背景技术
随着宠物行业地不断快速发展,宠物零食机、宠物喂食机等宠物零食设备普遍被人们所使用的,传统的宠物喂食机其下料装置在下料的过程中往往会出现卡料现象,从而影响其正常的使用,针对此,市场上出现了一种下料斗,通过设置转动的上下拨片对食料进行拨动,从而使食料能够顺利的落下,该装置虽然一定程度上改善了宠物喂食机下料过程,但是其无法实现食料单次下料的数量,从而给使用带来不便。
申请人对比现有技术发现至少存在以下技术问题:
现有宠物喂食机的下料装置通过下拨片虽然在一定程度上能够起到防止卡料的作用,但是在下料的过程中无法控制单次下料时食料的数量,给使用带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的之一是提供一种双搅粮盘下料机构,以解决现有技术中存在的传统宠物零食机下料装置下料效果差和无法控制下料数量的技术问题;本实用新型提供的诸多技术方案中的优选技术方案所能产生的诸多技术效果(安装条与安装槽形状配合,安装条截面形状设置为T形,在保证方便拆装的基础上,使下料片安装更加牢固;定位块和定位槽相互配合,结构简单,同步转动效果显著,连接螺栓穿过第一连接孔和第二连接孔,使上搅粮盘与转轴连接更加紧固;上搅粮片设置为弧形叶片且相对于柱部倾斜设置,使下料更加顺 利;端盖能够封堵第一连接孔,避免宠物零食的误入;连接套设置上搅粮片和下搅粮片之间,能够有效避免下搅粮片脱离转轴;传动装置包括输入齿轮、过度齿轮和输出齿轮,采用齿轮传动,传动效率高,使用寿命长等);详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了以下技术方案:
本实用新型提供的一种双搅粮盘下料机构,包括搅粮装置和驱动装置,其中:所述搅粮装置包括转轴和层级设置在所述转轴上的上搅粮盘和下搅粮盘,所述转轴的一端与所述上搅粮盘相连,所述转轴的另一端与所述驱动装置相连,所述驱动装置能驱动所述转轴转动以使所述上搅粮盘和所述下搅粮盘同步转动;所述上搅粮盘包括至少一个上搅粮片,所述下搅粮盘包括至少两个下搅粮片,所述下搅粮片的数量大于所述上搅粮片的数量,所述转轴的外壁上设置有安装槽,所述下搅粮片的边部设置有安装条,所述安装条插接在所述安装槽内。
优选地,所述安装条的形状与所述安装槽的形状相配合,所述安装条的横截面设置为T形。
优选地,所述转轴与所述上搅粮盘相连的一端设置为连接端,所述连接端的外壁上设置有定位块,所述上搅粮盘的中部位置设置有安装孔,所述安装孔的内壁上设置有定位槽,所述连接端设置在所述安装孔内,所述定位块设置在所述定位槽内;所述搅粮装置还包括连接螺栓,所述上搅粮盘的顶部设置有第一连接孔,所述第一连接孔与所述安装孔相连通,所述连接端的端面上设置有第二连接孔,所述连接螺栓穿过所述第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔螺纹相连以使所述上搅粮盘与所述连接端相连。
优选地,所述上搅粮盘包括柱部,其中:所有所述上搅粮片周向设置在所述柱部的外壁上,所述安装孔和所述第一连接孔分别相对设置在所述柱部的两个端面上;所述上搅粮片设置为弧形叶片,且所有所述上搅粮片相对于所述柱部倾斜设置。
优选地,所述搅粮装置包括端盖,所述上搅粮盘的顶部设置有卡接槽,所 述第一连接孔设置在所述卡接槽内,所述端盖卡设在所述卡接槽上。
优选地,所述搅粮装置还包括连接套,所述连接套套装在所述转轴上且位于所述上搅粮片和所述下搅粮片之间。
优选地,所述驱动装置包括动力装置和传动装置,所述传动装置包括输入齿轮、过渡齿轮和输出齿轮,其中:所述输入齿轮、所述过渡齿轮和所述输出齿轮依次啮合;所述输入齿轮与所述动力装置的输出轴相连;所述输出齿轮与所述转轴相连。

本实用新型提供一种下料装置,包括储粮仓、过渡仓和所述双搅粮盘下料机构,所述储粮仓设置在所述过渡仓的上方,其中:所述储粮仓内设置有储粮腔室,所述过渡仓上设置过渡腔室,所述储粮仓的底部设置有出料口,所述储粮腔室通过所述出料口与所述过渡腔室相连通,所述过渡仓的底部与所述过渡腔室连通设置有导料口;所述上搅粮盘设置在所述储粮腔室内,并能将所述储粮腔室内的宠物零食经所述出料口推出;所述下搅粮盘设置在所述过渡腔室内,所有所述下搅粮片将所述过渡腔室分隔为至少两个过渡单元,经所述出料口推出的宠物零食能落至所述过渡单元内并在所述下搅粮片的推动下从所述导料口推出。
