Description

发声单体、发声模组及电子终端 技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种发声单体;本发明还涉及一种应用此发声单体的发声模组以及电子终端。
背景技术
扬声器是电子设备中的重要声学部件,其为一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件。现有的扬声器模组,包括外壳,以及设置在外壳内的磁路系统以及振动系统。扬声器的磁路系统可以采用单磁路结构、双磁路结构、三磁路结构或者本领域技术人员所熟知的其它结构。
传统音圈是由一根音圈线绕制而成,音圈线例如可缠绕在音圈骨架上形成音圈。音圈线在音圈骨架上形成了一个入线端、一个出线端,并入线端、出线端将音圈电连接到外部电路中,以通过外部电路给音圈馈入音频信号。这种结构的音圈,通过入线端、出线端形成了导电回路,这就使得音圈的内阻比较大。
为了降低内阻,需要减少音圈线在音圈骨架上的缠绕圈数和/或层数,但是这会降低发声装置的BL值,使得振动系统的振动特性差。如果要提高BL值,只能增加音圈线在音圈骨架上的圈数和/或层数,但是这会增加音圈的内阻,使得振动系统的振动特性差,造成发声装置的性能不能满足需求。

本发明发声单体,音圈的绕线采用两根音圈线共同缠绕,且两根音圈线并联在一起,这样两根引线并联可以在相同阻值的前提下,比单线的线径更细,使得音圈厚度更薄,磁间隙可以更窄,具有更高的BL值,进而提高振动系统的灵敏度,提高发声单体的发声性能。
进一步的,本发明发声单体,音圈的绕线采用两根音圈线共同缠绕的方式,两条入线、两条出线形成四条悬空引线。四条悬空引线形成几何对称分布,振动时对振动系统的反作用力也更加对称,从而大大减小产品的偏振,改善失真、改善音质;此外,该设计使得发声单体具有更高的BL值,从而提高单体的灵敏度。

参考图1,本发明提供了一种发声单体,该发声单体可以应用到发声模组中以及电子终端中。本发明的发声单体包括磁路系统以及振动系统。磁路系统可以采用本领域技术人员所熟知的单磁路结构、双磁路结构或者 多磁路结构。例如在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,磁路系统包括磁轭1以及设置在磁轭1上的中心磁路部分和边磁路部分,中心磁路部分和边磁路部分中的至少一个包含永磁体,中心磁路部分和边磁路部分之间形成磁间隙。
例如边磁路部分可以与磁轭1是一体成型的,其为形成在磁轭1边缘的侧壁部,中心磁路部分可以是设置在磁轭1中心区域的永磁体,其与磁轭1的侧壁部构成了磁路系统的磁间隙。
还可以是,磁轭1可以采用平板状结构或者盆状结构,中心磁路部分包括安装在磁轭1中心区域的中心磁铁2,边磁路部分包括分布在中心磁铁2侧边位置的边磁铁3。边磁铁3可以设置有两个;当然也可以设置有四个,分布在中心磁铁2的四周,且四个边磁铁3与中心磁铁2之间形成了磁路系统的磁间隙。参考图2,四个边磁铁3围成了近似长方形的结构,且相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成有开口,便于后续音圈线的引出。
为了使磁路系统的磁感线可以聚集在磁间隙的附近,在中心磁铁2的上表面可以设置有中心导磁板4,该中心导磁板4例如可以通过粘接的方式固定在中心磁铁2上。在边磁铁3的上表面可设置有边导磁板5,其中,边导磁板5可以设置有四个,分别可通过粘接的方式固定在四个边磁铁3上。还可以是,边导磁板5采用一体的环状结构,同时粘接在四个边磁铁3的上表面。
本发明的振动系统包括振膜、安装在振膜上的音圈7。本发明的振膜包括位于边缘的连接部50,位于中部的振动部52,以及位于连接部50与振动部52之间的折环部51。振膜边缘的连接部50可以通过垫圈8支撑在边导磁板5的上方,当然垫圈8也可以设置在磁轭1上。当然振膜还可以采用平面型振膜,这属于本领域技术人员的公知常识,在此不再具体赘述。
