- FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a region outside the locking portion 40 in the first embodiment.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic plan view of the ventral waist circumference portion 20 of the modified example. 8A and 8B are explanatory views of the locking portion 40.
- the configuration of the pair of waist circumferences 20 and 30 will be described by taking the ventral waist circumference 20 as an example.
- at least one of the pair of waist circumferences 20 and 30 may have the following configuration. That is, both waist circumferences 20 and 30 may have the following configuration, or the ventral waist circumference 20 may have the following configuration and the dorsal waist circumference 30 may have the following configuration.
- the side waist circumference portion 20 may have the following configuration, and the dorsal waist circumference portion 30 may differ from the following configuration. The same applies to other embodiments.
- the plurality of waist circumference elastic members 23 included in the ventral waist circumference portion 20 (hereinafter referred to as “trunk circumference portion 20”) are continuous from one end to the other end in the left-right direction of the waist circumference 20. It has a plurality of “continuously stretchable members 231" arranged in a horizontal direction and a plurality of “discontinuous stretchable members 232" arranged discontinuously in the left-right direction.
- the discontinuous telescopic member 232 is arranged below the continuous telescopic member 231 and is discontinuous (non-expandable) in at least a part of the region overlapping the absorbent core 11A in the left-right direction. By doing so, the contraction of the absorbent core 11A by the waist circumference elastic member 23 can be suppressed. However, the waist circumference portion 20 does not have to have the discontinuous telescopic member 232.
- the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 has a "pair of end fixing portions 50" in which both ends in the left-right direction are fixed to the skin side sheet 21 and the non-skin side sheet 22.
- the fixing method in the end fixing portion 50 is not particularly limited, and for example, fixing with an adhesive applied to the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 or a skin side sheet 21 and a non-skin side sheet 22 (hereinafter, "a pair of sheets 21"). , 22 ”) can be exemplified by well-known methods such as fixing with an adhesive applied to the inner surface and fixing with a pair of welded portions crossing the continuous expansion / contraction member 231.
- the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 has a "non-fixing portion 51" that is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 inside the end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction.
- the portion where the waist circumference elastic member 23 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 has higher rigidity due to hardening of the adhesive or the like than the portion where the waist circumference elastic member 23 is not fixed. Therefore, since the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 has the non-fixed portion 51, for example, the area of the portion having high rigidity is increased as compared with the case where the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 is fixed to the pair of seats 21 and 22 over almost the entire area. It can be made smaller. Therefore, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 can be improved, and the comfort of wearing the waist circumference portion 20 can be improved.
- the non-fixing portion 51 is continuous from the one-side end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction to the other-side end fixing portion 50, and is arranged long in the left-right direction. .. Therefore, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is further improved.
- the rigidity of the waist circumference portion 20 is reduced, and the waist circumference portion 20 is easily deformed by being squeezed or crushed.
- locking portions 40 extending in the vertical direction are arranged at both ends in the left-right direction of the waist circumference portion 20, but the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 (here, a rectangle) is provided only by the locking portion 40. Shape) is difficult to maintain. Then, the waist circumference of the wearer cannot be covered firmly with the waist circumference portion 20, which leads to leakage of excrement and deterioration of wearing comfort.
- a reinforcing means 60 for reinforcing the region is arranged in a region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction to increase the rigidity of the region outside the locking portion 40 in the vertical direction. ..
- the locking portion 40 and the region outside the locking portion 40 function as a pillar extending in the vertical direction, and it is possible to suppress the bending and crushing of the waist circumference portion 20.
- the region outside the locking portion 40 is a region outside the outer end 40a of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction.
- the reinforcing means 60 is not arranged in at least a part of the region where the non-fixed portion 51 of the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 is located. Therefore, at least a part of the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is located is reinforced and the rigidity is not increased, and the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is maintained.
- the fact that the reinforcing means 60 is not arranged in the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is located means that the non-fixed portion 51 and the reinforcing means 60 do not overlap in the thickness direction (the front-back direction of the diaper 1).
- the reinforcing means 60 is a different sheet 61 different from the pair of sheets 21 and 22.
- Another sheet 61 may be arranged between the pair of sheets 21 and 22 as shown in FIG. 6, or may be arranged outside the pair of sheets 21 and 22 in the thickness direction.
