Abstract

本发明涉及一种电视机,包括一背板及一中框,该背板包括一基材层及一形成在该基材层上的第一金属层,该第一金属层包括一横部与相对该横部弯折延伸的纵部,该基材层形成在该横部上且面向该纵部,该纵部的高度等于或大于该基材层的厚度,该纵部上还形成有一第一卡合件。该中框包括一卡合部,该卡合部上形成有一第二卡合件,该第二卡合件与该第一卡合件相配合,以实现该背板与该中框的卡合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种背板及包含该背板的电视机。
背景技术
电视机一般包含有显示屏及背板。而在现有技术中,背板一般包括尺寸相同的上金属层、中间层及下金属层。且中间层一般为蜂窝结构或波浪结构,因此,中间层结构不宜做外观面。现有技术中是采用如下方法解决该问题:1.采用中框或前框来遮挡防止截面外露;2.背板与中框借助连接件或螺丝锁附等结构进行卡合。但增加链接件会增加部件及相关制程,导致成本增加;螺丝锁附结构会影响背板的外观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种成本低且不影响背板外观的背板及包含该背板的电视机。
一种背板,该背板包括一基材层及一形成在该基材层上的第一金属层,该第一金属层包括一体成型的横部与相对该横部弯折延伸的纵部,该基材层形成在该横部上且一端面向该纵部,该纵部的高度等于或大于该基材层的厚度,该纵部上还形成有一第一卡合件。进一步地,该纵部垂直于该横部。
进一步地,该背板还包括一第二金属层,该第二金属层形成在该基材层上且与该横部相背。
进一步地,该第一金属层的尺寸等于该基材层的尺寸,该基材层的尺寸等于或小于该横部的尺寸。
进一步地,该第一卡合件远离该基材层。
一种电视机,该电视机包括如上所述的背板及一中框,该中框包括一卡合部,该卡合部上形成有一第二卡合件,该第二卡合件与该第一卡合件相配合,以实现该背板与该中框的卡合。
进一步地,该电视机还包括一显示屏,该中框还包括一与该卡合部垂直连接的支撑部,该显示屏形成在该支撑部上。
进一步地,该支撑部与该卡合部一体成型。
进一步地,该电视机还包括一光学模组,该光学模组形成在该背板上并面向该显示屏。
本发明提供的背板及电视机,1)其背板的纵部能够遮挡其背板的基材层,因此,其背板能够防止基材层的截面外露;2)在该纵部及该中框的该卡合部上形成有相互配合的该第一卡合件及该第二卡合件,因此,该电视机的背板和中框的卡合并不需要借助连接件,也不需要采用螺丝锁附等结构,从而可以降低成本,且不影响背板的外观。

具体实施方式
为能进一步阐述本发明达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图1-2及较佳实施方式,对本发明提供的背板及包含该背板的电视机的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,作出如下详细说明。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种电视机100。该电视机100至少包括一背板10、一中框20、一显示屏30及一光学模组40。其中,该显示屏30形成在该中框20上,该中框20与该背板10卡合在一起。该光学模组40固定在该背板10上并面向该显示屏30。
其中,该背板10包括一基材层11、一第一金属层12及一第二金属层13。该第一金属层12及该第二金属层13分别形成在该基材层11的相背的两面上。其中,该基材层11一般呈蜂窝结构或浪结构等。
其中,该基材层11与该第二金属层13具有相同的尺寸。该第一金属层12的尺寸大于该基材层11及该第二金属层13的尺寸。
其中,该第一金属层12呈倒L型。该第一金属层12包括一横部121及一与该横部121一体成型且相对该横部121弯折延伸的纵部122。其中,该纵部122垂直于该横部121,该基材层11及该第二金属层13的一端面向该纵部122。具体地,该横部121及该纵部122是由该第一金属层12弯折形成的。
其中,该基材层11及该第二金属层13的尺寸均小于或等于该横部121的尺寸。该纵部122的高度等于或高于该基材层11的厚度。在本实施例中,该基材层11及该第二金属层13的尺寸均略小于该横部121的尺寸。该纵部122的高度大于该基材层11及该第二金属层13的厚度之和。
该纵部122上形成有一第一卡合件123。该第一卡合件123远离该基材层11及该第二金属层13。
在本实施例中,该第一卡合件123为一上卡钩结构。在其他实施例中,该第一卡合件123的结构并不局限于卡钩结构,只要能够实现卡合即可。
该中框20包括一支撑部21及一与该支撑部21垂直连接的卡合部22。该显示屏30形成在该支撑部21的一端。其中,该卡合部22可以与该支撑部21一体成型,也可以直接固定在该支撑部21的一端。在本实施例中,该卡合部22与该支撑部21一体成型。
其中,该卡合部22上形成有一第二卡合件23,该第二卡合件23面向该第一卡合件123且与该第一卡合件123相配合,以实现该背板10与该中框20的卡合。
在本实施例中,该第二卡合件23为一下卡钩结构。
在本实施例中,该显示屏30为液晶显示屏。在其他实施例中,该显示屏30也可以是等离子显示屏。
该光学模组40用于供应充足的亮度及分布均匀的光源,以使该显示屏30能正常显示影像。
其中,该光学模组40固定在该背板10的该第一金属层12上并面向该显示屏30。
本发明提供的该背板10及包含该背板10的该电视机100,1)其背板10的第一金属层12呈倒L型且包括一体成型的横部121与相对该横部121弯折延伸的纵部122,该背板10的基材层11及该第二金属层13形成在该横部121上且一端面向该纵部122,因此,该纵部122能够遮挡该基材层11,以防止该基材层11的截面外露;2)在该纵部122及该中框20的该卡合部22上依次形成有相互配合的该第一卡合件123及该第二卡合件23,因此,本案的背板10和中框20的卡合并不需要借助连接件,也不需要采用螺丝锁附等结构,从而可以降低成本,且不影响背板的外观。

Claims (6)

1.一种电视机,其特征在于,该电视机包括:
背板,该背板包括一基材层及一形成在该基材层上的第一金属层,该第一金属层包括一体成型的横部与相对该横部弯折延伸的纵部,该基材层形成在该横部上且一端面向该纵部,该纵部的高度等于或大于该基材层的厚度,该纵部上还形成有一第一卡合件;
中框,该中框包括一卡合部以及支撑部,该卡合部上形成有一第二卡合件,该第二卡合件与该第一卡合件相配合,以实现该背板与该中框的卡合,该支撑部与该卡合部垂直连接,该支撑部与该卡合部一体成型;以及
显示屏,该显示屏形成在该支撑部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电视机,其特征在于,该电视机还包括一光学模组,该光学模组形成在该背板上并面向该显示屏。
3.如权利要求1所述的电视机,其特征在于,该纵部垂直于该横部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电视机,其特征在于,该背板还包括一第二金属层,该第二金属层形成在该基材层上且与该横部相背。
5.如权利要求1所述的电视机,其特征在于,该第一金属层的尺寸等于该基材层的尺寸,该基材层的尺寸等于或小于该横部的尺寸。
6.如权利要求1所述的电视机,其特征在于,该第一卡合件远离该基材层。