振膜通过其边缘的连接部50连接在垫圈8上,中部区域的振动部52为振膜的主要发声区域,通过音圈7可以策动该振动部52发声,折环部51可以提高振动部52的灵敏度。
本发明音圈7的上端可以直接连接在振动部52的下端。还可以是,振动部52上设置有镂空结构,通过设置的球顶结构6将该镂空结构覆盖住。 此时,音圈7的上端可以连接在振动部52没有被镂空的区域,也可以直接连接在球顶结构6的下端。音圈7的另一端需要伸入至磁路系统的磁间隙中,使得音圈7在磁力线的作用下发生振动。
音圈7由两根音圈线共同缠绕而成,也就是说,本发明的音圈7由两根音圈线缠绕而成。音圈线可以采用本领域技术人员所熟知的漆包线。两根音圈并排分布,且可通过缠绕机同时逐层缠绕,使得每一层缠绕线上,两根音圈线间隔排列。音圈7上缠绕的层数可以根据设计需求而定,例如两层或者更多层。
每根音圈线在缠绕形成音圈7时,两端部分别形成了入线端、出线端,其中,入线端用于电信号的引入,出线端用于电信号的引出以形成回路。
两个入线端、两个出线端需要分别从音圈7上引出,也就是说,音圈7具有四个引线端,该四个引线端从音圈7的四个不同的位置引出,这就使得可以将该四个引线端设计成平衡的对称结构来解决振动系统的偏振问题。
这样一来,音圈的绕线采用两根音圈线共同缠绕,且两根音圈线并联在一起,这样两根引线并联可以在相同阻值的前提下,比单线的线径更细,使得音圈厚度更薄,磁间隙可以更窄,具有更高的BL值,进而提高振动系统的灵敏度,提高发声单体的发声性能。
为了便于描述,两个入线端、两个出线端可分别记为第一入线端70、第二入线端72、第一出线端71、第二出线端73。第一入线端70、第二入线端72引出位置位于音圈7的一侧的两端区域,第一出线端71、第二出线端73的引出位置位于音圈7的另一侧的两端区域。
需要说明的是,入线端的引出位置所在的音圈的一侧与出线端的引出位置所在的音圈的另一侧是相对的。例如,入线端的引出位置在音圈的左侧,则出线端的引出位置在音圈的右侧。或者,入线端的引出位置在音圈的上侧,则出线端的引出位置在音圈的下侧。
参考图2的视图方向,第一入线端70、第二入线端72的引出位置位于音圈7左侧的上下两端区域,第一出线端71、第二出线端73的引出位置位于音圈7右侧的上下两端区域。需要注意的是,此处的“左侧”、“右 侧”并不是指的音圈7的左侧壁、右侧壁,而指的是音圈7左方区域、右方区域。
第一入线端70、第二入线端72、第一出线端71、第二出线端73例如可以从音圈7的四个拐角位置引出,该四个引线端可以从音圈7四个拐角区域的短边上引出,也可以从四个拐角区域的长边上引出,在此不做具体限定。
第一入线端70、第二入线端72、第一出线端71、第二出线端73的引出位置位于音圈7的四个拐角位置,且第一入线端70、第二入线端72在音圈7的短边侧相邻,第一出线端71、第二出线端73在音圈7的另一短边侧相邻;第一入线端70、第一出线端71在音圈7的长边侧相邻,第二入线端72、第二出线端73在音圈7的长边侧相邻。
相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成的开口与音圈7的四个拐角区域相对应,使得四个引线端可以从相应的开口位置引出并连接到电路板的相应焊盘上。
