Abstract
Selon la présente invention, une partie batterie (1) constituant une batterie secondaire au lithium-ion (100) est formée par stratification dans l'ordre suivant : d'un substrat (10) qui sert de couche de collecteur de courant d'électrode négative ; d'une couche d'électrode négative (20) contenant un matériau actif d'électrode négative ; d'une couche d'électrolyte à semi-conducteurs (30) contenant un électrolyte à semi-conducteurs inorganique ; d'une couche d'électrode positive (40) contenant un matériau actif d'électrode positive ; d'une couche barrière de diffusion (50) ; et d'une couche de collecteur de courant d'électrode positive (60). Le substrat (10) comporte : un matériau de base (11) composé d'un alliage d'aluminium ; et une couche de recouvrement (12) composée de NiP (nickel phosphoreux) plaquée sans électrode sur le matériau de base (11), la couche d'électrode négative (20) stratifiée sur un côté de la couche de recouvrement (12) du substrat (10) étant composée de silicium.
