在一实施例中,请参阅图2与图3,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该托板组件23包括支架231,该支架231滑动设置于导轨21上,在支架231上固定安装有支架板232,在支架板232上活动地设置有挡杆组件233,该挡杆组件233可接收进料机构1传送的硬质待收放电镀板,此外,在上述支架板232上还设有驱动组件234,该驱动组件234可带动挡杆组件233升降。这样,当需要对硬质的待收放电镀板进行收放时,此时可推动支架231沿导轨21滑动,使得支架231滑动至与进料机构1的对接的位置处;随后驱动组件234带动挡杆组件233升降,使得挡杆组件233升降至合适位置以保证挡杆组件233能够接收进料机构1传送的硬质的待收放电镀板,从而便于后续对硬质的待收放电镀板的收放,此外,通过使用该托板组件23,也满足了对于具有较长尺寸的硬质的待收放电镀板收放的需要,扩大了使用范围,突破了因电镀板的尺寸而影响后续收放的局限性。
在一实施例中,可通过手动推动支架231运动,也可通过推动气缸来推动支架231沿导轨21运动,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该挡杆组件233包括支撑板2331,该支撑板2331活动地安装于支架板232上,在该支撑板232上设有多对挡杆2332,各挡杆2332沿支撑板2331的长度方向呈间隔设置于支撑板2331上,且各挡杆2332可用于夹持待收放的电镀饭,上述驱动组件234安装于支撑板2331上,此外,在支架板232上还开设有滑槽2333,该支撑板2331可沿该滑槽2333发生升降滑动。这样,通过设置多对挡杆2332,从而可卡接进料机构1传送的待收放电镀板,使得待收放电镀板在传送过程中保持稳定;通过在支架板232上开设有滑槽2333,从而该驱动组件234可驱动该支撑板2331可沿滑槽2333升降,使得该支撑板2331升降至合适位置,以便于能够准确接收进料机构1传送的硬质的待收放电镀板。在 一实施例中,该挡杆2332的对数设置为五个,当然,在本实施例中,根据实际情况和具体需求,该挡杆2332的对数也可以设置为其他多个,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该挡杆组件233还包括转动板2334,该转动板2334可转动地设置于挡杆233上。这样,通过在各挡杆2332上设有转动板2334,从而可实现转动板2334与待收放电镀板的转动抵接,当待收放电镀板在移动时,此时可通过转动板2334与待收放电镀板的转动抵接,减小了因待收放电镀板与各对挡杆2332之间产生的摩擦力而对电镀板造成损坏。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,图3中的X方向为支撑板2331的长度方向。
在一实施例中,该转动板2334的数量为多个,各转动板2334分别沿挡杆2332的轴向方向呈间隔设置于挡杆2332上,当然,也可以通过其他方式设置,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,各转动板2334与挡杆2332一体成型,通过一体成型,增加了各转动板2334与挡杆2332的结合强度,减少了后续的机加工,当然,在本实施例中,根据实际情况和具体需求,各转动板2334也可与挡杆2332可拆卸连接,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,上述挡杆组件233还包括若干滚轮2335,各滚轮2335沿支撑板2331的长度方向呈间隔设置于支撑板2331上,在支撑板2331上开设有容置槽2336,各滚轮2335可容置于容置槽2336中。这样,通过在支撑板2331上设有若干滚轮2335,从而可便于待收放电镀板的移动,提高收放效率。在一实施例中,该滚轮2335的数量设置为十一个,当然,在本实施例中,该滚轮2335的数量也可以设置为其他多个,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,该驱动组件234为丝杆驱动组件。通过将驱动组件234设置为丝杆驱动组件,从而可通过丝杆驱动组件精确的控制支撑板2331的升降位移,使得支撑板2331能够与进料机构1准确对接,为后续的对电镀板的收放提供了较好的保证。当然,在本实施例中,根据实际情况和具体需求,该驱动组件234也可为其他组件,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,请参阅图4,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,在上述支架板232上还设有刻度标尺235。通过设置刻度标尺235, 进一步保证了对支撑板2331升降的准确调节,提高了支撑板2331与进料机构1准确对接精度。
在一实施例中,请参阅图4与图5,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,上述支架231的底端还设有车轮组件236,该车轮组件236可与导轨21抵接配合,这样,通过设置该车轮组件236,从而可便于推动支架231移动。
在一实施例中,请参阅图5,该车轮组件包括车轮座2361,该车轮座2361安装于支架234的底端,在车轮座2361上安装有车轮轴2362,在车轮轴2362上安装有车轮2363,该车轮2363与导轨21抵接配合,且在车轮2363与车轮轴2362之间套装有轴承2364。这样,当推动支架移动时,此时支架231带动车轮2363发生转动,从而实现车轮2363沿导轨21的滑动。
在一实施例中,请参阅图5,该车轮组件236还包括限位卡圈2365,该限位卡圈2365套装于车轮轴2362与车轮2363之间,在一实施例中,该限位卡圈2365的数量为两个,两个限位卡圈2365分别设置于轴承2364的两端,从而可实现对轴承2364较好的卡接,为后续的车轮2363的稳定转动提供了保证。
