本申请要求申请日为2019/8/23的中国专利申请2019107825031的优先权。本申请引用上述中国专利申请的全文。
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车座椅及包含其的汽车。
背景技术
目前的座椅功能,一般包含椅座的高度和椅背角度调节,且独立操作。椅座调节的目的是匹配不同分位的驾驶员保证驾驶时候的视野要求,椅背调节的目的是为了提高驾乘的舒适性。但是在现有的汽车座椅中,其原理简图如图1所示,椅背2的旋转中心C设在椅座1的上方。导致的问题是椅背2后向调节过程中椅背2的下端部和椅座1形成一个台阶差,且椅背2向后调节的角度越大,台阶差越大。如图2所示,椅背2向后调节时,椅背2下端部的前凸点A与椅座1形成台阶差S,乘客躯干3在后向转动的过程中后背会被前凸点A顶压,使得无法贴合椅背2,影响乘坐的舒适性。
现有技术中,为了提高在椅背调节后乘坐的舒适性,避免或者降低该台阶差,通过在椅背下端部的前凸点A的区域使用更柔软的发泡,或者造型上采用更大的圆角。或者增加一个新的机构来保证椅座和椅背一起转动,如中国发明专利申请“CN109050355A”通过在常规座椅的滑轨下端增加额外一个机构,用于驱动椅座角度,或者如另一个中国发明专利申请“CN107072396A”采用多连杆的方式。虽然以上几种方式都可以提高座椅的舒适性,但是它们不是增加包覆材料就是增加额外的机构,不仅没有降低椅背与椅座之间形成的台阶差,而且增加了座椅的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中对汽车座椅的椅背进行单独调节时,椅背的下端部会顶到乘员后背,影响乘坐的舒适性的缺陷,提供一种汽车座椅及包含其的汽车。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种汽车座椅,包括椅座和椅背,其特点在于,所述汽车座椅还包括椅背调节机构,所述椅背调节机构包括旋转部,所述旋转部设在所述椅背的下端;
所述旋转部用于绕所述椅座的后端部转动,以使所述椅背与所述椅座之间的角度发生改变,且所述旋转部的旋转中心位于所述椅座的上端面的下方。
在本方案中,通过将椅背的旋转中心设在椅背的底部,且位于椅座的上端面的下方,可以使椅背在旋转时,椅背的下端部与椅座的上端面形成很小的台阶差,甚至不会有台阶差。这样就可以保证椅背的下端部基本不会抵压乘员的后背,提高了乘员后背与椅背的贴合性,保证了乘坐的舒适性。
较佳地,所述汽车座椅还包括椅座调节机构,所述椅座调节机构用于调节所述椅座以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
在本方案中,通过设置椅座调节机构,可以调整座椅的高度,满足不同身高乘员的需求,进一步提高乘坐的舒适性。
较佳地,所述椅背调节机构与所述椅座调节机构在调节时相互独立。
在本方案中,椅背调节机构与椅座调节机构在调节时相互独立,可以根据乘员要求进行调节,也可以避免其中一个损坏,另一个无法调节的情况发生。
较佳地,所述旋转部上安装设有第一调角器,所述第一调角器的固定部安装在所述椅座上,所述第一调角器的转动部安装在所述旋转部上。
在本方案中,通过在椅背的旋转部上安装调角器,可以方便、定量对椅背进行调节。
较佳地,所述椅座包括两个对称设置的侧壁板,两个所述侧壁板的后端均设有第一通孔,所述椅背包括两个对称设置的背壁板,每个所述背壁板的下端固定有连接板,所述连接板上设有第二通孔;
所述第一调角器的固定部和所述第一调角器的转动部分别安装在所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔上。
在本方案中,椅座和椅背均是通过骨架结构装配而成,通过简单的侧壁板和背壁板实现座椅的装配,不仅降低了座椅的重量,而且还降低了生产成本。
较佳地,两个所述侧壁板之间设有连杆,所述连杆的两端分别与两所述第一调角器的转动部固定连接。
在本方案中,通过连杆将两个侧壁板连接,可以在驱动其中一个上侧壁板上的调角器工作时,带动另一侧的调角器工作,不用两侧同时转动。
较佳地,所述椅座调节机构包括两个第一支架、两个第二支架、第二调角器,两个所述第一支架对应设在所述椅座的前端部的两侧,两个所述第二支架对应设在所述椅座的后端部的两侧;
其中,所述第一支架铰接在所述椅座的前端部,所述第二支架的上端部绕所述椅背的旋转中心自由转动,所述第一支架和所述第二支架的下端分别铰接在座椅安装座上;
所述第二调角器用于调节所述第一支架或所述第二支架与所述椅座的角度,以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
