具体地,“保管箱系统根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量”,这一操作的执行主体可以是网络设备1和保管箱2二者之一,即网络设备1或保管箱2根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;也可以是,网络设备1根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并由保管箱2根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;还可以是,保管箱2根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并由网络设备1根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。其中网络设备1可以是具有通信功能的计算机设备,例如服务器、个人PC、嵌入式控制板等,并且网络设备1可以通过运行或连接快递物流信息管理软件获得待派送的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息;可选地,待派送的包裹盒4为已运输至离保管箱2最近的快递物流网点并等待下一步被派送至保管箱2的包裹盒4。
本实施例提供的保管箱2可以固定设于住宅门口、公司收发室等方便收件人取件的位置,派件人员或智能派件设备将派送的包裹盒4放置于保管箱2内,收件人在方便的时间取出包裹盒4;可选地,保管箱2可以安装于建筑物的壁面上(请参阅图1)或者直接安放于地面上(请参阅图2)。另外地,保管箱2还可以包括用于锁止箱盖与箱体开合的电子锁,仅允许授权的派件人员或智能派件设备、以及收件人能够打开电子锁,以避免保管箱2暂存的包裹盒4被他人取走。当然,保管箱2也不限于箱盖和箱体连接的结构,例如保管箱2可以分开设有存入口和取出口,并且设置活动门以屏蔽存入口和取出口,本实施例对保管箱2的具体结构形式不作唯一限定。可以理解的是,保管箱2还包括电源组件(未图示),用于给读取组件20、控制与通信组件21和保管箱2的其它功能模块供电,此处电源组件可以为常规的电池模组或者电源适配器。
其中,包裹盒4可以根据外形尺寸不同分为不同的规格,每种规格的包裹盒4对应指定的外形尺寸,例如对应指定的长宽高等参数,包裹盒4还设有可读标签,保管箱2或其它外部设备通过读取包裹盒4的可读标签的信息可以获取该包裹盒4的规格信息,容易理解地,包裹盒4的规格信息与该包裹盒4的外形尺寸相关。保管箱2允许放入多个包裹盒4并且预设存放包裹盒4对应的容量,控制与通信组件21或网络设备1能够获取或存储该容量信息,在本实施例的其中一种实施方式中,该容量可以对应保管箱2所能最大容纳的不同或相同规格的包裹盒4的所有组合,各个组合中每种规格的包裹盒4的数量集即为各个组合所对应的容量。在获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格和每种规格对应的数量,以及待派送的包裹盒4的规格和每种规格对应的数量后,通过将上述保管箱2内的和待派送的这两类包裹盒4的合集与达到保管箱2最大容纳能力的所有组合所对应的容量逐一比较,能够判断出待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。在本实施例的另一种实施方式中,保管箱2预设的容量还可以对应保管箱2的内部容积,在获得保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格以及每种规格对应的数量后,通过每种规格的包裹盒4对应的外形尺寸计算出当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4占用的空间,并结合保管箱2已知的内部容积得到当前保管箱2的剩余容积,以用于判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。当然,对于预设容量的保管箱2,在获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息后,结合待派送的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,还有其它的实施方式可以达到判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量的目的,在本实施例中不一一列举。需要说明的是,包裹盒4也可以只设一种规格即所有的包裹盒4都具有相同的外形尺寸;或者也可以在揽收投寄的包裹盒4时通过其它工具对包裹盒4的外形尺寸进行测量,接着根据测量得到的包裹盒4的外形尺寸生成一个新的规格,并将该新的规格和对应的外形尺寸信息上传至快递物流信息管理软 件以供网络设备1获取,或将该新的规格和对应的外形尺寸信息写入至包裹盒4的可读标签中以供保管箱2读取。另外,通过保管箱2的控制与通信组件21与网络设备1之间的数据通信,上述保管箱2内的和待派送的这两类包裹盒42的规格信息和对应的数量信息可以汇总至保管箱2的控制与通信组件21或网络设备1,并由控制与通信组件21或网络设备1自动判断出待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。
