上述板件包边方法,相比传统的包边方式,能有效减少人工操作的动作,节省人工和工时,适合大批量作业,通过治具限位,提高包边贴胶的效果和精度,在贴合包边的作业中,会有保护膜外形作为限制,可以有效防呆,减少漏贴的几率。
在其中一实施例中,当所述治具台的工作面上位于所述放置槽的两侧还分别设有所述第二定位柱时,
所述保护膜的两定位部相向翻折,带动两胶带同步翻折之后,按压待包边 的板件的两侧边处之前,还包括如下步骤:两定位部翻折后通过其定位孔分别挂接在所述第二定位柱上;
按压待包边的板件的两侧边处使胶带贴紧之后,还包括如下步骤:将保护膜从第二定位柱上取下,且将已包好边的板件从放置槽中取出,撕掉所述保护膜。

具体实施方式
参照图1-3,一实施例提供一种板件包边件10,包括两条间隔设置的胶带110,所述胶带110的一侧面为带胶面,所述带胶面上附着有离型膜120,两胶带110的另一侧面附着有保护膜130,所述保护膜130包括保护部132及两个定位部134,两个所述定位部134错开设置在所述保护部132的两侧,两条所述胶带110均附着在所述保护部132上,且两胶带110根据待包边的板件1上待包边位置间隔设置,所述定位部134上设有定位孔1342。
本实施例的板件包边件10,其中胶带110主要用于包裹板件的边缘;保护膜130的保护部132与胶带110远离所述离型膜120的一面粘结在一起,主要用于支撑两胶带110,且两胶带110根据待包边的板件1上待包边位置间隔设置,保护膜130对两胶带110起到定型、定位的作用,包边时待包边的板件1上需要包边的两个位置对应两胶带110,保护膜130的定位部134错开设置,可使两胶带110相向翻折包边时定位部134相互错开,避免干涉影响包边效果,包边效率及质量更高,外形冲切的同时,在保护膜130的定位部134上打孔,用于和板件包边机构30靠位和固定物料;离型膜120贴于胶带110的带胶面,作为对带胶面的保护,在板件包边机构30进行操作前再将离型膜120撕掉,将胶带110的带胶露出。该板件包边件10可配合板件包边机构30一起使用,用于对板件进行包边操作,减少人工操作的动作,节省人工和工时,能有效提高效率,适合大批量作业,通过与板件包边机构30配合使用进行限位,提高包边贴胶的效果和精度。在贴合包边的作业中,以保护膜130外形作为限制,可以有效防呆,减少漏贴的几率。
参照图1、4、7,所述定位孔1342设置在所述定位部134远离所述保护部132的一端。一方面便于将定位部134通过定位孔1342卡在板件包边机构30第一定位柱320上,另一方面满足定位部134翻折后能通过该定位孔1342卡在板 件包边机构30的第二定位柱330上。
参照图1、4,在其中一实施例中,每个所述定位部134上开设有两个所述定位孔1342。通过两个定位部134与板件包边机构30上两个第一定位柱320配合,定位效果更好。进一步,两个所述定位孔1342沿所述胶带110的长度方向间隔设置在定位部134的一边角处,定位部134的另一边角为缺角状。如此设置,是为了方便操作者对保护膜130进行操作。
参照图2、3,另一实施例提供一种板件包边卷材20,包括多个如上述任一项的板件包边件10,多个所述板件包边件10依次对应连接形成长条,所述长条可卷绕设置且可冲切成单个的所述板件包边件10。
本实施例的板件包边卷材20包括多个依次连接且绕成卷状的板件包边件10,板件包边件10通过离型膜120附上胶带110的带胶面,通过保护膜130附在两胶带110另一面,通过卷料的方式把这3个物料成卷的卷成卷料,可使用刀模进行连续冲切形成单片可操作的一个板件包边件10。裁出的单个板件包边件10可配合板件包边机构30一起使用,用于对板件进行包边操作,减少人工操作的动作,节省人工和工时,能有效提高效率,适合大批量作业,通过与板件包边机构30配合使用进行限位,提高包边贴胶的效果和精度。在贴合包边的作业中,以保护膜130外形作为限制,可以有效防呆,减少漏贴的几率。
如图4、5、6、7所示,又一实施例提供一种板件包边机构30,该板件包边机构30用于与上述任一实施例所述的板件包边件10配合使用的,所述板件包边机构30包括治具台310,所述治具台310的工作面上开设有用于放置待包边的板件1的放置槽312,所述工作面上位于所述放置槽312的两侧分别设有用于与两定位部134上的定位孔1342匹配的第一定位柱320,两条所述胶带110能分别设置在与所述放置槽312的两侧壁对应的位置处,且每条胶带110的一部 分置于所述工作面上,另一部分伸入所述放置槽312内。
