连接结构用于连接滤网1与中框2,连接结构包括连接板3,连接板3设置在滤网1的下边框的下边缘上,并在与下边框垂直的方向向外凸出设置一滤网把手14,滤网把手14与连接板3相交于下边框的边缘。连接板3的设置,增大了滤网把手14下方的空间,便于对滤网把手14施力进行滤网1的拆装。另外,中框2的下部还设有用于与底座螺钉连接的螺钉孔22,中框2的下部还设有用于与面板卡扣连接的卡扣23,本实施例中螺钉孔22位于中框2上与被连接板3遮挡的区域。已知技术中卡扣与螺钉孔位于中框下部上的同一条线上,美观度不足,本公开实施例将螺钉孔22的位置上移至中框上被连接板3遮挡的区域,这样在安装好过滤网1后,从中框2外面看过去,螺钉孔22的位置是隐藏不可见的,提高了美观性,且由于螺钉孔22在中框2上的位置上移,使得中框2与底座的固定更加牢靠;另外,由于螺钉孔22位于卡扣23的上方,当面板与中框2卡扣连接时,因为配合产生装配间隙,从装配间隙直吹的冷热风不会吹到螺钉孔22以及安装在螺钉孔22位置的螺钉,防止螺钉发生锈蚀。
本公开实施例还提供一种空调器,包括底座及面板,还包括上述滤网连接结构,中框2与底座之间采用螺钉固定,面板与中框2卡扣连接,中框2上设有导向槽,滤网1通过导向槽安装在中框2上且从中框2的前部弧形延伸至中框2的顶部,使得滤网1在中框2顶部弯曲成弧形。这里需要理解的是,滤网1本身并非弧形,而是安装到中框2上后受弯曲而成弧形。如图4所示,中框2还包括中框本体以及位于中框本体上的支撑件21,支撑件21包括设置在中框本体的进风口中部的第一加强筋,以及位于中框本体的进风口两侧的第二加强筋,以提高中框2的强度。
如图2-3所示,过滤网1包括左右对称设置的两个滤网单元,滤网单元包括方形框架10,在方形框架10内设有相互间纵横交错的多个横向筋11和多个纵向筋12,多个横向筋11沿滤网1的上下方向间隔开设置,多个纵向筋12沿滤网1的左右方向间隔开设置,使得多个横向筋11和多个纵向筋12 之间限定出多个过滤孔13,过滤孔13上罩设有网面。
两个滤网单元左右并列安装在中框2上,两个滤网单元中的横向筋11是贯穿滤网1的左右两侧的整体的、连续的筋条,如此设置,一方面能够提高滤网1的整体强度,另一方面还增加滤网1的整体美观性。
方形框架10由依次首尾连接的上边框、右边框、下边框及左边框连接,上边框及下边框与多个纵向筋12连接,左边框与右边框与多个横向筋11连接。在下边框的前表面上向外凸设有一滤网把手14,滤网把手14与下边框的边缘垂直,且滤网把手14从滤网1的左侧一直延伸到滤网1的右侧,形成一条连续的长条形板,如此设置,一方面大大增加了滤网把手14的面积,有助于滤网1的拆装,另一方面也提高了滤网1的整体美观性。
滤网把手14整体呈矩形状,滤网把手14的长度与滤网1在左右方向的宽度一致,滤网把手14向外凸起的宽度不超过支撑件21向远离空调器方向凸出的厚度,即滤网把手14向外伸出的部分与支撑件21外表面齐平或低于支撑件21向外伸出的部分,如此设置,不仅有助于降低中框2与空调面板之间需要满足的安装空间要求,且增加美观性。
如图6-9所示,连接结构包括第二连接板31,第二连接板31包括由滤网1下边框向下延伸一定高度且厚度均匀的矩形板。矩形板的一端与滤网把手14垂直连接,另一端设置有向靠近中框2方向垂直弯折的折边板32。
中框2上设有用于容纳连接板的凹槽,凹槽包括第二凹槽,在第二连接板31弯折处,折边板32紧贴在第二凹槽的侧壁,使得第二连接板31在弯折处与中框2抵接,且第二连接板31的外表面与中框2的外表面平齐,当滤网1安装在中框2上时,第二连接板31与中框2之间没有落差,避免因落差产生台阶,不美观且台阶易刮手,存在安全隐患。
插接结构包括插片33和与插片33配合的通孔24,插片33与连接板3连接,通孔24设置在中框2上。本实施例中在折边板32上垂直设置若干插片33,插片33为矩形薄板,在折边板32与第二凹槽抵接的第二凹槽侧壁上开设若干与插片33配合的通孔24,插片33插入通孔24中,第二连接板31固定在中框2上,进而将滤网1固定在中框2上,且该插片33与通孔24隐藏在中框2内,从外面仅能看到第二连接板31与中框2平齐,增加美观性。
第二连接板31与中框2之间由于设置了折边板32,使得第二连接板31 与中框2之间形成了一个条形槽25,为了提高中框2的强度以及中框2对第二连接板31的支撑,在条形槽25内,将中框2设置成台阶状,台阶的形状不作限制,可以设置成连续垂直折弯的台阶,也可以设置成如图6所示的包括直板和斜板的台阶。将位于条形槽25内的中框2设置成台阶形状,能够增大条形槽25内的中框2与第二连接板31之间的接触面积,进而提高中框2对第二连接板31的支撑强度。
本公开实施例提供的滤网连接结构,包括设置在滤网1下边框上的连续长条形滤网把手14,以及将滤网1与中框2连接起来的隐藏式的连接结构,一方面加大了滤网把手的受力面积和操作空间,便于滤网的拆卸,一方面隐藏式的连接结构,增加了美观性。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,如图10-13所示,本实施例中,连接板3包括由下边框底面向下延伸设置的具有一定高度的第一连接板34,第一连接板34的高度h也即如图12所示方位中第一连接板34在上下方向具有的尺寸,第一连接板34的高度h根据螺钉孔22的位置确定,以能够覆盖住螺钉孔22为宜。第一连接板34还具有一定的厚度,该厚度c1是指如图12所示方位中第一连接板34在前后方向具有的尺寸。
