请参阅图3及图4,可伸缩杆40可穿设在手持部10内。可伸缩杆40可以是由多个内径从小到大的筒管状杆件依次套接而成,其中,内径最大的筒管状杆件的端部可以连接在手持部10的内壁上,内径最小的筒管状杆件可用于与固定架50连接。用户可通过朝远离手持部10的方向拉固定架50以拉长可伸缩杆40,或者用户可通过朝手持部10的方向推固定架50以收缩可伸缩杆40,或者用户可通过控制部11控制可伸缩杆40的自动伸展与自动收缩。如此,可伸缩杆40能够实现可伸缩的功能,即,可伸缩杆40能够相对于手持部10沿着可伸缩杆40的轴线41在收缩状态和伸展状态之间运动。其中,在收缩状态时,可伸缩杆40能够最大限度地收容在脚架30的容纳腔内,或者说,可伸缩杆40能够完全地或大部分地收容在脚架30的容纳腔内,如图2所示的状态。在伸展状态时,可伸缩杆40能够最大限度 地展开或伸长,如图4所示的状态。
当可伸缩杆40处于收缩状态时,脚架30能够以折叠的状态将可伸缩杆40包裹在容纳腔内,而脚架30则可以作为用户握持的一部分,从而可以减少手持部10的长度,进而减轻手持部10的重量,能够提升手持装置100的使用便捷性。当可伸缩杆40处于伸展状态时,脚架30不仅能够处于折叠状态以进一步增加长度,方便用户握持以进行手持远距离取景,而且用户也可以使脚架30处于打开状态以置于诸如地面、桌面等支撑物上以进行拍摄。
请结合图5及图6,固定架50能够拆卸地安装在可伸缩杆40的远离手持部10的一端,在固定架50安装在可伸缩杆40后,固定架50能够相对可伸缩杆40转动。具体地,固定架50可形成相对的两个支耳55,每个支耳55可开设有轴承孔550,可伸缩杆40的一端可位于两个支耳55之间,固定架50与可伸缩杆40可以通过连接件56进行连接。例如,连接件56可穿过可伸缩杆40的一端并支撑在两侧的轴承孔550内。其中,连接件56可以是阻尼轴,阻尼轴有利于固定架50在相对可伸缩杆40转动的过程中,使得固定架50能够转动至任意位置而不需要其他构件进行辅助即可保持在该位置,从而保证安装在固定架50上的第一可移动电子设备200的稳定性和安全性。
此外,在第一可移动电子设备200安装于固定架50上后(如图9所示),用户可以在使用过程通过调整固定架50相对可伸缩杆40的角度从而达到调整第一可移动电子设备200的朝向的目的。当然,其他实施方式中,固定架50也可以通过其他铰接结构实现与可伸缩杆40的转动连接。
一个例子中,阻尼轴可以为多边形轴,支耳55所开设的轴承孔550也以制作成与多边形轴形状相匹配的多边形孔,例如正六边形孔,从而通过轴与轴承孔550的形状匹配来实现对固定架50转动角度的限制。
请参阅图7及图8,固定架50可以包括第一扣合部51、第二扣合部52及扣合结构53,第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52可以转动连接,扣合结构53可用于实现第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52相对固定。
第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52能够处于第一状态与第二状态,在第一状态下,第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52相对固定且形成开口54,第一可移动电子设备200能够至少部分地容置于开口54内,如图5所示。在第二状态下,第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52可相对转动,也即是说,第一扣合部51能够沿转轴57转动,以使得第一可移动电子设备200能够从固定架50上拆卸下来,如图6所示。
