离底部导向面1503时,连接杆6331失去卡块150的抵接作用而恢复到未形变状态,此时卡扣633与卡槽1502的卡接作用消失,卡扣633可沿背部导向面1504向上移动并脱离卡块150。
本实施例中,在卡扣633沿背部导向面1504向上移动时,连接杆6331会向左侧发生一定程度的弯曲,这是因为卡钩6332在连接杆6331未变形时处于顶部导向面1501的正上方,这样会导致卡扣633脱离卡块150时会有一定的阻碍作用,可选地,连接杆6331未变形时,卡钩6332左侧壁面位于顶部导向面1501最左侧棱边的最上方,即连接杆6331发生稍许变形即可沿背部导向面1504滑动并脱离卡块150,便于卡扣633与卡块150的脱离,便于面板本体600与中框本体100的拆卸。
需要说明的是,实施例一至实施例四中所述的第一连接件611、第二连接件612、第三连接件613与第四连接件614,均可采用本实施例所述的卡扣633与卡块150的卡接方式进行卡接,可选地,第一连接件611与第二连接件612采用本实施例所述的卡扣633与卡块150的卡接方式卡接,因为在打开面板本体600与中框本体100时,需要先打开第一连接件611与第二连接件612,再拆开第三连接件613与第四连接件614,所以最先打开的第一连接件611与第二连接件612采用卡扣633与卡块150的连接方式进行卡接,能够简化拆卸过程,不必先将面板本体600翻开一定的间隙后再依靠蛮力打开第一连接件611与第二连接件612,方便面板本体600的拆卸,且有效的防止面板本体600在拆卸时各个连接件容易损坏的问题。
实施例五
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,提供一种空调器,所述空调器包括上述任一实施例所述的面板,所述面板内侧设置有连接件,所述连接件将面板本体与中框本体紧固连接,具体的,连接件包括:
第一连接件,设置在面板本体的弧形板内侧,实现弧形板与中框本体对应位置处的紧固与贴合连接;
第二连接件,设置在面板本体靠近出风口一侧的边缘内侧,实现面板本体靠近出风口一侧边缘与中框本体的紧固与贴合连接;
第三连接件,设置在面板本体的显示区域外围边缘处,实现面板本体在显示区域处于中框本体的紧固与贴合连接,面板本体与中框本体能够对显示 盒进行较好的固定;
第四连接件,设置在面板本体上边缘内侧,实现面板本体靠近进风格栅一侧边缘处于中框本体对应位置处的紧固与贴合连接。

  1. 一种面板,用于空调,所述空调包括:连接于面板的中框本体(100),其中,所述面板包括面板本体(600),所述面板本体(600)上设有连接组件(610),所述连接组件(610)适于连接所述面板本体(600)与所述中框本体(100);
    所述连接组件(610)有多个,所述连接组件(610)至少包括以下四种位置处的两个:
    第一连接件(611),设置在所述面板本体(600)的弧形板(620)朝向所述中框本体(100)的一侧;
    第二连接件(612),设置在所述面板本体(600)靠近出风口一侧的边缘内侧;
    第三连接件(613),设置在所述面板本体(600)的显示区域(630)外围边缘处;
    第四连接件(614),设置在所述面板本体(600)上边缘内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面板,其中,所述面板本体(600)的每个弧形板(620)内侧均设有所述第一连接件(611)。

  10. 根据权利要求1所述的面板,其中,所述显示区域(630)包括显示板(631)与弹性部(632),所述显示板(631)通过所述弹性部(632)设置在所述面板本体(600)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的面板,其中,所述显示板(631)上设置卡扣(633),所述显示板(631)通过所述卡扣(633)与所述中框本体(100)或显示盒连接。
