Description

折疊容置盒
本創作為一種折疊容置盒，技術內容涉及利用複數加強片補強前、後壁板與複數側壁板的強度，使得容置盒在環保考量下採用較薄的紙板製作、和減少紙板備製所需面積時，仍可維持結構穩定性。
一般紙製容置盒除了能保護產品、方便產品運輸和儲藏外，還能襯托產品質感，例如精裝盒種類的固定式容置盒，大部分是採用具有相當厚度的紙板所構成，令整體呈現精緻美觀的視覺效果，又不失結構穩固的優點。
如第一圖所示，為一種現有的折疊容置盒，該折疊容置盒在製程中先在厚紙板上預設有複數摺線，並能先將厚紙板摺疊固定成扁平狀的半折組盒體100，方便運輸和儲藏作業，待使用時，再如第二圖所示，展開半折組盒體100並以黏膠101固定成立體狀，即完成折疊容置盒的組裝。
上述折疊容置盒呈現出與固定式容置盒同樣的質感效果，具有節省運輸和儲藏空間的優點，但折疊容置盒仍是使用具有相當厚度的紙板，製造材料成本偏高，而且盒體雖然以黏膠固定，卻容易因紙板摺疊後反彈鬆脫，造成折疊容置盒塌陷。
本創作人曾試著以較薄的紙板製作成多邊形的折疊容置盒，以節省材料來降低生產成本並兼顧環保目的，但製成的折疊容置盒容易受壓扭曲變形，影響折疊容置盒整體的結構強度。因此，如何在環保考量下以更有經濟效益的方式達到折疊容置盒的結構強度，將是本創作人所欲解決之問題。
本創作之目的在於提供一種折疊容置盒，該容置盒能以較薄的紙板製作，和減少紙板備製時所需面積，該容置盒主要是在前、後壁板與複數側壁板中分別設置一加強片，使得容置盒在降低材料成本以及環保的同時仍可達到結構的穩定性。
為達成上述目的，本創作折疊容置盒是由一預設有壓痕的紙板折疊而成，包含一多邊形底板，該多邊形底板的前、後邊分別延伸有一前壁板、一後壁板，且該多邊形底板除了前、後邊以外的兩側邊中，每一側邊分別延伸有至少一側壁板，其中：該前、後壁板外緣分別可反摺地延伸有一定位片，且該定位片上貼合固定一第一加強片；所述各側壁板與前、後壁板相鄰位置分別設有一輔助固定片黏著於該前、後壁板的內側面，且各側壁板外緣分別延伸有一反摺片，該反摺片反摺黏著於側壁板的內側面，且反摺片與側壁板的內側面之間設有一第二加強片；所述前、後壁板以及複數側壁板分別豎立在該多邊形底板上方共同圍繞成一容置空間，且前、後壁板的定位片及第一加強片朝向內側反摺後，疊合遮蓋於對應的輔助固定片的內側面，以固定容置盒的立體形狀。
以下進一步說明各元件之實施方式：實施時，所述各第一加強片分別預先固定在各定位片上、各第二加強片分別預先固定在各側壁板或反摺片上，並且將第二加強片與反摺片反摺黏著於側壁板的內側面，再將輔助固定片黏著於該前、後壁板的內側面，形成扁平狀的半折組狀態。
實施時，各輔助固定片上設有一呈對角線設置的傾斜摺痕，該傾斜摺痕從前、後壁板的下方邊緣向前、後壁板的上方中央方向傾斜，所述各側壁板向上扳折豎立，該前、後壁板通過各輔助固定片的牽引同時豎立，且各輔助固定片沿著傾斜摺痕呈斜角對折。
藉由上述構造，將複數側壁板分別豎立在該多邊形 底板上方時，由於輔助固定片黏著於該前、後壁板的內側面，因此可使前、後壁板分別被輔助固定片牽引豎立，再由前、後壁板的定位片及第一加強片朝向內側反摺疊合於對應的輔助固定片的內側面，即能固定容置盒的立體形狀。
其中，前、後壁板的定位片及第一加強片反摺疊合在輔助固定片內側面的結構設計，使得容置盒以較薄的紙板製作時，能夠補強前、後壁板以及複數側壁板的強度，當容置盒的側壁板受到擠壓時，能夠藉由第一加強片的兩側頂抵於側壁板而防止坍塌，具有節省製作成本以及結構穩固的優點。