这样,音圈的绕线采用两根音圈线共同缠绕的方式,两条入线、两条出线形成四条悬空引线。四条悬空引线形成几何对称分布,振动时对振动系统的反作用力也更加对称,从而大大减小产品的偏振,改善失真、改善音质;此外,该设计使得发声单体具有更高的BL值,从而提高单体的灵敏度。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,电路板可以为FPCB板9,参考图1。FPCB板9可以粘接在垫圈8(或支撑壳体)上,也可以粘接在边导磁板5或者边磁铁3上,在此不做限定。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,在所述边磁路部分远离磁间隙的一侧形成有容纳槽12。参考图1,边磁路部分上靠近外围边缘的区域压设形成了凹陷的容纳槽12,该容纳槽12沿着磁路系统的外围环绕延伸一圈。呈中空环状的电路板4设置在该容纳槽2中。
这样的结构使得发声单体的整体外形不会因为设置了电路板而出现变厚、变宽的现象,参见图1,电路板完全埋设于磁路系统内。本发明提供的发声单体通过设计容纳槽使其整体结构更紧凑,在不有损产品性能的 情况下,尽可能的缩小其所占用的空间。
特别地,通过在边磁路部分的外围设计容纳槽,还能够起到聚集磁感线、提高磁间隙中磁场强度的作用。位于边磁路部分外围的容纳槽12占据了磁路系统的部分空间,即磁路系统在外围形成了一部分镂空。磁路系统上的镂空部分不能导磁,相对的,在磁路系统的磁性一定的情况下,磁感线会向边磁路部分的靠近磁间隙的一侧聚集,磁感线从容纳槽12内侧的磁路系统上穿过。这样,磁路系统的内侧的磁场强度得到提升,能够有效提高磁路系统中磁间隙处的磁场强度。对于发声单体的声学性能,响应灵敏度提升,声学性能得到明显改善。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,边导磁板5在与边磁铁3相对的一侧表面上形成有凹陷部,边导磁板5与边磁铁3贴合设置后,该凹陷部构成所述容纳槽12。边导磁板5上的凹陷部优选靠近边导磁板5外侧的边缘,即凹陷部位于边导磁板5上远离中心磁路部分、磁间隙的一侧,以使磁感线向靠近中心磁路部分的一侧聚集。
在其它可选的类似实施方式中,凹陷部也可形成在边磁铁3上与边导磁板5相对的一侧表面上。边导磁板5与边磁铁3盖合后,凹陷部构成上述的容纳槽12。凹陷部优先位于边磁铁3上远离中心磁路部分、磁间隙的一侧,以使磁感线向靠近中心磁路部分的一侧聚集。
在其它可选的类似实施方式中,边磁铁3和边导磁板5在相对的一侧上均形成有凹陷部,两者的凹陷部的位置相互对应,两个凹陷部组合构成上述的容纳槽12。该凹陷部优先位于边磁铁3、边导磁板5上远离中心磁路部分、磁间隙的一侧,以使磁感线向靠近中心磁路部分的一侧聚集。
FPCB板9在对应开口位置各形成一焊盘,例如可记为邻近第一入线端70分布的第一焊盘91、邻近第一出线端71分布的第二焊盘93、邻近第二入线端72分布的第三焊盘90、邻近第二出线端73分布的第四焊盘92。
两个入线端、两个出线端分别焊接在不同的焊盘上。例如:第一入线端70从音圈7的拐角位置引出后,穿过与其对应的相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成的开口绕至对应边磁铁3的外侧,并从该边磁铁3的外侧迂回延伸至邻近第二入线端72分布的第三焊盘90上。对应的,第二入线端72从音圈 7的拐角位置引出后,穿过与其对应的相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成的开口绕至对应边磁铁3的外侧,并从该边磁铁3的外侧迂回延伸至邻近第一入线端70分布的第一焊盘91上。第一出线端71、第二出线端73亦按照此方式进行引出,在此不再具体说明。
如图2所示的结构,两个入线端、两个出线端从各自对应的开口穿出后,均沿着短边位置的边磁铁3外侧迂回延伸,使得每个入线端焊接的相邻焊盘均为另一个入线端开口处形成的焊盘;每个出线端焊接的相邻焊盘均为另一个出线端开口处形成的焊盘。
对于本领域的技术人员而言,两个入线端、两个出线端从各自对应的开口穿出后,也可沿着长边位置的边磁铁3外侧迂回延伸,在此不再具体说明。
