Description

難燃性樹脂組成物、これを用いたケーブル及びワイヤハーネス
 本発明は、難燃性樹脂組成物、これを用いたケーブル及びワイヤハーネスに関する。
 ケーブルは、導体又は光ファイバで構成される伝送媒体と、伝送媒体を被覆する絶縁体とを備えており、絶縁体は難燃性樹脂組成物で構成されることがある。
 このような難燃性樹脂組成物として、従来、ポリオレフィン樹脂100質量部に対して10質量部以上の割合で配合される炭酸カルシウムと、1質量部より大きい割合で配合されるシリコーン系化合物と、3質量部より大きい割合で配合される脂肪酸含有化合物とを含む難燃性樹脂組成物が知られている(下記特許文献1参照)。

 ところで、難燃性樹脂組成物は、ケーブルにおいて導体を被覆する絶縁体に用いられる場合に、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂(PVC)と接触する場合がある。例えば、自動車用途のワイヤハーネスにおいては、ケーブルの絶縁体や、複数本のケーブルを束ねて保護する保護材にPVCが使用されており、難燃性樹脂組成物は、PVCを絶縁体に用いたケーブル(以下、「PVCケーブル」と呼ぶ)の絶縁体や、PVCを含む保護材に接触する場合がある。PVCは燃焼時に有害ガスを発生することから、絶縁体の材料として、PVCに代わってノンハロゲンポリオレフィン樹脂が用いられつつあるが、現在は、PVCからノンハロゲンポリオレフィン樹脂への置換えの過渡期であるため、上記のような接触は避けられない状況にある。
 しかし、上記特許文献1に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物は、優れた難燃性及び機械的特性を有するものの、PVCと接触する状況下では、以下に示す課題を有していた。
 すなわち、上記特許文献1に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物は、耐熱寿命の点で改善の余地があった。すなわち、上記特許文献1に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物は、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂に対する耐久性(以下、「耐PVC性」と呼ぶ)の点で改善の余地を有していた。また、上記難燃性樹脂組成物は、ブルームの抑制性(以下、「耐ブルーム性」と呼ぶ)の点でも改善の余地を有していた。
 このため、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する難燃性樹脂組成物が求められていた。
 本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する難燃性樹脂組成物、これを用いたケーブル及びワイヤハーネスを提供することを目的とする。
 本発明者らは上記課題を解決するため検討を重ねた。その結果、酸化剤としてフェノール系酸化防止剤を用い、このフェノール系酸化防止剤と亜鉛化合物とを組み合わせて難燃性樹脂組成物に配合することで、フェノール系酸化防止剤のブルームが発生しにくくなり、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性が向上することを見出した。そして、本発明者らはさらに鋭意研究を重ねた結果、以下の発明により、上記課題を解決し得ることを見出した。
 すなわち本発明は、MFRが30g/10分未満であり且つポリオレフィン樹脂を含むベース樹脂と、無機系難燃剤と、シリコーン系化合物と、脂肪酸含有化合物と、フェノール系酸化防止剤と、亜鉛化合物とを含み、前記ベース樹脂100質量部に対して、前記無機系難燃剤が、1質量部以上100質量部以下の割合で配合され、前記シリコーン系化合物が、0.5質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合され、前記脂肪酸含有化合物が、0.5質量部以上20質量部以下の割合で配合され、前記フェノール系酸化防止剤が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合され、前記亜鉛化合物が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合される難燃性樹脂組成物である。
 本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物は、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。
 なお、本発明者らは、本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物において、優れた難燃性が得られる理由については以下のように推察している。
 すなわち、無機系難燃剤とシリコーン系化合物と脂肪酸含有化合物とを用いることで、燃焼時にベース樹脂の表面にバリア層が形成されるためではないかと本発明者らは推察している。
 また本発明者らは、本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物において、優れた機械的特性、優れた耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性が得られる理由について以下のように推察している。
 すなわち、フェノール系酸化防止剤と亜鉛化合物とを組み合わせて難燃性樹脂組成物に配合することで、難燃性樹脂組成物中のポリオレフィン樹脂にPVCが接触したときに、亜鉛化合物が、PVCの分解によって発生する酸としての塩化水素を捕捉して、塩化水素によるポリオレフィン樹脂の侵食を効果的に抑制してポリオレフィン樹脂の化学結合を破壊しにくくする。このため、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性が効果的に向上する。そのため、フェノール系酸化防止剤の配合量を少なくできる。このため、フェノール系酸化防止剤のブルームが十分に抑制されるとともに難燃性樹脂組成物の機械的特性も向上する。従って、本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物において、優れた機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性が得られるのではないかと本発明者らは推察している。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記無機系難燃剤が、炭酸カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウム及びケイ酸塩化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種からなることが好ましい。
 この場合、無機系難燃剤が、炭酸カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウム及びケイ酸塩化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種で構成されない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の難燃性がより向上する。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記亜鉛化合物がベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩を含むことが好ましい。
 この場合、亜鉛化合物がベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩を含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 ここで、前記ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩がイオウ原子を含有することが好ましい。
