由图1所示,一种不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,包括底座1,底座1上罩有外壳3,外壳3内设有限位柱4,限位柱4上滑动连接有电机座5,电机座5的底面固定安装有钻孔电机11,钻孔电机11上固定安装有钻头12,电机座5的上方安装有丝杠6,丝杠6通过丝杠座7固定在电机座5上,丝杠6的上端穿过外壳3设在外壳3的外侧,丝杠6在外壳3的外侧通过螺纹连接有螺套8, 螺套8与进给电机9通过齿轮连接,进给电机9固定在螺套限位板10上,螺套8通过螺套限位板10固定在外壳3上;钻头12的下方设有工作台16,工作台16为直钢板,工作台16上设有工件夹紧装置;
底座1的下方固定连接有支撑脚2,用于支撑底座1,底座1为钢板,外壳3为金属板,外壳3上设有操作门;
限位柱4为圆柱,限位柱4设有两个,且限位柱4固定连接在底座1和外壳3上,电机座5为金属板,电机座5的两端设有圆形通孔,用于与限位柱4配合,丝杠6的底部设有限位挡板,丝杠座7上设有沉孔,丝杠6设在丝杠座7的沉孔内,丝杠座7通过螺钉固定在电机座5上,丝杠座7的设置使得丝杠6在电机座5上转动;
螺套8为圆形螺套,螺套8的外侧设有齿轮,螺套8设在外壳3的顶部,螺套限位板10的截面为U形,螺套限位板10通过螺钉固定在外壳3的顶部,螺套限位板10的设置限制了螺套8垂直方向的自由度,使得螺套8转动时,带动丝杠6上下移动,进给电机9为现有技术中步进电机,进给电机9的输出轴上设有齿轮,进给电机9上的齿轮与螺套8上的齿轮啮合,使得进给电机9通电后带动螺套8转动;
钻孔电机11和钻头12均为现有技术;切削液出口13为现有技术中数控机床的切削液喷头,切削液出口13连接现有技术中机床切削液存储及输送装置(图中未画出),切削液存储及输送装置固定在底座1的底部;
如图4所示,工作台16的中间设有沉台,沉台上设有通孔,沉台用于工作时避让钻头12,沉台内通孔用于导出切削液;优选的,工作台16的外侧设有切削液收集槽15,切削液收集槽15为金属槽,切削液收集槽15固定在底座1的上方,切削液收集槽15连通切削液收集装置(图中未画出);
本实施例中,工件夹紧装置包括钢板夹紧架17和夹紧气缸18,如图3所示,钢板夹紧架17为U形,钢板夹紧架17的中间设有导向孔,用于避让钻 头12,钢板夹紧架17固定连接在底座1上,夹紧气缸18固定连接在底座1的底部,且夹紧气缸18的伸缩轴与工作台16的底部固定连接。
实施例2
由图1所示,一种不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,包括底座1,底座1上罩有外壳3,外壳3内设有限位柱4,限位柱4上滑动连接有电机座5,电机座5的底面固定安装有钻孔电机11,钻孔电机11上固定安装有钻头12,电机座5的上方安装有丝杠6,丝杠6通过丝杠座7固定在电机座5上,丝杠6的上端穿过外壳3设在外壳3的外侧,丝杠6在外壳3的外侧通过螺纹连接有螺套8,螺套8与进给电机9通过齿轮连接,进给电机9固定在螺套限位板10上,螺套8通过螺套限位板10固定在外壳3上;钻头12的下方设有工作台16,工作台16为直钢板,工作台16上设有工件夹紧装置;
本实施例中,还包括定位装置14,定位装置14为激光笔和激光笔固定套,且激光笔与固定套铰接,固定套为圆形金属环,固定套上设有螺钉,固定套套设在限位柱4上,激光笔的激光射线直射在钢板夹紧架17导向孔的中心;
本实施例中其他结构与实施例1相同。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:
工作台16在钻孔过程中支撑不锈钢钢板,钻孔过程中钢板不易发生形变,切削液出口13在钻孔过程中喷出切削液,用于冷却钻头和不锈钢钢板,由于不锈钢钢板处于工作台16和钢板夹紧架17之间,不锈钢钢板的上端面与钢板夹紧架17接触,定位装置14照射在不锈钢钢板上,在不锈钢钢板上照射处红色斑点,从而对钻孔位置进行定位。
需要特别说明的是,本申请中,通过带有沉台的工作台支撑不锈钢干板和采用步进电机控制钻孔深度为本申请的创新点,其有效解决了现有技术中不锈钢钢板钻孔时容易造成钢板变形的问题。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、 “下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明创造和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,包括底座(1),底座(1)上罩有外壳(3),外壳(3)内设有限位柱(4),限位柱(4)上滑动连接有电机座(5),电机座(5)的底面固定安装有钻孔电机(11),钻孔电机(11)上固定安装有钻头(12),其特征在于,电机座(5)的上方安装有丝杠(6),丝杠(6)通过丝杠座(7)固定在电机座(5)上,丝杠(6)的上端穿过外壳(3)设在外壳(3)的外侧,丝杠(6)在外壳(3)的外侧通过螺纹连接有螺套(8),螺套(8)通过齿轮连接有进给电机(9),进给电机(9)固定在螺套限位板(10)上,螺套(8)通过螺套限位板(10)固定在外壳(3)上;钻头(12)的下方设有工作台(16),工作台(16)为直钢板,工作台(16)上设有工件夹紧装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,限位柱(4)设有两个,电机座(5)的两端设有用于与限位柱(4)配合的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,丝杠(6)的底部设有限位挡板,丝杠座(7)上设有沉孔,丝杠(6)设在丝杠座(7)的沉孔内,丝杠座(7)固定在电机座(5)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,螺套(8)为圆形螺套,螺套(8)的外侧设有齿轮,螺套限位板(10)的截面为U形,螺套限位板(10)固定在外壳(3)的顶部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,工作台(16)的中间设有沉台,沉台上设有通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,工作台(16)的外侧设有切削液收集槽(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,工件夹紧装置包括钢板夹紧架(17)和夹紧气缸(18),钢板夹紧架(17)为U形,钢板夹紧架(17)的中间设有导向孔,钢板夹紧架(17)固定连接在底 座(1)上,夹紧气缸(18)固定连接在底座(1)的底部,且夹紧气缸(18)的伸缩轴与工作台(16)的底部固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的不锈钢钢板钻孔装置,其特征在于,还包括定位装置(14),定位装置(14)固定在限位柱(4)上;定位装置(14)为激光笔和激光笔固定套,且激光笔与固定套铰接,固定套为圆形金属环,固定套上设有螺钉,固定套套设在限位柱(4)上。