- another sheet 61 which is the reinforcing means 60, is preferably a "film".
- the film is, for example, a plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyester.
- a film having a higher rigidity than a flexible sheet such as a non-woven fabric constituting the pair of sheets 21 and 22 is used as the reinforcing means 60, the effect of reinforcing the region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction is obtained. It is possible to easily maintain the shape of the waist circumference portion 20.
- another sheet 61 may be a sheet other than a film (nonwoven fabric or the like).
- another sheet 61 (reinforcing means 60) is arranged at least in the left-right direction from the outer end 40a of the locking portion 40 to the end 20a of the waist circumference portion 20.
- the vertical length of another sheet 61 is equal to the vertical length of the locking portion 40. That is, another sheet 61 is arranged over the entire area outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction and overlapping the locking portion 40 in the vertical direction.
- another sheet 61 may be arranged in a part in the left-right direction or a part in the up-down direction in the area outside the locking portion 40.
- another sheet 61 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 with an adhesive 62 between the pair of sheets 21 and 22 outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction. It is preferable to have. By doing so, the region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction is increased in rigidity by the adhesive 62 in addition to the separate sheet 61. That is, the adhesive 62 also functions as the reinforcing means 60. In the region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction, a part of the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 remains in a contracted state, but when the adhesive 62 is used, such contracted waist circumference expansion / contraction is performed. A part of the member 23 can be fixed between the pair of sheets 21 and 22.
- the rigidity of the region can be further increased by the rigidity of the contracted waist circumference elastic member 23 and the rigidity of the adhesive 62. Therefore, the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 can be easily maintained.
- another sheet 61 may be fixed by the locking portion 40.
- the inner end 61b of another sheet 61 is located inside the inner end 40b of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction.
- the user often breaks the locking portion 40 and removes the diaper 1. Therefore, when the locking portion 40 is locked by welding, it is preferable to weld another sheet 61 together with the pair of sheets 21 and 22. By doing so, the sheet 61 is stretched when the locking portion 40 is broken, so that the locking portion 40 is slowly broken as compared with the case where the sheet 61 is not welded. As a result, it becomes easy to prevent the locking portion 40 from being torn at once, or the portion of the waist circumference 20 other than the locking portion 40 from being torn.
- the welding strength of the locking portion 40 is weakened. In this case, the user can easily break the locking portion 40 and easily replace the diaper 1.
- the inner end 61b of another sheet 61 is located outside the inner end 50b of the end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction. That is, another sheet 61 does not have to extend beyond the end fixing portion 50 to the absorbent body 10 side. By doing so, the other seat 61 does not become unnecessarily long in the left-right direction, and the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved. Further, in this case, the non-fixed portion 51 of the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 does not overlap with another sheet 61. That is, another sheet 61 is not arranged in the entire area where the non-fixed portion 51 is located.
- the reinforcing means 60 is not arranged in the entire area where the non-fixed portion 51 is located, the effect of improving the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 by the non-fixed portion 51 is reduced by the reinforcing means 60. It can be prevented from being stowed.
- another sheet 61 may be arranged in a part of the area where the non-fixed portion 51 is located.
- the inner end 61b of another sheet 61 may be located inside the inner end 50b of the end fixing portion 50. Even in that case, it is preferable that the inner end 61b of another sheet 61 is located outside the outer end 10a of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction. By doing so, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved by not unnecessarily lengthening the other seat 61 in the left-right direction.
- the different sheet 61 and the pair of sheets 21 and 22 have different colors.
- another sheet 61 is colored such as blue or pink with respect to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 that are white.
- another sheet 61 colored from the outside (non-skin side) of the diaper 1 can be visually recognized directly or through the pair of sheets 21 and 22. Therefore, another sheet 61 is easily noticed by the user, and the position of the locking portion 40 is easily recognized. Therefore, the user can immediately find and break the locking portion 40, and can easily replace the diaper 1.
- the color of different sheets 61 may be changed between the ventral side and the dorsal side.
- a design, a design, character information, or the like may be provided on another sheet 61.
- the sheet 61 may be given a border pattern or a brand name to improve the design, or the user's convenience may be further improved by displaying information indicating the position at which the lock 40 is to be broken. be able to.
