背景技术
扬声器作为一种电声转化器件,被广泛应用在各种各样的电子设备中,以实现基本的发声功能。近年来,随着智能音箱、智能家居产业的兴起,因为需要越来越多的空间装配智能控制系统等,消费类电子终端产品预留给扬声器的空间已经不再像传统的音箱那么充足,尤其是在高度方向,即相对于扬声器本身的体积而言,薄型化日益成为一个重要的发展趋势。
现有的常规扬声器设计中,音圈与导电端子一般通过引线连接,装配后,引线位于复合盆与定心支片之间,而为了避免振动过程中对引线的擦碰,需要在Z向上为引线预留出足够的空间,显然不利于达到产品薄型化的要求。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术中尝试将引线缝制在定心支片中,以降低Z向的高度需求,但采取这种做法也存在一定的弊端:对于大口径的音圈设计,定心支片的尺寸本身将大大减小,如果将引线缝制在定心支片中,定心支片的疲劳容易导致断线;而且对于一些产品,尤其是对于那些定心支片在顺性方面的作用远大于折环的产品,在定心支片上缝制引线会进一步加剧其对F 0、THD等声学性能的影响。
因此,有必要对现有的扬声器结构做进一步改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本专利所要解决的技术问题是通过将电连接部包裹在振膜组件的内部,在不影响产品性能的基础上,改善断线的问题,并且利于产品薄型化。本发明提供的具体技术方案是:

根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供一种发声装置,包括壳体以及分别与壳体连接固定的磁路系统和振动系统,振动系统包括相互连接固定的音圈组件以及振膜组件,音圈组件通过电连接结构与外部电路导通,电连 接结构包括设置在音圈组件上的内导电部、设置在壳体上的外导电部以及电性连接内导电部和外导电部的电连接部,电连接部至少部分包裹在振膜组件的内部。
下面结合附图进一步阐述本发明。
实施例:
例如图1和图2、图3共同所示,本实施方式的发声装置,包括壳体5以及分别与壳体5连接固定的磁路系统(未明确示出)和振动系统,其中,振动系统包括相互连接在一起的音圈组件1和振膜组件2,其中,音圈组件1包括音圈11和音圈骨架12,音圈11绕设在音圈骨架12的外周面上,并且位于音圈骨架12的下端位置处。此处音圈骨架12可以为音圈11提供支撑作用,并且可以作为音圈11与振膜组件2连接起来的桥梁。具体实施时,考虑到减重以及散热等方面,可以在音圈骨架12上开设若干个透气孔(未示出)。上述内容为本领域技术人员所熟知,在此不再赘述。
振膜组件2包括注塑结合在一起的折环21和锥盆22,其中,折环21设置为包括弧形凸起的结构,其外侧通常固定在发声装置的壳体上,内侧与锥盆22结合,而锥盆22又与音圈骨架12结合在一起,这样便实现了音圈组件1与振膜组件2的整体连接。
众所周知的是,发声装置的正常工作,是在电磁场力的作用下往复运动发声,这就需要有相应的电连接结构将振动系统的内外部电信导通。在本实施方式中,具体是通过内导电部、电连接部3以及外导电部4共同实现的,具体来说,音圈骨架12上设置有内导电部,该内导电部可以是内焊盘121,内焊盘121通过电连接部3与外导电部4电性连接,外部的电流信号通过上述途径输送到音圈11。
具体实施时,内焊盘121优选为设置两个,并且在音圈骨架12的外周向上对称设置,在此基础上,电连接部3和外导电部4也对应优选设置为两个。采用两个对称设置的导电结构,在一定程度上可以防止因结构不对称而造成的偏振。
在本实施方式中,电连接部3具体选用导线(锦丝线),其包括用以 与内焊盘121电性连接的内连接部31、用以与外导电部4电性连接的外连接部33以及连接内连接部31和外连接部33的中间部32。当然,对于导线而言,其是一体成型出来的线体,此处为了更清楚的阐述本发明而根据不同部分的不同作用进行区分。在本技术方案中,考虑到现有技术中,当导线设置在复合盆与定心支片之间时,需要在产品的Z向额外预留出一定的空间,避免振动时对导线的擦碰,另一方面考虑到将导线编织在定心支片中时会影响到性能,因此本申请将导线的至少部分包裹在振膜组件2的内部。
当然,由于锥盆22和折环21均可以通过注塑成型,因此本实施方式中,电连接部33优选为与锥盆22和折环21注塑为一体,即电连接部3包括注塑在振膜组件2内部的部分。下面具体说明时以此为例。
