Abstract

본 발명은 모듈 하우징 역할을 수행하는 열수축성 튜브와 히트 싱크를 배터리 모듈에 적용함으로써, 뛰어난 냉각 효율을 가지고, 폐기시 내부 구성들의 재활용이 용이한 배터리 모듈을 개시한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은, 전후 방향으로 돌출되는 형태로 형성된 전극 리드를 구비하고 좌우 방향으로 상호 적층된 복수의 파우치형 이차전지를 구비하는 셀 어셈블리; 상기 셀 어셈블리의 외측면과 접하도록 위치하고, 내부에 냉매가 이동하도록 구성된 냉매 유로가 형성된 히트 싱크; 및 중공 구조가 형성된 관 형태를 가지고, 상기 셀 어셈블리 및 상기 히트 싱크가 상기 중공 구조 안에 위치되고, 상기 셀 어셈블리와 상기 히트 싱크가 서로 밀착되도록 열 수축된 열수축성 튜브를 포함한다.