进一步地,包裹盒4的可读标签的信息包含用于唯一辨识该包裹盒4身份的ID号,保管箱2或其它外部设备可以根据该ID号获取该包裹盒4的规格信息,该规格信息可以为包裹盒4的规格类型和/或外形尺寸数据;当然包裹盒4的规格信息也可以显式包含于包裹盒4的可读标签的信息中,并由保管箱2或其它外部设备通过可读标签直接读取获得。
进一步地,在本实施例中,包裹盒4的可读标签优选为设于包裹盒4外表面或内置于包裹盒4内(例如注塑封装)的RFID标签,保管箱2的读取组件20为RFID标签读取器,保管箱2读取包裹盒4的RFID标签存储的信息以获得包裹盒4的ID号以及规格信息;或者保管箱2通过RFID标签读取器读取包裹盒4的RFID标签存储的信息仅获得包裹盒4的ID号,接着由控制与通信组件21将获得的ID号发送给网络设备1,网络设备1再根据接收的ID号获得对应的规格信息并根据需要将该规格信息反馈给控制与通信组件21。在本实施例的其中一种实施方式中,保管箱2可以在其箱体内侧的不同位置分设多个RFID标签读取器,保管箱2的控制与通信组件21将多个RFID标签读取器读取的信息进行汇总处理,同时通过合理设置保管箱2内部包裹盒4的放置区域以及数量,确保保管箱2的RFID标签读取器能够读取到其暂存的所有包裹盒4的RFID标签的信息。应当说明的是,包裹盒4的可读标签不限于为RFID标签,例如,在本发明的其他较佳实施例中,包裹盒4的可读标签还可以为印有二维码的标签,对应地,保管箱2的读取组件20为光电转换器。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种保管箱2,该保管箱2为实施例一中的保管箱2。具体地,保管箱2用于暂存已派送的包裹盒4并预设对应的容量;其中保管箱2包括读取组件20,读取组件20用于读取保管箱2内的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息;保管箱2还包括控制与通信组件21,控制与通信组件21用于处理读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息并与网络设备1进行数据通信;
保管箱2接收所述网络设备1发送的待派送的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,以及保管箱2根据所述读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;或 者保管箱2将读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息发送至网络设备1,以使网络设备1能够根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并能够根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;或者保管箱2根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并将获得的当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息发送至网络设备1,以使网络设备1能够根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;或者保管箱2将读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息发送至网络设备1,以使网络设备1能够根据读取组件20读取的可读标签的信息获得当前保管箱2内的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,以及保管箱2接收网络设备1发送的待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并根据待派送的与当前保管箱2内的这两类包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。
进一步地,请参照图1至图3,保管箱2还可以包括显示组件22,显示组件22和控制与通信组件21电连接,并用于显示需要提示给收件人或派件人员的相关信息。可选地,当一个保管箱2同时暂存由多个收件人收取的包裹盒4时,保管箱2可以针对每次打开其入口的收件人,通过显示组件22显示由该收件人收取的包裹盒4的可视特征信息,例如印制于包裹盒4外表面的ID号,以帮助该收件人从保管箱2中快速找到对应的包裹盒4。
实施例三:
本实施例提供了一种挑选派送的包裹盒4的方法,应用于实施例一提供的保管箱系统,或者应用于实施例二提供的保管箱2,包括:
判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。
若待派送的包裹盒4超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量,从待派送的包裹盒4中选出部分包裹盒4;其中,选出的包裹盒4不超出当前所述保管箱2的剩余容量。
在本实施例的一种实施方式中,当判断待派送的包裹盒4超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量之后,保管箱系统中的网络设备1或保管箱2自动从待派送的包裹盒4中挑选尽量多的包裹盒4,并使得选出的包裹盒4不超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;或者,保管箱系统中的网络设备1或保管箱2自动从待派送的包裹盒4中排除尽量少的包裹盒4,并使得剩余的包裹盒4即间接选出的包裹盒4不超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。最后保管箱系统中的网络设备1或保管箱2将选出的包裹盒4的相关信息例如对应的ID号提示给派送人员,使得派送人员更方便地安排包裹盒4派送;或者保管箱系统中的网络设备1或保管箱2根据选出的包裹 盒4自动生成相应的派送任务,并将派送任务分配给智能派件设备以派送选出的包裹盒4,例如网络设备1或保管箱2根据选出的包裹盒4发送指令至智能派件设备,以使智能派件设备装载并派送选出的包裹盒4。