在本发明一个可选的实施方式中,两个入线端分别穿过各自对应的开口时,至少一个入线端与其对应的边磁路部分的距离,从靠近磁间隙的部分至靠近边磁路部分外侧的部分逐渐减小;和/或,两个出线端分别穿过各自对应的开口时,至少一个出线端与其对应的边磁路部分的距离,从靠近磁间隙的部分至靠近边磁路部分外侧的部分逐渐减小。
具体地,参考图2,第一入线端70从音圈7的拐角位置引出后,穿过与其对应的相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成的开口时,第一入线端70与短边位置的边磁铁3距离,从靠近磁间隙至靠近与其对应的边磁铁3外侧的方向上是逐渐减小的。第二入线端72、第一出线端71、第二出线端73亦按照此方式进行引出,在此不再具体说明。采用这样的引出方式,可以在小空间内增加四个引出端悬空的长度,从而可以减小引线振动时的应力,改善振动系统的振动效果。
在本发明一个可选的实施方式中,在边磁路部分的部分边缘外侧形成有面向磁轭1的承载台10,承载台10与磁轭1相对的承载面用于承载、固定连接延伸至其上或者从其上延伸而过的引线。在本发明中,边磁路部分的部分边缘外侧指的是边磁路部分远离中心磁路部分、磁间隙的一侧。或者,边磁路部分的位于发声单体外表面的一侧。
具体地,参考图4,边磁铁3的外边缘向外延伸形成垫台,该垫台置 于边磁铁本体的远离磁间隙的一侧,该垫台构成了承载台10。本发明不对在边磁铁3上形成垫台的形式进行限制。参考图4的视图方向,优选地,垫台的顶面低于边磁铁本体的顶面,以使垫台能够更准确的对引线形成定位。边磁路部分可以一共包括两个或四个边磁铁3,其中,可以仅在两个边磁铁3的外围形成承载台。本发明并不对边磁路部分具体包括几个边磁铁、哪几个边磁铁外围形成有承载台进行限制。在具体实施时,可以具体根据对发声单体的性能和形状要求进行配置。在图2、图4所示的实施方式中,对称分布的两个短边位置的边磁铁3的外侧形成有承载台10。
在另一个实施方式中,参考图5,边导磁板5具有弯折延伸到边磁铁3外侧的弯边,该弯边延伸包围到边磁铁12的外表面上,并构成了上述的承载台10。
以上两种实施方式的优点在于,一方面,通过边磁铁或边导磁板形成承载台的结构特征简单、加工和装配工艺简单,发声单体的生产成本不会明显增加。另一方面,边磁铁或边导磁板位于整个磁路系统的最外围,在其外侧形成承载台,能够最大程度的增加引线的延伸长度,减小引线断线的风险。而发声单体的整体结构形状和空间占用并不会受到明显影响。进一步地,边磁铁、边导磁板都是固定在发声装置单体内的稳定部件,引线延伸到其上的承载台进行固定,稳定性更高,不易发生晃动等问题。
本发明并不限制必须在边磁铁或边导磁板上形成承载台,在其它实施方式中,例如边磁路部分由环形的导磁部件构成,或者边磁路部分由导磁的侧壁部件构成,上述承载台也可以形成在这些结构的外围表面上。
第一入线端70在从该边磁铁3的外侧迂回延伸至第三焊盘90的过程中,第一入线端70绕至边磁铁3外侧的部分(可记为第一部分)可固定在承载台10上,例如可以通过粘接、焊接的方式进行固定。
第一出线端71、第二入线端72、第二出线端73亦可按照此方式进行引出,在此不再具体说明。
采用这样的结构方式,引线在发声单体中的固定连接更加稳定,不易因音圈振动而导致引线断线、与焊盘脱离、错位等问题,显著提高了引线的稳定性。另一方面,引线从音圈中引出后绕设到边磁路部分外围,所经 过的延伸距离更长,可弹性形变的量更大。这样,引线对音圈造成拉扯作用力相对降低,相应地,音圈振动时也不易造成引线断线等缺陷。发声装置单体的应用可靠性更高。
在本发明另一个实施方式中,在边磁路部分的部分边缘外侧设置有固定件11,该固定件11用于承载、固定连接延伸至其上或者从其上延伸而过的引线。在本发明中,边磁路部分的部分边缘外侧指的是边磁路部分远离中心磁路部分、磁间隙的一侧。或者,边磁路部分的位于发声单体外表面的一侧。
