Claims (6)
- アッパーフレームと前記アッパーフレームに起伏可能に支持されるブームと前記ブームを起伏させるように伸縮するブームシリンダとを含む建設機械において前記ブームを前記アッパーフレームに取り付けるためのブーム取付装置であって、
前記アッパーフレームに備えられ、底板と前記底板に立設される左右一対の縦板とを含むセンターセクションと、
前記ブームと前記ブームシリンダとをそれぞれ前記センターセクションに回動可能に連結するアダプタと、
を備え、
前記アダプタは、
前記ブームの基端部および前記ブームシリンダの基端部をそれぞれ左右方向に延びる回転中心軸周りに回動可能に支持するアダプタ本体と、
前記アダプタ本体から下方に向かってそれぞれ延びる左右一対のガイドピンと、
を有し、
前記左右一対の縦板は、
左右方向の外側を向く外側面と、
前記外側面に配置され上面部を含むガイド部であって、当該ガイド部の前記上面部には前記ブームが前記アッパーフレームに装着される際に下方向に沿って前記ガイドピンを受け入れることが可能なガイド穴が開口されているガイド部と、
をそれぞれ有する、建設機械のブーム取付装置。 - 前記アダプタの前記アダプタ本体は、
機械後方に張り出した左右一対の後方張出部であって、それぞれ左右方向の外側を向く張出部外側面を有する左右一対の後方張出部と、
前記左右一対の後方張出部の前記張出部外側面から左右方向の外側に向かって延びる左右一対の係合ピンと、
を有し、
前記センターセクションは、上方に向かって開口された凹部を画定するように前後方向において互いに対向して配置された前後一対の内壁面と当該一対の内壁面同士を接続する下面部とをそれぞれ含む左右一対の位置決め部であって、前記ブームが前記アッパーフレームに装着される際に前記アダプタ本体の前記左右一対の係合ピンをそれぞれ上方から前記凹部に受け入れることで前記アダプタが少なくとも下方向に移動することを阻止する、左右一対の位置決め部を有する、
請求項1に記載の建設機械のブーム取付装置。 - 前記左右一対の後方張出部には、当該後方張出部を左右方向に沿って貫通する位置決めピン孔がそれぞれ開口されており、
前記アダプタ本体は、前記左右一対の後方張出部の左右方向における間隔よりも大きな寸法を有する位置決めピンを更に有し、当該位置決めピンは、その両端部が前記左右一対の後方張出部から左右方向の外側にそれぞれ突出するように前記左右一対の位置決めピン孔にそれぞれ挿通された状態で前記左右一対の後方張出部に固定されており、前記位置決めピンの前記両端部が前記左右一対の係合ピンを構成する、請求項2に記載の建設機械のブーム取付装置。 - 前記ブームが前記アッパーフレームに装着される際に、前記左右一対のガイドピンのうちの一方のガイドピンが他方のガイドピンに先立って前記左右一対の縦板の前記ガイド穴のうちの一方のガイド穴に挿入されるように、前記左右一対のガイドピンおよび前記左右一対の縦板の前記ガイド部の相対位置が設定されている、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の建設機械のブーム取付装置。
- 前記アダプタが前記アッパーフレームから脱離される場合に、左右方向から見て前記アダプタ本体の下端部が前記センターセクションの前記左右一対の縦板の上端部と合致したときに、前記左右一対のガイドピンのうちの少なくとも一方のガイドピンが、前記左右一対の縦板の前記ガイド穴のうちの少なくとも一方のガイド穴に挿入されているように、前記左右一対のガイドピンの長さがそれぞれ設定されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の建設機械のブーム取付装置。
- 前記左右一対のガイド部のうちの少なくとも一方のガイド部は、側面視において前記建設機械の外側から視認可能な位置に配置されている、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の建設機械のブーム取付装置。