其中,支耳55可设置在第二扣合部52上,第二扣合部52通过支耳55与连接件56从而能够转动地安装在可伸缩杆40的远离手持部10的一端。第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52围成的开口54可以呈闭合状的环形,例如开口54可以呈圆形环、矩形环或者其他多边形环。开口54的形状可以根据第一可移动电子设备200的轮廓进行设定。在第一可移动电子设备200部分容置于开口54内时,第一扣合部51和第二扣合部52中的至少一个可以设置有用于锁定第一可移动电子设备200的结构(如下文描述的凸台520与凸起521结构),例如,第一扣合部51设置有用于锁定第一可移动电子设备200的结构,或者第二扣合部52设置有用于锁定第一可移动电子设备200的结构,或者第一扣合部51和第二扣合部52分别设置有用于锁定第一可移动电子设备200的结构。其中,第一可移动电子设备200包括云台以及支撑云台的主体部,该主体部可以部分固定在开口54内。可以理解,在某些示例中,第一扣合部51和第二扣合部52在扣合时形成的封闭的环形与第一可移动电子设备200的某个部分的外形相适配,从而固定架50可以从第一可移动电子设备200的四周提供提供夹紧力,以进一步避免第一可移动电子设备200从开口54掉落,尤其是为了适应拍摄的需要将开口54的中心线540倾斜于水平面配置时,例如将开口54的中心线540垂直于水平面配置。
请参阅图7,第一扣合部51可以包括第一半包围框,第一半包围框可以呈“L”形。第二扣合部52包括第二半包围框,第二半包围框可以呈“L”形,第二半包围框与第一半包围框互补并能够扣合围成环状的开口54。
请参阅图7及图8,固定架50上可以设置有凸台520及凸起521,凸台520包括表面523及围绕表面523设置的侧面524。凸台520的表面523开设有定位槽525,凸起521设置在凸台520的侧面524。其中,定位槽525用于与第一可移动电子设备200上设置的可伸缩定位块(图未示)配合,凸起521用于与第一可移动电子设备200上设置的滑槽(图未示)滑动配合,定位槽525与凸起521可共同用于将第一可移动电子设备200锁定在开口54内。可以理解,也可以是第一可移动电子设备200上设置有定位槽,而凸台520的表面设有可压缩定位块,另外,将第一可移动电子设备200锁定在开口54内,可以包括第一可移动电子设备200全部收容并锁定在开口内,也可以包括第一可移动电子设备部分收容并锁定在开口内。
可以理解的是,凸台520与凸起521可以设置在第一半包围框(或第一扣合部51)上,或者,凸台520与凸起521可以设置在第二半包围框(或第二扣合部52)上,或者,凸台520与凸起521可以均设置在第一半包围框(或第一扣合部51)与第二半包围框(或第二扣合部52)上。
本实施方式中,凸台520与凸起521设置在第二半包围框(或第二扣合部52)上,第一可移动电子设备200通过第二半包围框(或第二扣合部52)上的凸台520与凸起521锁定在开口54内。支耳55设置在第二半包围框上,第二半包围框通过支耳55与连接件56能够转动地安装在可伸缩杆40的远离手持部10的一端。在第一半包围框与第二半包围框围成开口54后,第二半包围框能够相对可伸缩杆40转动以使得开口54的中心线540(参考图1与图3)处于到水平位置或者垂直位置。
其中,当开口54的中心线540处于水平位置时,开口54的中心线540与可伸缩杆40的轴线41垂直,如图3所示。当开口54的中心线540处于垂直位置时,开口54的中心线540与可伸缩杆40的轴线41平行,如图1所示。当然,在其他实施方式中,第二半包围框能够相对可伸缩杆40转动以使得开口54的中心线540处于其他位置,例如第二半包围框能够相对可伸缩杆40转动以使得开口54的中心线540与可伸缩杆40的轴线41相互倾斜。