可选地,待派送的包裹盒4设置不同的优先级,优先级高的包裹盒4需要被优先派送。该优先级可由寄件人在投递包裹盒4时设定或者由收件人在包裹盒4被派送前设定,并且在设定后,包裹盒4的优先级相关的信息会被上传至快递物流信息管理软件以供网络设备1获取,或将该包裹盒4的优先级相关的信息写入至包裹盒4的可读标签中以供保管箱2读取。上述从待派送的包裹盒4中选出部分包裹盒4的步骤还包括:最先从待派送的优先级高的包裹盒4中选出部分或全部的包裹盒4;其中,选出的优先级高的包裹盒4不超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。
在本实施例的一种实施方式中,当判断待派送的包裹盒4超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量之后,网络设备1或保管箱2最先自动从待派送的包裹盒4中选出优先级高的包裹盒4。若全部优先级高的包裹盒4未超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量,则保管箱系统中的网络设备1或保管箱2接着再自动从剩余的待派送的包裹盒4中挑选尽量多的包裹盒4,并使得全部选出的包裹盒4不超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量;或者,若全部优先级高的包裹盒4超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量,则网络设备1或保管箱2自动从优先级高的包裹盒4中挑选尽量多的包裹盒4,并使得选出的包裹盒4不超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。
实施例四:
本实施例提供了一种通知收件人的方法,应用于实施例一提供的保管箱系统,或者应用于实施例二提供的保管箱2,包括:
判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量。
若待派送的包裹盒4超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量,通知收件人当前无法正常派送包裹盒4,并提醒收件人收取已派送的包裹盒4。
在本实施例的一种实施方式中,当判断待派送的包裹盒4超出当前保管箱2的剩余容量之后,保管箱系统中的网络设备1或保管箱2自动发送通知信息至收件人的手持设备或个人PC,告知收件人因为全部待派送的包裹盒4已超过当前保管箱2的剩余容量,所以无法正常派送全部待派送的包裹盒4的情况,并且提醒收件人尽快收取已派送的所述包裹盒4以使待派送的包裹盒4能够全部被正常派送。
实施例五:
请参阅图4,本实施例提供一种保管箱3,该保管箱3包括称重组件33和用于读取保管箱3内的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息的读取组件30;保管箱3还包括控制组件31,称重 组件33和读取组件30均与该控制组件31电连接,可选地,控制组件31还用于与网络设备进行数据通信;该保管箱3既可以是在实施例二提供的保管箱2的基础上增加称重组件33,也可以是其它用于暂存包裹盒4的保管箱3;当保管箱3是在实施例二提供的保管箱2的基础上增加称重组件33时,控制组件31即为控制与通信组件21,读取组件30即为读取组件20。保管箱3还可以包括与控制组件31电连接的显示组件32,当保管箱3是在实施例二提供的保管箱2的基础上增加称重组件33时,显示组件32即为显示组件22。寄件人将投寄的包裹盒4放置于保管箱3内,之后该包裹盒4由揽件人员取出,或者由智能揽件设备例如揽件机器人取出,并且保管箱3还能够通过称重组件33测量所述保管箱3内存放的物品的总重量。需要说明的是,本实施例提供的保管箱3用于同时暂存投寄的包裹盒4和已派送的包裹盒4,或者仅用于暂存投寄的包裹盒4而不用于暂存派送的包裹盒4。另外,当保管箱3是在实施例二提供的保管箱2的基础上增加称重组件33时,保管箱3内的投寄的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息可以和保管箱3内的已派送的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息一起被用于判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱3的剩余容量,但是若确定保管箱3内的全部或部分的投寄的包裹盒4在派送的包裹盒4放入保管箱3内前会被揽收,例如派件人员或智能派件设备在派送包裹盒4至保管箱3的同时也能够揽收同一保管箱3暂存的投寄的包裹盒4,则该部分投寄的包裹盒4的规格信息和对应的数量信息将不被用于判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱3的剩余容量。