實施時，位於多邊形底板同一側邊的側壁板為複數片，而且彼此相互連接，其中與前、後壁板相鄰的側壁板底緣進一步設有一延伸至多邊形底板邊緣的連接片。
實施時，與前、後壁板相鄰之側壁板的反摺片邊緣延伸有能固定在對應之輔助固定片內側面的翼片。
實施時，該多邊形底板除了前、後邊以外的複數兩側邊彼此兩兩相對，使多邊形底板形成偶數邊。
相較於先前技術，本創作能以較薄的紙板製作成摺疊容置盒，並且在容置盒的前、後壁板與複數側壁板中分別設置加強片，使得容置盒藉由加強片補強容置盒的強度，具有降低材料成本與結構穩固的優點。

本創作折疊容置盒主要是利用加強片來補強前、後壁板與複數側壁板的強度，並藉由加強片拼接延伸，使得容置盒採用較薄紙板製作和減少紙板備製所需面積時，仍可維持結構穩定性。該折疊容置盒由一預設有壓痕的紙板折疊而成，包含一多邊形底板10，第三至九圖以四邊形的多邊形底板為例，第十至十二圖以八邊形的多邊形底板為例。
如第三至七圖所示，該多邊形底板10的前邊11、後邊12分別延伸有一前壁板21、後壁板22，且除了前、後邊11、12以外的兩側邊13中，每一側邊13分別延伸有至少一側壁板30，該前、後壁板21、22外緣分別可反摺地延伸有一定位片23，且該定位片23上貼合拼接有一第一加強片40。
二側壁板30外緣分別延伸有一反摺片31，該反摺片31上貼合拼接有一第二加強片50，所述反摺片31與第二加強片50能如第四圖所示，反摺黏著於側壁板30的內側面。實施時，該反摺片31邊緣延伸有一翼片311。
所述二側壁板30與前、後壁板21、22相鄰位置分別設有一輔助固定片32，前述各翼片311能固定在對應之輔助固定片32內側面。如第五圖所示，當二側壁板30與二第二加強片 50分別反摺疊合於多邊形底板10上方時，各輔助固定片32可黏著於該前、後壁板21、22的內側面，形成扁平狀的半折組狀態，節省運輸和儲藏空間。
此實施例中，各輔助固定片32上設有一呈對角線設置的傾斜摺痕321，該傾斜摺痕321從前、後壁板21、22的下方邊緣向前、後壁板21、22的上方中央方向傾斜，讓使用者將二側壁板30向上扳折豎立時，能如第六圖所示，前、後壁板21、22分別通過各輔助固定片32同時被牽引豎立，且各輔助固定片32沿著傾斜摺痕321呈斜角對折。
在前、後壁板21、22以及二側壁板30分別豎立在該多邊形底板10上方共同圍繞成一容置空間後，將前、後壁板21、22的定位片23及第一加強片40朝向內側反摺疊合於對應的輔助固定片32的內側面，即能夠如第七圖所示固定容置盒的立體形狀，完成折疊容置盒的組裝。
其中，前、後壁板的定位片及第一加強片反摺疊合在輔助固定片內側面的結構設計，使得容置盒在環保考量下以較薄的紙板製作時，能夠補強前、後壁板以及複數側壁板的強度，當容置盒的側壁板受到擠壓時，能夠藉由第一加強片的兩側頂抵於側壁板而防止坍塌，具有降低材料成本、環保以及結構穩固的優點。
第八圖為折疊容置盒的實施例二，與實施例一的結構差異在於第二加強片50的預設位置，實施例一是預設在反摺片31上，實施例二則是預設在側壁板30上。
此外，在第三圖中，各定位片23的面積可預設為小於前、後壁板21、22的面積，再透過第一加強片40向外拼接延伸形成與前、後壁板21、22差不多的面積大小，當然此種結構也能應用在反摺片31與側壁板30上，減少紙板在備製時所需的面積。因此，實施例一不但能以較薄的紙板製作，還能減少紙板在備製時所需的面積，節省材料成本。
