近年来,随着显示技术的发展,各大厂商陆续的推出了曲面电视等曲面显示器,整体而言,曲面显示器从屏幕中央到边缘都能提供最佳的观看效果,而普通的显示装置在屏幕边缘方面的呈现能力一直相对不太理想。曲面显示器整片屏幕呈弧形的设计,可提供宽阔的全景影像效果,不论是在屏幕中央还是边缘四周,都能够带来同样的视觉享受,可以确保观看屏幕两侧图像时的清晰度,并且在近距离观看时还减少了离轴观看的失真度,能够使整个屏幕到人眼晶状体的距离保持一致,更容易让观看者身临其境,产生沉浸感。此外,曲面显示器会让用户的观赏距离拉长,达到更好的观赏体验。因此,相比于普通的显示装置,曲面显示器有着很大的优势:1、产品的差异化;2、更宽广的可视角度;3、减少近距离观看的失真度。
随着曲面市场的不断增长,因而曲面产品的竞争也越来越激烈,尤其是成本竞争不断加剧。在现有技术制备曲面显示装置的过程中,首先通过特定工艺将显示面板预先弯曲成一定弧度,然后利用背光模组(包括背板和与背板相匹配的胶框等)将弯曲的显示面板进行固定,从而形成曲面显示装置。众所周知,显示设备的结构优劣决定了产品本身固有的成本,然而,现有的曲面显示器的背板多采用塑件背板,并且采用数量较多的螺丝进行锁附固定,不但影响整个曲面显示器的外观设计效果,而且组装生产和重工效率都不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种曲面背板组件,解决现有曲面背板在组装和拆卸过程中的复杂性问题,并为优化背板外观设计提供条件。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种曲面显示器,采用上述的曲面背板组件,组装和拆卸过程简单方便,且外观美观,降低曲面显示器的成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件、及安装于所述曲面铁板件背部的曲面塑板件;
所述曲面铁板件的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽、及至少一组横向限位 槽;
每一纵向限位槽具有在上下方向上的纵向开口;
每组横向限位槽均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位槽,该两个横向限位槽具有在左右方向上开口方向相反的横向开口;

本发明还提供一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件、及安装于所述曲面铁板件背部的曲面塑板件;
所述曲面铁板件的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽、及至少一组横向限位槽;
每一纵向限位槽具有在上下方向上的纵向开口;
每组横向限位槽均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位槽,该两个横向限位槽具有在左右方向上开口方向相反的横向开口;
所述曲面塑板件的正面上设有多个纵向限位卡勾、及至少一组横向限位卡勾;
一个所述纵向限位卡勾通过所述纵向开口对应卡设于一个所述纵向限位槽中;
每组横向限位卡勾均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位卡勾,一组横向限位卡勾中的两个横向限位卡勾通过横向开口分别对应卡设于一组横向限位槽中的两个横向限位槽中;
其中,所述纵向限位槽和所述横向限位槽均通过冲压方式在所述曲面铁板件上形成;
其中,所述曲面铁板件和曲面塑板件的曲率一致。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件、及安装于所述曲面铁板件背部的曲面塑板件,所述曲面铁板件的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽、及至少一组横向限位槽,所述曲面塑板件的正面上设有多个纵向限位卡勾、及至少一组横向限位卡勾,一组横向限位卡勾对应卡设于一组横向限位槽中,一个所述纵向限位卡勾对应卡设于一个所述纵向限位槽中;本发明采用卡扣方式进行固定,取消了现有背板设计的螺丝固定方式,从而解决了现有曲面背板在组装和拆卸过程中的复杂性问题,并为优化背板外观设计提供了条件。本发明的曲面显示器,采用上述的曲面背板组件,组装和拆卸过程简单方便,且外观美观,降低了曲面显示器的成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
