数学是大多数大学生必须学习的一门学科,而在数学教学过程中经常会需要进行一些曲线的绘制,这时就需要一种教学装置去对曲线进行绘制,从而提高曲线的绘制精准度,在数学教学中,由于时间紧迫,所画图形不太准确,匆匆忙忙绘制影响学习效果和教学质量,难以将所述内容准确表达,有时候甚至影响求解过程及结果的准确性的一种数学画图工具,而目前现有的数学教学用画图装置功能较为单一,且装置体积较大,移动也较为困难,同时对于使用者的要求也较高。
现有的画图装置都无法实现使用者不用直接触碰擦拭块进行擦拭,无法标准的进行曲线绘制;因此市场急需研制一种数学教学用多功能画图装置来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种数学教学用多功能画图装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的无法实现使用者不用直接触碰擦拭块进行擦拭,无法标准的进行曲线绘制的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种数学教学用多功能画图装置,包括底板,所述底板下端的一侧设置有连接块,所述连接块的下端设置有轴承,所述轴承的下端设置有轮壳,所述轮壳的内部设置有万向轮,所述底板上端的一侧设置有吸盘,所述吸盘的上端设置有XTL500电动伸缩杆,所述XTL500电动伸缩杆的上端设置有面板,所述面板的内部设置有齿道,所述齿道的内部设置有齿轮,所述齿轮的前端设置 有清洁块,所述清洁块的前端设置有刻度板,所述面板中间的上端设置有滑道,所述滑道的内部设置有滑块,所述滑块的前端设置有一号转轴,所述一号转轴的下端设置有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的下端设置有一号连接杆,所述一号连接杆的下端设置有二号转轴,所述二号转轴的下端设置有安装套。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、该实用新型通过齿道、齿轮和清洁块的设置,可以通过齿轮在齿道内进行转动,使清洁块可以在面板上进行移动,以起到清洁面板上的粉笔灰,可以在一定程度上缓解使用者的使用压力,同时也可以大幅度的提高整个数学教学用多功能画图装置的使用寿命;
2、该实用新型通过伸缩杆、一号连接杆和二号转轴的设置,可以将粉笔安装在安装套上,通过调整伸缩杆之间的长度,再通过一号转轴和二 号转轴来对粉笔在面板上的位置进行调整,可以在一定程度上实现标准的绘制曲线,在一定程度上可以提高整个数学教学用多功能画图装置的工作效率。

进一步,一号连接杆17的下端设置有二号连接杆,一号连接杆17的一侧设置有卡扣,且二号连接杆的一侧设置有卡槽,一号连接杆17与二号连接杆通过二号转轴18连接,可以固定一号连接杆17与二号连接杆。

工作原理:使用时,先根据教室内的高度,使用XTL500电动伸缩杆7调整底板1与面板8之间的距离,即可以开始数学教学,当需要进行绘图时,可以通过滑块14在滑道13内移动,再通过转动一号转轴15驱动伸缩杆16进行转动,同时,转动伸缩杆16上的螺栓,使螺栓移动到另一 个限位孔内,进行固定,通过二号转轴18的转动,可以实现粉笔在面板8上进行绘制,当需要固定一号连接杆17与二号连接杆时,可以将一号连接杆17一侧的卡扣插入二号连接杆一侧的卡槽内,就可以完成一号连接杆17与二号连接杆的固定,即可以解决无法标准的进行曲线绘制的问题,当需要进行擦拭时,可以通过齿轮10在齿道9内进行转动,通过清洁块12对面板8进行擦拭,即可以解决无法实现使用者不用直接触碰擦拭块进行擦拭的问题。