- the pair of end fixing portions for fixing both ends of the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 may be a pair of locking portions 40.
- the end fixing portion 50 may be arranged inside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction.
- both ends of the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 can be firmly fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 by the end fixing portion 50.
- the region where the end fixing portion 50 is located has higher rigidity than the region where the non-fixing portion 51 is located. Therefore, the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 can be easily maintained by the end portion fixing portion 50.
- the end fixing portion 50 is arranged at least inside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction, and the end fixing portion 50 may be arranged so as to straddle the locking portion 40, or the end portion.
- the fixing portion 50 may be arranged apart from the locking portion 40 inward in the left-right direction.
- the length W1 in the direction is preferably longer than the length W2 in the left-right direction of the absorbent body 10 (W1> W2).
- the locking portion 40 when the locking portion 40 is locked by welding, as shown in FIG. 8A, the locking portion 40 has a plurality of welding portions 41 having a semicircular shape divided in the left-right direction side by side in the vertical direction. Is preferable.
- the rigidity of the locking portion 40 in the vertical direction is increased, and the locking portion 40 is less likely to be crushed in the vertical direction. Therefore, the locking portion 40 functions as a pillar, and the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 can be easily maintained.
- the welded portion 41 by forming the welded portion 41 into a semicircle divided in the left-right direction, the length of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction is shortened.
- the welding area of the locking portion 40 is reduced, the welding strength can be weakened, and the user can easily break the locking portion 40. Further, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved by suppressing the length of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction from becoming unnecessarily long.
- the welded portion 41 when the welded portion 41 has a semicircular shape that is convex outward in the left-right direction, the area ratio of the welded portion 41 increases at the inner end portion of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction. Welding strength increases. Therefore, the locking portion 40 can withstand the force received from the wearer's waist circumference, and can prevent the locking portion 40 from being damaged during wearing.
- the welded portion 41 may have a semicircular shape that is convex inward in the left-right direction. In this case, the area ratio of the welded portion 41 decreases at the inner end portion of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction, and the weld strength weakens. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is replaced, the user can easily break the locking portion 40 from the inside to the outside in the left-right direction.
- the locking portion 40 has one row in which a plurality of welding portions 41 are arranged in the vertical direction. By doing so, the rigidity of the locking portion 40 in the vertical direction is increased, and the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 can be easily maintained. Further, since the length of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction is shortened, the locking portion 40 is easily broken and the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved.
- the pattern of the welded portion 41 is not limited to the above.
- a plurality of welded portions 41 having an elliptical shape long in the left-right direction may be provided side by side in the vertical direction.
- the area ratio of the welding portion 41 decreases and the welding strength weakens, so that the locking portion 40 is easily broken.
- a plurality of rows of welded portions 41 arranged in the vertical direction may be arranged in the horizontal direction.
- all the continuous expansion / contraction members 231 have a non-fixed portion 51, but the present invention is not limited to this. At least one of the plurality of continuous expansion / contraction members 231 may have the non-fixed portion 51. However, as the number of continuous expansion / contraction members 231 having the non-fixed portion 51 increases, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 improves.
- the discontinuous telescopic member 232 also has an end fixing portion 50 in which both ends in the left-right direction of the continuous portion are fixed to the pair of seats 21 and 22, and a non-fixing portion not fixed to the pair of seats 21 and 22. It is preferable to have 51. As described above, the discontinuous telescopic member 232 also has the non-fixed portion 51, so that the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved. However, the discontinuous telescopic member 232 does not have to have the non-fixed portion 51.
- the non-fixing portion 51 of the continuous telescopic member 231 is not limited to being continuously arranged from the one-side end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction to the other-side end fixing portion 50.
- the continuous telescopic member 231 may have a central fixing portion 52 fixed to a pair of seats 21 and 22 inside the end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction. ..
- the central fixing portion 52 regulates the vertical movement of the continuous telescopic member 231. Therefore, the vertical distance between the continuous expansion / contraction members 231 can be easily maintained, and the elasticity can be imparted over a wide range of the waist circumference portion 20.
- the central fixing portion 52 may be arranged in a region overlapping the absorbent core 11A in the left-right direction.