本发明首先提供一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件100、及安装于所述曲面铁板件100背部的曲面塑板件200;其中,所述曲面铁板件100用于保持曲面显示器的结构强度,所述曲面塑板件200用于遮盖并保护显示器背面的电路板、线材等,从而优化曲面显示器背部的外观。
如图1所示,所述曲面铁板件100的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽110、及至少一组横向限位槽120;
每一纵向限位槽110具有在上下方向上的纵向开口101;
每组横向限位槽120均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位槽120,该两个横向限位槽120具有在左右方向上开口方向相反的横向开口102。
如图2所示,所述曲面塑板件200的正面上设有与多个纵向限位槽110对应的多个纵向限位卡勾210、及与至少一组横向限位槽120对应的至少一组横向限位卡勾220;
一个所述纵向限位卡勾210通过所述纵向开口101对应卡设于一个所述纵向限位槽110中;
每组横向限位卡勾220均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位卡勾220,一组横向限位卡勾220中的两个横向限位卡勾220通过横向开口102分别对应卡设于一组横向限位槽120中的两个横向限位槽120中。
具体地,所述纵向限位槽110和所述横向限位槽120均通过冲压方式 在所述曲面铁板件100上形成。
具体地,所述纵向限位槽110通过冲压形成为凸桥状,每一纵向限位槽110在其纵向开口101的相对一端为开口状;
所述横向限位槽120通过冲压形成为凸包状,每一横向限位槽120在其横向开口102的相对一端为封闭状。
具体地,如图3-5所示,所述纵向限位卡勾210和横向限位卡勾220均为L型卡勾。
具体地,每组横向限位槽120中,所述两个横向限位槽120的横向开口102的开口方向相对;每组横向限位卡勾220中的两个横向限位卡勾220的卡勾方向相背离。
具体地,每一纵向限位槽110的纵向开口101的开口方向朝下;每一纵向限位卡勾210的卡勾方向朝上。
具体地,所述多个纵向限位槽110在曲面铁板件100的背面上设于所述横向限位槽120的上方。
具体地,如图2所示,所述纵向限位槽110的数量为6个,分别为第一纵向限位槽111、第二纵向限位槽112、第三纵向限位槽113、第四纵向限位槽114、第五纵向限位槽115、第六纵向限位槽116;该6个纵向限位槽110在曲面铁板件100的背面上排布成两行,其中所述第一纵向限位槽111、第二纵向限位槽112、第三纵向限位槽113、及第四纵向限位槽114在曲面铁板件100的背面上由右至左排列成第一行,所述第五纵向限位槽115和第六纵向限位槽116分别位于所述第一纵向限位槽111和第四纵向限位槽114的下方,排列成第二行;
所述横向限位槽120的数量为一组,该一组中的两个横向限位槽120分别为第一横向限位槽121、第二横向限位槽122,所述第一横向限位槽121和第二横向限位槽122分别位于第五纵向限位槽115和第六纵向限位槽116的下方。
对应的,所述曲面塑板件200上设有6个纵向限位卡勾210,分别为第一纵向限位卡勾211、第二纵向限位卡勾212、第三纵向限位卡勾213、第四纵向限位卡勾214、第五纵向限位卡勾215、第六纵向限位卡勾216,其分别与所述第一纵向限位槽111、第二纵向限位槽112、第三纵向限位槽113、第四纵向限位槽114、第五纵向限位槽115、第六纵向限位槽116相互配合,该6个纵向限位卡勾210在曲面塑板件200的正面上排布成两行,其中所述第一纵向限位卡勾211、第二纵向限位卡勾212、第三纵向限位卡勾213、第四纵向限位卡勾214在曲面塑板件200上的正面上由左至右排列成第一 行,所述第五纵向限位卡勾215和第六纵向限位卡勾216分别对应位于所述第一纵向限位卡勾211和第四纵向限位卡勾214的下方,排列成第二行;
所述横向限位卡勾220的数量为一组,分别为第一横向限位卡勾221和第二横向限位卡勾222,其分别与第一横向限位槽121和第二横向限位槽122相配合,所述第一横向限位卡勾221和第二横向限位卡勾222分别对应位于所述第五纵向限位卡勾215和第六纵向限位卡勾216的下方。