通过附图1和附图2可以看到,锥盆22整体呈两端开口的锥形环状结构,两根导线的内连接部31可以自锥盆22的底端开口处穿出焊接在音圈骨架12的内焊盘121上。当然,为了焊接更为便利,内焊盘121可以设置在靠近音圈骨架12的与锥盆22相连接的位置处,这样当导线的内连接部31自底端开口穿出后很自然的和内焊盘121焊接即可。导线与内焊盘121焊接后,继续自内连接部31沿锥盆22的锥面延伸,一直延伸到靠近发声装置的外导电部4的位置,这部分定义为中间部32,而外连接部33是对应于内连接部31而言,是用于与外导电部4电性连接的那部分导线。优选为外连接部33对应于折环21的外边缘处,与外导电部4焊接固定。
这里需要说明的是,此处所述的锥盆22表示的是与折环21共同形成振膜组件的锥形结构,在具体成型过程中,锥盆22并不是一次成型的,而是先成型一部分结构,相关部分在成型方法的部分会做详细说明。
也就是说,在本技术方案中,作为电连接部3的导线,其至少部分是注塑在锥盆22和折环21的内部的,该部分被锥盆22和折环21整体所包裹。除用于与内焊盘121和外导电部4焊接的那一小部分导线外,整个导线的中间部分可整体的注塑在振膜组件2的内部,当然也不排除导线全部注塑在振膜组件2的内部的方式,具体可以根据需要灵活设计。
对导线的中间部32而言,其被锥盆22包裹在内侧的那部分定义为第 一部分,被折环21包裹在内侧的那部分定义为第二部分。另外,由于本实施方式中,锥盆22和折环21是注塑结合的,且导线与二者注塑为一体,因此锥盆22的材质优选为纸,折环的材质优选为橡胶,例如硅橡胶等。当然此处只是进行示例性说明,并不用于限定本发明,还可以是其他的材料,并不影响本技术方案的实施。
对于外导电部4而言,在本实施方式中,其具体可以是注塑在壳体5上的两个外焊盘,如图1和图2共同所示,壳体5上设置有与振膜组件2的外边缘(具体是折环21的外边缘)连接固定的连接面,在壳体5的侧向上设置有两个凸出部51,凸出部51自该连接面的外端水平向外侧延伸,这样就在壳体5的外侧形成了两个可以容纳外焊盘的结构。由于凸出部51自壳体5与折环21的连接面水平延伸而成,因此在Z向上并没有增加产品的高度。
本实施方式所提供的发声装置,由于将用于导通内外部电路的导线包裹在振膜组件内部,一方面,不再需要为电连接部在Z向上预留空间,有利于将应用该振动系统的发声装置做的更薄;另一方面,相较于现有技术中在定心支片中缝制引线的做法而言,可以通过对顺线轨迹的调整,在不影响声学性能的基础上改善因定心支片疲劳而导致的断线问题。
对于磁路系统而言,既可以采用内磁路结构,也可以采用外磁路结构。具体的,当采用内磁路结构时,磁路系统可以包括U铁、设置于U铁内的磁铁以及贴设在磁铁表面的导磁板;当采用外磁路结构时,磁路系统可以包括T铁、套设在T铁的芯柱外侧的磁铁以及贴设在磁铁表面的导磁板。
以上对本实施方式的发声装置的结构进行了阐述,下面将以电连接部3注塑在振膜组件2的内部为例,对此种发声装置,尤其是振动系统部分的成型方法进行说明,其主要包括以下几个步骤:
S1:在该步骤中,首先注塑成型部分厚度的锥盆。此处所述的部分厚度,可以是1/2厚度,也可以是相较于整体的其他比例的厚度,此时成型的锥盆22严格的说并不是真正的锥盆,只是锥盆的一部分,但为了方便阐述,此处的锥盆22即用来表示与折环21连接的锥形结构。
S2、提供电连接部3,所述电连接部3为导线;导线自锥盆22的底端 开口处伸出并沿已成型的锥盆22的外锥面顺线,顺至外导电部4的位置;在这一步骤中,首先将导线从锥盆22的开口内侧开始顺线,穿过底端开口后,直接与位于音圈骨架12上的内焊盘121焊接固定,焊接后,导线继续沿着锥盆22的锥面顺线,顺至锥盆22的最顶端时,继续向外导电部4的方向顺线,最终顺至折环21的外边缘处附近,并与外导电部4焊接固定。
S3、注塑成型另一部分厚度的锥盆22,将部分导线包裹在完整的锥盆的内部,并注塑成型为一体。在这一步骤中,锥盆22与部分导线注塑为一体,该部分导线主要是沿锥盆22的锥面顺线的部分。成型为一体后,该部分导线相当于是嵌设在锥盆22的内侧。
S4、注塑成型折环21,折环21与锥盆22注塑结合为振膜组件2,且成型后导线同时与锥盆22、折环21整体注塑在一起。同样的,折环21包裹的导线主要是S2顺线步骤中未在S3中被锥盆22包裹的那部分导线,通过S4这一步骤,可以实现将导线的整个中间部都嵌设在振膜组件2的内部。
此处需要说明的是,在具体实施时,导线的外连接部33作为直接与外导电部4焊接固定的部分,实际是导线的最外端,该最外端在折环21也成型后理论上也可以将其包裹,但从技术实现的角度而言,很容易理解的是,该最外端也很有可能作为很小的一部分导线裸露在折环21的外边缘与外导电部4之间的位置。该部分并不能影响本技术方案的整体实现和效果,因为导线的整体还是穿过锥盆22与折环21的。另外需要说明的是,导线在具体顺线的过程中,其总的轨迹是沿锥盆22的锥面以及沿靠近外导电部4的位置(实际上就是折环21所覆盖的区域)顺线,但每一段的具体顺线轨迹、是否有弯曲段等都不受限制,可根据实际需求灵活选择。