- the continuous expansion / contraction member 231 is fixed to the skin side sheet 21 in the region where the absorbent core 11A exists in the left-right direction. Therefore, the skin-side sheet 21 is also fixed at a position where the continuous telescopic member 231 is in close contact with the wearer, and the absorbent core 11A indirectly fixed to the skin-side sheet 21 is also less likely to be displaced in the vertical direction.
- the fit of the absorbent core 11A to the wearer is increased, excrement is less likely to leak, and the comfort of wearing the diaper 1 is improved.
- the arrangement pattern of the non-fixed portion 51 and the central fixed portion 52 shown in FIG. 7 is an example, and is not limited thereto.
- FIG. 9 is a schematic plan view of the end portion of the ventral waist circumference portion 20 of the second embodiment.
- FIG. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a region outside the locking portion 40 in the second embodiment.
- the reinforcing means 60 is a waist circumference elastic member 23 and an adhesive 63 for fixing the waist circumference elastic member 23 to a pair of sheets 21 and 22. ..
- the waist circumference stretching member 23 as the reinforcing means 60 may be a continuous stretching member 231 or a discontinuous stretching member 232.
- the waist circumference stretchable member 23 is not fixed with the adhesive, and the reinforcing means 60 is not arranged. Therefore, the flexibility of the waist circumference 20 is maintained.
- the reinforcing means 60 (the waist circumference elastic member 23 fixed by the adhesive 63) has at least the outer end 40a of the locking portion 40 to the end 20a of the waist circumference portion 20 in the left-right direction. It is preferable that they are arranged over. By doing so, a wide range in the left-right direction of the region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction is reinforced, the rigidity is increased, and the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 is more easily maintained. However, not limited to the above, the reinforcing means 60 may not reach the outer end 20a of the waist circumference portion 20.
- At least one of the plurality of elastic members 23 around the waist may be fixed with the adhesive 63 in the region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction.
- the larger the number of the waist-surrounding elastic members 23 fixed by the adhesive 63 the wider the range in the up-down direction is reinforced. Increased rigidity. Therefore, the shape of the waist circumference portion 20 can be more easily maintained.
- the waist circumference elastic member 23 which is the reinforcing means 60 is a continuous elastic member 231 having a pair of end fixing portions 50 and a non-fixing portion 51, and in the end fixing portion 50, the continuous elastic member 231 is a pair of sheets. It is assumed that the adhesive 63 is fixed to 21 and 22. In that case, it is preferable that the adhesive 63 of the end fixing portion 50 and the adhesive 63 of the reinforcing means 60 are continuous in the left-right direction.
- the coating step of the adhesive 63 of the end fixing portion 50 and the coating step of the adhesive 63 which is the reinforcing means 60 can be continuously performed. Therefore, the coating process of the adhesive 63 can be facilitated.
- the discontinuous telescopic member 232 which is the reinforcing means 60 has a pair of end fixing portions 50 and a non-fixing portion 51, the adhesive 63 of the end fixing portion 50 and the reinforcing means 60 are adhered. It is preferable that the agent 63 is continuous in the left-right direction. By doing so, the coating process of the adhesive 63 can be facilitated.
- the waist circumference portion 20 may have a waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 having no non-fixed portion 51, and the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 may be a reinforcing means 60.
- the adhesive for fixing the waist-surrounding member 23 to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 inside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction and the adhesive as the reinforcing means 60 are continuously in the left-right direction. It is good to be there. By doing so, the process of applying the adhesive can be facilitated.
- the inner end 60b of the reinforcing means 60 (here, the inner end 50b of the end fixing portion 50) is located outside the outer end 10a of the absorbent body 10. It is preferable to have. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the reinforcing means 60 (end fixing portion 50) from becoming too long in the left-right direction, and the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved.
- the end fixing portion 50 and the adhesive 63 which is the reinforcing means 60 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction for each of the waist-surrounding elastic members 23. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the rigidity of the end portion of the waist circumference portion 20 in the left-right direction from becoming too high, and the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is improved.
- the end fixing portion 50 and the adhesive 63 which is the reinforcing means 60 may be continuous in the vertical direction (not shown).
- the waist circumference portion 20 of the second embodiment and the above-mentioned first embodiment has a sheet joint portion in which a pair of sheets 21 and 22 are joined to each other inside the end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction. I don't have it.