 この場合、ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩がイオウ原子を含有しない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物はベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤をさらに含むことが好ましい。
 この場合、難燃性樹脂組成物がベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤をさらに含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤が前記ベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上の割合で配合されていることが好ましい。
 この場合、ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤の配合割合がベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた耐PVC性が得られる。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤がイオン原子を有することが好ましい。
 この場合、ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤がイオウ原子を有しない場合に比べて、耐PVC性がより向上する。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記亜鉛化合物に対する前記フェノール系酸化防止剤の質量比Rが100以下であることが好ましい。
 この場合、Rが100を超える場合に比べて、フェノール系酸化防止剤のブルームをより十分に抑制できる。あるいは、Rが100を超える場合に比べて、耐PVC性をより向上させることができる。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記亜鉛化合物に対する前記フェノール系酸化防止剤の質量比Rが2以下であることが好ましい。
 この場合、Rが2を超える場合に比べて、フェノール系酸化防止剤のブルームをより一層十分に抑制できる。あるいは、Rが2を超える場合に比べて、耐PVC性をより一層向上させることができる。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂がプロピレン系樹脂を含むことが好ましい。
 この場合、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐熱性及び耐摩耗性がより向上する。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂がプロピレン系エラストマーを含むことが好ましい。
 この場合、ポリオレフィン樹脂がプロピレン系エラストマーを含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の機械的特性および耐摩耗性がより向上する。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂が極性基含有ポリオレフィンを含むことが好ましい。
 この場合、ポリオレフィン樹脂が極性基含有ポリオレフィンを含まない場合に比べて、ベース樹脂と添加剤(無機系難燃剤、シリコーン系化合物、脂肪酸含有化合物、フェノール系酸化防止剤及び亜鉛化合物)との相溶性がより高くなり、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐摩耗性がより向上するとともに、ブルームが起こりにくくなる。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物においては、前記ベース樹脂のMFRが0.5g/10分以上であることが好ましい。
 この場合、ベース樹脂のMFRが0.5g/10分未満である場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の押出成形性がより向上する。このため、難燃性樹脂組成物をケーブルの絶縁体として用いる場合に、ケーブルの外観をより向上させることができる。
 また本発明は、導体又は光ファイバで構成される伝送媒体と、前記伝送媒体を被覆する絶縁体とを備え、前記絶縁体が、上記難燃性樹脂組成物で構成されるケーブルである。
 本発明のケーブルによれば、絶縁体が、上述した難燃性樹脂組成物で構成され、この難燃性樹脂組成物が、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。このため、本発明のケーブルも、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。従って、本発明のケーブルは、PVCケーブルと一緒に束ねてワイヤハーネスを構成したり、PVCを含むテープやPVCを含むコルゲートチューブなどの保護材で固定してワイヤハーネスを構成したりすることが可能となる。
 さらに本発明は、第1ケーブルを備えるワイヤハーネスであって、前記第1ケーブルが上述したケーブルである、ワイヤハーネスである。
 本発明のワイヤハーネスは、PVCケーブルを備える他のワイヤハーネスや、ケーブルを保護しPVCを含む保護材を備えた他のワイヤハーネスと接触させて使用することが可能となる。
 上記ワイヤハーネスは、前記第1ケーブルを保護する保護材をさらに備え、前記保護材がPVCを含む場合に有効である。
 この場合、第1ケーブルが、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。このため、第1ケーブルが保護材によって劣化されることが十分に抑制される。従って、本発明のワイヤハーネスは、長期間にわたって使用することが可能となる。
 上記ワイヤハーネスは、第2ケーブルをさらに備え、前記第2ケーブルが、導体又は光ファイバで構成される第2伝送媒体と、前記第2伝送媒体を被覆する第2絶縁体とを備え、前記第2絶縁体がPVCを含むことが好ましい。
 この場合、第1ケーブルが、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。このため、第1ケーブルが第2ケーブルの第2絶縁体によって劣化されることが十分に抑制される。従って、本発明のワイヤハーネスは、長期間にわたって使用することが可能となる。
 なお、本発明において、MFRは、JIS K7210に記載の方法を用い、230℃で、2.16kgの荷重の下で測定されたMFR(Melt Flow Rate)を言う。
 本発明によれば、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する難燃性樹脂組成物、これを用いたケーブル及びワイヤハーネスが提供される。

 以下、本発明のケーブルの一実施形態について図1及び図2を用いて詳細に説明する。
 [ケーブル]
 図1は、本発明に係るケーブルの一実施形態を示す部分側面図である。図2は、図1のII-II線に沿った断面図である。図1及び図2に示すように、ケーブル10は、絶縁電線4と、絶縁電線4を被覆するチューブ状の外被3とを備えている。このようなケーブル10としては、例えば丸形ケーブルが挙げられる。そして、絶縁電線4は、伝送媒体としての導体1と、導体1を被覆するチューブ状の絶縁体2とを有している。