固定件11被设置成,至少能够沿着振膜的上下振动方向,从引线的上侧和下侧对引线在发声单体中的高度位置进行限制;即,在发声单体的高度方向上,从上下两侧限制引线的位置。避免引线固定在发声单体中的线段出现随振膜的振动而上下浮动、碰撞的现象。
参考图6,第一入线端70绕至边磁路部分的外围,且延伸到位于边磁路部分外围的固定件11中,之后再与第三焊盘90形成电连接。第一入线端70可以通过粘接、焊接等方式与固定件11固定连接。固定件11中具有缝隙、穿孔或其它结构,以使第一入线端70能够从固定件11中穿过。固定件11通过缝隙夹合固定第一入线端70或者通过穿孔的径向限制作用固定第一入线端70。至少,固定件11能够从第一入线端70的上下两侧起到限制位置的作用。
第一出线端71、第二入线端72、第二出线端73亦可按照此方式进行引出,在此不再具体说明。
本发明提出的技术方案为引线从音圈引出到与焊盘电连接之间的线段提供了起到固定连接、限制位置作用的引线固定件。相对于现有技术,引线在发声装置单体中的固定连接更加稳定,通过引线固定件对引线的部分线段施加的径向限位作用,引线的高度得到有效限制。进一步地,引线不易因音圈振动而导致引线断线、起伏或与焊盘脱离、错位等问题,显著提高了引线的稳定性。
另一方面,引线从音圈中引出后绕设到边磁路部分外围,所经过的延伸距离更长,可弹性形变的量更大。这样,引线对音圈造成拉扯作用力相 对降低,相应地,音圈振动时也不易造成引线断线等缺陷。发声单体的应用可靠性更高。
具体如图6所示,独立的固定件11直接设置在边磁铁3和边导磁板5的外围。固定件11可以贴附、粘接在边磁铁3和边导磁板5外表面上,或者通过注塑成型的方式固定在其上,本发明并不对具体的连接方式进行限制。固定部11可以分为面向振膜方向的第一部件1011以及面向磁轭方向的第二部件1012。第一部件1011和第二部件1012可以是互相独立的,也可以是相互连接的,本发明也不对此进行限制。第一部件1011和第二部件1012相对设置且间隔有缝隙。
图6中所示的第一部件1011和第二部件1012之间相互独立,不具有连接关系。对于固定件11采用穿孔容纳引线的实施方式,第一部件1011和第二部件1012可以是一个整体结构,二者之间的缝隙为固定件11的穿孔。固定件11整体贴附在边磁路部分的外表面上即可。
第一入线端70在绕至与其对应的边磁路部分的外侧时,夹设在固定件的缝隙内,并穿过该缝隙与对应的焊盘电连接在一起。
优选地,固定件11可以为弹性件,在引线受到音圈的牵引而具有相对移动的趋势时,具有弹性的固定件11能够通过弹性形变吸收引线的振动,从而对引线进行保护。进一步地,弹性件与引线之间的接触是柔性接触,避免引线固定件与引线之间发生刚性碰撞、摩擦等现象,进一步降低引线受损、断线等问题。可选地,所述引线固定件可以由泡棉、弹性橡胶等材料制成,之后通过粘接剂粘接或者注塑连接的形式与边磁路部分形成固定连接。
在本发明另一个实施方式中,参考图3,两个入线端、两个出线端经过各自的开口并焊接在邻近的焊盘上。也就是说,第一入线端70从音圈7的拐角位置引出后,穿过与其对应的相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成的开口,连接至邻近第一入线端70分布的第一焊盘91上;第二入线端72从音圈7的拐角位置引出后,穿过与其对应的相邻两个边磁铁3之间形成的开口,连接至邻近第二入线端72分布的第三焊盘90上。第一出线端71、第二出线端73亦按照此方式进行引出,在此不再具体说明。
可选的是,在该实施例中,两个入线端、两个出线端在各自的开口位置呈S形引出,同样可以实现在小空间内增加四个引出端悬空的长度,从而可以减小引线振动时的应力,改善振动系统的振动效果。