- the sheet joint portion (first sheet joint portion of the present invention) is a portion (for example, in FIG. 7) in which the waist circumference elastic member 23 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 inside the end fixing portion 50 in the left-right direction. It is a part that is discontinuous and is arranged at intervals in the vertical direction from the central fixing part 52 and the like where the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are joined with the elastic member 23 around the waist sandwiched. ..
- the sheet joint portion is a portion that is arranged without intersecting the waist circumference elastic member 23, and is a portion that directly joins the opposing surfaces of the pair of sheets 21 and 22.
- the rigidity is higher than at the part where the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are not joined. Therefore, since the waist circumference portion 20 does not have a sheet joint portion as in the first and second embodiments, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is further improved.
- the waist circumference portion 20 of the third embodiment is a sheet joint portion 70, 71 (in the present invention) in which a pair of sheets 21 and 22 are joined to a region inside the outer end 40a of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction.
- the second sheet joint is arranged.
- a well-known joining by an adhesive or welding can be exemplified.
- the waist circumference portion 20 (FIG. 9) described in the second embodiment has the sheet joint portions 70 and 71
- the waist circumference portion 20 described in the first embodiment will be described below. It may have parts 70, 71.
- the pair of seats 21 and 22 are separated from each other in the region where the non-fixed portion 51 of the waist circumference elastic member 23 is located. Therefore, in the appearance of the diaper 1, the non-skin side sheet 22 is easily visible by floating, and when the waist circumference elastic member 23 is contracted, irregular large vertical wrinkles are likely to be formed. Therefore, by providing the sheet joints 70 and 71 on the waist circumference 20, it is possible to suppress the floating of the non-skin side sheet 22 and improve the appearance of the diaper 1.
- the sheet joint 70 shown in FIG. 11 extends longer in the left-right direction than in the up-down direction of the diaper 1. Further, the portion for fixing the waist circumference elastic member 23 to the pair of seats 21 and 22 (for example, the end fixing portion 50 and the central fixing portion 52 shown in FIG. 7) and the sheet joint portion 70 are discontinuous and vertically. They are arranged at intervals in the direction. That is, the sheet joint 70 is arranged without intersecting the waist-peripheral telescopic member 23.
- the seat joint 70 regulates the vertical movement of the elastic member 23 around the waist. Therefore, it is easy to maintain the vertical distance between the waist circumference elastic members 23, and the elasticity can be imparted over a wide range of the waist circumference portion 20.
- the waist circumference portion 20 has the sheet joint portion 70
- the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is reduced as compared with the case where the waist circumference portion 20 does not have the seat joint portion 70.
- the sheet joint portion 70 is less likely to adhere to the wearer's skin than the waist circumference elastic member 23. Therefore, it is difficult for the user to feel the hardness of the adhesive or the like of the sheet joint 70 as compared with the hardness of the adhesive or the like that fixes the waist circumference elastic member 23 to the pair of sheets 21 and 22, and the waist circumference 20 is worn. It is possible to suppress a decrease in comfort.
- the present invention is not limited to the sheet joint 70 shown in FIG.
- the sheet joint 70 may be arranged intermittently in the left-right direction without extending continuously in the left-right direction.
- the sheet joint portion 70 does not have to be arranged in the discontinuous portion of the discontinuous telescopic member 232.
- the sheet joint portion 70 may be arranged only in a part between a plurality of the waist-surrounding elastic members 23 arranged in the vertical direction.
- the sheet joint portion 71 may be arranged so as to intersect the waist circumference elastic member 23 in the vertical direction.
- a pair of sheet joints 71 are arranged at the same left-right positions as both ends of the absorbent core 11A in the left-right direction and above the absorbent core 11A.
- the sheet joint 71 has a rectangular shape that extends long in the vertical direction.
- the sheet joint 71 shown in FIG. 12 regulates the vertical movement of the continuous expansion / contraction member 231. Therefore, the distance between the continuous expansion / contraction members 231 in the vertical direction can be easily maintained, and the elasticity can be imparted over a wide range of the waist circumference portion 20.
- both ends of the waist circumference 20 in the left-right direction are reinforced by the reinforcing member 60, it is difficult for them to swell or collapse.