 ここで、チューブ状の絶縁体2及び外被3は難燃性樹脂組成物で構成されており、この難燃性樹脂組成物は、MFRが30g/10分未満であり且つポリオレフィン樹脂を含むベース樹脂と、無機系難燃剤と、シリコーン系化合物と、脂肪酸含有化合物と、フェノール系酸化防止剤と、亜鉛化合物とを含む。ここで、ベース樹脂100質量部に対して、無機系難燃剤が、1質量部以上100質量部以下の割合で配合され、シリコーン系化合物が、0.5質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合され、脂肪酸含有化合物が、0.5質量部以上20質量部以下の割合で配合され、フェノール系酸化防止剤が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合され、亜鉛化合物が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合される。
 ケーブル10によれば、絶縁体2及び外被3が、上述した難燃性樹脂組成物で構成され、この難燃性樹脂組成物が、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。このため、ケーブル10も、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。従って、ケーブル10は、PVCケーブルと一緒に束ねてワイヤハーネスを構成したり、PVCを含むテープやPVCを含むコルゲートチューブなどの保護材で固定してワイヤハーネスを構成したりすることが可能となる。
 [ケーブルの製造方法]
 次に、上述したケーブル10の製造方法について説明する。
 <導体>
 まず伝送媒体としての導体1を準備する。導体1は、1本の素線のみで構成されてもよく、複数本の素線を束ねて構成されたものであってもよい。また、導体1は、導体径や導体の材質などについて特に限定されるものではなく、用途に応じて適宜定めることができる。導体1の材料としては、例えば、主に銅、アルミニウム又はこれらを含む合金が好ましいが、カーボン材料などの導電性物質も適宜使用できる。
 <難燃性樹脂組成物>
 一方、上記難燃性樹脂組成物を準備する。難燃性樹脂組成物は、上述したように、ベース樹脂と、無機系難燃剤と、シリコーン系化合物と、脂肪酸含有化合物と、フェノール系酸化防止剤と、亜鉛化合物とを含む。上記難燃性樹脂組成物は必要に応じてその他の添加剤をさらに含んでいてもよい。
 (A)ベース樹脂
 ベース樹脂はポリオレフィン樹脂を含む。ポリオレフィン樹脂としては、例えば極性基非含有ポリオレフィン、極性基含有ポリオレフィン及びオレフィン系エラストマーなどが挙げられる。
 極性基非含有ポリオレフィンとしては、例えばポリエチレン(PE)、プロピレン系樹脂、ポリブテン、ポリメチルペンテンなどが挙げられる。極性基非含有ポリオレフィンは、コスト及び機械的特性の観点から、PE又はプロピレン系樹脂を含むことが好ましい。中でも、極性基非含有ポリオレフィンはプロピレン系樹脂を含むことが好ましい。この場合、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐熱性及び耐摩耗性をより向上させることができる。
 プロピレン系樹脂は、プロピレンを構成単位として含む樹脂であり、プロピレン系樹脂としては、例えばホモポリプロピレン、ブロックプロピレン共重合体及びランダムプロピレン共重合体が挙げられる。これらは単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。これらの中でも、ブロックプロピレン共重合体が、耐衝撃性及び低温脆性の観点から好ましい。
 極性基含有ポリオレフィンは、極性基を含有するポリオレフィンである。ここで、極性基とは、炭素原子及び水素原子以外の原子を有する官能基を言う。炭素原子及び水素原子以外の原子とは、具体的には、酸素原子、窒素原子、イオウ原子、ハロゲン原子などを言う。
 極性基含有ポリオレフィンの極性基としては、例えばマレイン酸基、メタクリル酸基、無水フマル酸基、無水マレイン酸基、ヒドロキシル基及びカルボキシル基などが挙げられる。中でも、極性基としては、無水マレイン酸基が好ましい。この場合、コストをより低下させることができるとともに、絶縁体2及び外被3の機械的特性の低下をより十分に抑制できる。
 極性基含有ポリオレフィンとしては、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)、エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合体(EEA)、エチレン-アクリル酸ブチル共重合体(EBA)、それらの無水マレイン酸変性ポリマー、無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン、および、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸などの不飽和カルボン酸で変性されたエチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体などが挙げられる。
 オレフィン系エラストマーとしては、例えばエチレン系エラストマー、及びプロピレン系エラストマーが挙げられる。中でも、プロピレン系エラストマーが好ましい。この場合、難燃性樹脂組成物の機械的特性および耐摩耗性がより向上する。
 ポリオレフィン樹脂は、極性基含有ポリオレフィンを含むことが好ましい。この場合、ポリオレフィン樹脂が極性基含有ポリオレフィンを含まない場合に比べて、ベース樹脂と添加剤(無機系難燃剤、シリコーン系化合物、脂肪酸含有化合物、フェノール系酸化防止剤及び亜鉛化合物)との相溶性がより高くなり、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐摩耗性がより向上するとともに、ブルームの発生をより十分に抑制できる。
 ポリオレフィン樹脂は、プロピレン系エラストマーを含むことが好ましい。この場合、ポリオレフィン樹脂がプロピレン系エラストマーを含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の機械的特性および耐摩耗性がより向上する。
 ここで、ポリオレフィン樹脂は、プロピレン系樹脂及び極性基含有ポリオレフィンに加えてさらにプロピレン系エラストマーを含むことが好ましい。この場合、ポリオレフィン樹脂が極性基含有ポリオレフィンをさらに含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の機械的特性がより向上する。
 ポリオレフィン樹脂中の極性基含有ポリオレフィンの含有率は特に制限されるものではないが、1~20質量%であることが好ましい。この場合、ポリオレフィン樹脂中の極性基含有ポリオレフィンの含有率が1質量%未満である場合と比べて、ポリオレフィン樹脂と添加剤(無機系難燃剤、シリコーン系化合物、脂肪酸含有化合物、フェノール系酸化防止剤及び亜鉛化合物)との相溶性がより高まり、ブルームの発生をより十分に抑制できるとともに、絶縁体2及び外被3の耐摩耗性をより向上させることができる。一方、ポリオレフィン樹脂中の極性基含有ポリオレフィンの含有率が20質量%を超える場合と比べて、コストの上昇をより十分に抑えることができる。ポリオレフィン樹脂中の極性基含有ポリオレフィンの含有率は1~10質量%であることがより好ましい。
 ベース樹脂のMFRは30g/10分未満であればよい。この場合、ベース樹脂のMFRが30g/10分以上である場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性をより向上させることができる。ベース樹脂のMFRは、難燃性樹脂組成物の押出成形性をより向上させる観点からは、20g/10分以下であることがより好ましく、10g/10分以下であることが特に好ましい。但し、ベース樹脂のMFRは0.5g/10分以上であることが好ましい。この場合、ベース樹脂のMFRが0.5g/10分未満である場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の押出成形性がより向上する。このため、難燃性樹脂組成物をケーブルの絶縁体として用いる場合に、ケーブルの外観をより向上させることができる。ベース樹脂のMFRは5g/10分以上であることが好ましい。
