If the curl angle is less than 60°, it can be used as garment as it is cut off, but if it is 30° or less, the curl is hardly noticeable, so it is more suitable as apparel that is cut off, and if it is 5° or less, it can be applied to outer clothes. It is more preferable because it is excellent in aesthetics and does not cause discomfort due to skin contact at the edges.
- the long side (knitted fabric weft direction), the short side (knitted fabric warp direction), and the cut part (knitted fabric 45° direction) of the dried knitted fabric of the test piece were observed for each cut portion, and evaluated according to the following criteria. If the grade is 3 or higher, it can be used as clothes without cutting, and the grade 4 or higher is judged to be excellent in fraying property.
- Grade 5 No fray that protrudes more than 20 mm from the cutting part does not occur
- Grade 4 1 to 5 pieces of fray that protrudes more than 20 mm from the cutting part per 2.54 cm
- Class 3 Produce more than 20 mm from the cutting part No more than 6-10 frays per 2.54 cm 2nd class: No more than 20 mm fraying over 2.54 cm from the cutting part Class 1 No more than 20 mm fraying above the cutting part 2 21 pieces or more per .54 cm
- the fraying property is usually determined by extending the knitting end of the knitted fabric immediately after cutting to determine the presence or absence of fraying. It may touch the ground and cause fraying.
- the test was carried out by 10 monitors, and the average score of each item was used as the evaluation result.
- the average value was rounded down to the first decimal place.
- An average score of 4.0 or more was judged to be excellent in wearability or comfort.
- comfort during wearing is particularly important and contact with the skin at the end is also important, but it should be achieved with higher priority.

Abstract
Description

8.82mN/dtex
2.94mN/dtex
