Abstract

本發明為一種提拉式快速組立的容置盒，包含一呈扁平半折組狀態的折疊盒、以及一厚度相對較厚而活動設置在該折疊盒上方的牽引支撐板，其特徵在於：該牽引支撐板具有複數折線而分隔成二活動支撐片及一中央設有一提拉部的底支撐片；使用者以提拉的方式提取該提拉部，並藉由二活動支撐片帶動扁平半折組狀態的折疊盒的四周壁板相對於底板豎立後，再將該底支撐片下壓，快速地讓底支撐片攤平地疊合於底板上方、二活動支撐片分別疊合於前、後壁板的內側面，形成具有容置空間的立體狀態，並藉由該牽引支撐板來補強折疊盒的強度。

Description

提拉式快速組立的容置盒
本發明為一種與紙製容置盒相關的技術，能夠以提拉方式快速地組立容置盒，也能夠拆卸成扁平狀態，並兼具補強結構的優點。
如第一圖所示，一般紙製精裝容置盒為了印刷出精美的圖案，其採用的紙質強度較為不足，在盛裝比較重的物品時，容易變形，為了補強紙製精裝容置盒在強度上的缺失，業者利用一厚度較厚的紙製內盒101襯墊在一精緻外盒102的內層。組合時，必須在二者四周的壁板尚未豎立前，即紙板狀態下，將該內盒101黏著於外盒102上方後，透過外盒102令複數壁板豎立在底板周圍，即可形成具有容置空間的立體形狀。但此種經補強後的精裝容置盒固定後便無法折疊回扁平狀，需要較大的收納空間，運輸成本也相對較高。
另外，如第二圖所示，JP特開200043846是以一塊紙板裁切後一體折疊而成，在折疊組合後的容置盒103具有雙層底板104及雙層壁板105，該容置盒固然能夠省略黏著固定的步驟，組合工時較短，但由於內層和外層為同一塊紙板，即同一種材質所構成，為了摺疊方便仍必須以較薄的紙板製作，即便有雙層結構，其強度仍然有不足的疑慮。若是採用較厚的紙板，其缺點是不容易折疊組立，而且折疊組立後，雙層底板104中央的扣接部106會突出於接縫107位置，不夠精緻美觀；此外，該容置盒組立成盒體後也不容易拆卸。
尤其是依照一般商業習慣，折疊容置盒通常會先組合呈扁平狀的半折組狀態，以方便收納和運輸，待運輸至銷售端，再由銷售業者組立成立體狀態來包裝產品，但上述JP特開200043846組立時，銷售業者必須先將兩邊扣接部106接合後，才能組立成容置盒，步驟較為繁瑣，不但會增加消費者等候包裝的時間，也影響到業者的服務管理。
有鑑於此，本發明人乃累積多年相關領域的研究以及實務經驗，特創作出一種能夠以提拉方式快速組立的容置盒，改善習知容置盒無法折疊收納、不方便組立、以及結構強度不足的缺失。
本發明之目的在於提供一種提拉式快速組立的容置盒，讓使用者能夠以提拉方式操作一牽引支撐板帶動一扁平半折組狀態的折疊盒組立成立體狀態，也能夠在未使用時快速地拆卸回復到扁平的狀態，同時藉由該牽引支撐板來補強折疊盒的強度。
為達成上述目的，本發明為一種提拉式快速組立的容置盒，包含一呈扁平半折組狀態的折疊盒、以及一厚度大於該折疊盒，並且活動設置在該折疊盒上方的牽引支撐板，該折疊盒包含一底板，以及分別從該底板的四邊向外延伸的前、後壁板與左、右壁板，該左、右壁板向內折疊在該底板兩側，該前、後壁板與左、右壁板交接的四個角端分別設有一連動片彼此相連；其特徵在於： 該折疊盒前、後壁板的外緣分別可反折地延伸有固定在該牽引支撐板前、後側的前、後反折片；該牽引支撐板具有前、後折線而將該牽引支撐板可相對彎折地區隔成分別位於前後側的二活動支撐片、及位於該二活動支撐片之間的一底支撐片，該底支撐片中央設有一與該前、後折線平行的中央折線，並在該底支撐片中心設有一供使用者施力的提拉部； 所述提拉部向上提取，可通過該二活動支撐片帶動該折疊盒的前、後壁板相對於底板豎立，並透過複數連動片分別牽引左、右壁板向上豎立後，再將該牽引支撐板的底支撐片向下壓，使底支撐片攤平地疊合於底板上方，二活動支撐片反折疊靠於該前、後壁板的內側面，快速地將折疊盒和牽引支撐板組立成形成具有容置空間的立體狀態。
以下進一步說明各元件之實施方式：
實施時，該提拉部為一上掀式施力片，該上掀式施力片是由一設置在底支撐片之中央折線中心的半圓形切割線所形成，使該上掀式施力片能夠沿著半圓形切割線相對於底支撐片掀起豎立供使用者提取。
實施時，該提拉部為一拉繩、或一凸扣、或一挖設於底支撐片的穿孔。
該折疊盒的左、右壁板的內側面，分別設有一厚度大於折疊盒的固定支撐片。
實施時，該左、右壁板的外緣分別延伸有一左、右反折片，該左、右反折片反折黏著於對應之固定支撐片的內側面。
實施時，該提拉部向上提取令該底支撐片沿著中央折線彎折隆起，並令二活動支撐片沿著二前、後折線彎折帶動該折疊盒的前、後壁板相對於底板豎立。