本发明的FPCB板9,通过其内部电路使得将两个入线端电连接在一起,将两个出线端电连接在一起。参考图2,在FPCB板9上设置有入线焊盘94以及出线焊盘95,该入线焊盘94、出线焊盘95用于外接电路。FPCB板9通过其内部电路将第一焊盘91、第三焊盘90共同连接到入线焊盘94上,并通过其内部电路将第二焊盘93、第四焊盘92共同连接到出线焊盘95上。这就使得将两根音圈线并联在一起,从而可以降低整个音圈7的内阻。从另一个角度而言,相对传统结构而言,在相同内阻的前提下,本发明的音圈7可以缠绕更多的音圈线,从而提高振动系统的灵敏度,提高发声单体的发声性能。
为了抑制振动系统的偏振问题,可以将四个引出端设置成对称结构。例如在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,入线端与相邻的一个出线端相对于音圈7的第一轴对称,该第一轴例如可以是沿音圈7短边方向延伸的中心轴。参考图1、图2的视图方向,第一入线端70与第一出线端71在音圈7的长边侧上相邻,且第一入线端70与第一出线端71对称分布在音圈7的左右两侧。基于同样的道理,第二入线端72与第二出线端73在音圈7的另一长边侧上相邻,且第二入线端72与第二出线端73对称分布在音圈7的左右两侧。通过这种对称的结构设计,使得各引出端在振动时产生的应力也对称,从而可以抑制整个振动系统的偏振。
需要指出的是,此处的“对称”不但指的是引出端从音圈7上的引出位置对称,而且还指引出端顺线的形状对称。
本发明进一步优选的是,两个入线端相对于音圈7的第二轴对称,两个出线端相对于音圈7的第二轴对称,该第二轴与第一轴为不同的轴,例如音圈7的第一轴垂直于音圈7的第二轴,即音圈7的第二轴可以是沿音圈7长边方向延伸的中心轴。参考图1的视图方向,第一入线端70与第二入线端72对称分布在音圈7的上下两侧;第一出线端71与第二出线端73对称分布在音圈7的上下两侧。此时,第一入线端70与第二出线端73相 对于音圈7中心对称。
这种对称结构,可以最大抑制由于振动时引出端应力变化导致的整个振动系统的偏振问题。从一个角度而言,当该发生单体应用到具体产品中时,由于振动系统的偏振问题得到了抑制,使得可以通过调节来提高振动系统的最大振幅,从而提高用户的体验。
本发明中,入线端与相邻的一个出线端可以为同一根音圈线的两端部。也就是说,第一入线端70与第一出线端71可以为同一根音圈线的两端部。
由于两根音圈线是按照相同的方向同时缠绕,而且由于每根音圈线的入线端、出线端的引出位置不同,这就使得其中一根音圈线可能多缠绕半圈或者一定的长度,为了保持两根音圈线在音圈7上的一致性,此时,入线端与相邻的一个出线端分别为两根音圈线的其中一端部。也就是说,第一入线端70与第一出线端71分别是两根不同音圈线的引出端。并且第一入线端70与第二出线端73为同一根音圈线的两端部,第二入线端72与第一出线端71为同一根音圈线的两端部。
本发明的发声单体,振膜边缘的连接部50固定在边磁路部分的上方,且,振膜在其振动方向上的投影位于磁路系统的外部轮廓范围内。这种结构与传统振膜连接在壳体上,以至于使振膜在其振动方向上的投影位于磁路系统的外部轮廓范围之外是不同的。
例如,振膜的边缘可以固定在边导磁板5的上表面。为了防止振膜的折环部51在随着振动部52共同振动时与边导磁板5产生干涉,优选的是,边导磁板5的边缘向上突出设有凸缘,振膜的边缘部可固定在凸缘上。
可选的是,边导磁板5上表面的边缘设有垫圈8,振膜的边缘固定在垫圈8上。为了防止振膜的折环部51在随着振动部52共同振动时与垫圈8产生干涉,垫圈8的边缘向上突出设有凸缘80,振膜的边缘固定在凸缘80上,以在垫圈8上与折环部51对应的位置形成避让区域,参考图1。
当然,还可以是其他固定振膜的方式,本发明对此不做限制。