根据本发明的另一个构思,还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备应用上述的发声装置。如前所述,由于发声装置可以很好地满足薄型化的需要,因此当其应用在电子设备中时,电子设备的内部可以预留出更多的空间来用以容放其他的部件或者系统等,为音响、音箱等,尤其是智能消费电子终端的性能设计提供更大的余地。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是 本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种发声装置,包括壳体以及分别与所述壳体连接固定的磁路系统和振动系统;所述振动系统包括相互连接固定的音圈组件以及振膜组件,所述音圈组件通过电连接结构与外部电路导通,其特征在于:所述电连接结构包括设置在音圈组件上的内导电部、设置在壳体上的外导电部以及电性连接所述内导电部和所述外导电部的电连接部;所述电连接部至少部分包裹在所述振膜组件的内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述音圈组件包括音圈骨架以及绕设在所述音圈骨架的外周面上的音圈;所述内导电部为设置在所述音圈骨架上的内焊盘。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述外导电部为注塑成型于所述壳体上的外焊盘。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述振膜组件包括注塑结合在一起的锥盆和折环,所述电连接部的至少部分注塑在所述锥盆和所述折环的内部空间中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述电连接部包括用以与所述内导电部电性连接的内连接部、用以与所述外导电部电性连接的外连接部以及连接所述内连接部和所述外连接部的中间部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述锥盆整体呈两端开口的锥形环状结构,所述内连接部自所述锥盆的底端开口处穿出焊接在所述音圈骨架的内焊盘上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述中间部自所述内连 接部沿所述锥盆的锥面延伸至靠近所述壳体的外焊盘的位置,所述外连接部对应于所述折环的外边缘处,并与所述壳体的外焊盘焊接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述电连接部为主体被包裹在所述振膜组件内部的导线。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述导线的中间部整体均位于所述振膜组件的内部;或者,所述导线的整体均位于所述振膜组件的内部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述导线的中间部包括嵌在所述锥盆内侧的第一部分,以及嵌在所述折环内侧的第二部分。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述振膜组件与所述音圈骨架连接在一起;所述内焊盘设置有两个,在所述音圈骨架的外周面上对称设置,并且靠近所述振膜组件与所述音圈骨架相连接的位置。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述壳体上设置有与所述振膜组件的外边缘连接固定的连接面,在所述壳体的侧向上设置有两个凸出部,所述凸出部自所述连接面的外端水平向外侧延伸,所述外焊盘对应设置有两个,分别位于所述凸出部上。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括U铁、设置于所述U铁内的磁铁以及贴设在所述磁铁表面的导磁板;或者,所述磁路系统包括T铁、套设在所述T铁的芯柱外侧的磁铁以及贴设在所述磁铁表面的导磁板。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-13任一项所述的发声装置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述电子设备为音箱或者音响。