在本方案中,椅座调节机构通过采用两个第一支架、两个第二支架、椅座、座椅安装座共同组成两组四连杆机构,两组四连杆机构通过另一个调角器进行调节,通过改变椅座与第一支架或第二支架之间的角度来实现椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
较佳地,所述第二支架的上端设有容置孔,所述第一调角器的固定部穿过所述容置孔且与所述容置孔相对自由转动;
所述第二支架上设有齿形部,所述第二调角器的固定部安装在所述椅座上,所述第二调角器的转动部上设有与所述齿形部的齿啮合的齿轮,所述齿轮通过驱动机构驱动所述第二支架转动以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
在本方案中,通过第二调角器改变第二支架与椅座的角度,可以在第二支架上设有一个齿形部,通过第二调角器上的齿轮的转动来实现第二支架的转动,同时为了使椅座一起转动,在第二支架上设有与第一调角器固定部相对自由转动的容置孔,使得第二支架在转动过程中带动椅座一起转动,实现第二支架与椅座之间的夹角的改变调节椅座的高度。
较佳地,所述第二支架的上端设有容置孔,所述第一调角器的固定部穿过所述容置孔且与所述容置孔相对自由转动;
所述椅座调节机构还包括齿条板,所述齿条板的两端分别铰接在所述第一支架的上端铰接点和所述第二支架的下端铰接点上;
所述第二调角器的转动部上设有与所述齿条板的齿啮合的齿轮,所述齿轮通过驱动机构驱动所述齿条板转动以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
在本方案中,主要是通过第二调角器改变第一支架与椅座的角度来调节座椅高度,通过增加一个齿条板,通过第二调角器上的齿轮的转动来实现齿条板的上端部旋转,同时带动第一支架的转动,在第二支架上设有与第一调角器固定部相对自由转动的容置孔,使得第一支架在转动过程中带动椅座一起转动,实现第一支架与椅座之间的夹角的改变调节椅座的高度。
较佳地,所述座椅安装座上设有第一铰接座和第二铰接座,所述第一支架和所述第二支架的下端分别铰接在所述第一铰接座和所述第二铰接座上。
在本方案中,为了方便第一支架和第二支架下端部的铰接,通过在座椅安装座上设置铰接座。
较佳地,所述第一调角器的转动部设有第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机 构为手动调节机构或自动调节机构,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述第一调角器的转动部。
较佳地,所述第二调角器的转动部设有第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构为手动调节机构或自动调节机构,所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述第二调角器的转动部。
在本方案中,第一调角器和第二调角器均可以通过手动调节机构驱动,也可以通过自动调节机构调节,也可以在椅座两侧分别安装手动调节机构和自动调节机构,根据需求进行选择。
一种汽车,其特点在于,所述汽车包含有如上所述的汽车座椅。
在符合本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实施例。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明的汽车座椅通过将椅背的旋转中心设在椅背的底部,且位于椅座的上端面的下方,可以使椅背在旋转时,椅背的下端部与椅座的上端面形成很小的台阶差,甚至不会有台阶差。这样就可以保证椅背的下端部基本不会抵压乘员的后背,提高了乘员后背与椅背的贴合性,保证了乘坐的舒适性。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在以下的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
如图3-6所示,本发明的一种汽车座椅,该汽车座椅包括椅座1和椅背2以及椅背调节机构,椅背调节机构包括旋转部,旋转部设在椅背2的下端;旋转部用于绕椅座1的后端部转动,以使椅背2与椅座1之间的角度发生改变,且旋转部的旋转中心位于椅座1的上端面的下方。
如图9所示,本发明通过将椅背2的旋转中心设在椅背2的下端,且位于椅座1的上端面的下方,可以使椅背2在旋转时,椅背2的下端部与椅座1的上端面形成很小的台阶差,甚至不会有台阶差。这样就可以保证椅背2的下端部基本不会抵压乘员的后背,提高了乘员后背与椅背2的贴合性,保证了乘坐的舒适性。