振膜可以位于发声单体的上表面,磁轭1位于发声单体的下表面,且整个磁路系统的侧壁裸露在外。也就是说,发声单体没有设置额外的壳体 来将各元件容纳在其中。这种发声单体在应用的时候,可以直接安装在模组壳体中,以形成发声模组。还可以是,将该发声单体直接安装到终端壳体内,形成电子终端。或者是以发声模组的形式安装在终端壳体内,形成电子终端,在此不再具体说明。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种发声单体,其特征在于:包括磁路系统以及振动系统、电路板,所述磁路系统包括磁轭以及设置在磁轭上的中心磁路部分和边磁路部分,所述中心磁路部分和边磁路部分中的至少一个包含永磁体,所述中心磁路部分和边磁路部分之间形成磁间隙;所述振动系统包括振膜以及音圈,所述音圈的一端连接在振膜上,另一端伸入至所述磁路系统的磁间隙中;
    其中,所述音圈由两根音圈线共同缠绕而成,且每根音圈线的两端部分别形成了入线端及出线端;两个入线端的引出位置位于所述音圈的一侧,两个出线端的引出位置位于所述音圈的另一侧;所述两个入线端、两个出线端分别与所述电路板的相应焊盘电连接,所述电路板的内部电路被配置为用于将两个入线端电连接在一起,并将两个出线端电连接在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述入线端与相邻的一个出线端相对于音圈的第一轴对称。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述两个入线端相对于音圈的第二轴对称,两个出线端相对于音圈的第二轴对称,所述音圈的第一轴垂直于所述音圈的第二轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述入线端与相邻的一个出线端为同一根音圈线的两端部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述入线端与相邻的一个出线端分别为两根音圈线的其中一端部。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述边磁路部分在对应两个入线端、两个出线端的位置各形成一开口,所述电路板在对应所述边磁路部分开口位置各形成一焊盘,所述两个入线端、两个出线端经过各自的开口并焊接在邻近的焊盘上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述两个入线端、两个出线端在各自的开口位置呈S形引出。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述边磁路部分在对应两个入线端、两个出线端的位置各形成一开口,所述电 路板在对应所述边磁路部分开口位置各形成一焊盘,所述两个入线端、两个出线端分别穿过各自对应的开口绕至对应的边磁路部分的外侧,并从所述对应的边磁路部分的外侧迂回延伸至对应的相邻焊盘,焊接在所述相邻焊盘上,所述两个入线端、两个出线端分别焊接在不同的焊盘上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,
    所述两个入线端分别穿过各自对应的开口时,至少一个入线端与其对应的边磁路部分的距离,从靠近磁间隙至靠近边磁路部分外侧的方向上逐渐减小;
    和/或,
    所述两个出线端分别穿过各自对应的开口时,至少一个出线端与其对应的边磁路部分的距离,从靠近磁间隙至靠近边磁路部分外侧的方向上逐渐减小。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,每个入线端焊接的相邻焊盘均为另一个入线端开口处形成的焊盘;
    每个出线端焊接的相邻焊盘均为另一个出线端开口处形成的焊盘。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,在所述边磁路部分的部分边缘外侧形成有面向所述磁轭的承载台;
