在优选的实施方式中,所述手机定位贴合平台包括滑台连接板、侧顶板、吸盘装置和手机定位平台;所述滑台连接板的下表面与所述X轴丝杆滑台滑动连接,所述滑台连接板的上表面安装所述手机定位平台,所述滑台连接板上设有吸盘装置,所述手机定位平台的相应位置开有圆孔,留出所述吸盘装置的安装位置,用来吸附手机;所述手机定位平台和所述滑台连接板之间用磁铁吸附连接,并且所述手机定位平台和所述滑台连接板之间安装有定位销用于保证精度;所述侧顶板安装在所述滑台连接板上,在贴合时顶起所述钢化膜定位挡边,防止所述钢化膜挡边压伤手机。
在优选的实施方式中,所述清洁机构包括粘尘滚轮、滚轮安装板和滚轮安装支架;所述粘尘滚轮与所述滚轮安装支架连接,所述滚轮安装支架通过导向杆与所述滚轮安装板连接,在所述滚轮安装板与滚轮安装支架之间设有第二弹簧用于缓冲;所述粘尘滚轮通过所述滚轮安装板与所述定位治具安装底板以一定的夹角安装,所述夹角的范围为70°-90°。
在优选的实施方式中,所述撕膜机构包括离型膜夹具、手拧螺栓和夹具安装 板;所述夹具安装板的一端与所述Z轴安装支架固定连接,另一端与所述手拧螺栓连接,所述离型膜夹具通过所述夹具安装板固定在所述Z轴安装支架上,并且不随所述Z轴组件或旋转¢轴组件的运动而运动。
在优选的实施方式中,所述自动贴合机的自动贴膜的过程为:第一步,将手机放置并固定于所述手机定位贴合平台上,将待贴合的钢化膜放置并固定于所述钢化膜定位治具上;第二步,所述X轴组件带动所述手机定位贴合平台在水平方向上移动,所述Z轴组件保持初始位,使得所述清洁机构完成对手机前盖的清洁;第三步,所述旋转¢轴组件旋转并下降到设定贴合高度,使得撕膜机构完成撕膜,并且钢化膜的前端与手机接触;第四步,所述旋转¢轴组件反向旋转,然后在所述Z轴组件的带动下下降,使得所述钢化膜定位治具所在的平面与手机前盖板之间形成一个0°-2°的夹角,然后将钢化膜放置在手机前盖上;第五步,所述旋转¢轴组件在所述Z轴组件的带动下上升然后旋转到所述第三步的贴合高度和贴合角度;第六步,所述旋转¢轴组件在所述Z轴组件的带动下下降使得所述贴合滚轮与所述钢化膜接触挤压,同时所述手机定位贴合平台的侧顶板顶起所述钢化膜定位挡边;第七步,所述X轴组件带动所述手机定位贴合平台在水平方向上移动回到起始位置,所述贴合滚轮从所述钢化膜上滚动完成贴合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果有:
本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机,采用自动贴膜,效率高,能够代替目前采用手动贴膜低效率且易贴附不良的贴膜方式,并且本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机能够适应不同尺寸的手机,并且体积小,结构简单,操作简单,适合在卖场和销售门店推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式并对照附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,除非另外特别说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本实用新型的范围及其应用。
本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机,如图1所示,包括X轴组件1,Z轴安装支架2,旋转¢轴组件3,Z轴组件4,撕膜机构5,钢化膜定位治具6,手机定位贴合平台7,清洁机构8。