相較於先前技術，使用者能夠以提拉的方式操作該牽引支撐板帶動扁平狀的折疊盒快速地組立成立體狀態，也能夠在容置盒未使用時反向提取該牽引支撐板，讓折疊盒回復到扁平的狀態。此外，該牽引支撐板與折疊盒使用不同厚度的紙板，除了能夠降低材料成本外，該牽引支撐板還能夠補強折疊盒的結構強度，改善習知容置盒無法折疊收納、不方便組立、以及結構強度不足的問題。
以下依據本發明之技術手段，列舉出適於本發明之實施方式，並配合圖式說明如後：
如第三、四圖所示，本發明為一種提拉式快速組立的容置盒，包含一能夠折疊成扁平半折組狀態的折疊盒1、以及一能夠帶動該折疊盒1從半折組狀態組立成立體狀態的牽引支撐板2。

該左、右壁板30的外緣分別延伸有一左、右反折片31，該左、右反折片31反折黏著於對應之左、右壁板30上，或者是如圖示中，該左、右壁板30的內側面分別設有一厚度大於折疊盒1的固定支撐片50，該左、右反折片31反折黏著於對應之固定支撐片50的內側面上。
如第五、六圖所示，該折疊盒1的左、右壁板30和對應的固定支撐片50分別朝向該底板10的中央折疊並疊合於底板10上方，且各連動片40朝向該前、後壁板20的中央折疊並固定於前、後壁板20的上方，形成扁平的半折組狀態。
該牽引支撐板2的厚度大於折疊盒1，具有對應於該折疊盒1之前、後壁板20的二活動支撐片60、以及對應於該折疊盒1底板10的一底支撐片70，該二活動支撐片60及底支撐片70由二前、後折線61區隔而成，且在該底支撐片70中央設有一與該前、後折線61平行的中央折線71，並在底支撐片70中心設有一供使用者施力的提拉部72。
前述牽引支撐板2疊合在呈半折組狀態的折疊盒1的左、右壁板30及複數連動片40的上方，且該折疊盒1的前、後壁板20的外緣分別延伸有一前、後反折片21，該前、後反折片21可反折地固定在該牽引支撐板2之二活動支撐片60上。
如第七、八圖所示，使用者能夠以提拉的方式提取該牽引支撐板2的提拉部72，並抓握該底支撐片70施力，令該底支撐片70沿著中央折線71彎折隆起，並令該二活動支撐片60沿著二前、後折線61相對於底支撐片70朝上彎折，同時能夠帶動前、後壁板20相對於底板10扳起豎立，並透過複數連動片40分別牽引左、右壁板30及對應的固定支撐片50向上豎立。
如第九、十圖所示，該前、後壁板20和左、右壁板30豎立後，該連動片40疊靠於對應之前、後壁板20的內側面，使用者再將該牽引支撐板2的底支撐片70向下壓，使底支撐片70攤平地疊合於底板10上方，二活動支撐片60反折疊靠於對應的前、後壁板20及複數連動片40的內側面，快速地組立折疊盒1和牽引支撐板2形成具有容置空間的立體狀態。
當然，在容置盒未使用時，能夠從折疊盒1的底板10上方提取該牽引支撐板2，即可以第十圖至第七圖的順序，反向拆卸該牽引支撐板2，讓折疊盒1回復到扁平的半折組狀態。再者，該牽引支撐板與折疊盒使用不同厚度的紙板，除了能夠降低材料成本外，該牽引支撐板還能夠補強折疊盒的結構強度，改善習知容置盒無法折疊收納、以及結構強度不足的問題。
待使用者熟悉容置盒的組立步驟，便能夠像圖示中以單手提取該牽引支撐板，更為快速的組立容置盒。實施時，該提拉部72為可圖示中拉繩，或者是一凸扣(圖未揭示)、或一挖設於底支撐片的穿孔(圖未揭示)等可供使用者施力的元件，皆是可實行的方式。
或者是如第十一圖所示，該提拉部為一上掀式施力片73，該上掀式施力片73是由一設置在底支撐片70之中央折線71中心的半圓形切割線74所形成，使該上掀式施力片73能夠沿著半圓形切割線74相對於底支撐片70掀起豎立供使用者提取；反之，當前、後壁板20和左、右壁板30豎立，且底支撐片70攤平地疊合於底板10上方時，該上掀式施力片73亦能夠攤平地疊合於底板10上方，使整體容置盒內部底面保持平整。
另外，該牽引支撐板2能夠在二活動支撐片60上分別設有一靠近並平行於前、後折線61的第二折線62，當折疊盒1為較大尺寸時，二第二折線62能夠輔助二活動支撐片60反折疊靠於對應的前、後壁板20及複數連動片40的內側面，方便使用者組立。
再者，如第四圖所示，每一連動片40具有一呈對角線延伸的斜向折痕41，使該連動片40被區分為與前、後壁板20相連的第一折片42、以及一與左、右壁板30相連的第二折片43，該第一折片42的外側邊朝向前、後壁板20具有一定位片44，且該定位片44與第一折片42的交接位置設有一切斷線45，該切斷線45由外向內延伸到該斜向折痕41為止，使該定位片44以斜向折痕41為基準線，朝向前、後壁板20折疊。