在本实施例中,保管箱3允许放入多个包裹盒4,称重组件33用于测量保管箱3内的物品的重量。可选地,于保管箱3内的底面上设置物板,包裹盒4被放置于置物板上,所述称重组件33的相关传感器设于置物板与底面之间,用于测量置物板上放置的物品的重量;也可以,当保管箱3内部设有多个置物板时,例如保管箱3内部设有多个存储隔间,每个存储隔间分别设置一个置物板,对应地,每个置物板下设一个称重组件33的相关传感器,用于分别测量每个置物板上放置的物品的重量,其中每个置物板上允许放置一个或多个包裹盒4。
实施例六:
本实施例提供的保管箱系统与实施例一的基本一致,其不同之处在于:本实施例提供的保管箱系统中的保管箱还包括称重组件,该称重组件的功能与实施五中的称重组件33相同;或者,本实施例提供的保管箱系统也可以由实施例五提供的保管箱3以及用于与保管箱3进行数据通信的网络设备组成。需要说明的是,本实施例提供的保管箱系统中的保管箱用于同时暂存投寄的包裹盒4和已派送的包裹盒4,或者仅用于暂存投寄的包裹盒4而不用于暂存派送的包裹盒4。
实施例七:
请参阅图5,本发明的实施例提供了一种测量投寄的包裹盒4的运输重量的方法,应用于实施例五提供的保管箱3,或者应用于实施例六提供的保管箱系统,或者应用于其它结构形式的保管箱或其它结构形式的保管箱系统,包括:
步骤S100,在保管箱的入口打开至关闭期间,检测保管箱内的物品的重量是否增加;
步骤S110,通过读取保管箱内的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息来获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量;
步骤S120,响应于重量增加的检测结果,若获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量为1个,获取重量的增加值并记录为新增投寄的包裹盒4对应的运输重量。
具体地,在本实施例的一种实施方式中,在保管箱3的入口被寄件人打开至关闭期间,保管箱3通过称重组件33多次测量其内的物品的重量并比较前后至少两次测量结果以检测保管箱3内的物品的重量是否增加,测量的频率可以设置为每间隔1秒一次,若当前测量的结果相比前次测量的结果增加,则对应的场景为寄件人在称重组件33前次测量与当前测量之间将物品放置于保管箱3内;此时保管箱3可以通过读取其内置的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息并与之前一次或多次读取的信息比较,来获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量。若获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量为1个,则对应的场景为寄件人在称重组件33前次测量与当前测量之间在保管箱3内放入1个投寄的包裹盒4,称重组件33当前的测量结果减去前次的测量结果后获得的重量增加值即为该包裹盒4与盒内物品的总重,或者也可以根据称重组件33更多次的测量结果获得更准确的重量的增加值以排除包裹盒4被放置瞬间的测量误差,保管箱3将上述重量的增加值记录为该新增投寄的包裹盒4对应的运输重量,以作为运费计价的依据;可以理解地,保管箱3通过读取组件30获得该新增投寄的包裹盒4的ID号,并将上述重量的增加值与新增投寄的包裹盒4的ID号对应。由于寄件人只需要将投寄的包裹盒4放入保管箱3内即可同时完成对包裹盒4的运输重量的测量,无需其它多余的操作,使得寄件人投寄包裹盒4的操作更为便捷;并且步骤S120是在寄件人将投寄的包裹盒4放置于保管箱3内的操作之后进行,与现有自助寄件的方法中由寄件人在放置投寄物品前先通过放置区域以外的称重工具测量与记录投寄物品的重量的方式相比,有效防止寄件人在测量重量的操作之后擅自替换或增加投寄物品再进行放置操作的不当行为。另外,在将上述重量的增加值记录为新增投寄的包裹盒4对应的运输重量之后,若寄件人取出并重新二次放入该包裹盒4,保管箱3也可以自动检测出该包裹盒4被取出和再放入的操作,并重新测量与更新该包裹盒4对应的运输重量。可以理解地,最终运费计价所依据的计费重量既可以是包裹盒4与盒内物品的总重,也可以是盒内物品的重量,也就是将上述重量的增加值减去包裹盒4空重的结 果。
需要说明的是,步骤S100和步骤S110可以同步进行,也可以先后分开进行。例如步骤S110中,响应于步骤S100的重量增加的检测结果,再通过读取保管箱3内的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息来获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量,此时步骤S120可以简化为:若获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量为1个,获取上述重量的增加值并记录为新增投寄的包裹盒4对应的运输重量。另外地,保管箱3或与保管箱3连接的网络设备可以自动区分当前是由派件人员还是寄件人员打开保管箱3入口,而在保管箱3的入口被寄件人打开至关闭期间,即使被一同放入派送的包裹盒4,保管箱3或与保管箱3连接的网络设备也可以通过读取到的可读标签的信息识别出派送的包裹盒4,并提示寄件人将派送的包裹盒4与投寄的包裹盒4分开放入,或者将上述获得的重量的增加值自动减除派送的包裹盒4的重量,其中派送的包裹盒4的重量在投寄阶段已被测量和记录。
进一步地,响应于上述重量增加的检测结果,若上述获取新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量不为1,则根据数量的不同向寄件人发出不同的提示,包括:
