Abstract
Description
(A)ナイアシンアミド 1~10質量%
(B)カチオン性界面活性剤
(C)アニオン性高分子
(D)水
を含有する皮膚外用剤を提供するものである。
本発明に用いられる成分(A)ナイアシンアミドは、ニコチン酸(ビタミンB3/ナイアシン)のアミド化合物である。ナイアシンアミドは水溶性ビタミンで、ビタミンB群の一つである公知の物質であり、天然物(米ぬかなど)から抽出されたり、あるいは公知の方法によって合成することができる。具体的には、第17改正日本薬局方に収載されているものを用いることが出来る。
成分(B)としては、アルキルアミン塩、ポリアミン及びアミノアルコール脂肪酸誘導体等のアミン塩、アルキル四級アンモニウム塩、芳香族四級アンモニウム塩、ピリジウム塩、イミダゾリウム塩等であり、例えば、塩化セチルトリメチルアンモニウム、臭化セチルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム、臭化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム、臭化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム、メチル硫酸ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウム、臭化ジオレイルジメチルアンモニウム、メチル硫酸セチルベヘニルジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ステアリルジメチルベンジルアンモニウム、ジパルミトイルエチルヒドロキシエチルモニウムメトサルフェート、ジココイルエチルヒドロキシエチルモニウムメトサルフェート、ジステアロイルエチルヒドロキシエチルモニウムメトサルフェート等の第4級アンモニウム塩が挙げられ、これらから1種又は2種以上を選択することができる。
また、本発明における成分(D)の配合量は、通常化粧料に用いられる配合量であれば特に限定されないが、30~95%が好ましい。
本発明の皮膚外用剤における好ましい組成の一態様を示すと以下のとおりである。

表1に示す組成の美容液を下記の製造方法により製造し、イ:凝集抑制効果、ロ:浸透感、ハ:べたつきの無さ、ニ:後肌のハリ感について、以下に示す方法により評価判定した。結果を併せて表1に示す。
A:成分(1)、(2)、(5)~(11)及び(16)を75℃で均一に加熱溶解した。
B:成分(3)、(4)、(12)~(15)を75℃で均一に加熱溶液した。
C:75℃にてBにAを添加し、攪拌することで美容液を得た。
(イ.凝集抑制効果)
凝集抑制効果については、実施例1~11及び比較例1~4の美容液を水で10倍希釈した時の透明性にて評価した。該透明性が、長期的な安定性を確保できることを確認している。
組成物をそれぞれガラス製ビーカーに1.0g測りとり、精製水を用いて10倍に希釈し、均一な溶液を得るまで攪拌した。その際は、金属製軟膏ベラを用いて手混合によって攪拌した。得られたサンプルを、光路長10mm×光路幅5mmのガラスセルに充填し、分光光度計(UV-2500PC SHIMADZU社製)にて波長700nmの透過率を測定した。
<判定基準>

◎ :透過率が55%以上(室温1か月保存後、凝集・沈殿がない)
△ :透過率が45~55%(室温1か月保存後、やや凝集・沈殿・濁度変化が見られる。)
× :透過率が45%未満(室温1か月保存後、凝集・沈殿・濁度変化が見られる。)
20代~40代の女性で官能評価の訓練を受け、一定の基準で評価が可能な専門パネルを10名選定した。該専門パネルは前腕に各試料を使用し、それぞれについて、使用時に感じる浸透感、べたつきのなさ、また、後肌のハリ感を、下記絶対評価にて5段階に評価し評点を付けた。各試料ごとにパネル全員の評点合計から、その平均値を算出し、下記4段階判定基準により判定した。

一方、成分(A)を含有しない比較例1は、後肌のハリ感において劣っていた。成分(A)を他の皮膚有益剤(グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム)に変更した比較例2は、凝集抑制効果、べたつきの無さ、後肌のハリ感において劣っていた。成分(A)が0.5%の比較例3でも、同様に後肌のハリ感を感じることができず、成分(A)が15%の比較例4は、ナイアシンアミドが多すぎる為に浸透感を感じにくく、またべたつきが生じてしまった。

B:前記Aを75℃に保持しながら成分(15)の一部を添加し、ディスパミキサーにて攪拌することでベシクル分散液を得る。
C:成分(4)~(15)を室温にて均一に溶解混合する。
D:前記Cに35℃まで冷却した前記Bを添加混合することで化粧水を得た。
以上のようにして得られた化粧水は、凝集抑制効果、浸透感、べたつきの無さ、後肌のハリ感に優れるものであった。

- 次の成分(A)~(D):
(A)ナイアシンアミド 1~10質量%
(B)カチオン性界面活性剤
(C)アニオン性高分子
(D)水
を含有する皮膚外用剤。 - さらに成分(E)HLBが10~18である非イオン性界面活性剤を含有する請求項1記載の皮膚外用剤。
- 前記成分(B)がジココイルエチルヒドロキシエチルモニウムメトサルフェート及び/又は塩化アルキルトリメチルアンモニウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有する請求項1又は2記載の皮膚外用剤。
- 前記成分(C)がカルボキシビニルポリマー及び/又はアルキル変性カルボキシビニルポリマーから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有する請求項1~3記載の皮膚外用剤。
- 前記成分(B)がベシクル粒子を形成することを特徴とする請求項1~4記載の皮膚外用剤。
- カチオン性界面活性剤、アニオン性高分子及び水を含有する皮膚外用剤において、ナイアシンアミドを皮膚外用組成物中に1~10質量%となる量を添加することを特徴とするカチオン性界面活性剤及びアニオン性高分子の凝集抑制方法。
- カチオン性界面活性剤、アニオン性高分子及び水を含有する皮膚外用剤において、ナイアシンアミドを皮膚外用組成物中に1~10質量%となる量を添加することを特徴とする皮膚外用剤の安定化向上方法。
