Claims (10)
- 左右方向に積層された複数の電池セルを備えたセルアセンブリと、
前記セルアセンブリを内部に収容するモジュールハウジングと、を含み、
前記モジュールハウジングは、前記セルアセンブリの上部を覆う上部プレート、前記セルアセンブリの左側部を覆う左側プレート、前記セルアセンブリの右側部を覆う右側プレート、及び前記セルアセンブリの下部を覆う下部プレートを含み、
前記左側プレート及び右側プレートの少なくともいずれか一方は、前記セルアセンブリの体積膨張が相対的に少ない少なくとも一部分を加圧するように、前記複数の電池セルと対面している内面から前記セルアセンブリに向かって突出した形態を有する支持部を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記左側プレート及び前記右側プレートの少なくともいずれか一方は、前記支持部が下部及び上部の少なくともいずれか一方に備えられ、
前記支持部は、突出し長さが前記下部プレートまたは前記上部プレートに近くなるほど次第に長くなるように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、熱伝導性を有する接着剤をさらに含み、
前記接着剤は、前記セルアセンブリの上面及び下面の一つ以上を前記モジュールハウジングの内面に固定するように塗布されている、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記支持部は、前記複数の電池セルのうちの積層方向の最外郭に位置した電池セルの前記接着剤によって固定された一部分に向かって突出している、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールハウジングは、
充放電時に相対的に多く体積膨張する前記セルアセンブリの部分と対面する一部分が凹設された凹部を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記セルアセンブリの外面の少なくとも一部を囲むように配置される弾性パッドをさらに含み、
前記弾性パッドは、前記セルアセンブリの体積収縮及び体積膨張によって変形するように構成され、少なくとも一部分が前記モジュールハウジングの支持部と前記セルアセンブリとの間に介在される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記弾性パッドは、
前記複数の電池セルと対面している内面に、充放電時に相対的に少なく体積膨張する前記セルアセンブリの一部分を押し付けるように、一部分が前記セルアセンブリに向かって突設された加圧部を備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
内部に流体が充填され、充放電時に相対的に少なく体積膨張する前記セルアセンブリの一部分に向かって前記流体が移動するように構成されたチューブをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ含む、バッテリーパック。