- the central portion of the waist circumference portion 20 in the left-right direction also functions as a pillar in which the sheet joint portion 71 extends in the vertical direction, so that it is difficult to swell or collapse. Therefore, the shape of the waist circumference 20 is more easily maintained.
- the sheet joint portions 70 and 71 are not arranged in a region outside the outer end 40a of the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the rigidity of the region outside the locking portion 40 from becoming too high, and it is possible to improve the flexibility of the waist circumference portion.
- the sheet joint portions 70 and 71 are arranged apart from the locking portion 40 inward in the left-right direction. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the locking portion 40 from becoming too rigid, and it is possible to improve the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20. Further, when the sheet joining portions 70 and 71 are joined by an adhesive and the locking portion 40 is locked by welding, the amount of the adhesive applied to the locking portion 40 can be reduced, and the adhesive in the locking portion 40 can be applied. Exudation can be suppressed.
- the outer ends 70a and 71a of the sheet joints 70 and 71 are preferably located inside the inner end 50b of the end fixing portion 50. .. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the region in which the end fixing portion 50 is located in the left-right direction from becoming too rigid, and it is possible to improve the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20.
- the sheet joint 70 shown in FIG. 11 may extend to a region outside the locking portion 40 in the left-right direction, and the locking portion 40 and the end fixing portion may extend in the left-right direction. It may overlap with 50.
- the waist circumference 20 (30) is composed of a pair of flexible sheets 21 and 22 (31, 32) such as a non-woven fabric, but a plurality of holes are opened on the surfaces of the pair of sheets 21 and 22. 25 may be provided.
- FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view showing an example of the sheets 21 and 22 having a plurality of openings 25.
- the skin side sheet 21 is a perforated non-woven fabric in which a plurality of perforated holes 25 penetrating the front and back surfaces are provided at intervals.
- the plurality of openings 25 may be provided on the non-skin side sheet 22, or may be provided on both the skin side sheet 21 and the non-skin side sheet 22.
- the breathability of the sheets is improved, and the waist circumference 20 can be prevented from getting stuffy when the diaper 1 is worn.
- an opening 25 is usually formed by using a heated pin member (not shown) or the like, but at that time, the outer peripheral edge portion of the opening 25 is melted and solidified. , The opening 25 may become hard. In this case, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 is impaired, and the feel of the waist circumference portion 20 deteriorates.
- the opening 25 is provided and the adhesive for fixing is applied to the entire area of the elastic member 23 around the waist, the basis weight of the adhesive is relative when the elastic member 23 around the waist contracts. There is a possibility that the adhesive feeling of the adhesive will be felt from all the elastic members 23 around the waist through the opening 25.
- the waist circumference portion 20 is a non-fixed portion 51 in which the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 is not fixed to the waist circumference portion 20 in a region inside the pair of end fixing portions 50, 50 in the width direction. have.
- the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided and the region where the plurality of openings 25 are provided overlap each other. Since the waist circumference portion 20 has high flexibility in the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided, the influence of hardening of the outer peripheral edge portion of the opening 25 can be relatively reduced in the region. .. That is, the tactile sensation of the waist circumference 20 as a whole is unlikely to become hard.
- the adhesive is not applied to the elastic member 23 around the waist, it is possible to suppress the wearer from feeling the adhesive feeling through the opening 25. Therefore, it is possible to improve the flexibility and breathability of the waist circumference portion 20 without causing discomfort to the wearer.
- Pants-type disposable diaper (absorbent article), 10 Absorbent body, 11 Absorbent, 11A absorbent core, 11B core wrap sheet, 12 top sheet, 13 back sheet, 14 exterior sheet, 20 ventral waist circumference (trunk circumference), 30 dorsal waist circumference (trunk circumference), 21,31 Skin side sheet (sheet), 22, 32 Non-skin side sheet (sheet), 23,33 Elastic member around the waist (expandable member), 231 continuous telescopic member, 232 non-continuous telescopic member, 25 openings, 40 Locking part, 41, 42 Welding part, 50 end fixed part, 51 non-fixed part, 52 Central fixing part, 60 Reinforcing means, 61 Another sheet, film, 62,63 adhesive, 70 Sheet joints (1st sheet joints, 2nd sheet joints), 71 Sheet joint (second sheet joint),
