Claims (11)
- 前後方向へ突出するように形成された電極リードを備え、左右方向へ相互積層された複数のパウチ型二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの外面と接するように位置し、内部に冷媒が移動するように構成された冷媒流路が形成されたヒートシンクと、
中空構造が形成された管の形態を有し、前記セルアセンブリー及び前記ヒートシンクが前記中空構造内に位置し、前記セルアセンブリーと前記ヒートシンクとが相互密着するように熱収縮した熱収縮性チューブと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンクには、前記セルアセンブリーの複数の前記パウチ型二次電池の各々の下部が収容されるように内側方向へ凹んだ収容溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブと対面する前記ヒートシンクの前記外面には凹凸構造が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、冷媒が注入される流入管及び冷媒が排出される排出管が備えられ、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記セルアセンブリーの前記電極リードが形成された前方または後方に位置し、少なくとも一つ以上の前記電極リードが貫通して突出するように貫通口が形成され、前記ヒートシンクの前記流入管及び前記排出管の各々が挿入固定されるように開口した固定構造が備えられたバスバーフレームと、前記バスバーフレームの前記外面に取り付けられ、前記複数の前記パウチ型二次電池を電気的に接続するように導電性金属を有するバスバーと、を備えたバスバーアセンブリーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱収縮性チューブは、前記バスバーアセンブリーの前記外面の一部分を囲むように構成され、
前記熱収縮性チューブの前記バスバーアセンブリーの前記外面を囲む一部分には、前記ヒートシンクの前記流入管及び前記排出管が外部に露出するように内側方向へ凹んだ凹み部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱収縮性チューブの前記外面には、一部が外側方向へ隆起したエンボシング構造が複数個形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブの内側には、熱伝導性接着剤が付加されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性接着剤は、前記セルアセンブリーと前記ヒートシンクとの間に介在されるように付加されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