优选地,所述储粮仓包括上仓体和下仓体,其中:所述下仓体设置在所述上仓体的底部,所述上仓体内的空腔与所述下仓体内的空腔围成所述储粮腔室;所述下仓体设置为斗形,所述下仓体的口径沿远离所述上仓体的方向依次减小;所述出料口设置在所述下仓体的底部,所述上搅粮盘设置在靠近所述出料口的位置。
优选地,所述过渡腔室的形状设置为圆柱形,所有所述下搅粮片相对于所述转轴周向均匀设置以将所述过渡腔室均分为至少两个所述过渡单元。

本实用新型提供了一种双搅粮盘下料机构,如图1-图5所示,双搅粮盘下料机构3包括搅粮装置和驱动装置,其中:所述搅粮装置包括转轴322和层级设置在转轴322上的上搅粮盘31和下搅粮盘32,转轴322的一端与上搅粮盘31相连,转轴322的另一端与所述驱动装置相连,所述驱动装置能驱动转轴322转动以使上搅粮盘31和下搅粮盘32同步转动;上搅粮盘31和下搅粮盘32分别设置在宠物零食机相互连通的两个仓体内,上搅粮盘31包括至少一个上搅粮片311,下搅粮盘32包括至少两个下搅粮片321,下搅粮片321的数量大于上搅粮片311的数量,转轴322的外壁上设置有安装槽3223,下搅粮片321的边部设置有安装条3211,安装条3211插接在安装槽3223内。
使用时,所述驱动装置驱动上搅粮盘31和下搅粮盘32同步转动,转动的 上搅粮片311将宠物粮食从上侧的仓体推送至下侧的仓体内,转动的下搅粮片321将宠物零食分为多份并隔开,依次从下侧的仓体中推出,不同数量的下搅粮片321能将宠物零食分隔为相应的份数,进而控制出料的数量;本实用新型通过同步转动的上搅粮盘31和下搅粮盘32不但能够有效提高下料效果,而且能够控制单次的下料数量,使用方便,下料效果显著。
作为可选地实施方式,如图5所示,转轴322的外壁上均匀设置有多个安装槽3223,根据实际需求能够选择安装相应数量的下搅粮片321以控制单次的下料数量;优选地,安装槽3223的数量设置为六个,下搅粮片321的数量与安装槽3223的数量相同。
安装条3211的形状与安装槽3223的形状相配合,安装条3211的横截面设置为T形。
作为可选地实施方式,如图3-图5所示,转轴322与上搅粮盘31相连的一端设置为连接端3221,连接端3221的外壁上设置有定位块3224,定位块3224的数量设置为三个且三个定位块3224均匀设置在连接端3221的外壁上,上搅粮盘31的中部位置设置有安装孔3121,安装孔3121的内壁上设置有定位槽3122,定位槽3122的数量与定位块3224的数量相同,连接端3221设置在安装孔3121内,定位块3224设置在对应定位槽3122内。
所述搅粮装置还包括连接螺栓36,上搅粮盘31的顶部设置有第一连接孔,第一连接孔与安装孔3121相连通,连接端3221的端面上设置有第二连接孔,连接螺栓36穿过所述第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔螺纹相连以使上搅粮盘31与连接端3221相连。
作为可选地实施方式,上搅粮盘31包括柱部312,其中:所有上搅粮片311周向设置在柱部312的外壁上,安装孔3121和所述第一连接孔分别相对设置在柱部312的两个端面上,安装孔3121设置在柱部312的底面上,所述第一连接孔设置在柱部312的顶面上。
上搅粮片311设置为弧形叶片,且所有上搅粮片311相对于柱部312倾斜 设置,上搅粮片311的倾斜方向与柱部312的旋转方向相反,上搅粮片311形成类螺旋桨叶片;能够有效避免下料过程卡料、溅料现象的发生,使下料过程更加顺利。
作为可选地实施方式,所述搅粮装置包括端盖37,上搅粮盘31的顶部设置有卡接槽,所述第一连接孔设置在所述卡接槽内,端盖37卡设在所述卡接槽上,端盖37的顶面设置为弧面,便于下料。
作为可选地实施方式,所述搅粮装置还包括连接套35,所述连接套35套装在所述转轴322上且位于所述上搅粮片311和所述下搅粮片321之间。
