无机房电梯发生故障后,可能会失去动力,这也就会导致其无法通过自身动力来驱动轿厢移动至适宜的位置,以便维修人员进行检修;为了将轿厢移动至合适的位置,现有的方式一般都是通过打开电梯的制动器,通过重力作用使得轿厢和对重发生自溜,以此来实现轿厢的移动;当轿厢和对重重量平衡无法发生自溜时,一般会在补偿链上加装配重,以此来打破平衡,使其发生自溜;由于补偿链是一根链子,这样就会增加配重与补偿链之间的夹持难度和安装难度,而且补偿链在轿厢和对重运动过程中会随之移动或者受到外界的影响发生晃动,容易使得配重发生脱落。另外,轿厢和对重在自溜的过程中,需要制动器来控制轿厢自溜的距离,操作比较麻烦,制动器的磨损也比较大。因此,现有的技术存在着操作麻烦和夹持不牢固的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种夹轨式无机房电梯救援装置及方法。本发明具有方便操作和有效提高夹持牢固性的特点。