在一实施例中,请参阅图5,该车轮组件236还包括挡圈2366,该挡圈2366安装于车轮轴2362上,且该挡圈2366位于车轮座2361的一侧。在一实施例中,该挡圈2366的数量为两个,两个挡圈2366分别套设于车轮轴2362并分布于车轮座2361的两端,通过这样设置,避免了车轮座2361与车轮轴2362在车轮2363移动的过程中发生相对移动,影响了支架231的移动。在一实施例中,该挡圈2366为弹性挡圈,当然,在本实施例中,该挡圈2366也可采用其他材质制备,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,该导轨21呈V型设置,相应地,该车轮2363与导轨21的抵接面也呈V型设置,通过将车轮2363与导轨21均设置为V型,从而可实现车轮2363与导轨21较好的卡接,使得车轮2363可稳定地沿着导轨21滑动。当然,在本实施例中,根据实际情况和具体需求,该导轨21也可呈其他形状设置,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,请参阅图6与图7,在上述导轨21的两端还设有防撞胶211,一方面可用于限制支架231滑动的行程,另一方面,也避免了支架231与导轨21发生刚性碰撞,对支架231造成损坏,在一实施例中,该防撞胶211通过螺钉安装于导轨21上,当然,在本实施例中,根据实际情况和具体需求,该防撞 胶211也可通过其他方式安装,此处不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,请参阅图6,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该支架231上还包括限位件237,该限位件237设置于支架231上。这样,通过设置限位件237,当支架231滑动至一定距离与进料机构1对接时,该限位件237可限制支架231继续移动,保证支架231与进料机构1之间的相对静止,为后续对电镀板的收放提供了保证。
在一实施例中,请参阅图3,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该卷板组件22包括安装台221,该安装台221设置于进料机构1的旁侧,在安装台221上转动安装有卷板机222,该卷板机222可配合进料机构1对软质得到待收放电镀板进行收放。这样,当进料机构1将软质的待收放电镀板传送过来时,此时通过将该待收放电镀板缠绕于卷板机222上,实现对软质电镀板的收放。
在一实施例中,请参阅图3,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该卷板组件22还包括滚筒组件223,该滚筒组件223设置于安装台221上,通过设置滚筒组件223,从而可用于卡接待收放电镀板并引导待收放电镀板朝向卷板机222方向移动,保证了待收放电镀板能够稳定地缠绕于卷板机222上。
在一实施例中,请参阅图3,作为本申请提供的电镀板收放装置的一种示例实施方式,该滚筒组件223包括安装板2231,该安装板2231安装于安装台221上,在安装板2231上竖立设置有第一支杆2232与第二支杆2233,第一支杆2232与第二支杆2233呈间隔设置于安装板2231上,在第二支杆2233上套设有第一滚筒2234,该第一滚筒2234转动安装于第二支杆2233上,在第一支杆2232与第二支杆2233的顶端设有固定板2235,在该固定板2235上设有驱动气缸2236,在驱动气缸2236的一端设有第二滚筒2237,该驱动气缸2236可带动第二滚筒2237朝向或远离第一滚筒2234移动。这样,通过驱动气缸2236驱动第二滚筒2237朝向第一滚筒2234方向移动,从而第一滚筒2234可与第二滚筒2237卡接待收放电镀板,与此同时,第一滚筒2234与第二滚筒2237引导待收放电镀板朝向卷板机222方向移动。
在本实施例中,请参阅图3,该电镀板收放装置还包括地台板3,该地台板3设置于卷板组件22的旁侧,通过设置地台板3,从而操作人员可在地台板3上对卷板组件22和托板组件23进行操作,提高了操作人员操作的便利性。
在本申请中,通过设置卷板机222,从而可配合进料机构1实现对软质的待收放电镀板进行卷板收放;通过设置支架231与导轨21,当支架231沿着导轨21滑动至与进料机构1对接的位置时,此时该支架231上的挡杆组件233可配合进料机构1实现对硬质的待收放电镀板进行收放,实现了通过一台收放装置可满足不同硬度的电镀板的收放需求,降低了设备的成本,满足了企业的不同需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 电镀板收放装置,包括:
    进料机构,设置为夹持不同硬度的待收放电镀板并带动所述待收放电镀板移动;
    辅助机构,活动设置于所述进料机构旁侧,并设置为配合所述进料机构以对不同硬度的所述待收放电镀板进行收放;
    其中,所述辅助机构包括:
    导轨;
    卷板组件,设置于所述导轨一侧,并设置为配合所述进料机构对软质的所述待收放电镀板进行卷板收放;
    托板组件,滑动设置于所述导轨上,并设置为配合所述进料机构对硬质的所述待收放板进行收放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述托板组件包括:
    支架,滑动设置于所述导轨上;
    支架板,固定安装于所述支架上;
    挡杆组件,活动地设置于所述支架板上,并设置为配合接收所述进料机构传送的硬质的所述待收放电镀板;
    驱动组件,设置于所述支架板上,并设置为带动所述挡杆组件升降。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述挡杆组件包括:
    支撑板,活动安装于所述支架板上;
    多对挡杆,沿所述支撑板长度方向间隔设置于所述支撑板上,并设置为夹持硬质的所述待收放电镀板;
    其中,所述驱动组件安装于支撑板上,所述支架板上开设有供所述支撑板升降的滑槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述挡杆组件还包括:
    转动板,可转动地设置于所述挡杆上,设置为与硬质的所述待收放电镀板抵接配合。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述挡杆组件还包括:
    多个滚轮,设置为与所述待收放电镀板抵接配合,每个所述滚轮沿所述支撑板的长度方向间隔设置于所述支撑板上,所述支撑板上开设有用于容置多个所述滚轮的容置槽。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述驱动组件为丝杆驱动组件。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述支架板上还设有用于测量所述支架板的升降距离的刻度标尺。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述支架滑动设置于所述导轨上的一端还设有用于与所述导轨抵接配合的车轮组件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述卷板组件包括:
    安装台;
    卷板机,转动安装于所述安装台上,并设置为配合所述进料机构对软质的所述待收放电镀板进行收放。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述卷板组件还包括:
    滚筒组件,安装于所述安装台上,设置为卡接并引导软质的所述待收放电镀板进行卷板收放。