第一连接板34沿远离滤网把手14方向的厚度逐渐增大,即第一连接板34靠近滤网把手端的厚度c11较薄,第一连接板34远离滤网把手端的厚度c12较厚,第一连接板34沿上下方向的截面为一直角梯形,使得第一连接板34的外侧表面为一倾斜面,第一连接板34的外侧表面如图11中所示的第一连接板的前表面。
由于第一连接板34在靠近滤网把手14端的厚度c11低于远离滤网把手14端的厚度c12,因此滤网把手14与第一连接板34相接处,滤网把手14相对于第一连接板34向滤网1外表面凸起的宽度尺寸更大,当操作者使用滤网把手14时具有更大的操作空间,便于手握住滤网把手14以及对滤网把手14施加作用力。
凹槽还包括与第一连接板34远离滤网把手14的一端抵接的第一凹槽,第一凹槽在如图11所示方位的前后方向的宽度b2与第一连接板34位于第一凹槽内的厚度一致,使得第一连接板34的外表面与中框2的外表面平齐,避 免由于第一连接板34在第一凹槽内的厚度与凹槽宽度b2不一致产生落差,造成中框2与第一连接板34之间具有台阶,不美观且台阶易刮手,存在安全隐患。
第一连接板34与中框2的连接方式类似,均采用插片与通孔插接的方式,具体的,在第一连接板34远离滤网把手14的一端设置若干插片33,并在中框2上设置与插片33配合的通孔24,实现滤网1与中框2的连接,二者装配后,插片33被中框2遮挡在内侧,从外面看,插片33是隐藏不可见的,增加了美观性。
本实施例设置的连接结构3,设置了厚度渐变的第一连接板34,并在第一连接板上34设置插片结构,实现了滤网1与中框2的隐藏式连接,同时还增大了滤网把手14的操作空间,便于滤网1的拆卸。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例一的基础上,在滤网把手14的上表面设置防滑部,以增加手与滤网把手14之间的摩擦,便于操作者握住滤网把手14并向其施加作用力。防滑部可以是防滑纹,在滤网把手14的上表面沿滤网1横向方向设置防滑纹,防滑部也可以是在滤网把手14上凸设的圆形凸点,或者是在滤网把手14的上表面上沿滤网1横向方向均匀设置凹槽,拆装时将手指置于凹槽内,同时对滤网的方形框架10框架施加作用力,使得滤网方形框架10弯曲变形,从而将滤网1拆下或装上。可以理解的是,防滑部的形状和结构并不限于上述设置。
以上所述仅为本公开的可选实施例,对本公开而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本公开权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本公开权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
    过滤网(1),所述过滤网(1)的下边框上设有向外凸起的滤网把手(14);
    中框(2),所述过滤网(1)安装在所述中框(2)上;
    连接结构,包括连接板(3)和插接结构,所述连接板(3)与所述滤网(1)连接,所述插接结构分别与所述连接板(3)和所述中框(2)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述插接结构包括插片(33)和与所述插片(33)配合的通孔(24),所述插片(33)与所述连接板(3)连接,所述通孔(24)设置在所述中框(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述中框(2)上设有用于容纳所述连接板(3)的凹槽,所述通孔(24)设置在所述凹槽的侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接板(3)包括第一连接板(34),所述第一连接板(34)沿远离所述滤网把手(14)方向的厚度逐渐增大。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接板(34)沿上下方向的竖向截面为一直角梯形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接板(34)远离所述滤网把手(14)的一端外表面与所述中框(2)外表面在上下方向上平齐设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接板(3)包括第二连接板(31),所述第二连接板(31)包括矩形板和折边板(32),所述矩形板与所述滤网把手(14)垂直,所述折边板(32)是由所述矩形板向靠近所述中框(2)方向垂直弯折而成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述矩形板厚薄均匀,且所述矩形板的外表面与所述中框(2)的外表面在上下方向上平齐设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网连接结构,其特征在于,所述滤网把手(14)从所述滤网(1)的左侧一直延伸到所述滤网(1)的右侧,形成一条 连续的长条形板,所述滤网把手(14)上还设置有防滑部。
  10. 一种空调器,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的过滤网连接结构。