该汽车座椅还包括椅座调节机构,椅座调节机构用于调节椅座1以实现椅座1在高度方向上的升降调节。在本实施例中,通过设置椅座调节机构,可以调整座椅的高度,满足不同身高乘员的需求,进一步提高乘坐的舒适性。
在本实施例中,椅背调节机构与椅座调节机构在调节时相互独立。这样可以根据乘员要求进行调节,也可以避免其中一个损坏,另一个无法调节的 情况发生。
在本实施例中,旋转部上安装设有第一调角器7,第一调角器7的固定部安装在椅座1上,第一调角器7的转动部安装在旋转部上。通过在椅背2的旋转部上安装调角器,可以方便、定量对椅背2进行调节。
椅座1包括两个对称设置的侧壁板101,两个侧壁板101的后端均设有第一通孔102,椅背2包括两个对称设置的背壁板201,每个背壁板201的下端固定有连接板5,连接板5上设有第二通孔501;第一调角器7的固定部和第一调角器7的转动部分别安装在第一通孔102和第二通孔501上。在本实施例中,椅座1的旋转部相当于设置在连接板5的第二通孔501处,由于旋转部与第一调角器7的转动部固定连接,通过驱动第一调角器7转动,实现椅背2绕椅座1旋转。
椅座1和椅背2均是通过骨架结构装配而成,通过简单的侧壁板101和背壁板201实现座椅的装配,不仅降低了座椅的重量,而且还降低了生产成本。
两个侧壁板101之间设有第一连杆11,第一连杆11的两端分别与两个第一调角器7的转动部固定连接。在本实施例中,在两个侧壁板101上均设有一个第一调角器7,第一连杆11的两端分别与两个第一调角器7的转动部固定。这样就可以通过第一连杆11将两个侧壁板101连接,可以在驱动其中一个侧壁板101上的调角器工作时,带动另一侧的调角器工作,不用两侧同时驱动。同时,可以在侧壁板101的前端设有第二连杆12,第二连杆12可以使两个侧壁板101在移动时保持稳定。
在本实施例中,如图5-6所示,椅座1调节机构包括两个第一支架3、两个第二支架4、第二调角器8,两个第一支架3对应设在椅座1的前端部的两侧,两个第二支架4对应设在椅座1的后端部的两侧;其中,第一支架3铰接在椅座1的前端部,第二支架4的上端部绕椅背2的旋转中心自由转动,第一支架3和第二支架4的下端分别铰接在座椅安装座6上;第二调角 器8用于调节第一支架3或第二支架4与椅座1的角度,以实现椅座1在高度方向上的升降调节。
第二支架4的上端设有容置孔401,第一调角器7的固定部穿过容置孔401且与容置孔401相对自由转动;第二支架4上设有齿形部402,第二调角器8的固定部安装在椅座1上,第二调角器8的转动部上设有与齿形部402的齿啮合的齿轮801,齿轮801通过第二驱动机构10驱动第二支架4转动以实现椅座1在高度方向上的升降调节。其中,为了方便第二支架4转动顺畅,容置孔401为圆形通孔,在圆形通孔内还设有衬套15,第一调角器7的固定部穿设并固定在衬套15内,衬套15与容置孔401相对自由转动。
椅座1调节机构通过采用两个第一支架3、两个第二支架4、椅座1、座椅安装座6共同组成两组四连杆机构,两组四连杆机构通过第二调角器8进行调节,通过改变椅座1与第一支架3或第二支架4之间的角度来实现椅座1在高度方向上的升降调节。通过第二调角器8改变第二支架4与椅座1的角度,可以在第二支架4上设有一个齿形部402,通过第二调角器8上的齿轮801的转动来实现第二支架4的转动,同时为了使椅座1一起转动,在第二支架4上设有与第一调角器7的固定部相对自由转动的容置孔401,使得第二支架4在转动过程中带动椅座1一起转动,实现第二支架4与椅座1之间的夹角的改变调节椅座1的高度。
在本实施例中,座椅安装座6上设有第一铰接座13和第二铰接座14,第一支架3和第二支架4的下端分别铰接在第一铰接座13和第二铰接座14上。
这样是为了方便第一支架3和第二支架4下端部的铰接,通过在座椅安装座6上设置铰接座。
在本实施例中,第一调角器7和第二调角器8分别设有第一驱动机构9和第二驱动机构10,用于驱动第一调角器7的转动部转动。第一驱动机构9和第二驱动机构10都可以为手动调节机构或自动调节机构,也可以在椅座 1两侧分别安装手动调节机构和自动调节机构,根据需求进行选择。