    所述两个入线端及两个出线端中的至少一个的第一部分固定在所述承载台上;所述第一部分为入线端及出线端绕至对应的边磁路部分的外侧的部分。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,
    所述边磁路部分包括边磁铁和设于所述边磁铁上表面的边导磁板;
    所述边磁铁的边缘外侧向外延伸形成所述承载台;
    或者,
    所述边导磁板的边缘外侧向所述磁轭方向弯折延伸到所述边磁铁外侧,形成所述承载台。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,在所述边磁路部分的部分边缘外侧设置有固定件,所述固定件包括面向振膜方向的第一部件以及面向磁轭方向的第二部件,所述第一部件与第二部件相 对且间隔有缝隙;
    所述两个入线端及两个出线端中的至少一个在绕至对应的边磁路部分的外侧时,夹设在所述缝隙内并穿过所述缝隙与对应的相邻焊盘电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述固定件为弹性件。
  15. 根据权利要求1至43任一项所述的发生单体,其特征在于,在所述边磁路部分远离磁间隙的一侧形成有容纳槽,所述电路板为中空的环形,且设置于所述容纳槽内。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15任一项所述的发生单体,其特征在于,所述边磁路部分包括边磁铁和设于所述边磁铁上表面的边导磁板;
    所述边导磁板在与边磁铁相对的一侧上形成有凹陷部,所述凹陷部位于所述边导磁板上远离磁间隙的一侧边缘,所述凹陷部构成所述容纳槽;
    或者,所述边磁铁在与边导磁板相对的一侧上形成有凹陷部,所述凹陷部位于所述边磁铁上远离磁间隙的一侧边缘,所述凹陷部构成所述容纳槽;
    或者,所述边导磁板及边磁铁相对的一侧上均形成有凹陷部,所述凹陷部位于所述边导磁板及边磁铁的远离磁间隙的一侧边缘,所述边导磁板及边磁铁的凹陷部共同构成所述容纳槽。
  17. 根据权利要求1至16任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于:
    所述振膜的边缘固定在所述边磁路部分的上方;
    所述振膜在其振动方向上的投影位于所述磁路系统的外部轮廓范围内。
  18. 根据权利要求1至17任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,
    所述边磁路部分包括边磁铁和设于所述边磁铁上表面的边导磁板,所述振膜的边缘固定在所述边导磁板的上表面。
  19. 根据权利要求1至18任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,
    所述边导磁板的上表面的边缘设有垫圈,所述振膜的边缘固定在所述垫圈上。
  20. 根据权利要求1至19任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,
    所述垫圈的边缘向上突出设有凸缘,所述振膜的边缘固定在所述凸缘上。
  21. 根据权利要求1至20任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,
    所述边导磁板的边缘向上突出设有凸缘,所述振膜的边缘固定在所述凸缘上。
  22. 发声模组,其特征在于:包括模组壳体以及安装在模组壳体内的权利要求1至21任一项所述的发声单体。
  23. 电子终端,其特征在于:包括终端壳体,以及安装在终端壳体内的权利要求1至21任一项所述的发声单体,或者安装在终端壳体内的权利要求22所述的发声模组。