根据获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量大于1个,提示寄件人逐一放入投寄的包裹盒4;
根据获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量为0个,提示寄件人放入保管箱内的物品不是投寄的包裹盒4。
在一种实施方式中,若保管箱3获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量大于1个,则对应的场景为寄件人同时放入多个投寄的包裹盒4,上述重量的增加值为寄件人同时放入保管箱3内的多个投寄的包裹盒4及盒内物品的重量,如此保管箱3不能够对其中单个包裹盒4及盒内物品的重量进行准确地测量;在这种情况下,保管箱3向寄件人发出同时放入多个投寄的包裹盒4而导致无法准确测量单个包裹盒4的运输重量,请寄件人逐一放入投寄的包裹盒4的提示或大义相同的信息,上述的提示可以由保管箱3的显示组件32直接显示,或者由保管箱3通过网络设备发送至收件人的手持设备或个人PC。若保管箱3获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量为0个,则对应的场景为寄件人放入保管箱3内的物品不是投寄的包裹盒4,对此保管箱3向寄件人发出放入保管箱3内的物品不是投寄的包裹盒4,请寄件人放入指定的包裹盒4的提示或大义相同的信息。保管箱3针对寄件人不正确投寄的两种情况对应发出相关的提示,帮助寄件人按照正确的方式将投寄的包裹盒4放置于保管箱3内,避免投寄的物品不能够被正常揽件,并且当保管箱3是在实施例二提供的保管箱2的基础上增加称重组件33时,有助于确保保管箱3暂存的物品均为指定的包裹盒4与包裹盒4内置的物品,使得判断待派送的包裹盒4是否超出当前保管箱3的剩余容量的结果更为准确。
进一步地,在步骤S120之后,还包括:
步骤S130,查询新增投寄的包裹盒4的投寄信息是否完善,如果未完善,则提示寄件人完善该投寄信息。
在一种实施方式中,在将所述重量的增加值记录为新增投寄的包裹盒4的运输重量之后,保管箱3可以连接网络设备,并查询该包裹盒4的投寄信息是否完善,该投寄信息包含包裹盒4对应的收件人姓名地址和寄件人姓名地址等快递所需的信息,并可以由寄件人在投寄之前通过手持设备或个人PC输入及上传至网络设备。如果保管箱3查询到新增投寄的包裹盒4的投寄信息未完善,则保管箱3向寄件人发出该包裹盒4的投寄信息不完善,请寄件人完善该包裹盒4的投寄信息的提示或大义相同的信息,上述的提示可以由保管箱3的显示组件32直接显示,或者由保管箱3通过网络设备发送至收件人的手持设备或个人PC。
在另一种实施方式中,保管箱系统中的网络设备可以与保管箱配合共同执行本实施例提供的相关方法,例如步骤S110中,可以由网络设备通过保管箱上传的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息来获得新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量;又例如步骤S120中,可以由网络设备将保管箱上传的重量的增加值记录为新增投寄的包裹盒4对应的运输重量;又例如若获取新增投寄的包裹盒4的数量不为1,则由网络设备根据数量的不同向寄件人发出不同的提示;再例如步骤S130中,可以由网络设备查询新增投寄的包裹盒4的投寄信息是否完善,如果未完善,则提示寄件人完善该投寄信息。
实施例八:
本实施例提供了一种自动检测包裹盒4从保管箱内被取出的方法,应用于实施例五提供的保管箱3,或者应用于实施例六提供的保管箱系统,或者应用于其它结构形式的保管箱或其它结构形式的保管箱系统,包括:
读取第一时刻保管箱内的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息;
读取第二时刻保管箱内的包裹盒4的可读标签的信息;
比较第一时刻和第二时刻读取的信息,以获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱内被取出的已派送的包裹盒4的信息;

在本实施例的一种实施方式中,保管箱3在第一时刻读取并记录其内置的所有包裹盒4的可读标签的信息,该信息包含包裹盒4的ID号,在间隔一段时间后的第二时刻保管箱3再次读取并记录其内置的所有包裹盒4的可读标签的信息并与记录的在第一时刻读取到的所有包裹盒4的可读标签的信息比较,以获得在第一时刻能够读取但在第二时刻未能读取的包裹盒4的信息,并将这部分未能读取的包裹盒4的ID号识别为在第一时刻和第二时刻之间 被取出的包裹盒4的ID号,可选地,第一时刻与第二时刻间隔2秒。保管箱3根据ID号,可以通过连接网络设备进一步识别被取出的包裹盒4是投寄的包裹盒4还是已派送的包裹盒4,从而能够获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱3被取出的已派送的包裹盒4的信息,和/或能够获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱3被取出的投寄的包裹盒4的信息。当然,保管箱3也可以将读取到的可读标签的信息直接发送至连接的网络设备,接着由网络设备处理并最终获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱3内被取出的已派送和/或投寄的包裹盒4的信息。容易理解地,本实施例提供的相关方法也可以应用于实施例一提供的保管箱系统,或者应用于实施例二提供的保管箱2,以获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱内被取出的已派送的包裹盒4的信息。