其中,X轴组件1的结构如图1所示,包括X轴伺服电机11和X轴丝杆滑台12。Z轴组件4的结构如图2所示,包括Z轴伺服电机41和Z轴丝杆滑台42,并且Z轴伺服电机41与Z轴安装支架2垂直安装,以减小设备的高度。另外,如图2所示,旋转¢轴组件3包括旋转电机31、旋转¢轴主轴32和旋转轴安装板33,旋转¢轴组件3通过旋转轴安装板33与Z轴丝杆滑台42连接,并且能够沿着Z轴丝杆滑台42上下运动,旋转¢轴主轴33连接钢化膜定位治具6。
手机定位贴合平台7如图3所示,包括滑台连接板71、侧顶板72、吸盘装置73、手机定位平台74、定位销75、第一磁铁76。滑台连接板71的下表面与X轴丝杆滑台滑动12连接,滑台连接板71的上表面安装手机定位平台74,在滑台连接板71中间有吸盘装置73,手机定位平台74置于滑台连接板71上,在手机定位平台74中间开圆孔,留出吸盘装置73的安装位置,用来吸附手机。吸盘装置73与手机的底面通过挤压排除两者接触面之间空气来实现面接触真空吸附。在手机定位平台74和滑台连接板71之间用第一磁铁76吸附连接,两者通过左右两边安装定位销75保证精度,同时方便不同型号的手机定位平台的更换。侧顶板72安装在滑台连接板71前后两侧,在贴合时顶起钢化膜定位挡边,防止 钢化膜挡边压伤手机(定位时钢化膜定位挡边必须比钢化膜的贴合面高,由于手机的外形长宽比钢化膜大,在贴合时挡边如不收回会压到手机前盖钢化膜未能覆盖的部分)。
钢化膜定位治具6的结构如图4所示,包括:钢化膜定位挡边61、挡边安装板62、真空吸附平台63、定位治具安装底板64、贴合滚轮68、第二磁铁67、定位销66、导向柱65、第一弹簧69、导向柱法兰641。真空吸附平台63位于定位治具安装底板64的上安装面,定位治具安装底板64的下安装面与旋转轴主轴32连接。定位治具安装底板64的左前端安装贴合滚轮68,定位治具安装底板64上有四个导向柱法兰641,通过导向柱65与挡边安装板62连接,在放置钢化膜时起定位的作用,两者之间安装有第一弹簧69,在贴合时起收缩钢化膜挡边61的作用。钢化膜定位挡边61和挡边安装板62之间用第二磁铁67吸附连接,利用第二磁铁67把钢化膜定位挡边61吸附在挡边安装板62上,保证在旋转轴旋转时钢化膜定位挡边61不会脱落。挡边安装板62上有四个定位销66,对应的钢化膜定位挡边61有四个定位孔,确保可以轻松的更换不同型号的挡边,以适应不同型号的手机。贴合滚轮68材质是橡胶或者硅胶,没有粘性。真空吸附平台63与电磁阀相连,电磁阀与真空泵相连,当钢化膜放置在真空吸附平台63上时,电磁阀和真空泵进行抽真空工作,使得手机钢化膜被吸附在真空吸附平台63上,并且当旋转轴旋转时也不会脱落。
清洁机构如图4所示,包括粘尘滚轮85、滚轮安装板81、滚轮安装支架82、第二弹簧83、导向杆84。粘尘滚轮85与滚轮安装支架82连接,滚轮安装支架82通过导向杆84与滚轮安装板81连接,在滚轮安装板81与滚轮安装支架82之间设有第二弹簧83用于缓冲。第二弹簧83的作用是在清洁时适应不同厚度的手机。粘尘滚轮是由带粘性的硅胶制成。如图5所示,粘尘滚轮85通过滚轮安装板81与定位治具安装底板64以夹角为85°安装。以该角度安装的粘尘滚轮安装板81,与手机盖板之间形成一个夹角,在清洁手机时,手机从右向左运动,粘尘滚轮安装板81所承受的粘尘滚轮85与手机盖板之间的摩擦力较垂直安装小,避免由于受力过大发生形变。另外,由于在清洁手机时,手机从右向左运动,以该角度安装的粘尘滚轮,还能够缩短X轴行程。另外,以该角度安装的粘尘滚轮,还可减小机器的高度和节省Z轴的行程,如果粘尘滚轮与定位治 具安装底板64垂直安装,势必增加机器高度。以该角度安装的粘尘滚轮,当旋转轴在旋转时(顺时针旋转),手机定位贴合平台7已经运动到粘尘滚轮的左边,当旋转轴在旋转时(顺时针旋转)不会与手机放置平台发生干涉,Z轴也不用上升,从而可减小机器的高度和节省Z轴的行程。
