Abstract

一种可快速组立的容置盒,该容置盒是由一纸板一体折叠成,包含一底板(10),以及分别从底板周围延伸的左、右壁板(11,12)和前、后壁板(13,14),其中,该各壁板交接的四个角端分别设置一连动片(20),每一连动片(20)被一斜向折痕(21)区分为第一、第二折片(22,23),第一折片(22)向外延伸有一突出的定位片(24),且各定位片(24)在容置盒折叠成半折组状态时,是预先反折后再粘固于该左、右壁板(11,12)上,该容置盒由半折组状态组立成立体形状时,使用者由左、右壁板(11,12)的外侧向内推,使左、右壁板(11,12)竖立时,能够经由各定位片(24)及第一折片(22)顺向推动该前、后壁板(13,14)竖立,快速组立成立体状态。

Description

可快速组立的容置盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用纸板折叠而成的容置盒,旨在让容置盒能够从半折组状态快速组立成立体形状。
本发明主张2019年1月30日在中国申请的CN201910093794.3号发明专利申请的优先权,该CN201910093794.3号发明专利申请于图示中揭示本发明案的特征,并以引用方式并入本发明中。
背景技术
一般纸制的容置盒,除了能保护产品外,还能衬托产品质感,例如包装行动电话、平板电脑等高单价商品的精装盒,便是采用具有相当厚度的纸板所构成,使得整体包装呈现精致美观的视觉效果。
容置盒可由一纸板经折叠粘固组成,依商业习惯,会先组合成扁平状半折组状态以节省堆叠空间,待运输至销售端后,再由销售业者于销售现场组立成立体状态来容置及包装产品。
如图1所示,上述纸板101具有一底板102、分别由底板102左、右两侧延伸的一左壁板103及一右壁板104、以及分别由底板102前、后两侧延伸的一前壁板105及一后壁板106。其中,该左、右壁板103、104和前、后壁板105、106交接的四个角端分别设置一连动片200,每一连动片200分别设有一斜向折痕201,进而区分为分别相邻于左、右壁板103、104侧边的第一折片202、以及分别相邻于前、后壁板105、106的第二折片203,当左、右壁板103、104分别朝向底板102方向折叠后,将四个第二折片203分别粘着在相邻的前、后壁板105、106的两侧,即可组合成如图2所示的扁平状半折组状态100a。
如图3及图4所示,当使用者将半折组状态100a的左、右壁板103、104向外扳起竖立时,四个连动片200中的第一折片202被牵引同步动作,作用力经过各斜向折痕201以及分别粘着于前、后壁板105、106上的第二折片203后,凭借各第二折片203拉动前、后壁板105、106分别竖立而形成容置盒100。
如图3所示,上述过程中,作用力的传递是先由左、右壁板103、104带动四个连动片200的第一折片202,然后由第一折片202的外侧向内,经过相对位于内侧的斜向折痕201后,再分别由内向外逆向拉动位于斜向折痕201外侧的 第二折片203,最后再带动前、后壁板105、106竖立。
上述四个连动片200在拉动前、后壁板105、106作动时,该第一折片202与第二折片203会沿着斜向折痕201对折形成一锐角,使第一折片202与第二折片203彼此之间朝向原先尚未弯折时的方向回弹,产生一与作用力相反的回弹阻力,影响前、后壁板105、106作动竖立,导致整个施力过程非常不顺畅,而且会有卡滞感,特别是采用较厚的纸板时,各壁板、折片折叠后所产生的自然弹性就特别明显,让各壁板、折片容易朝原先尚未弯折时的方向回弹,影响容置盒的组立速度。
除此之外,在图1中,现有技术在第二折片203与前、后壁板105、106之间分别设有一断开的缺口107,以方便后续纸板折叠成扁平状半折组状态,但在容置盒组立后,上述第二折片203与前、后壁板105、106之间的缺口107会在外观上会形成如图3所示的粗糙边线,使使整体结构因为断开的缺口而显得不够稳固,也让外观不够细致美观,影响包装功能及商品的质感。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺失,本发明的目的在于提供一种可快速组立的容置盒,特别是针对上述连动片的构造加以改良,使容置盒由半折组状态组立成立体形状的过程中,减少连动片的回弹阻力,让作用力的传递能够较为顺畅,不会产生卡滞感。
