Abstract

Une boîte pliante comprend un panneau de fond polygonal (10). Un panneau avant (21) et un panneau arrière (22) s'étendent depuis un bord avant (11) et d'un bord arrière (12) du panneau de fond polygonal (10), respectivement. Au moins un panneau latéral (30) s'étend depuis chacun des bords latéraux (13) du panneau de fond polygonal (10). Une pièce de positionnement (23) pliable (23) s'étend depuis un bord extérieur de chacun des panneaux avant et arrière (21, 22). Une première feuille de renforcement (40) est fixée et reliée à la pièce de positionnement (23). Une pièce pliable (31) s'étend depuis un bord extérieur du panneau latéral (30). La pièce pliable (31) est pliée et liée par adhésif à une surface latérale intérieure du panneau latéral (30). Une deuxième feuille de renforcement (50) est prévue entre la pièce pliable (31) et le panneau latéral (30). Les feuilles de renforcement (40, 50) sont respectivement reliées à la pièce de positionnement (23) et à la pièce pliable (31) pour renforcer la résistance des panneaux avant et arrière (21, 22) et des panneaux latéraux de la boîte pliante. Par l'extension des feuilles de renforcement (40, 50), la stabilité structurale de la boîte pliante peut être assurée lorsque la boîte pliante est produite avec du carton mince, et la surface requise pour la préparation du carton est réduite.