 ベース樹脂は、ポリオレフィン樹脂以外に、必要に応じて、非ポリオレフィン樹脂をさらに含んでもよい。非ポリオレフィン樹脂としては、例えばポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂及びスチレン系樹脂などが挙げられる。
 ベース樹脂中のポリオレフィン樹脂の含有率は特に制限されるものではないが、本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物は、ベース樹脂中のポリオレフィン樹脂の含有率が70質量%以上である場合に有用であり、100質量%である場合に特に有用である。
 ベース樹脂は架橋されていてもよく、架橋されていなくてもよいが、架橋されていることが好ましい。ベース樹脂が架橋されている場合、絶縁体2又は外被3の耐熱性及び機械的特性をより向上させることができる。ここで、架橋としては、シラン架橋、電子線架橋および過酸化物架橋が挙げられる。中でも、シラン架橋が好ましい。シラン架橋は、電子線架橋と比べて、高度な設備が不要であり、絶縁体2又は外被3が厚くても十分にベース樹脂を架橋できる。また、シラン架橋は、過酸化物架橋に比べて、押出時のスコーチの発生を十分に抑制することができる。
 (B)無機系難燃剤
 無機系難燃剤は、無機物で構成される難燃剤を言う。無機系難燃剤としては、例えば炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸塩化合物、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウムなどが挙げられる。中でも、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸塩化合物、水酸化アルミニウム又はこれらの2種以上の混合物が好ましい。この場合、無機系難燃剤が、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸塩化合物、水酸化アルミニウム又はこれらの2種以上の混合物で構成されない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の難燃性がより向上する。
 (炭酸カルシウム)
 炭酸カルシウムは、重質炭酸カルシウム又は軽質炭酸カルシウムのいずれでもよいが、入手が容易で且つ低価格であることから、重質炭酸カルシウムが好ましい。
 (ケイ酸塩化合物)
 ケイ酸塩化合物としては、例えばタルク、クレイなどが挙げられる。ここで、クレイとしては、例えばカオリンクレイ、ろう石クレイ、それらを焼成処理した焼成クレイ、及び、シラン系カップリング剤等で表面改質した改質クレイ等が挙げられる。これらはそれぞれ単独で又は2種以上を組み合せて用いることができる。中でも、カオリンクレイが好ましい。この場合、不純物の含有量が少なく、着色し難いという利点が得られる。
 無機系難燃剤は、ベース樹脂100質量部に対して1質量部以上100質量部以下の割合で配合される。この場合、無機系難燃剤の配合割合がベース樹脂100質量部に対して1質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。
 また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する無機系難燃剤の配合割合が上記範囲内にあると、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する無機系難燃剤の配合割合が100質量部より大きい場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の機械的特性をより向上させることができる。
 また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する無機系難燃剤の配合割合は1質量部以上60質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以上60質量部以下であることがより好ましく、5質量部以上50質量部以下であることが特に好ましい。ベース樹脂100質量部に対する無機系難燃剤の配合割合が上記範囲内である場合、配合割合が上記各範囲を外れる場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の難燃性を十分に確保しつつ、ブルームの発生をより十分に抑制できる。
 (C)シリコーン系化合物
 シリコーン系化合物は、難燃助剤として機能するものであり、シリコーン系化合物としては、ポリオルガノシロキサンなどが挙げられる。ここで、ポリオルガノシロキサンは、シロキサン結合を主鎖とし側鎖に有機基を有する。有機基としては、例えばメチル基、ビニル基、エチル基、プロピル基、フェニル基などが挙げられる。具体的にはポリオルガノシロキサンとしては、例えばジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルエチルポリシロキサン、メチルオクチルポリシロキサン、メチルビニルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、メチル(3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピル)ポリシロキサンなどが挙げられる。ポリオルガノシロキサンは、シリコーンオイル、シリコーンパウダー、シリコーンガム又はシリコーンレジンの形態で用いられる。中でも、ポリオルガノシロキサンは、シリコーンガムの形態で用いられることが好ましい。この場合、ブルームが起こりにくくなるとともに、より優れた難燃性が得られる。
 シリコーン系化合物は、上述したようにベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.5質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合される。この場合、シリコーン系化合物の配合割合が0.5質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するシリコーン系化合物の配合割合が上記範囲内にあると、シリコーン系化合物の配合割合が10質量部より大きい場合に比べて、耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させることができる。
 ベース樹脂100質量部に対するシリコーン系化合物の配合割合は2質量部以上であることが好ましい。この場合、シリコーン系化合物の配合割合が2質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。ベース樹脂100質量部に対するシリコーン系化合物の配合割合は5質量部以上であることがより好ましい。この場合、シリコーン系化合物の配合割合が5質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。
 シリコーン系化合物は、無機系難燃剤の表面に付着されていてもよく、無機系難燃剤から離間していてもよい。
 (D)脂肪酸含有化合物
 脂肪酸含有化合物は、難燃助剤として機能するものである。ここで、脂肪酸としては、例えば炭素原子数が12~28である脂肪酸が用いられる。このような脂肪酸としては、例えばラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、ツベルクロステアリン酸、オレイン酸、リノール酸、アラキドン酸、ベヘン酸及びモンタン酸が挙げられる。中でも、脂肪酸としては、ステアリン酸又はツベルクロステアリン酸が好ましく、ステアリン酸が特に好ましい。この場合、ステアリン酸又はツベルクロステアリン酸以外の脂肪酸を用いる場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。