为达成上述目的,本发明为一种可快速组立的容置盒,该容置盒是由一纸板一体折叠而成,包含一底板、分别由该底板左、右两侧延伸的一左壁板及一右壁板、以及分别由底板前、后两侧延伸的一前壁板及一后壁板,其中,该左、右壁板和前、后壁板交接的四个角端分别设置一连动片,每一连动片分别设有一由左、右壁板和前、后壁板彼此交接位置为起点呈对角线向外侧延伸的斜向折痕,进而将每一连动片区分为分别相邻于前、后壁板侧边的第一折片、以及分别相邻于左、右壁板的第二折片,其特征在于:
每一第一折片的外侧由斜向折痕向左或向右延伸有一定位片,每一定位片分别位于相邻的第二折片的外侧,并且与第二折片之间设有一切断线,该切断线由外向内延伸到该斜向折痕为止,使每一定位片能够以斜向折痕为基准线预先反折;以及
该前、后壁板分别朝向底板折叠而形成半折组状态时,每一连动片的第一、 第二折片以内侧面叠靠于相邻的左、右壁板上,且每一已经反折的定位片以外侧面分别粘合固定于该左、右壁板;当左、右壁板相对于底板由外向内推,使左、右壁板竖立时,凭借各连动片的定位片经第一折片顺向推动该前、后壁板竖立。
凭借上述构造,该容置盒在半折组状态时,由于各连动片的定位片是先朝向第一折片反折后再与左、右壁板固定,因此各壁板相对于底板竖立时,该定位片与第一折片彼此之间先从对折的状态自然展开,且施予左、右壁板的推力远大于该第一折片和第二折片彼此之间因对折产生的回弹阻力。
因此,该容置盒在组立时,其作用力的传递是先由左、右壁板带动四个连动片的定位片,然后由外向内经过相对位于内侧的斜向折痕后,顺向带动分别位于斜向折痕内侧的第一折片,进而推动前、后壁板竖立,减少使用者施力时的卡滞感,达到快速组立容置盒的功效。
以下进一步说明各元件的具体实施方式:
实施时,该各定位片粘合固定于该左、右壁板的内侧面后切齐于左、右壁板的左、右边缘。
实施时,该左、右壁板分别从左、右边缘向外延伸一遮盖板,该左、右壁板和前、后壁板相对于该底板竖立后,该二遮盖板分别朝向左、右壁板的内侧面反折并叠靠于对应的二第一折片及二定位片的内侧面,以遮蔽对应的二第一折片及二定位片。
实施时,该前、后壁板分别从前、后边缘向外延伸一辅助加强板,该二辅助加强板分别反折固定在对应的前、后壁板的内侧面。
实施时,该二辅助加强板的左、右两侧边缘分别延伸设有一固定在对应侧的第一折片上的翼片。
实施时,各遮盖板及辅助加强板的外缘分别向外延伸设有一边条,该边条在容置盒折叠组立前,先向内反折叠合于对应的遮盖板及辅助加强板的内侧面。
相较于现有技术,本发明改良连动片的构造,能有效减少第一、第二折片的回弹阻力,使容置盒由半折组状态组立成立体形状的过程中,其作用力的传递是先由左、右壁板带动四个连动片的定位片经分别位于斜向折痕内侧的第一折片顺向带动前、后壁板竖立,减少使用者施力时的卡滞感,达到快速组立容置盒的功效。此外,由于各定位片的设置,使该纸板裁切时,各连动片的第二折片与左、右壁板之间不需设置断开的缺口,使容置盒组立后,在四个角端的 边缘分别形成一折叠边,使整体结构稳固,也不会如同现有技术般产生粗糙的边线,整体外观较为细致美观。
以下依据本发明的技术手段,列举出适于本发明的具体实施方式,并配合图式说明如后。

具体实施方式
如图5所示,本发明为一种可快速组立的容置盒,该容置盒是由一纸板100一体裁切折叠而成,包含一底板10、分别由该底板10左、右两侧延伸的一左壁板11及一右壁板12、以及分别由底板10前、后两侧延伸的一前壁板13及一后壁板14,其中,该左、右壁板11、12和前、后壁板13、14交接的四个角端分别设置一连动片20,每一连动片20分别设有一斜向折痕21。
每一连动片20的斜向折痕21是由左、右壁板11、12和前、后壁板13、14彼此交接位置为起点呈对角线向外侧延伸,进而将每一连动片20区分为分别相 邻于前、后壁板13、14侧边的第一折片22、以及分别相邻于左、右壁板11、12的第二折片23。
