Claims (8)

  1. 一种纺织布料快速烘干装置,包括外壳(1),外壳(1)的下方设有支撑脚(2),外壳(1)的两端设有进料口和出料口,进料口和出料口和出料口处均铰接有传动辊(3),其特征在于,外壳(1)内设有集水槽(5),集水槽(5)的上方铰接有用于挤压纺织布料中水分的第一加热辊(4)和传动辊(3),集水槽(5)的一侧还铰接有呈V形分布的第二加热辊(6);外壳(1)的顶部设有出风口,外壳(1)的底部设有将外界气源加热且使气源均匀吹向纺织布料的热风结构(8),热风结构(8)固定连接在外壳(1)的一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,第一加热辊(4)包括传动轴(41)和导热管(42),传动轴(41)为金属轴,导热管(42)为不锈钢管,导热管(42)套设在传动轴(41)的外侧,且传动轴(41)和导热管(42)之间设有用于加热的第一电热丝(43),第一电热丝(43)的外侧设有绝缘层;第一加热辊(4)的一端还固定连接有集电滑环(45),集电滑环(45)与第一电热丝(43)电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,第一电热丝(43)与传动轴(41)之间设有陶瓷管。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,第一电热丝(43)的外侧还填充有绝缘导热材料(44)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,集水槽(5)为V形槽,集水槽(5)固定连接在外壳(1)内,且集水槽(5)在外壳(1)的外侧设有出水管(51)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,热风结构(8)为绝缘箱,热风结构(8)的内部设有第二电热丝(81),热风结构(8)的外部设有导气管(82),导气管(82)与热风结构(8)内部连通,导气管(82)上均布有出气孔,且导气管(82)设有多条,导气管(82)固定分布在外壳(1)的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,外壳(1)的顶部还设有集气罩(7),集气罩(7)与外壳(1)密封连接,集气罩(7)为漏斗形,且集气罩(7)连通废气收集装置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的纺织布料快速烘干装置,其特征在于,外壳(1)的内部顶端还是设有紫外灯(9)。