如图5所示,转轴322包括从下向上依次设置的第一区段、第二区段和第三区段,所述第一区段、所述第二区段和所述第三区段的直径依次减小,以使转轴322形成阶梯状,安装槽3223设置在所述第一区段上,所述第三区段的顶端设置为连接端3221,所述第二区段的外壁上竖直均匀设置有多个连接条,所述连接条远离所述第二区段的外侧面设置为弧面以使所有所述连接条的外侧面形成与连接套35内壁尺寸配合的安装面,所述第二区段形成安装区段3225,连接套35套装在安装区段3225上且内壁与所述安装面贴合,连接套35的底部设置有凸缘,所述凸缘的直径不小于所述第一区段的直径,有效避免下搅粮片321脱离安装槽3223。
作为可选地实施方式,所述驱动装置包括动力装置34和传动装置33,动力装置34设置为电机,传动装置33包括输入齿轮331、过渡齿轮332和输出齿轮333,其中:输入齿轮331、过渡齿轮332和输出齿轮333依次啮合;输入齿轮331与动力装置34的输出轴相连;输出齿轮333与所述转轴322相连。
作为可选地实施方式,转轴322与输出齿轮333相连的一端设置为输入端3222,输出齿轮333的中部位置设置有第一固定槽,输入端3222设置在所述第一固定槽内,所述第一固定槽的形状与输入端3222的形状相互配合,所述第一固定槽的形状设置为圆角矩形。

实施例2建立在实施例1的基础上:如图6-图9所示,本实用新型提供一种下料装置,所述下料装置包括储粮仓1、过渡仓2和双搅粮盘下料机构3,储粮仓1设置在过渡仓2的上方,其中:储粮仓1内设置有储粮腔室11,过渡仓2上设置过渡腔室21,储粮仓1的底部设置有出料口131,储粮腔室11通过出料口131与过渡腔室21相连通,过渡仓2的底部与过渡腔室21连通设置有导料口211,出料口131、过渡腔室21和导料口211形成用于宠物零食下料的下料通道;上搅粮盘31设置在储粮腔室11内,并能将储粮腔室11内的宠物零食经出料口131推出;下搅粮盘32设置在过渡腔室21内,所有下搅粮片321将过渡腔室21分隔为至少两个过渡单元,经出料口131推出的宠物零食能落至所述过渡单元内并在下搅粮片321的推动下从导料口211推出。
使用时,上搅粮盘31转动,储粮腔室11内的宠物零食在上搅粮盘31的带动下,从出料口131滑出,此时滑出的宠物零食正好落至所述过渡单元内,下搅粮盘32转动将所述过渡单元内的宠物零食推送至导料口211的位置,宠物零食从导料口211排出;本实用新型通过所述下料通道和双搅粮盘下料机构3相互配合能够实现宠物零食的自动下料,通过上搅粮盘31和下搅粮盘32相互配合使下料更加顺利,同时通过下搅粮片321和所述过渡单元能够有效控制单次下料的数量,效果显著。
作为可选地实施方式,如图8所示,储粮仓1包括上仓体12和下仓体13,其中:下仓体13设置在上仓体12的底部,上仓体12内的空腔与下仓体13内的空腔围成储粮腔室11;下仓体13设置为斗形,下仓体13的口径沿远离上仓体12的方向依次减小;出料口131设置在下仓体13的底部,下仓体13的底部还连通设置有连接孔132,连接端3221穿过连接孔132与上搅粮盘31传动相连,上搅粮盘31设置在靠近出料口131的位置;上仓体12横截面的形状为圆 角矩形,下仓体13横截面的形状设置为圆角矩形;整体采用斗形的下仓体13便于宠物零食滑落至靠近出料口131的位置,方便下料。
作为可选地实施方式,过渡腔室21的形状设置为圆柱形,所有下搅粮片321相对于转轴322周向均匀设置以将过渡腔室21均分为至少两个所述过渡单元。
作为可选地实施方式,如图2、图7和图9所示,过渡仓2上设置有安装部和安装腔室22,动力装置34的一端设置在安装腔室22内,动力装置34的另一端通过输出轴341与输入齿轮331传动相连;过渡齿轮332设置在所述安装部上;转轴322的输入端3222穿过过渡腔室21与输出齿轮333相连,过渡仓2的底部与过渡腔室21连通设置有固定孔212,输入端3222穿过固定孔212与输出齿轮333相连。
作为可选地实施方式,如图2所示,过渡仓2的下方可拆卸连接设置有壳体4;动力装置34的输出轴341和传动装置33均设置在壳体4内;壳体4内设置有轮轴335,过渡齿轮332套装在轮轴335上且能相对于轮轴335转动;壳体4的底部设置有通孔,输出轴341穿过所述通孔与连接片334相连,输出轴341、输入齿轮331和连接片334相对于所述通孔同步转动。