那么本发明的曲面背板组件,将所述曲面塑板件200安装到所述曲面铁板件100的具体过程为,如图6至图7所示,首先将曲面塑板件200靠搭到曲面铁板件100上,并由下向上推,使曲面塑板件200上的第一纵向限位卡勾211、第二纵向限位卡勾212、第三纵向限位卡勾213、第四纵向限位卡勾214、第五纵向限位卡勾215、第六纵向限位卡勾216分别与曲面铁板件100上的第一纵向限位槽111、第二纵向限位槽112、第三纵向限位槽113、第四纵向限位槽114、第五纵向限位槽115、第六纵向限位槽116卡合固定,此时,曲面塑板件200上的第一横向限位卡勾221和第二横向限位卡勾222并不能够卡合到第一横向限位槽121和第二横向限位槽122中,接下来如图8-10所示,将曲面塑板件200从左右两侧边向中心挤压,使所述第一横向限位卡勾221相对于所述第一横向限位槽121向内缩,所述第二横向限位卡勾222相对于所述第二横向限位槽122向内缩,直到第一横向限位卡勾221和第二横向限位卡勾222可分别卡合到第一横向限位槽121和第二横向限位槽122之后,释放挤压外力,利用曲面塑板件200回弹的特性,第一横向限位卡勾221和第二横向限位卡勾222自然可实现分别卡合到第一横向限位槽121和第二横向限位槽122中,从而将所述曲面塑板件200安装到所述曲面铁板件100上,而并不需要增加其他螺丝等进行固定。
本发明的曲面背板组件,采用卡扣方式进行曲面塑板件200和曲面铁板件100的固定,取消了现有背板设计的螺丝固定方式,从而解决了现有曲面背板在组装和拆卸过程中的复杂性问题,并为优化背板外观设计提供了条件。
具体地,所述曲面铁板件100和曲面塑板件200的曲率一致。
基于上述的曲面背板组件,本发明还提供一种曲面显示器,包括如上所述的曲面背板组件,所述曲面背板组件的具体结构在此不再赘述。
具体地,所述曲面显示器还包括显示面板、前框等结构,那么所述曲面显示器在具体在装配过程中,首先先将显示面板、前框等安装于所述曲面铁板件100上后,再将曲面塑板件200安装到所述曲面铁板件100的背 部,从而完成曲面显示器的装配;装配过程简单方便,能够减少组装作业步骤和人力,从而降低了曲面显示器的成本。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件、及安装于所述曲面铁板件背部的曲面塑板件,所述曲面铁板件的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽、及至少一组横向限位槽,所述曲面塑板件的正面上设有多个纵向限位卡勾、及至少一组横向限位卡勾,一组横向限位卡勾对应卡设于一组横向限位槽中,一个所述纵向限位卡勾对应卡设于一个所述纵向限位槽中;本发明采用卡扣方式进行固定,取消现有背板设计的螺丝固定方式,从而解决了现有曲面背板在组装和拆卸过程中的复杂性问题,并为优化背板外观设计提供了条件。本发明的曲面显示器,采用上述的曲面背板组件,组装和拆卸过程简单方便,且外观美观,降低了曲面显示器的成本。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件、及安装于所述曲面铁板件背部的曲面塑板件;
    所述曲面铁板件的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽、及至少一组横向限位槽;
    每一纵向限位槽具有在上下方向上的纵向开口;
    每组横向限位槽均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位槽,该两个横向限位槽具有在左右方向上开口方向相反的横向开口;
    所述曲面塑板件的正面上设有多个纵向限位卡勾、及至少一组横向限位卡勾;
    一个所述纵向限位卡勾通过所述纵向开口对应卡设于一个所述纵向限位槽中;
    每组横向限位卡勾均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位卡勾,一组横向限位卡勾中的两个横向限位卡勾通过横向开口分别对应卡设于一组横向限位槽中的两个横向限位槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位槽和所述横向限位槽均通过冲压方式在所述曲面铁板件上形成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位槽通过冲压形成为凸桥状,每一纵向限位槽在其纵向开口的相对一端为开口状;
