Description

一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械设备加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置。
背景技术
钻床指主要用钻头在工件上加工孔的机床。通常钻头旋转为主运动,钻头轴向移动为进给运动。钻床结构简单,可钻通孔、盲孔。通过更换特殊刀具,可进行扩孔、铰孔或攻丝等加工。在钣金件生产加工中,钻床不仅用于对金属件的钻孔加工,还对非金属件如橡胶块、尼龙块等物件加工,在生产中,上述工件经钻床加工时,会产生大量的废屑,这些废屑收集起来十分不易。
为改善上述问题,中国专利授权号为CN208374849U公开了一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置,包括支撑板,所述支撑板的底部通过支撑架支撑,所述支撑板的上表面开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的两侧支撑板的顶部固定安装有操作平台,所述凹槽的内部设有清理装置。本实用新型,可以轻松的实现废屑的收集,使得车间清洁工作变的简单,大大降低了清洁人员的工作强度,节约了清扫时间,提高了生产效率。
但是上述收集装置相对于操作平台较大,占地面积大,影响操作人员操作,降低了工作效率,且需要电机驱动多个部件才能完成废屑的收集,结构复杂且浪费电力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置,包括位于工作台下侧的滑料斗,所述滑料斗上端固定连接有固定套,所述工作台位于固定套内侧,且工作台与固定套之间连接有多个支撑块,所述滑料斗下端连接有支撑腿和导料管,所述滑料斗下侧设有废屑收集盒,且废屑收集盒侧端与支撑腿固定连接,所述废屑收集盒中部内侧滑动连接有废屑收集屉,所述废屑收集盒中部上端开凿有与导料管相匹配的导料孔。
优选的,所述工作台包括转台和固定台,所述转台位于固定台上侧,且转台与固定台之间连接有转动部件,所述固定台侧端与支撑块固定连接。
优选的,所述转动部件为转动柱,且转动柱固定连接于固定台上端中心处,所述转台下端开凿有与转动柱相匹配的圆柱形转槽。
优选的,所述转动部件为转动环,所述转动环固定连接于固定台上端,且转动环的圆心与固定台的圆心相重合,所述转台下端开凿有与转动环相匹配的环形转槽。
优选的,所述转台上开凿有螺孔,且螺孔中螺纹连接有紧固旋钮。
优选的,所述螺孔上螺口处开凿有让位槽。
优选的,相邻两个支撑块之间设有防护网,且防护网上连接有把手。
优选的,所述废屑收集盒侧端内部滑动连接有储物屉。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置,具备以下有益效果:
1.通过在工作台外侧设置固定套,并在固定套下端依次设置滑料斗和废屑收集盒,加工过程中产生的废屑落入工作台与固定套之间的缝隙,并经由滑料斗落入废屑收集盒中的废屑收集屉中,收集效果好,向外拉出废屑收集屉即可集中处理废屑。
2.通过将工作台设置为转台和固定台,并在转台和固定台之间连接转动部件,方便操作人员站在原地调节机械设备的加工角度。
3.通过在相邻两个支撑块之间设有防护网,防护网可防止零件落入固定台与固定套之间的缝隙,安全性更高。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,无需涉电结构,收集效果好,且便于后期的集中处理。

本实用新型中,工作台包括转台1和固定台2,转台1位于固定台2上侧,且转台1与固定台2之间连接有转动部件,固定台2侧端与支撑块4相焊接,方便调节机械设备的加工角度。
其中,转动部件为转动柱14,且转动柱14焊接于固定台2上端中心处,转台1下端开凿有与转动柱14相匹配的圆柱形转槽,为了使得转动更加省力,在圆柱形转槽内壁焊接轴承。
其中,转台1上开凿有螺孔16,且螺孔16中螺纹连接有紧固旋钮11,拧松紧固旋钮11,可转动转台1,方便调节机械设备的加工角度;拧紧紧固旋钮11,可固定转台1,从而可稳定加工机械设备。
其中,螺孔16上螺口处开凿有让位槽13,便于操作人员手动旋动紧固旋钮11。
其中,相邻两个支撑块4之间设有防护网10,防护网10可防止零件落入固定台2与固定套3之间的缝隙,防护网10上焊接有把手12。
其中,废屑收集盒7侧端内部滑动连接有储物屉9,便于放置相关维修工具。
工作原理:操作人员可将机械设备放置在转台1上端进行加工,拧松紧固旋钮11,可转动转台1,方便调节机械设备的加工角度;加工过程中产生的废屑落入固定台2与固定套3之间的缝隙,并经由滑料斗5落入废屑收集盒7中的废屑收集屉8中,向外拉出废屑收集屉8即可集中处理废屑。
实施例2
参照图3,一种机械设备加工用废屑收集装置,本实施例相较于实施例1,转动部件为转 动环15,转动环15焊接于固定台2上端,且转动环15的圆心与固定台2的圆心相重合,转台1下端开凿有与转动环15相匹配的环形转槽17,同样的,为了使得转动更加省力,在环形转槽17内壁焊接轴承,转动环15的设置可一定程度上防止细小废屑进入转台1和固定台2之间。
