Description
本实用新型涉及塑胶材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构。
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机,它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注塑机在轻工业生产领域中应用十分广泛。目前的注塑机在加料时,大多是直接将待塑化处理的原料倒入高温塑化处理箱内进行高温塑化,然而,这样直接的高温塑化需要的时间较长,并且容易使塑化的原料粘附在加料漏斗内,对注塑机的正常使用造成了严重的影响,针对以上的不足,我们推出一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构,来代替旧式的入料结构,满足人们的工作需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在耗时长、预热不均匀的缺点,而提出的一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构,包括预热箱,所述预热箱上表面的一侧固定设有进料漏斗,所述预热箱内壁的底部固定设有搅拌桶,所述搅拌桶的表面设有多个通风孔,所述预热箱上表面的中间转动连接设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴的一端固定设有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮的一侧齿接设有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮远离所述从动齿 轮的一侧固定设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述预热箱固定连接,所述搅拌轴远离所述从动齿轮的一侧贯穿所述预热箱并延伸至所述搅拌桶的底部并固定设有螺旋板,所述预热箱的一侧固定设有风机,所述预热箱的内壁固定设有加热丝网,所述搅拌桶的下表面固定设有出料桶,所述出料桶的下表面贯穿所述预热箱并延伸至所述预热箱一侧,所述出料桶内壁的顶部固定设有落料台,所述落料台的一侧设有第一出料孔。
优选的,所述预热箱的一侧设有传动装置,所述传动装置包括步进电机,所述步进电机与所述预热箱固定连接,所述步进电机的输出轴固定设有主动轮,所述主动轮的内壁套接设有皮带,所述皮带远离所述主动轮的一侧贯穿所述出料桶并套接设有从动轮,所述从动轮的一侧固定设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴远离所述从动轮的一端与所述落料台转动连接,所述旋转轴的表面固定设有挡盘,所述挡盘的一侧设有与所述第一出料孔相对应的第二出料孔。
优选的,所述风机的进风孔固定设有进风管,所述预热箱远离所述风机的一侧固定设有出风管,所述出风管远离所述预热箱的一端与所述进风管固定连接。
优选的,所述预热箱远离所述步进电机的一侧固定设有控制器。
本实用新型提出的一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构,有益效果在于:本实用新型结构简单合理,通过设置预热箱可以有效的防止热量的散失,通过设置搅拌轴、螺旋板、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、驱动电机可以将搅拌桶中的塑料颗粒均匀的搅拌,使塑料颗粒受热更加均 匀,通过设置风机、进风管、出风管可以在节约能源的同时使塑料颗粒的表面更加均匀的受到风吹,通过落料台、第一出料孔、传动装置之间的相互配合,可以控制塑料颗粒的落料速度。

参照图2-3,一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构,所述预热箱1的一侧设有传动装置17,所述传动装置17包括步进电机1701,所述步进电机1701与所述预热箱1固定连接,所述步进电机1701的输出轴固定设有主动轮1702,所述主动轮1702的内壁套接设有皮带1703,所述皮带1703远离所述主动轮1702的一侧贯穿所述出料桶14并套接设有从动轮1704,所述从动轮1704的一侧固定设有旋转轴1705,所述旋转轴1705远离所述从动轮1704的一端与所述落料台15转动连接,所述旋转轴1705的表面固定设有挡盘1706,所述挡盘 1706的一侧设有与所述第一出料孔16相对应的第二出料孔1707。
本实用新型提出的一种具有预热性能的注塑机入料结构,在使用时,首先将待加热的塑料颗粒通过进料漏斗2注入到搅拌桶3的内部,然后通过控制器控制加热丝网13开始产生热量,然后风机10开始工作将风匀速的吹入到预热箱1内部,然后在进风管11和出风管12的相互配合下形成一个循环,同时驱动电机9开始工作,在从动齿轮7、主动齿轮8的相互传动下搅拌轴5带动螺旋板6对塑料颗粒进行搅拌工作,当预热完成之后在控制器上输入相关数据控制步进电机1701开始工作,在主动轮1702、皮带1703、从动轮1704之间的传动下旋转轴1705带动挡盘1706开始旋转,当第一出料孔16和第二出料孔1707重合时塑料颗粒通过出料桶14落入到注塑机的注塑机构内。