本实施例提供的方法可用于自动检测保管箱3内的包裹盒4被收件人或揽件人员部分或全部取出的操作,并且自动识别被取出的包裹盒4的相关信息,从而收件人或揽件人员只需要从保管箱3内取出包裹盒4,无须多余的操作即可使得取出的包裹盒4的相关信息被自动识别以用于更新该包裹盒4的物流状态,例如将包裹盒4的物流状态由已派件更新为已收件,或者由已投件更新为已揽件,从而使收件人收件或揽件人员揽件的操作更加便捷高效。
进一步地,上述获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱内被取出的已派送的和/或被取出的投寄的包裹盒4的信息的步骤之后还包括:根据获得的在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱内被取出的已派送的包裹盒4的信息和/或被取出的投寄的包裹盒4的信息判断包裹盒4是否由当前打开保管箱入口的人员错误取出,若此包裹盒4被错误取出,则提示该人员包裹盒4被错误取出和/或提示该人员将错误取出的包裹盒4放回至保管箱。具体地,保管箱或与保管箱连接的网络设备能够识别打开保管箱入口的人员的身份,例如保管箱包括用于锁止其入口的电子锁,人员通过手持设备直接连接保管箱或者通过网络设备间接连接保管箱,并以与其身份对应的电子账号操作保管箱打开电子锁,保管箱或与保管箱连接的网络设备根据当前操作对应的电子账号识别人员的身份。在本实施例的一种实施方式中,保管箱3或与保管箱3连接的网络设备待获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从保管箱3内被取出的包裹盒4的ID号之后,根据ID号进一步获取此包裹盒4对应的收件人或揽件人员的身份,若与当前打开保管箱3入口的人员的身份不一致,则判断包裹盒4被错误取出并提示该人员包裹盒4被错误取出和/或提示该人员尽快将错误取出的包裹盒4放回至保管箱3,可选地,保管箱3或连接的网络设备还向该人员显示被错误取出的包裹盒4的可视特征信息,例如印制于包裹盒4外表面的ID号。上述的提示可以由保管箱3的显示组件32直接显示,或者通过网络设备发送至人员的手持设备或个人PC。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,包裹盒4对应的收件人既可以是在投寄阶段由投寄人指定的原收件人,也可以是之后由原收件人在快递物流 信息管理软件中授权代收的其他人员。
实施例九:
本实施例提供一种控制设备,包括:
至少一个处理器,以及至少一个与处理器通信连接的存储器。其中,存储器中存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如实施例三所述的挑选派送的包裹盒4的方法、或实现如实施例四所述的通知收件人的方法、或实现如实施七所述的测量投寄的包裹盒4的运输重量的方法、或实现如实施八所述的自动检测包裹盒4从保管箱内被取出的方法。
实施例十:
本实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如实施例三所述的挑选派送的包裹盒4的方法、或实现如实施例四所述的通知收件人的方法、或实现如实施七所述的测量投寄的包裹盒4的运输重量的方法、或实现如实施八所述的自动检测包裹盒4从保管箱内被取出的方法。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种保管箱系统,其特征在于,包括:
    网络设备,用于获得待派送的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息;
    保管箱,用于暂存已派送的包裹盒并预设对应的容量;其中所述保管箱包括读取组件,所述读取组件用于读取所述保管箱内的包裹盒的可读标签的信息;所述保管箱还包括控制与通信组件,所述控制与通信组件用于处理所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息并与所述网络设备进行数据通信;
    所述网络设备或所述保管箱根据所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息获得当前所述保管箱内的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并由所述网络设备或所述保管箱根据待派送的与当前所述保管箱内的这两类包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量。
  2. 一种保管箱,其特征在于,包括:读取组件和控制与通信组件;
    所述保管箱用于暂存已派送的包裹盒并预设对应的容量;
    所述读取组件用于读取所述保管箱内的包裹盒的可读标签的信息;
    所述控制与通信组件用于处理所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息并与网络设备进行数据通信;