需要说明的是,第一可移动电子设备可以为手持云台,即包括主体部以及云台,云台上可以安装有拍摄装置。在某些示例下,可以通过相对于可伸缩杆40转动固定架50来调整手持云台的拍摄角度。在另一些示例下,可以通过相对于可伸缩杆40转动固定架来调整手持云台中主体部的自由端的延伸方向,以使得手持云台可以进入不同的拍摄模式,获取不一样的视频效果。例如,当固定架50转动到开口的中心线位于水平位置时,手持云台可以进入手电筒模式;当固定架50转动到开口的中心线位于垂直位置时,手持云台可以进入竖拍模式或倒置拍摄模式。可以理解,固定架50相对于可伸缩杆40的转动可以是能够实现的任意角度的转动,手持云台的拍摄模式也不限于上述说明,具体可以根据手持云台的主体部的姿态确定。
请参阅图7及图8,在一个例子中,第二半包围框(或第二扣合部52)可以开设有结合槽522,结合槽522可以开设在第二半包围框(或第二扣合部52)的外表面,结合槽522可以用于安装预留元件。预留元件可以是柔光灯、反光板、闪光灯、石英灯、麦克风等拍摄器材或其它器件。
请参阅图8,扣合结构53设置在第一扣合部51(第一半包围框)上,扣合结构53能够使得第一扣合部51(或第一半包围框)与第二扣合部52(或第二半包围框)保持在第一状态。扣合结构53包括第一扣合件530与第二扣合件531。第一扣合件530转动设置在第一扣合部51上,第二扣合件531转动设置在第一扣合件530上。
在第二状态下,若第一扣合件530朝第一转动方向转动并驱动第二扣合件531压迫第二扣合部52与第一扣合部51相触,第一扣合件530朝第二转动方向转动并驱动第二扣合件531拉紧第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52,以使第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52处于第一状态,即,第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52由图8所示的第二状态转变为图7所示的第一状态。在第一状态下,若第一扣合件530朝第一转动方向转动并驱动第二扣合件531松开第二扣合部52,以使第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52处于第二状态,即,第一扣合部51与第二扣合部52由图7所示的第一状态转变为图8所示的第二状态。其中,第一转动方向可以顺时针方向,第二转动方向可以是逆时针方向。
请参阅图7及图9,电连接机构60可用于将控制部11与第一可移动电子设备200进行电连接(包括供电连接和通信连接)。电连接机构60包括触点61及通信线(图未示)。触点61可设置在固定架50的凸台520上,通信线可穿设可伸缩杆40,通信线的一端可与触点61电连接,通信线的另一端可与控制部11电连接。其中,触点61可以包括有供电触点以及通信触点,如此,在第一可移动电子设备200安装在固定架50后,第一可移动电子设备200上的触点(图未示)与固定架50上的触点61配接从而实现手持装置100为第一可移动电子设备200提供电能,以及手持装置100控制第一可移动电子设备200的启动(或开机)和关闭(或关机)。此外,触点61可以为多个,多个触点61可形成圆形或者矩形阵列,以便提高与第一可移动电子设备200上的触点的电连接的可靠性。
请参阅图2及图3,夹子组件70能够拆卸地安装在手持部10上,在夹子组件70安装于手持部10上后,夹子组件70能够相对手持部10转动。夹子组件70包括第一夹持部71、第二夹持部72及增稳部74,第一夹持部71设置在手持部10上,第二夹持部72设置在第一夹持部71上,增稳部74分别设置第一夹持部71与第二夹持部72上。
第一夹持部71与第二夹持部72共同围成夹持空间73,夹持空间73可用于容置第二可移动电子设备300,如图1所示。夹子组件70可以通过改变夹持空间73的大小以选择性地连接或拆卸第二可移动电子设备300。例如,第一夹持部71与第二夹持部72可以相背移动以增大夹持空间73的大小,如图5所示;第一夹持部71与第二夹持部72可以相对移动以减小夹持空间73的大小,如图3所示。
