如图2所示,在进书机构2中,传送皮带10两侧有左挡书规11、右挡书规12;在传送皮带10上的书籍9由于有左挡书规11、右挡书规12的限制,随传送皮带10向前传送。本实施例中,书籍9由传送皮带10带动前进,在实践中,也可以使用有动力的动力滚筒结构或者无动力滚筒组14,同样,有动力的动力滚筒结构或者无动力滚筒组14上的书籍9由于在设置在其两侧的左挡书规11、右挡书规12的限制顺利向前传送。当使用无动力滚筒组14时,还具的过渡机构3将书籍9由无动力滚筒组14上转移到打捆模块4打捆位置;过渡机构3包括过渡机构安装架13、轴承组过桥15及一对过桥气缸16,在过渡机构安装架13上,无动力滚筒组14末端安装轴承组过桥15,过桥气缸16安装在过渡机构安装架13两侧面,挺杆利用一组连杆机构带动轴承组过桥15。过桥气缸16动作,驱动轴承组过桥15将书籍9在过渡机构3与打捆模块4连接。
推书模块5如图3所示,包括前推书机构17和后推书机构18及推书机构安装架19;其中,推书机构安装架19锁在打包装置机架1的正上方,推书机构安装架18上装有两条平行的第一直线导轨20,前推书机构17和后推书机构18分别锁在两条平行的第一直线导轨20的滑块21上,由推书机构连接板22连成一个整体,在两条平行的第一直线导轨20上方设置有由伺服电机25驱动的同步带24,前推书机构17和后推书机构18分别通过同步带夹块23与同步带24连接,伺服电机25通过同步带24为前推书机构17和后推书机构18提供动力在分别在两条平行的第一直线导轨20上来回移动。
前推书机构17和后推书机构18是对称设置的推书机构如图4所示,推书机构包括推书板38、第二直线导轨39、推书板连接块40、推书气缸41、气缸连接块42、推书机构安装板43、推书气缸41和第二直线导轨39都锁在推书机构安装板43上,推书板38通过推书板连接块40与第二直线导轨39上的滑块21连接,推书气缸41通过气缸连接块42与滑块21连接,推书气缸41动作时带动滑块21在第二直线导轨39上移动来改变推书板38的位置。如图4所示,推书气缸41和第二直线导轨39都锁在推书机构安装板43上,推书板通过推书板连接块40与滑块21连接,推书气缸41通过气缸连接块与滑块21连接,推书气缸41动作时可以使滑块21在第二直线导轨39上移动来改变推书板38的位置。
如图5是本实施例中的,拍齐压紧机构6设置在全自动打包装置机架1内,由拍齐压紧机构支架27支撑,包括气缸支架26、压书板28、拍书板29、压书气缸30、拍书气缸31;气缸支架26包括固定在拍齐压紧机构支架27上的竖向支杆和由竖向支杆支撑的横梁,竖向支杆与横梁形成“7”字形。
压书气缸30安装在横梁上,带动压书板28向下压由推书模块5推到位的书籍9,拍书气缸31安装在竖向支杆上带动拍书板29从侧面拍向书籍9。
如图5所示,在竖向支杆与横梁形成“7”字形的拍齐压紧机构支架27上,竖向支杆与横梁形成“7”字形的气缸支架26上,压书气缸30和拍书气缸31装在气缸支架26上,压书气缸30驱动压书板28压紧书本,拍书气缸31驱动拍书板29拍齐书本。
打捆机构包括打捆模块4和在进书机构2传送的书籍9传送到打捆模块4打捆位时,触发打捆模块4进行打捆的打捆触发机构7,打捆触发机构7如图6所示,安装在打包装置机架1内的触发机构安装板32上,包括直线导轨34、滑块21、触发气缸33、触发板连接块36;直线导轨34安装在触发机构安装板32,触发板连接块36利用滑块21在直线导轨34上滑动,触发气缸33安装在触发板连接块36上,触发气缸33的挺杆上安装触发打捆模块4完成绕线打捆的触发板35。
如图6所示:触发气缸33和直线导轨34锁在触发机构安装板上,触发气缸33的活塞杆与触发板35相连,触发板35通过触发板连接块36与滑块21相连,当触发气缸33动作时,由气缸活塞杆推动触发板沿直线导轨34来回移动。
附图7是本实施例的出书机构7,与进书机构2一样,出书机构7也包括出书机构安装架37、无动力滚筒组14、轴承组过桥15、过桥气缸16,过桥气缸动作,驱动轴承组过桥将出书机构与打捆模块的连接。
本发明的工作原理是:
书本由传送皮带10送到书本过渡机构2上,前、后推书机构上的气缸41的缸体同时进气,驱动推书板38沿直线导轨39移动,接着由伺服电机25通过同步带24驱动推书模块5整体向书本方向移动,到达预定位置后,前后推书机构上的气缸41同时出气,使得推书机构18到达推书位置,同时两个过桥气缸16同时进气,驱动轴承组过桥15连接打捆模块4,然后伺服电机25通过同步带24驱动推书机构在第一直线导轨20上移动时,前推书机构17和后推书机构18的推书板同时移动,后推书机构的推书板将书本推到打捆模块4的打捆位置处,接下来压书气缸30进气,驱动压书板28压紧书本,接下来触发气缸33进气,驱动触发板34触发打捆模块4完成第一次绕线打捆,触发动作完成后触发气缸33直接出气,然后压书气缸30出气,压书板28松开,拍书气缸31进气,驱动拍书板29拍齐书本,书本拍齐后压书气缸30进气,驱动压书板28压紧书本,书本压紧后触发气缸33进气,驱动触发板34触发打捆模块4完成第二次绕线打捆,紧接着推书模块开始下一个行程,当后推书机构将第二次待打捆的书本推入时,前推书机的推书板构将完成打捆的书本推入出书机构。