    所述横向限位槽通过冲压形成为凸包状,每一横向限位槽在其横向开口的相对一端为封闭状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位卡勾和横向限位卡勾均为L型卡勾。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的曲面背板组件,其中,每组横向限位槽中,所述两个横向限位槽的横向开口的开口方向相对;每组横向限位卡勾中的两个横向限位卡勾的卡勾方向相背离。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的曲面背板组件,其中,每一纵向限位槽的纵向开口的开口方向朝下;每一纵向限位卡勾的卡勾方向朝上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述多个纵向限位槽在曲面铁板件的背面上设于所述横向限位槽的上方。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位槽的数量为6个,分别为第一纵向限位槽、第二纵向限位槽、第三纵向限位槽、第 四纵向限位槽、第五纵向限位槽、第六纵向限位槽;该6个纵向限位槽在曲面铁板件的背面上排布成两行,其中所述第一纵向限位槽、第二纵向限位槽、第三纵向限位槽、及第四纵向限位槽在曲面铁板件的背面上由右至左排列成第一行,所述第五纵向限位槽和第六纵向限位槽分别对应位于所述第一纵向限位槽和第四纵向限位槽的下方,排列成第二行;
    所述横向限位槽的数量为一组,该一组中的两个横向限位槽分别为第一横向限位槽、第二横向限位槽,所述第一横向限位槽和第二横向限位槽分别对应位于第五纵向限位槽和第六纵向限位槽的下方。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述曲面铁板件和曲面塑板件的曲率一致。
  10. 一种曲面显示器,包括如权利要求1所述的曲面背板组件。
  11. 一种曲面背板组件,包括曲面铁板件、及安装于所述曲面铁板件背部的曲面塑板件;
    所述曲面铁板件的背面上设有多个纵向限位槽、及至少一组横向限位槽;
    每一纵向限位槽具有在上下方向上的纵向开口;
    每组横向限位槽均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位槽,该两个横向限位槽具有在左右方向上开口方向相反的横向开口;
    所述曲面塑板件的正面上设有多个纵向限位卡勾、及至少一组横向限位卡勾;
    一个所述纵向限位卡勾通过所述纵向开口对应卡设于一个所述纵向限位槽中;
    每组横向限位卡勾均包括两个左右对称设置的横向限位卡勾,一组横向限位卡勾中的两个横向限位卡勾通过横向开口分别对应卡设于一组横向限位槽中的两个横向限位槽中;
    其中,所述纵向限位槽和所述横向限位槽均通过冲压方式在所述曲面铁板件上形成;
    其中,所述曲面铁板件和曲面塑板件的曲率一致。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位槽通过冲压形成为凸桥状,每一纵向限位槽在其纵向开口的相对一端为开口状;
    所述横向限位槽通过冲压形成为凸包状,每一横向限位槽在其横向开口的相对一端为封闭状。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位卡勾和横向限位卡勾均为L型卡勾。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的曲面背板组件,其中,每组横向限位槽中,所述两个横向限位槽的横向开口的开口方向相对;每组横向限位卡勾中的两个横向限位卡勾的卡勾方向相背离。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的曲面背板组件,其中,每一纵向限位槽的纵向开口的开口方向朝下;每一纵向限位卡勾的卡勾方向朝上。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述多个纵向限位槽在曲面铁板件的背面上设于所述横向限位槽的上方。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的曲面背板组件,其中,所述纵向限位槽的数量为6个,分别为第一纵向限位槽、第二纵向限位槽、第三纵向限位槽、第四纵向限位槽、第五纵向限位槽、第六纵向限位槽;该6个纵向限位槽在曲面铁板件的背面上排布成两行,其中所述第一纵向限位槽、第二纵向限位槽、第三纵向限位槽、及第四纵向限位槽在曲面铁板件的背面上由右至左排列成第一行,所述第五纵向限位槽和第六纵向限位槽分别对应位于所述第一纵向限位槽和第四纵向限位槽的下方,排列成第二行;
    所述横向限位槽的数量为一组,该一组中的两个横向限位槽分别为第一横向限位槽、第二横向限位槽,所述第一横向限位槽和第二横向限位槽分别对应位于第五纵向限位槽和第六纵向限位槽的下方。
