本发明设计的自动搓牙机,包括机台、下料机构、送料机构和自动搓牙机构,下料机构包括位于机台上方的下料仓,下料仓内设震动机构周期性震动辅助落料,下料仓左右两侧为斜板,下料仓底部的出料口直径与胚料一致,下料机构的出料口具体由两块直角挡板组成,挡板顶部为向外的水平板,下料仓底部为双层中空结构,挡板顶部插入下料仓底部的内层,本发明通过调整出料口两块挡板的间距从而适应不同直径的胚料,完成自动下料,出料口出料处设有送料机构,送料机构具体为一送料斜轨道,送料斜轨道将胚料送至自动搓牙机构处,送料斜轨道内设有多组导向片使胚料按固定轨道运动,送料斜轨道较为平稳,且其内部设置的导向片可以防止胚料滑出,胚料送至自动搓牙机构时也能较准的送至加工处,自动搓牙机构包括设在机台上表面左右滑动的搓牙活动座,搓牙活动座上设有活动牙板和固定牙板,活动牙板与固定牙板之间形成搓牙通道,活动牙板与固定牙板均通过螺丝设在搓牙活动座上表面的加工槽内,加工槽内设有若干螺丝孔,活动牙板与固定牙板可调整位置,所述加工槽底部设有感应装置,感应装置连接加工槽内部及加工槽上方的压紧滚轮,加工槽内部的压紧滚轮通过其后方的活塞杆连接感应装置,感应装置感应到胚料后,驱动两组滚轮压紧胚料,同时滚轮带动胚料旋转,加工槽上方一侧设有搓刀机构,搓刀机构在加工槽上方左右平移,因胚料在旋转过程中,搓刀机构只需向下左右平移加工胚料即可完成搓牙,若对搓牙长度有需求的,控制搓刀机构左右平移距离即可,搓牙活动座远离送料斜轨道的一侧设有落料筐,加工槽内部设有升降机构,升降机构和加工槽上方的压紧滚轮同时由定时装置控制,搓牙活动座上表面向靠近落料筐的一侧向下倾斜,搓牙完成后,定时装置控制压紧滚轮抬起,升降机构向上推起胚料,感应装置松开加工槽内部的压紧滚轮,胚料经搓牙活动座上表面的斜面落入落料筐,搓牙活动座靠近落料筐的边缘处设有光电感应计数器,落料筐底部设有减震垫,减震垫是为了防止落料时掉出,光电感应计数器则在落料时进行统计,减少了分拣工作。
以上仅为本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种自动搓牙机,其特征在于,包括机台、下料机构、送料机构和自动搓牙机构,下料机构包括位于机台上方的下料仓,下料仓内设震动机构周期性震动,下料仓左右两侧为斜板,下料仓底部的出料口直径与胚料一致,出料口出料处设有送料机构,送料机构具体为一送料斜轨道,送料斜轨道将胚料送至自动搓牙机构处,自动搓牙机构包括设在机台上表面左右滑动的搓牙活动座,搓牙活动座上设有活动牙板和固定牙板,活动牙板与固定牙板之间形成搓牙通道,活动牙板与固定牙板均通过螺丝设在搓牙活动座上表面的加工槽内,加工槽内设有若干螺丝孔,所述加工槽底部设有感应装置,感应装置连接加工槽内部及加工槽上方的压紧滚轮,加工槽内部的压紧滚轮通过其后方的活塞杆连接感应装置,加工槽上方一侧设有搓刀机构,搓刀机构在加工槽上方左右平移,搓牙活动座远离送料斜轨道的一侧设有落料筐,加工槽内部设有升降机构,升降机构和加工槽上方的压紧滚轮同时由定时装置控制,搓牙活动座上表面向靠近落料筐的一侧向下倾斜,搓牙活动座靠近落料筐的边缘处设有光电感应计数器,落料筐底部设有减震垫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动搓牙机,其特征在于:所述下料机构底部的出料口直径根据胚料的直径来调整。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动搓牙机,其特征在于:下料机构的出料口具体由两块直角挡板组成,挡板顶部为向外的水平板,下料仓底部为双层中空结构,挡板顶部插入下料仓底部的内层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动搓牙机,其特征在于:搓牙活动座通过设在机台上的滑轨左右滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动搓牙机,其特征在于:送料斜轨道内设有多组导向片使胚料按固定轨道运动。