    所述保管箱接收所述网络设备发送的待派送的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,以及所述保管箱根据所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息获得当前所述保管箱内的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并根据待派送的与当前所述保管箱内的这两类包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量;或者所述保管箱将所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息发送至所述网络设备,以使所述网络设备能够根据所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息获得当前所述保管箱内的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并能够根据待派送的与当前所述保管箱内的这两类包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量;或者所述保管箱根据所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息获得当前所述保管箱内的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并将获得的当前所述保管箱内的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息发送至所述网络设备,以使所述网络设备能够根据待派送的与当前所述保管箱内的这两类包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量;或者所述保管箱将所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息发送至所述网络设备,以使所述网络设备能够根据所述读取组件读取的可读标签的信息获得当前所述保管箱内的包 裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,以及所述保管箱接收所述网络设备发送的待派送的与当前所述保管箱内的这两类包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,并根据待派送的与当前所述保管箱内的这两类包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息,自动判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的保管箱,其特征在于,包裹盒的可读标签的信息包含用于唯一辨识该包裹盒身份的ID号,所述保管箱或所述网络设备根据该ID号获取该包裹盒的规格信息;或者,包裹盒的可读标签的信息显式包含包裹盒的规格信息,所述保管箱通过可读标签直接读取获得该包裹盒的规格信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的保管箱,其特征在于,包裹盒的所述规格信息与该包裹盒的外形尺寸相关。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的保管箱,其特征在于,所述保管箱还包括用于显示提示信息的显示组件;所述显示组件还用于显示由打开所述保管箱入口的收件人收取的包裹盒的可视特征信息,以帮助所述收件人快速找到对应的包裹盒。
  6. 如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的保管箱,其特征在于,所述保管箱还用于暂存投寄的包裹盒;所述保管箱还包括称重组件,所述称重组件用于测量所述保管箱内的物品的重量。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的保管箱,其特征在于,若所述保管箱内的投寄的包裹盒在待派送的包裹盒放入所述保管箱内前会被揽收,则该部分投寄的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息将不被用于判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量。
  8. 如权利要求1中所述的保管箱系统,其特征在于,所述保管箱还用于暂存投寄的包裹盒;所述保管箱还包括称重组件,所述称重组件用于测量所述保管箱内的物品的重量。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的保管箱,其特征在于,若所述保管箱内的投寄的包裹盒在待派送的包裹盒放入所述保管箱内前会被揽收,则该部分投寄的包裹盒的规格信息和对应的数量信息将不被用于判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量。
  10. 一种挑选派送的包裹盒的方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1所述的保管箱系统,或者应用于如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的保管箱,所述方法,包括:
    判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量;