 脂肪酸の金属塩を構成する金属としては、マグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛及び鉛などが挙げられる。脂肪酸の金属塩としては、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛又はステアリン酸カルシウムが挙げられる。中でも、ステアリン酸マグネシウム又はステアリン酸亜鉛が好ましい。この場合、ステアリン酸マグネシウム及びステアリン酸亜鉛以外の脂肪酸含有化合物を用いる場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。特に、ステアリン酸マグネシウムが好ましい。この場合、より少ない配合量で優れた難燃性が得られる。
 脂肪酸含有化合物は、上述したようにベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.5質量部以上20質量部以下の割合で配合される。この場合、脂肪酸含有化合物の割合が0.5質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する脂肪酸含有化合物の配合割合が上記範囲内にあると、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する脂肪酸含有化合物の配合割合が20質量部より大きい場合に比べて、耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させることができる。
 ベース樹脂100質量部に対する脂肪酸含有化合物の配合割合は5質量部以上であることが好ましい。この場合、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する脂肪酸含有化合物の配合割合が5質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。ベース樹脂100質量部に対する脂肪酸含有化合物の配合割合は10質量部以上であることがより好ましい。この場合、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する脂肪酸含有化合物の配合割合が10質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた難燃性が得られる。
 脂肪酸含有化合物はシリコーン系化合物とともに、無機系難燃剤の表面に付着されていてもよく、無機系難燃剤から離間していてもよい。
 (E)フェノール系酸化防止剤
 フェノール系酸化防止剤としては、モノフェノール系酸化防止剤、ビスフェノール系酸化防止剤、高分子型フェノール系酸化防止剤が挙げられる。中でも、高分子型フェノール系酸化防止剤が好ましい。高分子型フェノール系酸化防止剤としては、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤が挙げられる。ここで、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤とは、下記一般式(1)で示されるフェノール性水酸基に対するオルト位に置換基を有する一価の基を分子内に少なくとも一個有する化合物をいう。

 一般式(1)において、R11及びR12は、各々独立して、水素原子又はアルキル基を表し、R11及びR12のうちの少なくとも1つは炭素数が1~6のアルキル基である。
 R11及びR12で表されるアルキル基としては、例えばメチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、アミル基等炭素数1~6のものが挙げられる。なかでも、R11及びR12がいずれも、t-ブチル基のような嵩高い分岐アルキル基であることが好ましい。
 上記フェノール系酸化防止剤の具体例としては、ペンタエリスリトール-テトラキス〔3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート〕、オクタデシル-3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート、1,3,5-トリス(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)-1,3,5-トリアジン-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-トリオン、4,4',4''-(1-メチルプロパノールー3-イリデン)トリス(6-t-ブチル-m-クレゾール)、6,6'-ジ-t-ブチル-4,4'-ブチリデン-ジ-m-クレゾール、オクタデシル-3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート、3,9-ビス[2-[3-(3-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシー5-メチルフェニル)プロピオニロキシ]-1,1-ジメチルエチル]-2,4,8,10-テトラオキサスピロ[5.5]ウンデカン、1,3,5-トリス(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニルメチル)-2,4,6-トリメチルベンゼン等が挙げられる。
 フェノール系酸化防止剤は、ベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合される。
 この場合、フェノール系酸化防止剤の割合がベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた耐PVC性が得られる。また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の配合割合が上記範囲内にあると、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の配合割合が10質量部より大きい場合に比べて、ブルームをより十分に抑制できる。
 また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の配合割合は0.2質量部以上5質量部以下であることが好ましい。ベース樹脂100質量部に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の配合割合が上記範囲で配合される場合、配合割合が上記範囲を外れる場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の難燃性を十分に確保しつつ、耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させることができる。ベース樹脂100質量部に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の配合割合は1質量部以下であることがより好ましい。この場合、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の配合割合が1質量部を超える場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させることができる。
 (F)亜鉛化合物
 亜鉛化合物としては、例えばベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩、酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛及びホウ酸亜鉛、スズ酸亜鉛及びヒドロキシスズ酸亜鉛が挙げられる。中でも、亜鉛化合物としては、ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩が好ましい。この場合、亜鉛化合物がベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩を含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 (ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩)
 ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩は、ベンゾイミダゾール化合物の亜鉛塩であり、イオウ原子を有していても有していなくてもよいが、イオウ原子を有していることが好ましい。この場合、ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩がイオウ原子を含有しない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩としては、例えば2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩、2-メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩、4-メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩、5-メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩が挙げられる。中でも、2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩が好ましい。この場合、他のベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩においては、ベンゾイミダゾール骨格における水素原子がアルキル基などの置換基で置換されていてもよい。
 (酸化亜鉛)
 酸化亜鉛としては、例えば亜鉛鉱石にコークス等の還元剤を加え、焼成して発生する亜鉛蒸気を空気で酸化する方法で得られる酸化亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛又は塩化亜鉛を原料に用いる方法で得られる酸化亜鉛を用いることができる。
 (硫化亜鉛)
 硫化亜鉛としては、既知の方法で製造された硫化亜鉛を用いることができる。
 亜鉛化合物は、ベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合される。
 この場合、亜鉛化合物の配合割合がベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた耐PVC性が得られる。また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する亜鉛化合物の配合割合が上記範囲内にあると、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する亜鉛化合物の配合割合が10質量部より大きい場合に比べて、耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させることができる。
 また、ベース樹脂100質量部に対する亜鉛化合物の配合割合は0.2質量部以上5質量部以下であることが好ましい。ベース樹脂100質量部に対する亜鉛化合物の配合割合が上記範囲内である場合、配合割合が上記範囲を外れる場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の難燃性を十分に確保しつつ、耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させることができる。
 亜鉛化合物に対するフェノール系酸化防止剤の質量比Rは、100以下であることが好ましい。この場合、Rが100を超える場合に比べて、フェノール系酸化防止剤のブルームをより十分に抑制できる。あるいは、Rが100を超える場合に比べて、耐PVC性をより向上させることができる。
 質量比Rは10以下であることがより好ましく、2以下であることがより一層好ましい。
 但し、質量比Rは、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性をより向上させる観点からは、0.01以上であることが好ましく、0.02以上であることがより好ましい。
 (G)その他の添加剤
 その他の添加剤としては、例えばフェノール系酸化防止剤以外の酸化防止剤、金属不活性化剤、紫外線劣化防止剤、加工助剤(滑剤)、着色剤及び帯電防止剤が挙げられる。これらは単独で又は2種以上を組み合せて用いることができる。
 フェノール系酸化防止剤以外の酸化防止剤としては、例えばベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤、リン系酸化防止剤及びチオエーテル系酸化防止剤が挙げられる。中でも、ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤が好ましい。この場合、難燃性樹脂組成物がベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤を含まない場合に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤は、イオウ原子を有することが好ましい。この場合、ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤がイオウ原子を有しない場合に比べて、耐PVC性がより向上する。ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤としては、例えば2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、2-メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾール、4-メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾール、5-メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾールが挙げられる。中でも、2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾールが好ましい。この場合、他のベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤に比べて、難燃性樹脂組成物の耐PVC性がより向上する。
 ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤においては、ベンゾイミダゾール骨格における水素原子がアルキル基などの置換基で置換されていてもよい。
 ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤は、特に制限されるものではないが、ベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上の割合で配合されることが好ましい。
 この場合、ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤の配合割合がベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた耐PVC性が得られる。
 特に、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤の配合割合は、耐PVC性を向上させる観点からは、10質量部以上であることが好ましい。この場合、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤の配合割合が10質量部未満である場合に比べて、より優れた耐PVC性が得られる。