在其他实施例中,本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机,滚轮安装板81与定位治具安装底板64之间的夹角范围为70°-90°。
撕膜机构5如图2和图6所示,包括离型膜夹具53、手拧螺栓52和夹具安装板51。如图2所示,夹具安装板51与Z轴安装支架2固定连接,离型膜夹具53通过夹具安装板51固定在Z轴安装支架上,不随Z轴组件或旋转¢轴组件的运动而运动。如图6所示,夹具安装板一端与Z轴安装支架2连接,另一端安装手拧螺栓。钢化膜的结构如图9所示,包括钢化玻璃91、AB胶92、保护膜93和手撕标签94,其中,保护膜93和手撕标签94相连接,保护膜93通过AB胶92贴合在钢化玻璃91上,撕膜的原理是:手动把钢化膜手撕标签94放入撕膜夹具缝隙中,顺时针旋转螺栓52,直到螺栓夹紧钢化膜上的手撕标签94,机器自动运行时Z轴带动旋转轴下降,同时旋转轴旋转185°,离型膜夹具53撕掉钢化膜表面的保护膜93。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,旋转轴的旋转角度为大于180°、小于或等于190°中的任意一个数值。
本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机,自动贴膜的过程为,第一步,将手机放置于手机定位贴合平台7,通过吸盘装置73将手机吸附好;将待贴合的钢化膜置于钢化膜定位治具6,用离型膜夹具53夹紧钢化膜手撕标,按下真空泵工作开关使其进行抽真空工作,钢化膜被吸附在钢化膜定位治具6上。
第二步,按下本实用新型的自动贴合机启动按钮,X轴伺服电机带动手机定位贴合平台7从右向左沿着X轴丝杆滑台移动(至少移动手机前盖玻璃长度的距离),Z轴保持初始位,保证粘尘滚轮在X轴带动手机移动过程中与手机前盖接触,完成对手机前盖的清洁,如图7所示。
第三步,旋转¢轴顺时针旋转185°完成撕膜,同时在Z轴组件的带动下下降到设定贴合高度,定位治具安装底板与手机前盖板形成一个5°的夹角,使钢化膜的右前端先与手机接触,如图8所示。
第四步,旋转轴反向旋转4°,然后在Z轴组件的带动下下降,在定位治具 安装底板与手机前盖板之间形成一个1°的夹角(在其他实施例中,该夹角的范围为0°-2°),然后关掉真空泵使其停止抽真空工作,钢化膜在重力作用下被放在手机前盖上。
第五步,旋转¢轴组件在Z轴组件的带动下先上升到第三步所述的贴合高度,然后旋转轴顺时针旋转4°,在定位治具安装底板与手机前盖板之间形成一个5°的贴合夹角。
第六步,旋转¢轴组件在Z轴组件的带动下下降使得贴合滚轮与钢化玻璃接触挤压,同时手机定位贴合平台7的侧顶板72顶起钢化膜定位挡边61,防止钢化膜定位挡边61压伤手机。
第七步,X轴伺服电机带动手机定位贴合平台7从左向右沿着X轴丝杆滑台移动,贴合滚轮从手机钢化膜的右端滚动到左端,最终到达起始位置,完成贴合。
可以理解的是,在上述自动贴合的各个步骤中,所述的各个旋转角度和夹角的值可以根据实际情况改动,只要能完成自动贴合,并且贴合后的钢化膜与手机面之间没有气泡或者气泡较少,均属于本案的保护范围。
本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机,外面设有安全门,使得整个贴膜过程在完全密闭的空间完成,从而可减少贴合时灰尘异物的进入,影响手机屏幕观感。
本实用新型的手机钢化膜自动贴合机,采用自动贴膜,效率高,代替目前采用手动贴膜低效率且易贴附不良的问题,并且本实用新型通过更换不同尺寸的手机定位平台和钢化膜定位挡边,来适应不同尺寸的手机,并且体积小,结构简单,操作简单,易推广。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
