具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1~图3,本实施例提供一种导轨提拉装置100,用于将待安装导轨1沿已安装导轨2向上提拉,其中,待提拉导轨1具有相互垂直的待提拉导轨底部11号和待提拉导轨导向部12,已安装导轨2也具有相互垂直的已安装导轨底部21和已安装导轨导向部22,已安装导轨2通过压导板10安装在导轨支架9上。导向部具有相对的两侧面以及远离底部的顶面。
导轨提拉装置100包括提拉板3、侧面滚轮组件、顶面滚轮组件5以及连接臂组件,其中,提拉板3的数量为两个,分别对称设置于待提拉导轨1的首末端,提拉板3与待提拉导轨底部11通过螺栓组件7固定连接,位于上端的提拉板3的上端通过提拉钢丝绳8向上提升从而带动待提拉导轨1沿已安装导轨1向上提升,侧面滚轮组件和顶面滚轮组件5通过连接臂组件固定设置于提拉板3上。
关于导轨提拉装置100中各部件的具体具体结构,结合参照图4~图9。
提拉板3的上下端分别开设有上连接孔31以及下连接孔32,上连接孔31用于拴上提拉钢丝绳8,下连接孔32通过螺栓组件7固定在待提拉导轨底部11上,提拉钢丝绳8由卷扬机驱动,从而带动提拉板3以及提拉装置100向上提升,从而带动待提拉导轨1向上提升。由于位于待提拉导轨1首末端的提拉板3对称设置,容易理解的,位于待提拉导轨1末端的提拉板3倒放,因而其下连接孔32靠近待提拉导轨1,下连接孔32用于与待提拉导轨底部11连接,上连接孔31无需再连接提拉钢丝绳。另外,提拉板3还开设有4个安装小孔33,安装小孔33用于连接连接臂组件。
连接臂组件为一对对称设置的连接臂60,一对连接臂60分别位于已安装导轨导向部22的两侧,连接臂60为横截面呈“C”字形的折弯件,连接臂60的开口方向远离已安装导轨导向部22。具体的,连接臂60包括依次相连的第一连接面61、第二连接面62以及第三连接面63,连接臂60的顶部还具有导向盖64。另外在第一连接面61、第二连接面62和第三连接面63上均开设有上下两个腰圆孔65,各腰圆孔65的长度延伸方向分别与相应连接面长度延伸方向一致。其中,第三连接面63上的腰圆孔65用于与提拉板3上的安装小孔33配合,当然很容易理解,已安装导轨导向部22相应侧的第三连接面63上的腰圆孔65与提拉板3上相应侧的安装小孔33配合,再用螺栓螺母等紧固件固定即可,由此可实现连接臂60与提拉板3的固定。
侧面滚轮组件为一对对称设置的滚轮焊接件40,一对滚轮焊接件40分别位于已安装导轨导向部22两侧且在已安装导轨导向部22相应侧面上滑动。具体的,滚轮焊接件40包括底板41、垂直设置于底板41上的连接杆42、设置于连接杆42端部的侧面滚轮43,侧面滚轮43的滚动面与已安装导轨导向部22侧面相接触。底板41的上下端开设有腰型孔44,上下两个腰型孔44的高度位置与连接臂60上的第一连接面61上的两个腰圆孔65的位置相对应,从而滚轮焊接件40通过其底板41固定在对应侧的连接臂60的第一连接面61上,具体的,是通过腰型孔44与腰圆孔65相配合通过螺栓螺母等紧固件固定即可。从而滚轮焊接件40固定在连接臂60上,滚轮焊接件40的侧面滚轮43的滚动面恰好与已安装导轨导向部22接触,从而侧面滚轮组件在已安装导轨导向部22侧面滑动。腰圆孔65和腰型孔44的组合,可以根据实际情况适当调整侧面滚轮43与已安装导轨导向部22侧面的松紧度。当然,已安装导轨导向部22两侧的滚轮焊接件40分别安装在相应侧的连接臂60上。
顶面滚轮组件5包括固定轴51以及设置于固定轴51上的顶面滚轮52,顶面滚轮组件5的数量也为两个,均通过固定轴51设置于一对连接臂60的第二连接面62之间,固定轴51的两端伸入两侧的第二连接面62的腰圆孔65内,用紧固件固定即可,顶面滚轮52的滚动面则与已安装导轨导向部22顶面相接触,从而实现顶面滚轮组件5在已安装导轨导向部22顶面上的滑动,此处也可以看出第二连接面62上的腰圆孔65的作用,可以根据实际需要适当调节顶面滚轮52与已安装导轨导向部22顶面的接触松紧度。
另外,本实施例中,已安装导轨导向部22侧面向内凹陷形成限位凹槽23, 限位凹槽23靠近已安装导轨底部21,因而侧面滚轮组件位于已安装导轨导向部22两侧的滚轮焊接件40上的侧面滚轮43在相应侧的限位凹槽23内滑动。通过设置限位凹槽23,进一步起到了一定的限位作用。
通过上述对导轨提拉装置100中提拉板3、侧面滚轮组件、顶面滚轮组件5以及连接臂组件结构的详细描述,非常清楚地表明了导轨提拉装置100的结构以及其工作原理。