本实施例的板件包边机构30配合所述板件包边件10使用,能有效减少人工操作的动作,节省人工和工时,能有效提高效率,适合大批量作业,通过板件包边机构30进行限位,提高包边贴胶的效果和精度。使用时,板件包边件10先放入对应的治具台310当中,通过两定位部134的定位孔1342套在对应的第一定位柱320上进行固定,将离型膜120撕掉,再将待包边的板件1放入放置槽312中,下压所述待包边的板件1,使放置槽312边缘的保护膜130、胶带110同步下陷形成可弯折的角度,再将两定位部134相对翻折,带动两胶带110同步翻折,两胶带110可将所述待包边的板件1两侧的正反面都包上,然后按压板件边缘确保边缘的胶带110贴紧,将包好边的板件取出,保护膜130撕掉后即可。其中第一定位柱320镶嵌于治具台310上,用于固定保护膜130及胶带110的位置;待包边的板件1,为胶带110需要包裹边缘的物料,可以是FPC或是其他软质物料;治具台310的工作面上镶嵌所述第一定位柱320及工作面中部挖有放置槽312,用于固定和限制待包边的板件1的位置。
如图4、6、7、8所示,在其中一实施例中,所述工作面上位于所述放置槽312的两侧还分别设有第二定位柱330,所述第二定位柱330相对第一定位柱320更靠近所述放置槽312,且当所述待包边的板件1置于所述放置槽312时,所述定位部134翻折能使其定位孔1342由第一定位柱320至与所述第二定位柱330配合。通过在对应定位部134翻折位置处的治具台310的工作面上设置第二定位柱330,使定位部134翻折包边后内与第二定位柱330挂接,对板件包边件10进行再次定位及限位后,再压紧板件两边缘处的胶带110,使胶带110包边更平整,进一步提高包边贴胶的效果和精度。
如图4、7所示,可选地,所述工作面上位于所述放置槽312的两侧分别设 有两个所述第一定位柱320、两个所述第二定位柱330。通过在放置槽312的两侧分别设有两个第一定位柱320、两个第二定位柱330,与定位部134上的两个定位孔1342配合,提高定位效果。进一步地,如图6所示,所述放置槽312的深度大于或者等于所述保护膜130、胶带110及待包边的板件1的厚度之和。确保放置槽312对板件、保护膜130及胶带110的限位,避免包边时胶带110贴歪,进一步提高包边贴胶的效果和精度。
如图9所示,一实施例提供一种板件包边方法,采用上述任一项所述的板件包边机构30,所述板件包边方法包括如下步骤:
S100:将上述任一项所述板件包边件10装配在所述治具台310上,离型膜120朝外,两定位部134通过其定位孔1342分别与放置槽312两侧的第一定位柱320挂接,两胶带110分别置于与所述放置槽312的两侧壁对应的位置处,且每条胶带110的一部分置于所述工作面上,另一部分伸入所述放置槽312内,将胶带110的带胶面上的离型膜120撕掉;
S200:将待包边的板件1置于所述板件包边件10上与所述放置槽312对应的位置处,且将待包边的板件1朝放置槽312的底壁方向下压,使位于放置槽312两侧壁处的保护膜130及胶带110同步下陷形成可弯折的角度;
S300:将保护膜130的两定位部134相向翻折,带动两胶带110同步翻折,使两胶带110分别将待包边的板件1的两侧边处的正反面都包住,按压待包边的板件1的两侧边处使胶带110贴紧。
本实施例的板件包边方法,相比传统的包边方式,能有效减少人工操作的动作,节省人工和工时,适合大批量作业,通过治具限位,提高包边贴胶的效果和精度,在贴合包边的作业中,会有保护膜130外形作为限制,可以有效防呆,减少漏贴的几率。
在其中一实施例中,当所述治具台310的工作面上位于所述放置槽312的两侧还分别设有所述第二定位柱330时,
所述保护膜130的两定位部134相向翻折,带动两胶带110同步翻折之后,按压待包边的板件1的两侧边处之前,还包括如下步骤:两定位部134翻折后通过其定位孔1342分别挂接在所述第二定位柱330上;
按压待包边的板件1的两侧边处使胶带110贴紧之后,还包括如下步骤:将保护膜130从第二定位柱330上取下,且将已包好边的板件从放置槽312中取出,撕掉所述保护膜130。