每一第一折片22的外侧由斜向折痕21向左或向右延伸有一定位片24,每一定位片24分别位于相邻的第二折片23的外侧,并且与第二折片23之间设有一切断线25,该切断线25由外向内延伸到该斜向折痕21为止,使每一定位片24能够以斜向折痕21为基准线朝向第一折片22预先反折,让各定位片24的内侧面叠靠于第一折片22的内侧面。
如图6所示,该前、后壁板13、14分别朝向底板10中央折叠并叠合于底板10上方时,每一连动片20的第一、第二折片22、23以内侧面叠靠于相邻的左、右壁板11、12上,且每一已经反折的定位片24以外侧面分别粘合固定于对应的左、右壁板11、12,让容置盒形成半折组状态。
如图7、图8所示,当使用者将半折组状态的左、右壁板11、12相对于底板10由外向内推,让左、右壁板11、12竖立时,各连动片20的定位片24被带动同步动作,作用力经过各斜向折痕21以及各第一折片22后,顺向推动前、后壁板13、14竖立而组立成立体状态的容置盒。
上述具体实施方式中,即便连动片20没有设置第二折片23,或者是第二折片23并未与左、右壁板11、12连接,在将半折组状态的左、右壁板11、12相对于底板10由外向内竖立时,仍然可以通过定位片24和第一折片22推动前、后壁板13、14竖立;而本实施例中,由于各定位片24的设置,使该纸板裁切时,各连动片20的第二折片23与左、右壁板11、12之间不需设置断开的缺口而相互连接,其优点是当容置盒组立成立体状态后,连动片20的第一、第二折片22、23形成对叠状态,且第二折片23与左、右壁板11、12之间在四个角端的边缘分别形成一折叠边26,不但能够增加左、右壁板11、12及前、后壁板13、14交接的四个角端的结构强度,增强容置盒的纵向抗压力,该折叠边26还能够让整体外观较为细致美观,不会产生粗糙的边线,是较佳的具体实施方式。
再者,该容置盒在半折组状态时,各连动片20的定位片24是先朝向第一折片22反折后再与左、右壁板11、12固定,因此各壁板相对于底板10竖立时,该定位片24与第一折片22彼此之间先从对折的状态再自然展开,而施予左、右壁板11、12的推力远大于该第一折片22和第二折片23彼此之间因对折产生的回弹阻力,让该容置盒在组立时,其作用力的传递是先由左、右壁板11、12带动四个连动片20的定位片24,然后由外向内经过相对位于内侧的斜向折痕 21后,再顺向带动分别位于斜向折痕21内侧的第一折片22,进而推动前、后壁板13、14竖立,减少使用者施力时的卡滞感,达到快速组立容置盒的功效。
除此之外,因上述各连动片20分别与左、右壁板11、12和前、后壁板13、14的连接关系,所以容置盒在半折组状态时,使用者也能够先将前、后壁板13、14相对于底板10扳起朝向外侧竖立,各连动片20的第一折片22被牵引同步动作,让作用力经过各斜向折痕21以及分别粘着于左、右壁板11、12上的定位片24后,顺向牵引带动左、右壁板11、12竖立而组立成立体状态的容置盒。
总的,容置盒在半折组状态时,无论是操作左、右壁板11、12由外向内推,进而推动前、后壁板13、14竖立,或者是操作前、后壁板13、14朝向外侧竖起而带动左、右壁板11、12竖立,都是可以实施的方式。
如图8、图9所示,该各定位片24黏合固定于该左、右壁板11、12的内侧面后切齐于左、右壁板11、12的左、右边缘,如此补强左、右壁板11、12的强度,增强容置盒的纵向抗压力,让容置盒不易受压变形。另外,该定位片24的长度可如图9中,配合左、右壁板11、12的宽度而延长设计,让不同大小的容置盒都能够维持结构的稳定性。
图10至图13为本发明第三实施例,与第一实施例的差异在于,该左、右壁板11、12分别从左、右边缘向外延伸一遮盖板30,该前、后壁板13、14分别从前、后边缘向外延伸一辅助加强板40,该二辅助加强板40的左、右两侧边缘分别延伸设有一翼片41。