导轨提拉装置100通过提拉板3、侧面滚轮组件、顶面滚轮组件5以及连接臂组件被限制在了已安装导轨2上,只能沿着已安装导轨2的路径上下移动,侧面滚轮组件上的侧面滚轮43以及顶面滚轮组件5上的顶面滚轮52在已安装导轨导向部22的侧面以及顶面滑动,通过提拉钢丝绳8提升提拉板3从而提升待提拉导轨1,待提拉导轨1无需与已安装导轨2直接接触,从而实现了导轨无磕碰传递。待提拉导轨1送达后,拆掉连接待提拉导轨1与提拉板3之间的螺栓组件7,将待提拉导轨1取下即可,后续提升操作只需安装拆卸螺栓组件7即可,因而安装以及拆卸导轨提拉装置100方便,可多次使用。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种导轨提拉装置,用于将待安装导轨沿已安装导轨向上提拉,所述待提拉导轨和已安装导轨均具有相互垂直的底部和导向部,所述导向部具有相对的两侧面以及远离所述底部的顶面,其特征在于,所述导轨提拉装置包括用于与所述待提拉导轨的底部固定的提拉板、设置于所述提拉板上的侧面滚轮组件和顶面滚轮组件,所述侧面滚轮组件和顶面滚轮组件通过一连接臂组件固定于所述提拉板上;所述侧面滚轮组件为一对对称设置的滚轮焊接件,一对所述滚轮焊接件分别位于所述已安装导轨的导向部两侧且在所述已安装导轨的导向部相应侧面上滑动;所述连接臂组件为一对对称设置的连接臂,一对所述连接臂分别位于所述已安装导轨的导向部两侧,所述滚轮焊接件设置于相应侧的连接臂上;所述顶面滚轮组件设置于一对所述连接臂之间;所述连接臂为一折弯件,所述连接臂包括依次相连的第一连接面、第二连接面以及第三连接面;所述滚轮焊接件包括底板、垂直设置于所述底板上的连接杆、设置于所述连接杆端部的侧面滚轮,所述侧面滚轮的滚动面与所述已安装导轨的导向部侧面相接触;所述顶面滚轮组件包括固定轴以及设置于所述固定轴上的顶面滚轮,所述顶面滚轮的滚动面与所述已安装导轨的导向部顶面相接触;所述滚轮焊接件通过所述底板固定在所述连接臂的第一连接面上,所述顶面滚轮组件通过所述固定轴设置于一对所述连接臂的第二连接面之间;所述连接臂的第三连接面与所述提拉板相固定;所述连接臂的横截面呈“C”字型,所述连接臂的开口朝向远离所述已安装导轨的导向部;所述第一至第三连接面上均设置有腰圆孔,各所述腰圆孔的长度延伸方向分别与相应连接面长度延伸方向一致;所述已安装导轨的导向部侧面向内凹陷形成限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽靠近所述已安装导轨的底部,所述侧面滚轮组件在所述限位凹槽内滑动;所述提拉板的上下端分别开设有上连接孔以及下连接孔,所述上连接孔用于与提拉钢丝绳连接,所述下连接孔用于与所述待提拉导轨的底部固定连接;所述导轨提拉装置的数量为两个,分别对称设置于所述待提拉导轨的首末端。
  2. 一种导轨提拉装置,用于将待安装导轨沿已安装导轨向上提拉,所述待提拉导轨和已安装导轨均具有相互垂直的底部和导向部,所述导向部具有相对的两侧面以及远离所述底部的顶面,其特征在于,所述导轨提拉装置包括用于与所述待提拉导轨的底部固定的提拉板、设置于所述提拉板上的侧面滚轮组件和顶面滚轮组件,所述侧面滚轮组件和顶面滚轮组件通过一连接臂组件固定于所述提拉板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述侧面滚轮组件为一对对称设置的滚轮焊接件,一对所述滚轮焊接件分别位于所述已安装导轨的导向部两侧且在所述已安装导轨的导向部相应侧面上滑动;所述连接臂组件为一对对称设置的连接臂,一对所述连接臂分别位于所述已安装导轨的导向部两侧,所述滚轮焊接件设置于相应侧的连接臂上;所述顶面滚轮组件设置于一对所述连接臂之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述连接臂为一折弯件,所述连接臂包括依次相连的第一连接面、第二连接面以及第三连接面;所述滚轮焊接件包括底板、垂直设置于所述底板上的连接杆、设置于所述连接杆端部的侧面滚轮,所述侧面滚轮的滚动面与所述已安装导轨的导向部侧面相接触;所述顶面滚轮组件包括固定轴以及设置于所述固定轴上的顶面滚轮,所述顶面滚轮的滚动面与所述已安装导轨的导向部顶面相接触;所述滚轮焊接件通过所述底板固定在所述连接臂的第一连接面上,所述顶面滚轮组件通过所述固定轴设置于一对所述连接臂的第二连接面之间;所述连接臂的第三连接面与所述提拉板相固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述连接臂的横截面呈“C”字型,所述连接臂的开口朝向远离所述已安装导轨的导向部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述第一至第三连接面上均设置有腰圆孔,各所述腰圆孔的长度延伸方向分别与相应连接面长度延伸方向一致。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述已安装导轨的导向部侧面向内凹陷形成限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽靠近所述已安装导轨的底部,所述侧面滚轮组件在所述限位凹槽内滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述提拉板的上下端分别开设有上连接孔以及下连接孔,所述上连接孔用于与提拉钢丝绳连接,所述下连接孔用于与所述待提拉导轨的底部固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的导轨提拉装置,其特征在于,所述导轨提拉装置的数量为两个,分别对称设置于所述待提拉导轨的首末端。