本发明还公开了一种汽车,该汽车包含有如上的汽车座椅。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1相比,主要不同之处在于椅座1调节机构结构的不同。如图7-8所示,椅座1调节机构包括两个第一支架3、两个第二支架4、第二调角器8,两个第一支架3对应设在椅座1的前端部的两侧,两个第二支架4对应设在椅座1的后端部的两侧;其中,第一支架3铰接在椅座1的前端部,第二支架4的上端部绕椅背2的旋转中心自由转动,第一支架3和第二支架4的下端分别铰接在座椅安装座6上;第二调角器8用于调节第一支架3或第二支架4与椅座1的角度,以实现椅座1在高度方向上的升降调节。第二支架4的上端设有容置孔401,第一调角器7的固定部穿过容置孔401且与容置孔401相对自由转动;椅座1调节机构还包括齿条板16,齿条板16的两端分别铰接在第一支架3的上端铰接点和第二支架4的下端铰接点上;第二调角器8的转动部上设有与齿条板16的齿啮合的齿轮801,齿轮801通过驱动机构驱动齿条板16转动以实现椅座1在高度方向上的升降调节。其中,为了方便第二支架4转动顺畅,容置孔401为圆形通孔,在圆形通孔内还设有衬套15,第一调角器7的固定部穿设并固定在衬套15内,衬套15与容置孔401相对自由转动。第二调角器8在安装时,安装在侧壁板101的外侧,齿轮801穿过侧壁板101上的第三通孔103与齿形部402的齿啮合,侧壁板101另一侧设有限制齿轮801转轴的限位件17。
在本实施例中,主要是通过第二调角器8改变第一支架3与椅座1的角度来调节座椅高度,通过增加一个齿条板16,通过第二调角器8上的齿轮801的转动来实现齿条板16的上端部旋转,同时带动第一支架3的转动,在第二支架4上设有与第一调角器7的固定部相对自由转动的容置孔401,使得第一支架3在转动过程中带动椅座1一起转动,实现第一支架3与椅座1之间的夹角的改变调节座椅的高度。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

    所述旋转部用于绕所述椅座的后端部转动,以使所述椅背与所述椅座之间的角度发生改变,且所述旋转部的旋转中心位于所述椅座的上端面的下方。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述汽车座椅还包括椅座调节机构,所述椅座调节机构用于调节所述椅座以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述椅背调节机构与所述椅座调节机构在调节时相互独立。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转部上安装设有第一调角器,所述第一调角器的固定部安装在所述椅座上,所述第一调角器的转动部安装在所述旋转部上。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述第二支架的上端设有容置孔,所述第一调角器的固定部穿过所述容置孔且与所述容置孔相对自由转动;
    所述第二支架上设有齿形部,所述第二调角器的固定部安装在所述椅座上,所述第二调角器的转动部上设有与所述齿形部的齿啮合的齿轮,所述齿轮通过驱动机构驱动所述第二支架转动以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述第二支架的上端设有容置孔,所述第一调角器的固定部穿过所述容置孔且与所述容置孔相对自由转动;
    所述椅座调节机构还包括齿条板,所述齿条板的两端分别铰接在所述第一支架的上端铰接点和所述第二支架的下端铰接点上;
    所述第二调角器的转动部上设有与所述齿条板的齿啮合的齿轮,所述齿轮通过驱动机构驱动所述齿条板转动以实现所述椅座在高度方向上的升降调节。
  10. 如权利要求7-9任意一项所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅安装座上设有第一铰接座和第二铰接座,所述第一支架和所述第二支架的下端分别铰接在所述第一铰接座和所述第二铰接座上。
  11. 如权利要求4-10任意一项所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述第一调角器的转动部设有第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构为手动调节机构或自 动调节机构,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述第一调角器的转动部。
  12. 如权利要求7-11任意一项所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于,所述第二调角器的转动部设有第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构为手动调节机构或自动调节机构,所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述第二调角器的转动部。
  13. 一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包含有如权利要求1-12任意一项所述的汽车座椅。