第九圖為折疊容置盒的實施例三，與前述二實施例 的結構差異在於第一加強片40的面積預設為小於前、後壁板21、22或定位片23的面積；第二加強片50的面積預設為小於側壁板30或反摺片31的面積，同樣能夠達到讓容置盒穩固組合的效果，減少加強片在備製時所需的面積，節省材料成本並兼具環保價值。
第十至十二圖為八邊形的多邊形底板10，其前、後壁板21、22、側壁板30、定位片23、反摺片31、第一加強片40、第二加強片50的設置位置與折組方式、結構等與前述實施例大致相同，以下僅說明差異之處：圖示中，位於多邊形底板10同一側邊13的側壁板30為複數片，而且彼此之間相互連接，並且在前、後壁板21、22相鄰的側壁板30A底緣設有一延伸至多邊形底板10邊緣的連接片33，各連接片33上設有一摺線331，並能沿著摺線331對摺，讓各側壁板30向上扳折時能夠豎立在該多邊形底板10上方。
當前、後壁板21、22以及複數側壁板30分別豎立在該多邊形底板10上方後，再將輔助固定片32黏著於該前、後壁板21、22的內側面，接著將前、後壁板21、22的定位片23及第一加強片40朝向內側反摺疊合於對應的輔助固定片32的內側面，即能固定容置盒的立體形狀，完成八邊形折疊容置盒的組裝。
本創作適合使用在多邊形底板10為偶數邊的折疊容置盒中，但亦不排除多邊形底板10為奇數邊的折疊容置盒。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種折疊容置盒，是由一預設有壓痕的紙板折疊而成，包含一多邊形底板，該多邊形底板的前、後邊分別延伸有一前壁板、一後壁板，且該多邊形底板除了前、後邊以外的兩側邊中，每一側邊分別延伸有至少一側壁板，其中：該前、後壁板外緣分別可反摺地延伸有一定位片，且該定位片上貼合固定一第一加強片；所述各側壁板與前、後壁板相鄰位置分別設有一輔助固定片黏著於該前、後壁板的內側面，且各側壁板外緣分別延伸有一反摺片，該反摺片反摺黏著於側壁板的內側面，且反摺片與側壁板的內側面之間設有一第二加強片；所述前、後壁板以及複數側壁板分別豎立在該多邊形底板上方共同圍繞成一容置空間，且前、後壁板的定位片及第一加強片朝向內側反摺後，疊合遮蓋於對應的輔助固定片的內側面，以固定容置盒的立體形狀。
  2. 如請求項1所述之折疊容置盒，其中，所述各第一加強片分別預先固定在各定位片上、各第二加強片分別預先固定在各側壁板或反摺片上，並且將第二加強片與反摺片反摺黏著於側壁板的內側面，並將輔助固定片黏著於該前、後壁板的內側面，形成扁平狀的半折組狀態。
  3. 如請求項2所述之折疊容置盒，其中，各輔助固定片上設有一呈對角線設置的傾斜摺痕，該傾斜摺痕從前、後壁板的下方邊緣向前、後壁板的上方中央方向傾斜，所述各側壁板向上扳折豎立，並通過各輔助固定片帶動前、後壁板同時豎立，且各輔助固定片沿著傾斜摺痕呈斜角對折。
  4. 如請求項1所述之折疊容置盒，其中，位於多邊形底板同一側邊的側壁板為複數片，而且彼此相互連接，且與前、後壁板相鄰的側壁板底緣進一步設有一延伸至多邊形底板邊緣的連接片。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之折疊容置盒，其中，與前、後壁板相鄰之側壁板的反摺片邊緣延伸有能固定在對應之輔助固定片內側面的翼片。
  6. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之折疊容置盒，其中，該多邊形底板除了前、後邊以外的複數兩側邊彼此兩兩相對，使多邊形底板形成偶數邊。