如图10、图11所示,该二辅助加强板40分别反折固定在对应的前、后壁板13、14的内侧面,且该辅助加强板40的左、右两侧翼片41分别固定在对应侧的第一折片22上后,再将前、后壁板13、14与二辅助加强板40朝向底板10中央折叠并叠合于底板10上方,形成扁平状的半折组状态,其中各连动片20、定位片24的折叠方式与固定位置与第一实施例相同,在此不重复赘述。
如图12、图13所示,当使用者将左、右壁板11、12相对于底板10由外向内推,使左、右壁板11、12竖立时,各连动片20的定位片24能够分别顺向带动第一折片22推动前、后壁板13、14与二辅助加强板40向上竖立,同时各连动片20的第一折片22和定位片24展开叠靠于对应的左、右壁板11、12的内侧面后,再将该二遮盖板30分别朝向左、右壁板11、12的内侧面反折并叠靠遮蔽于对应的二第一折片22、二定位片24及二翼片41的内侧面,维持容置盒的美观。
此外,在此实施例中,各遮盖板30及辅助加强板40的外缘分别向外延伸设有一边条50,各边条50能够在容置盒折叠组立前,先向内反折叠靠于对应的遮盖板30及辅助加强板40的内侧面,且各边条50在各遮盖板30及辅助加强板40反折固定于对应的壁板后隐藏,让遮盖板30及辅助加强板40在容置盒组立后形成美观的修饰边。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种可快速组立的容置盒,该容置盒是由一纸板一体折叠而成,包含一底板、分别由该底板左、右两侧延伸的一左壁板及一右壁板、以及分别由底板前、后两侧延伸的一前壁板及一后壁板;其中,该左壁板、右壁板和前壁板、后壁板交接的四个角端分别设置一连动片,每一连动片分别设有一由左壁板、右壁板和前壁板、后壁板彼此交接位置为起点呈对角线向外侧延伸的斜向折痕,进而将每一连动片区分为分别相邻于前壁板、后壁板侧边的第一折片、以及分别相邻于左壁板、右壁板的第二折片,其特征在于:
    每一第一折片的外侧由斜向折痕向左或向右延伸有一定位片,每一定位片分别位于相邻的第二折片的外侧,并且与第二折片之间设有一切断线,该切断线由外向内延伸到该斜向折痕为止,使每一定位片能够以斜向折痕为基准线预先反折;以及
    该前壁板、后壁板分别朝向底板折叠而形成半折组状态时,每一连动片的第一折片、第二折片以内侧面叠靠于相邻的左壁板、右壁板上,且每一已经反折的定位片以外侧面分别粘合固定于该左壁板、右壁板;当左壁板、右壁板相对于底板由外向内推,让左壁板、右壁板竖立时,凭借各连动片的定位片经第一折片顺向推动该前壁板、后壁板竖立。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可快速组立的容置盒,其特征在于,该各定位片粘合固定于该左壁板、右壁板的内侧面后切齐于左壁板、右壁板的左边缘、右边缘。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可快速组立的容置盒,其特征在于,该左壁板、右壁板分别从左边缘、右边缘向外延伸一遮盖板,该左壁板、右壁板和前壁板、后壁板相对于该底板扳起竖立后,该二遮盖板分别朝向左壁板、右壁板的内侧面反折并叠靠于对应的二第一折片及二定位片的内侧面,以遮蔽对应的二第一折片及二定位片。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可快速组立的容置盒,其特征在于,该前壁板、后壁板分别从前边缘、后边缘向外延伸一辅助加强板,二辅助加强板分别反折固定在对应的前壁板、后壁板的内侧面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可快速组立的容置盒,其特征在于,该二辅助加强板的左、右两侧边缘分别延伸设有一固定在对应侧的第一折片上的翼片。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的可快速组立的容置盒,其特征在于,各遮盖板及辅助 加强板的外缘分别向外延伸设有一边条,该边条在容置盒折叠组立前,先向内反折叠合于对应的遮盖板及辅助加强板的内侧面。