通过在保护膜130的两定位部134翻折后,增加步骤S310,对翻折后的定位部134及胶带110进行定位与限位,避免胶带110贴歪。步骤S320利用保护膜130将已包好边的板件从放置槽312中取出,操作方便简单。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种板件包边件,其中,包括两条间隔设置的胶带,所述胶带的一侧面为带胶面,所述带胶面上附着有离型膜,两胶带的另一侧面附着有保护膜,所述保护膜包括保护部及两个定位部,两个所述定位部错开设置在所述保护部的两侧,两条所述胶带均附着在所述保护部上,且两胶带根据待包边的板件上待包边位置间隔设置,所述定位部上设有定位孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述板件包边件,其中,所述定位孔设置在所述定位部远离所述保护部的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述板件包边件,其中,每个所述定位部上开设有两个所述定位孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述板件包边件,其中,两个所述定位孔沿所述胶带的长度方向间隔设置在定位部的一边角处,定位部的另一边角为缺角状。
  5. 一种板件包边卷材,其中,包括多个如权利要求1-4任一项的板件包边件,多个所述板件包边件依次对应连接形成长条,所述长条可卷绕设置且可冲切成单个的所述板件包边件。
  6. 一种板件包边机构,其中,用于与权利要求1-4任一项所述的板件包边件配合使用,所述板件包边机构包括治具台,所述治具台的工作面上开设有用于放置待包边的板件的放置槽,所述工作面上位于所述放置槽的两侧分别设有用于与两定位部上的定位孔匹配的第一定位柱,两条所述胶带能分别设置在与所述放置槽的两侧壁对应的位置处,且每条胶带的一部分置于所述工作面上,另一部分伸入所述放置槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述板件包边机构,其中,所述工作面上位于所述放置槽的两侧还分别设有第二定位柱,所述第二定位柱相对第一定位柱更靠近所述放置槽,且当所述待包边的板件置于所述放置槽时,所述定位部翻折能使其定 位孔由第一定位柱至与所述第二定位柱配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述板件包边机构,其中,所述工作面上位于所述放置槽的两侧分别设有两个所述第一定位柱、两个所述第二定位柱。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述板件包边机构,其中,所述放置槽的深度大于或者等于所述保护膜、胶带及待包边的板件的厚度之和。
  10. 一种板件包边方法,其中,采用权利要求6-9任一项所述的板件包边机构,所述板件包边方法包括如下步骤:
    将权利要求1-4任一项所述板件包边件装配在所述治具台上,离型膜朝外,两定位部通过其定位孔分别与放置槽两侧的第一定位柱挂接,两胶带分别置于与所述放置槽的两侧壁对应的位置处,且每条胶带的一部分置于所述工作面上,另一部分伸入所述放置槽内,将胶带的带胶面上的离型膜撕掉;
    将待包边的板件置于所述板件包边件上与所述放置槽对应的位置处,且将待包边的板件朝放置槽的底壁方向下压,使位于放置槽两侧壁处的保护膜及胶带同步下陷形成可弯折的角度;
    将保护膜的两定位部相向翻折,带动两胶带同步翻折,使两胶带分别将待包边的板件的两侧边处的正反面都包住,按压待包边的板件的两侧边处使胶带贴紧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述板件包边方法,其中,当所述治具台的工作面上位于所述放置槽的两侧还分别设有所述第二定位柱时,
    所述保护膜的两定位部相向翻折,带动两胶带同步翻折之后,按压待包边的板件的两侧边处之前,还包括如下步骤:两定位部翻折后通过其定位孔分别挂接在所述第二定位柱上;
    按压待包边的板件的两侧边处使胶带贴紧之后,还包括如下步骤:将保护 膜从第二定位柱上取下,且将已包好边的板件从放置槽中取出,撕掉所述保护膜。