工业实用性
拍齐压紧机构及打捆机构均采用气缸作为动力,克服目前全自动书本打包机由于采用凸轮、齿轮、齿条、锥齿轮、传动轴传动动力,结构复杂,容易出现故障,且成本较高的不足。
 

Claims (9)

  1. 一种全自动书籍打包装置,包括:拍齐压紧机构(6)、打捆机构;书籍(9)由进书机构(2)进入,由推书推书模块(5)依次推入拍齐压紧机构(6)拍齐压紧后,进入打捆机构打捆,最后由出书机构(8)带动成捆的书籍输出;其特征在于:所述的拍齐压紧机构(6)及打捆机构均采用气缸作为动力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的进书机构(2)包括传送皮带(10)和设置在传送皮带(10)两侧的第一挡书规(11)和第二挡书规(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的进书机构(2)包括传送书籍的有动力滚筒结构和设置在有动力滚筒结构两侧的第一挡书规(11)和第二挡书规(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的进书机构(2)包括传送书籍的无动力滚筒组(14)和设置在无动力滚筒组(14)两侧的第一挡书规(11)和第二挡书规(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:还包括将书籍(9)由无动力滚筒组(14)上转移到打捆模块(4)打捆位置的过渡机构(3),所述的过渡机构(3)包括过渡机构安装架(13)、轴承组过桥(15)及过桥气缸(16),在所述的过渡机构安装架(13)上,所述的无动力滚筒组(14)末端安装轴承组过桥(15),过桥气缸(16)安装在所述的过渡机构安装架(13)侧面,挺杆利用一组连杆机构带动轴承组过桥(15)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的推书模块(5)包括前推书机构(17)和后推书机构(18)及推书机构安装架(19);所述的推书机构安装架(19)锁在打包装置机架(1)的正上方,推书机构安装架(19)上装有两条平行的第一直线导轨(20),前推书机构(17)和后推书机构(18)分别锁在两条平行的第一直线导轨(20)的滑块(21)上,由推书机构连接板(22)连成一个整体,在两条平行的第一直线导轨(20)上方设置有由伺服电机(25)驱动的同步带(24),前推书机构(17)和后推书机构(18)分别通过同步带夹块(23)与同步带(24)连接,伺服电机(25)通过同步带(24)为前推书机构(17)和后推书机构(18)提供动力在分别在两条平行的第一直线导轨(20)上来回移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的前推书机构(17)和后推书机构(18)包括推书板(38)、第二直线导轨(39)、推书板连接块(40)、推书气缸(41)、气缸连接块(42)、推书机构安装板(43)、所述的推书气缸(41)和第二直线导轨(39)都锁在推书机构安装板(43)上,推书板(38)通过推书板连接块(40)与第二直线导轨(39)上的滑块(21)连接,推书气缸(41)通过气缸连接块(42)与滑块(21)连接,推书气缸(41)动作时带动滑块(21)在第二直线导轨(39)上移动来改变推书板(38)的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的打捆机构包括打捆模块(4)和在所述的进书机构(2)传送的书籍(9)传送到打捆模块(4)打捆位时,触发打捆模块(4)进行打捆的打捆触发机构(7),所述的打捆触发机构(7)安装在打包装置机架(1)内的触发机构安装板(32)上,包括直线导轨(34)、滑块(21)、触发气缸(33)、触发板连接块(36);所述的直线导轨(34)安装在触发机构安装板(32),所述的触发板连接块(36)利用滑块(21)在直线导轨(34)上滑动,所述的触发气缸(33)安装在所述的触发板连接块(36)上,所述的触发气缸(33)的挺杆上安装触发打捆模块(4)完成绕线打捆的触发板(35)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的全自动书籍打包装置,其特征在于:所述的拍齐压紧机构(6)设置在全自动打包装置机架(1)内,由拍齐压紧机构支架(27)支撑,包括气缸支架(26)、压书板(28)、拍书板(29)、压书气缸(30)、拍书气缸(31);所述的气缸支架(26)包括固定在拍齐压紧机构支架(27)上的竖向支杆和由竖向支杆支撑的横梁,所述的压书气缸(30)安装在横梁上,带动压书板(28)向下压由所述的推书模块(5)推到位的书籍(9),所述的拍书气缸(31)安装在竖向支杆上带动拍书板(29)从侧面拍向书籍(9)。
