  • Chain strand with textile chain links made of twisted belt material
  • the invention relates to a chain strand with interlocking chain links which are constructed from at least one layer of at least one textile belt.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved textile warp.
  • This object is achieved for the chain strand mentioned at the outset in that at two successive points in the circumferential direction the at least one layer of the belt is rotated by half a turn or an odd multiple of a half turn in the same direction of rotation around the circumferential direction.
  • Another advantage of the structure according to the invention is that the yarns on the flat sides of the belt come to lie both on the outside and the inside of the chain link and thus have the same length after one revolution of the belt around the circumferential direction.

  • the two twisted points in the chain link can lie opposite one another, in particular with regard to a central opening in the chain link. Abstract