    若待派送的包裹盒超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量,从待派送的包裹盒中选出部分包裹盒;其中,选出的包裹盒不超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的挑选派送的包裹盒的方法,其特征在于,待派送的包裹盒设置不同的优先级,优先级高的包裹盒需要被优先派送;所述从待派送的包裹盒中选出部分包 裹盒的步骤还包括:最先从待派送的优先级高的包裹盒中选出部分或全部的包裹盒;其中,选出的优先级高的包裹盒不超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的挑选派送的包裹盒的方法,其特征在于,所述从待派送的包裹盒中选出部分包裹盒的步骤之后还包括:将选出的包裹盒的相关信息提示给派送人员;或者,根据选出的包裹盒自动生成相应的派送任务,并将派送任务分配给智能派件设备以派送选出的包裹盒。
  13. 一种通知收件人的方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1所述的保管箱系统,或者应用于如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的保管箱,所述方法,包括:
    判断待派送的包裹盒是否超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量;
    若待派送的包裹盒超出当前所述保管箱的剩余容量,通知收件人当前无法正常派送包裹盒并提醒所述收件人收取已派送的包裹盒。
  14. 一种测量投寄的包裹盒的运输重量的方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求6或7所述的保管箱,或者应用于如权利要求8或9所述的保管箱系统,所述方法,包括:
    在所述保管箱的入口打开至关闭期间,检测所述保管箱内的物品的重量是否增加;
    通过读取所述保管箱内的包裹盒的可读标签的信息来获得新增投寄的包裹盒的数量;
    响应于所述重量增加的检测结果,若所述数量为1个,获取所述重量的增加值并记录为新增投寄的包裹盒的运输重量。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的测量投寄的包裹盒的运输重量的方法,其特征在于,若所述数量不为1,则根据所述数量的不同向寄件人发出不同的提示,具体包括:
    根据所述数量大于1个,提示所述寄件人逐一放入投寄的包裹盒;
    根据所述数量为0个,提示所述寄件人放入的物品不是投寄的包裹盒。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的测量投寄的包裹盒的运输重量的方法,其特征在于,在将所述总重量的增加值记录为新增投寄的包裹盒的运输重量之后,还包括:
    查询新增投寄的包裹盒的投寄信息是否完善;如果未完善,则提示寄件人完善该投寄信息。
  17. 一种检测包裹盒从保管箱内被取出的方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求6或7所述的保管箱,或者应用于如权利要求8或9所述的保管箱系统,所述方法,包括:
    读取第一时刻所述保管箱内的包裹盒的可读标签的信息;
    读取第二时刻所述保管箱内的包裹盒的可读标签的信息;
    比较第一时刻和第二时刻读取的信息,以获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从所述保管箱内被取出的已派送的包裹盒的信息;
    和/或,比较第一时刻和第二时刻读取的信息,以获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从所述保管箱内被取出的投寄的包裹盒的信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的检测包裹盒从保管箱内被取出的方法,其特征在于,所述获得在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从所述保管箱内被取出的已派送的包裹盒的信息和/或被取出的投寄的包裹盒的信息的步骤之后还包括:根据获得的在第一时刻与第二时刻之间从所述保管箱内被取出的已派送的包裹盒的信息和/或被取出的投寄的包裹盒的信息判断包裹盒是否由当前打开所述保管箱入口的人员错误取出,若包裹盒被错误取出,则提示该人员包裹盒被错误取出和/或提示该人员将错误取出的包裹盒放回至所述保管箱。
  19. 一种控制设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器,以及至少一个与所述处理器通信连接的存储器。其中,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求10至12中任一项所述的挑选派送的包裹盒的方法、或实现如权利要求13所述的通知收件人的方法、或实现如权利要求14至16中任一项所述测量投寄的包裹盒的运输重量的方法、或实现如权利要求17或18所述的检测包裹盒从保管箱内被取出的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求10至12中任一项所述的挑选派送的包裹盒的方法、或实现如权利要求13所述的通知收件人的方法、或实现如权利要求14至16中任一项所述测量投寄的包裹盒的运输重量的方法、或实现如权利要求17或18所述的检测包裹盒从保管箱内被取出的方法。