 但し、耐ブルーム性をより十分に向上させる観点からは、ベース樹脂100質量部に対するベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤の配合割合は10質量部以下であることが好ましい。
 ベース樹脂100質量部に対するベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤の配合割合は、耐ブルーム性を向上させる観点からは、5質量部以下であることが好ましく、1質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物のMFRは、好ましくは0.2~10g/10分である。難燃性樹脂組成物のMFRが上記範囲内にあると、MFRが0.2g/10分未満である場合に比べて、押出時の難燃性樹脂組成物の流動性が向上し、ケーブル10の表面に肌荒れが発生しにくくなる。また、難燃性樹脂組成物のMFRが上記範囲内にあると、難燃性樹脂組成物のMFRが10g/10分を超える場合に比べて、押出時に樹脂垂れが発生しにくくなり、ケーブル10が扁平化しにくくなる。難燃性樹脂組成物のMFRは、より好ましくは0.5~7.5g/10分である。この場合、絶縁体2及び外被3がより肌荒れしにくくなるとともにより扁平化しにくくなる。
 上記難燃性樹脂組成物は、ベース樹脂、シリコーン系化合物、脂肪酸含有化合物、無機系難燃剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤、亜鉛化合物、及び必要に応じて添加される添加剤を混練することにより得ることができる。混練は、例えばバンバリーミキサ、タンブラ、加圧ニーダ、混練押出機、二軸押出機、ミキシングロール等の混練機で行うことができる。このとき、シリコーン系化合物の分散性を向上させる観点からは、ベース樹脂の一部とシリコーン系化合物とを混練し、得られたマスターバッチ(MB)を、残りのベース樹脂、脂肪酸含有化合物、無機系難燃剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤、亜鉛化合物、及び必要に応じて添加される添加剤と混練してもよい。
 次に、上記難燃性樹脂組成物で導体1を被覆する。具体的には、上記の難燃性樹脂組成物を、押出機を用いて溶融混練し、チューブ状の押出物を形成する。そして、このチューブ状押出物を導体1上に連続的に被覆する。こうして導体1上に絶縁体2が形成され、絶縁電線4が得られる。
 <外被>
 最後に、上記のようにして得られた絶縁電線4を、上述した難燃性樹脂組成物を用いて作製した外被3で被覆する。外被3は、いわゆるシースであり、絶縁体2を物理的又は化学的な損傷から保護するものである。
 以上のようにしてケーブル10が得られる。
 [ワイヤハーネス]
 次に、本発明のワイヤハーネスの一実施形態について図3を用いて説明する。図3は、本発明のワイヤハーネスの一実施形態を示す断面図である。
 図3に示すように、ワイヤハーネス20は、第1ケーブル21と、第2ケーブル22と、第1ケーブル21及び第2ケーブル22を保護する保護材23とを備える。第1ケーブル21は、本実施形態では上述したケーブル10で構成されている。第2ケーブル22は、導体1と、導体1を被覆する第2絶縁体としての絶縁体2Aとを備え、絶縁体2AはPVCを含む。保護材23は、第1ケーブル21及び第2ケーブル22をその長さ方向に沿って全体的に被覆している必要はなく、第1ケーブル21及び第2ケーブル22をその長さ方向に沿って必要な箇所で部分的に被覆していればよい。保護材23としては、例えばテープ、結束帯、コルゲートチューブなどを用いることができる。
 このワイヤハーネス20によれば、第1ケーブル21が、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有する。このため、第1ケーブル21と第2ケーブル22が互いに接触しても、第1ケーブル21が第2ケーブル22の絶縁体2Aによって劣化されることが十分に抑制される。従って、ワイヤハーネス20は、長期間にわたって使用することが可能となる。
 本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。例えば上記実施形態ではケーブル10は外被3の内側に1本の絶縁電線4を有しているが、外被3の内側に絶縁電線4を複数本有していてもよい。
 また上記実施形態では、絶縁体2及び外被3が上記の難燃性樹脂組成物で構成されているが、絶縁体2が通常の絶縁樹脂で構成され、外被3のみが、絶縁体2を構成する難燃性樹脂組成物で構成されてもよい。さらに絶縁体2は必ずしも必要なものではなく、省略が可能である。
 さらに上記実施形態では、ケーブル10が外被3を有しているが、外被3を必ずしも有していなくてもよい。
 上記ワイヤハーネス20は、第1ケーブル21及び第2ケーブル22をそれぞれ2本備えているが、2本に限らず、1本でも3本以上備えていてもよい。また、上記ワイヤハーネス20においては、第1ケーブル21が必ずしも外被3を有していなくてもよい。
 また、上記ワイヤハーネス20は、第2ケーブル22を備えているが、第2ケーブル22を有していなくてもよい。この場合、ワイヤハーネス20は、ケーブルとして第1ケーブル21のみを有することになるが、このワイヤハーネスでも、PVCケーブルを備える他のワイヤハーネスや、ケーブルを保護しPVCを含む保護材を備えた他のワイヤハーネスと接触させて使用できるという利点を有する。
 さらに、上記ワイヤハーネス20が第2ケーブル22を含まない場合、保護材23はPVCを含んでいても含んでいなくてもよいが、保護材23がPVCを含んでいても、第1ケーブル21が保護材23によって劣化されることが十分に抑制される。従って、第2ケーブル22を含まないワイヤハーネス20でも、長期間にわたって使用することが可能となる。
 さらに、上記実施形態において、ケーブル10又は第1ケーブル21は、光ファイバからなる伝送媒体と、伝送媒体を被覆し、PVCを含む絶縁体とを備える光ファイバケーブルであってもよい。また、第2ケーブル22は、光ファイバからなる伝送媒体と、この伝送媒体を被覆しPVCを含む絶縁体とを備える光ファイバケーブルであってもよい。
 以下、実施例を挙げて本発明の内容をより具体的に説明するが、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
 (実施例1~39及び比較例1~13)
ベース樹脂、シリコーン系化合物(シリコーンMBを含む)、脂肪酸含有化合物、無機系難燃剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤、及び、亜鉛化合物を、表1~11に示す配合量で配合し、オープンロールによって190℃にて10分間混練し、難燃性樹脂組成物を得た。なお、表1~11において、各配合成分の配合量の単位は質量部である。また表1~11において、ベース樹脂の配合量が100質量部となっていない実施例及び比較例が存在するが、これらの実施例及び比較例では、シリコーンMB中にもベース樹脂の一部が含まれており、ベース樹脂の配合量とシリコーンMB中のベース樹脂の配合量との合計は100質量部となる。また、表1~11には、ベース樹脂であるポリオレフィン樹脂のMFRも示した。このMFRは、230℃で、2.16kgの荷重の下で測定されたMFRであり、単位は「g/10min」である。
 上記ベース樹脂、シリコーン系化合物、脂肪酸含有化合物、無機系難燃剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤(1次酸化防止剤)、亜鉛化合物、及び、ベンゾイミダゾール酸化防止剤(2次酸化防止剤)としては具体的には下記のものを用いた。

 [特性評価]
 上記のようにして得られた実施例1~39及び比較例1~13のケーブルについて、以下のようにして難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性の評価を行った。