    所述上搅粮盘(31)包括至少一个上搅粮片(311),所述下搅粮盘(32)包括至少两个下搅粮片(321),所述下搅粮片(321)的数量大于所述上搅粮片(311)的数量,所述转轴(322)的外壁上设置有安装槽(3223),所述下搅粮片(321)的边部设置有安装条(3211),所述安装条(3211)插接在所述安装槽(3223)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双搅粮盘下料机构(3),其特征在于,所述安装条(3211)的形状与所述安装槽(3223)的形状相配合,所述安装条(3211)的横截面设置为T形。

    所有所述上搅粮片(311)周向设置在所述柱部(312)的外壁上,所述安装孔(3121)和所述第一连接孔分别相对设置在所述柱部(312)的两个端面上;
    所述上搅粮片(311)设置为弧形叶片,且所有所述上搅粮片(311)相对于所述柱部(312)倾斜设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的双搅粮盘下料机构(3),其特征在于,所述搅粮装置包括端盖(37),所述上搅粮盘(31)的顶部设置有卡接槽,所述第一连接孔设置在所述卡接槽内,所述端盖(37)卡设在所述卡接槽上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双搅粮盘下料机构(3),其特征在于,所述搅粮装置还包括连接套(35),所述连接套(35)套装在所述转轴(322)上且位于所述上搅粮片(311)和所述下搅粮片(321)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双搅粮盘下料机构(3),其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括动力装置(34)和传动装置(33),所述传动装置(33)包括输入齿轮(331)、过渡齿轮(332)和输出齿轮(333),其中:
    所述输入齿轮(331)、所述过渡齿轮(332)和所述输出齿轮(333)依次啮合;
    所述输入齿轮(331)与所述动力装置(34)的输出轴(341)相连;
    所述输出齿轮(333)与所述转轴(322)相连。
  8. 一种下料装置,其特征在于,包括储粮仓(1)、过渡仓(2)和如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的双搅粮盘下料机构(3),所述储粮仓(1)设置在所述过渡仓(2)的上方,其中:
    所述储粮仓(1)内设置有储粮腔室(11),所述过渡仓(2)上设置过渡腔室(21),所述储粮仓(1)的底部设置有出料口(131),所述储粮腔室(11)通过所述出料口(131)与所述过渡腔室(21)相连通,所述过渡仓(2)的底部与所述过渡腔室(21)连通设置有导料口(211);
    所述上搅粮盘(31)设置在所述储粮腔室(11)内,并能将所述储粮腔室(11)内的宠物零食经所述出料口(131)推出;
    所述下搅粮盘(32)设置在所述过渡腔室(21)内,所有所述下搅粮片(321)将所述过渡腔室(21)分隔为至少两个过渡单元,经所述出料口(131)推出的宠物零食能落至所述过渡单元内并在所述下搅粮片(321)的推动下从所述导料口(211)推出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的下料装置,其特征在于,所述储粮仓(1)包括上仓体(12)和下仓体(13),其中:
    所述下仓体(13)设置在所述上仓体(12)的底部,所述上仓体(12)内的空腔与所述下仓体(13)内的空腔围成所述储粮腔室(11);
    所述下仓体(13)设置为斗形,所述下仓体(13)的口径沿远离所述上仓体(12)的方向依次减小;
    所述出料口(131)设置在所述下仓体(13)的底部,所述上搅粮盘(31)设置在靠近所述出料口(131)的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的下料装置,其特征在于,所述过渡腔室(21)的形状设置为圆柱形,所有所述下搅粮片(321)相对于所述转轴(322)周向均匀设置以将所述过渡腔室(21)均分为至少两个所述过渡单元。