前述折疊盒1呈扁平半折組狀態時，每一連動片40的第一、第二折片42、43以內側面疊靠於相鄰的前、後壁板20上，該定位片44則沿著該斜向折痕41先向內對折後以外側面黏合固定於該前、後壁板20上。
當前、後壁板20相對於底板10豎立時，每一連動片40的第一、第二折片42、43沿著斜向折痕41對折後疊靠於對應的前、後壁板20內側面，藉此帶動左、右壁板30相對於底板10豎立；上述連動片40帶動左、右壁板30豎立的過程中，由於反折固定於前壁板或後壁板的定位片44能夠改變第一折片42連動於第二折片43的作用力方向，減少該第一、第二折片42、43彼此之間的阻力，因此使該連動片40能夠順暢地牽引左、右壁板30向上豎立。
或者如第十一圖所示，該連動片40亦能夠採用常見的折疊方式，同樣能夠在使用者提拉該牽引支撐板2時，帶動扁平狀的折疊盒快速地組立成立體狀態。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種提拉式快速組立的容置盒，包含一呈扁平半折組狀態的折疊盒、以及一厚度大於該折疊盒，並且活動設置在該折疊盒上方的牽引支撐板，該折疊盒包含一底板，以及分別從該底板的四邊向外延伸的前、後壁板與左、右壁板，該左、右壁板向內折疊在該底板兩側，該前、後壁板與左、右壁板交接的四個角端分別設有一連動片彼此相連；其特徵在於： 該折疊盒之前、後壁板的外緣分別可反折地延伸有固定在該牽引支撐板前、後側的前、後反折片；該牽引支撐板具有前、後折線而將該牽引支撐板可相對彎折地區隔成分別位於前後側的二活動支撐片、及位於該二活動支撐片之間的一底支撐片，該底支撐片中央設有一與該前、後折線平行的中央折線，並在該底支撐片中心設有一供使用者施力的提拉部； 所述提拉部向上提取，可通過該二活動支撐片帶動該折疊盒的前、後壁板相對於底板豎立，並透過複數連動片分別牽引左、右壁板向上豎立後，再將該牽引支撐板的底支撐片向下壓，使底支撐片攤平地疊合於底板上方，二活動支撐片反折疊靠於該前、後壁板的內側面，快速地將折疊盒和牽引支撐板組立成形成具有容置空間的立體狀態。
  2. 如請求項1所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，該提拉部為一上掀式施力片，該上掀式施力片是由一設置在底支撐片之中央折線中心的半圓形切割線所形成，使該上掀式施力片能夠沿著半圓形切割線相對於底支撐片掀起豎立供使用者提取。
  3. 如請求項1所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，該提拉部為一拉繩、或一凸扣、或一挖設於底支撐片的穿孔。
  4. 如請求項1所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，該左、右壁板的外緣分別延伸有一反折黏著於對應之左、右壁板內側面的左、右反折片。
  5. 如請求項1所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，該提拉部向上提取令該底支撐片沿著中央折線彎折隆起，並令二活動支撐片沿著二前、後折線彎折帶動該折疊盒的前、後壁板相對於底板豎立。
  6. 如請求項1至5中任一項所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，該牽引支撐板在二活動支撐片上分別設有一靠近並平行於前、後折線的第二折線。
  7. 如請求項1至5中任一項所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，每一連動片具有一與相鄰前、後壁板相連的第一折片、以及一與相鄰左、右壁板相連的第二折片，該第一、第二折片之間具有一斜向折痕，該第一折片能夠沿著該斜向折痕反折固定於相鄰的前、後壁板。
  8. 如請求項7所述之提拉式快速組立的容置盒，其中，該第一折片朝向前、後壁板延伸有一定位片，且該定位片與第一折片的交接位置設有一切斷線，該切斷線由外向內延伸到該斜向折痕為止，使該定位片以斜向折痕為基準線朝向前壁板或後壁板反折固定。