 <難燃性>
 実施例1~39及び比較例1~13のケーブルについて、JASO D618に記載の試験方法で水平燃焼試験を行った。水平燃焼試験では、絶縁体が燃焼するまで接炎し、離炎後、消火するまでの残炎時間を測定した。結果を表1~11に示す。難燃性の合格基準は下記の通りとした。
(合格基準)残炎時間が30秒以下であること
 <機械的特性>
 実施例1~39及び比較例1~13の難燃性樹脂組成物を射出成形して試験片を作製し、この試験片について、JASOD618記載の方法で引張試験を行い、試験片の破断伸び及び破断強度を測定した。そして、この破断伸び及び破断強度を機械的特性の指標とした。結果を表1~11に示す。なお、引張試験における引張速度は50mm/分とした。また、機械的特性の合格基準は以下の通りとした。
(合格基準)破断伸びが125%以上で且つ破断強度が10.3MPa以上であること
 <耐PVC性>
(ワイヤハーネスの作製)
 まずケーブルの耐PVC性を評価するために、絶縁体をPVC(リケンテクノス社製)で形成したこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてPVCケーブルを作製した。そして、実施例1~39及び比較例1~13のケーブルを2本、PVCケーブルを5本用意し、これらを束ねて集合ケーブルを得た後、この集合ケーブルの周りにPVC製のテープを巻き付けた。こうしてワイヤハーネスを作製した。
(評価)
 上記ワイヤハーネスを85℃の恒温槽内に入れて一定の時間放置した後、恒温槽から取り出した。続いて、ワイヤハーネスからケーブルを取り出し、このケーブルを、ケーブルの1.5倍の直径を有するマンドレルに巻き付け、絶縁体に割れが生じるか確認した。確認後、ワイヤハーネスを85℃の恒温槽内に戻し、500時間後に恒温槽からワイヤハーネスを取り出し、上記と同様にして絶縁体に割れが生じるか確認した。以後、こうして、500時間ごとにワイヤハーネスを恒温槽から取り出して上記の確認を行い、絶縁体に割れが発生するまでの時間を計測した。そして、この計測時間を耐PVC性の指標とした。計測時間の結果を表1~11に示す。また、耐PVC性の合格基準は以下の通りとした。
(合格基準)
絶縁体に割れが生じるまでの計測時間が3000時間以上であること
 <耐ブルーム性>
 実施例1~39及び比較例1~13のケーブルを、80℃、90%RHの恒温恒湿槽に入れて6か月間放置した後、目視およびマイクロスコープ(倍率:50倍)にて観察した。そして、以下のようにしてランク付けを行い、ケーブルの耐ブルーム性を評価した。結果を表1~11に示す。耐ブルーム性の合格基準は下記の通りとした。

 表1~11に示す結果より、実施例1~39のケーブルは、難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性の全ての点で合格基準に達していた。これに対し、比較例1~13のケーブルは、難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性のうち少なくとも1つの点で合格基準に達していなかった。
 このことから、本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物は、優れた難燃性、機械的特性、耐PVC性及び耐ブルーム性を有することが確認された。

  1.  MFRが30g/10分未満であり且つポリオレフィン樹脂を含むベース樹脂と、
     無機系難燃剤と、
     シリコーン系化合物と、
     脂肪酸含有化合物と、
     フェノール系酸化防止剤と、
     亜鉛化合物とを含み、
     前記ベース樹脂100質量部に対して、
     前記無機系難燃剤が、1質量部以上100質量部以下の割合で配合され、
     前記シリコーン系化合物が、0.5質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合され、
     前記脂肪酸含有化合物が、0.5質量部以上20質量部以下の割合で配合され、
     前記フェノール系酸化防止剤が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合され、
     前記亜鉛化合物が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で配合される難燃性樹脂組成物。
  2.  前記無機系難燃剤が、炭酸カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウム及びケイ酸塩化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる、請求項1に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  3.  前記亜鉛化合物がベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  4.  前記ベンゾイミダゾール亜鉛塩がイオウ原子を含有する請求項3に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  5.  ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤をさらに含む請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  6.  前記ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤が前記ベース樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上の割合で配合されている、請求項5に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  7.  前記ベンゾイミダゾール系酸化防止剤がイオン原子を有する、請求項5又は6に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  8.  前記ポリオレフィン樹脂がプロピレン系樹脂を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  9.  前記ポリオレフィン樹脂がプロピレン系エラストマーを含む請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  10.  前記ポリオレフィン樹脂が極性基含有ポリオレフィンを含む請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  11.  前記ベース樹脂のMFRが0.5g/10分以上である請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
  12.  導体又は光ファイバで構成される伝送媒体と、
     前記伝送媒体を被覆する絶縁体とを備え、
     前記絶縁体が、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物で構成される、ケーブル。
  13.  第1ケーブルを備えるワイヤハーネスであって、
     前記第1ケーブルが請求項12に記載のケーブルである、ワイヤハーネス。
  14.  第1ケーブルを保護する保護材をさらに備え、
     前記保護材がポリ塩化ビニル樹脂を含む、請求項13に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  15.  第2ケーブルをさらに備え、
     前記第2ケーブルが、
     導体又は光ファイバで構成される第2伝送媒体と、
     前記第2伝送媒体を被覆する第2絶縁体とを備え、
     前記第2絶縁体がポリ塩化ビニル樹脂を含む、請求項13又は14に記載のワイヤハーネス。
