Abstract
一种速溶咖啡粉及其制备方法,方法包括:将甜炼乳和咖啡浓缩液在真空条件下混合,然后在真空条件下干燥,最后在真空条件下粉碎得到所述的速溶咖啡粉。按质量百分比计,所述的甜炼乳的原料包括50~70%的白砂糖浆、15~35%的乳粉以及10~15%的水。
