一种石料处理装置,包括底座(10)、铣刀(20)、打磨机(30)、喷嘴(40)和毛巾轮(50)。通过在底座(10)上设置有传送装置,在传送装置一侧设置有铣刀(20),在铣刀(20)后方设置有至少两组打磨机(30),打磨机(30)后方设置有喷射桐油的喷嘴(40),喷嘴(40)后方设置有抚平桐油的毛巾轮(50)。使用时通过工作人员将石料放置于传送装置上,石料通过传送装置不断移动,移动到铣刀(20)处时,通过铣刀(20)对石料表面进行切削从而使平整石料表面,然后通过不同精度的打磨机(30)对石料表面进行打磨,从而使石料表面的光洁度达到我们所需的精度,然后通过喷嘴(40)对石料表面喷涂桐油,之后通过毛巾轮(50)对石料表面不断打磨,从而将桐油均匀涂抹于石料表面,从而使石料更有质感。全过程自动化进行,减少了人力成本。

一种石料处理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及加工领域,特别是一种石料处理装置。
背景技术
有一种背景墙采用的是石料作为基板,石料具有观赏性好,质量过硬的特点,但是现有技术中,对石料的处理多是通过人工进行,需要人为对石料进行切削刮平然后打磨再上桐油,人力耗费较大。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化对石料进行处理的装置。
本发明为解决问题所采用的技术方案是:一种石料处理装置,包括:
底座,所述底座上设置有传送装置,所述传送装置用于传送石料;
铣刀,所述铣刀设置于传送装置一侧,所述铣刀可相对于底座上下移动,所述铣刀用于切割石料表面;
至少两组打磨机,打磨机位于铣刀后方,所有的打磨机按打磨精度的大小依次排列于传送装置上方;
喷嘴,所述喷嘴位于打磨机后方,所述喷嘴用于向石料上喷射桐油;
毛巾轮,所述毛巾轮设置于喷嘴后方,所述毛巾轮用于摩擦石料表面从而将桐油抚平。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述传送装置两侧各设置有一立柱,两个立柱通过一连接板进行连接,所述连接板上设置有一升降气缸,所述升降气缸底部连接有一U型夹板,所述毛巾轮设置于U型夹板上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述传送装置为传送带。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述传送带周侧设置有若干定位传感器,所述定位传感器可感应石料的位置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述打磨机为组。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述打磨机的目数依次为目、目、目。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述打磨机包括:
机架;
主动轮,所述主动轮位于机架上,所述主动轮可相对于机架上下移动;
张紧轮,所述张紧轮位于机架上,所述张紧轮可相对于主动轮移动;
复位装置,所述复位装置设置于主动轮和张紧轮之间,所述复位装置用于驱动张紧轮远离主动轮;
打磨砂带,所述打磨砂带同时套设于主动轮和张紧轮外侧。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在底座上设置有传送装置,通过传送装置带动石料移动,在传送装置一侧设置有铣刀,在铣 刀后方设置有至少两组打磨机,打磨机后方设置有喷射桐油的喷嘴,喷嘴后方设置有抚平桐油的毛巾轮。使用时通过工作人员将石料放置于传送装置上,石料通过传送装置不断移动,移动到铣刀处时,通过铣刀对石料表面进行切削从而使平整石料表面,然后通过不同精度的打磨机对石料表面进行打磨,从而使石料表面的光洁度达到我们所需的精度,然后通过喷嘴对石料表面喷涂桐油,之后通过毛巾轮对石料表面不断打磨,从而将桐油均匀涂抹于石料表面,从而使石料更有质感。全过程自动化进行,减少了人力成本。

参考图1,一种石料处理装置,包括:
底座10,所述底座10上设置有传送装置,所述传送装置用于传送石料;
铣刀20,所述铣刀20设置于传送装置一侧,所述铣刀20可相对于底座10上下移动,所述铣刀20用于切割石料表面;
至少两组打磨机30,打磨机30位于铣刀20后方,所有的打磨机30按打磨精度的大小依次排列于传送装置上方;
喷嘴40,所述喷嘴40位于打磨机30后方,所述喷嘴40用于向石料上喷射桐油;
毛巾轮50,所述毛巾轮50设置于喷嘴40后方,所述毛巾轮50用于摩擦石料表面从而将桐油抚平。

对毛巾轮50进一步进行改进,优选所述传送装置两侧各设置有一立柱,两个立柱通过一连接板进行连接,所述连接板上设置有一升降气缸,所述升降气缸底部连接有一U型夹板,所述毛巾轮50设置于U型夹板上。
进一步进行改进,所述传送装置为传送带。
进一步进行改进,为了能更好的定位石料的位置,优选所述传送带周侧设置有若干定位传感器60,所述定位传感器60可感应石料的位置。
进一步进行改进,优选所述打磨机30为三组,三组打磨机30的目数依次为3000目、6000目、12000目。
进一步进行改进,所述打磨机30优选为包括:
机架;
主动轮,所述主动轮位于机架上,所述主动轮可相对于机架上下移动;
张紧轮,所述张紧轮位于机架上,所述张紧轮可相对于主动轮移动;
复位装置,所述复位装置设置于主动轮和张紧轮之间,所述复位装置用于驱动张紧轮远离主动轮;
打磨砂带,所述打磨砂带同时套设于主动轮和张紧轮外侧。

  1. 一种石料处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    底座(10),所述底座(10)上设置有传送装置,所述传送装置用于传送石料;
    铣刀(20),所述铣刀(20)设置于传送装置一侧,所述铣刀(20)可相对于底座(10)上下移动,所述铣刀(20)用于切割石料表面;
    至少两组打磨机(30),打磨机(30)位于铣刀(20)后方,所有的打磨机(30)按打磨精度的大小依次排列于传送装置上方;
    喷嘴(40),所述喷嘴(40)位于打磨机(30)后方,所述喷嘴(40)用于向石料上喷射桐油;
    毛巾轮(50),所述毛巾轮(50)设置于喷嘴(40)后方,所述毛巾轮(50)用于摩擦石料表面从而将桐油抚平。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种石料处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述传送装置两侧各设置有一立柱,两个立柱通过一连接板进行连接,所述连接板上设置有一升降气缸,所述升降气缸底部连接有一U型夹板,所述毛巾轮(50)设置于U型夹板上。

    所述传送装置为传送带。
