Abstract

본 출원은 α-글루코시다제 (α-Glucosidase)의 활성이 강화된 L-아미노산을 생산하는 미생물 및 이를 이용한 L-아미노산 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 출원의 L-아미노산을 생산하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은 α-글루코시다제 활성이 강화되어, L-아미노산 생산 수율이 향상된 것이므로, 상기 미생물은 L-아미노산 생산 용도로 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
