- 一种SO 2吸附材料,其特征在于,该SO 2吸附材料中含有碳化金属有机骨架材料和负载在所述碳化金属有机骨架材料上的亚硫酸盐,所述碳化金属有机骨架材料为金属有机骨架材料经碳化处理得到的碳化材料;以所述SO 2吸附材料的总重量为基准,所述亚硫酸盐的负载量不高于10重量%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的SO 2吸附材料,其中,以所述SO 2吸附材料的总重量为基准,所述亚硫酸盐的负载量为2-7重量%;优选地,所述亚硫酸盐为亚硫酸钠和/或亚硫酸钾。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的SO 2吸附材料,其中,所述碳化金属有机骨架材料具有规整多孔笼状拓扑结构,堆密度为0.2-0.35g/cm 3,比表面积为1000-2700m 2/g,孔容为1-3.8cm 3/g,(大孔容积+中孔容积)/小孔容积=0.16-3.5;优选地,所述碳化金属有机骨架材料具有规整多孔笼状拓扑结构,堆密度为0.22-0.33g/cm 3,比表面积为1025-2650m 2/g,孔容为1.06-3.7cm 3/g,(大孔容积+中孔容积)/小孔容积=2.3-3.5。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的SO 2吸附材料,其中,所述SO 2吸附材料的堆密度为0.2-0.39g/cm 3,比表面积为1000-2700m 2/g,孔容为1-3.7cm 3/g,(大孔容积+中孔容积)/小孔容积=0.21-3.5;优选地,所述SO 2吸附材料的堆密度为0.21-0.35g/cm 3,比表面 积为2000-2650m 2/g,孔容为2.8-3.7cm 3/g,(大孔容积+中孔容积)/小孔容积=2.3-3.5。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的SO 2吸附材料,其中,所述金属有机骨架材料为锌基金属有机骨架材料;优选地,所述金属有机骨架材料选自MOF-5、MOF-74、ZIF-8、ZIF-7、ZIF-20中的至少一种;优选地,所述金属有机骨架材料为MOF-5,比表面积为1500-1700m 2/g,孔容为1-1.15cm 3/g。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的SO 2吸附材料,其中,所述碳化处理在保护气氛中进行,碳化的温度为900-1150℃,碳化的时间为5-10h。
- 一种制备SO 2吸附材料的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:(1)将金属有机骨架材料进行碳化处理,使金属有机骨架材料中的至少部分金属元素从骨架中脱除,得到碳化金属有机骨架材料;(2)在所述碳化金属有机骨架材料上负载亚硫酸盐,得到所述SO 2吸附材料;所述碳化金属有机骨架材料与所述亚硫酸盐的用量使得到的所述SO 2吸附材料中,以所述SO 2吸附材料的总重量为基准,所述亚硫酸盐的负载量不高于10重量%,优选为2-7重量%。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在步骤(1)中,所述碳化处理在保护气氛中进行,碳化的温度为900-1150℃,碳化的时间为5-10h。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其中,在步骤(2)中,在所述碳化金属有机骨架材料上负载亚硫酸盐的方式包括用亚硫酸盐溶液浸渍所述碳化金属有机骨架材料,然后干燥除溶剂;优选地,所述亚硫酸盐溶液的质量浓度<6%;优选地,所述干燥在惰性气氛中进行,干燥的温度为100-120℃,干燥的时间为6-10h。
- 根据权利要求7-9中任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述亚硫酸盐为亚硫酸钠和/或亚硫酸钾。

- 权利要求1-6和12中任意一项所述的SO 2吸附材料在脱硫领域中的应用。
- 一种脱除含SO 2烟气中的SO 2的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将待处理的含SO 2烟气与SO 2吸附材料接触,进行吸附处理,其中,所述SO 2吸附材料为权利要求1-6和12中任意一项所述的SO 2吸附材料。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述吸附处理的条件包括:吸附温度为5-25℃,吸附体积空速为100-1000h -1,吸附压力为0-0.3MPa;优选地,所述待处理的含SO 2烟气中SO 2的体积含量为1-5%,水蒸气的体积含量为1-4%。