在一个例子中,第一夹持部71与第二夹持部72通过弹性件连接,以实现夹子组件70改变夹持空间73的大小。例如,第二夹持部72通过弹簧连接第一夹持部71,使得第二夹持部72能够在外力的作用下朝远离第一夹持部71的方向移动以增大夹持空间73的大小,并且第二夹持部72能够在失去外力的作用下朝第一夹持部71的方向移动以减小夹持空间73的大小。
请结合图3及图5,第一夹持部71包括相连接的第一主体710及第一夹持臂711,第一主体710能够拆卸地安装在手持部10上,并且在第一主体710安装于手持部10上后,第一主体710能够相对手持部10转动。第一夹持臂711凸设在第一主体710外。第二夹持部72包括相连接的第二主体720及第二夹持臂721,第二主体720可与第一主体710通过弹性件连接。第二夹持臂721凸设在第二主体720外并与第一夹持臂711对应。其中,第一夹持臂711与第二夹持臂721均可包括两个夹持臂爪,如此,在第二可移动电子设备300安装于夹子组件70后,多个夹持臂爪共同配合以提高第二可移动电子设备300的受力平衡性,从而有利于增强夹子组件70夹持第二可移动电子设备300的稳定性。
其中,夹子组件70能够相对手持部10转动至第一位置与第二位置。在第一位置下,第一夹持臂711位于第一主体710的与手持部10相背的一侧,并且第二夹持臂721位于第二主体720的与手持部10相背的一侧;或者说,控制部11位于夹子组件70的夹持空间73外。此时,夹子组件70转动至第一位置称为夹子组件70处于展开状态,如图3所示。
在第一位置下,夹子组件70可翻转至第二位置。例如,夹子组件70可朝顺时针方向翻转至第一夹持臂711位于第一主体710的朝向手持部10(或控制部11)的一侧,并且第二夹持臂721位于第二主体720的朝向手持部10(控制部11)的一侧;或者说,夹子组件70可翻转至将控制部11遮盖的位置或控制部11容置在夹子组件70的夹持空间73内的位置。此时,夹子组件70转动至第二位置称为夹子组件70处于收纳状态,如图1所示。
请结合图1及图3,增稳部74包括多个软垫740及多个块体741。当第二可移动电子设备300安装在夹持空间73内时,多个软垫740可以设置在第一夹持臂711(或第一夹持臂711的两个夹持臂爪)的朝向第二可移动电子设备300的表面,多个软垫740也可以设置在第二夹持臂721(或第二夹持臂721的两个夹持臂爪)的朝向第二可移动电子设备300的表面。软垫740可以采用泡棉、硅胶、海绵条等材料制成。如此,软垫740能够增大夹子组件70与第二可移动电子设备300的接触面积以及增大第二可移动电子设备300与夹子组件70的摩擦力,从而有利于增强夹子组件70夹持第二可移动电子设备300的稳定性。
多个块体741可分别设置在第一夹持臂711的远离第一主体710的一端(即第一夹持臂711的两个夹持臂爪的远离第一主体710的一端)、第二夹持臂721的远离第二主体720的一端(即第二夹持臂721的两个夹持臂爪的远离第二主体720的一端)。如此,在第二可移动电子设备300安装于夹子组件70后,块体741能够限制第二可移动电子设备300朝第一夹持臂711(夹持臂爪)的延伸方向的移动距离以避免第二可移动电子设备300朝第一夹持臂711(夹持臂爪)的延伸方向脱离夹子组件70;块体741还能够限制第二可移动电子设备300朝第二夹持臂721(夹持臂爪)的延伸方向的移动距离以避免第二可移动电子设备300朝第二夹持臂721(夹持臂爪)的延伸方向脱离夹子组件70。
在一个例子中,夹子组件70设置有连接插口,连接插口与控制部11电连接。当第二可移动电子设备300安装在夹子组件70上并插接在连接插口上时,控制部11能够控制电源20为第二可移动电子设备300提供电能;或者,控制部11能够与第二可移动电子设备300进行通信;或者,控制部11能够控制电源20为第二可移动电子设备300提供电能并能够与第二可移动电子设备300进行通信。
在一个例子中,第一可移动电子设备200设置有外接接口,外接接口能够拆卸地安装在第一可移动电子设备200上。夹子组件70设置有凹槽接口,凹槽接口能够容置第一可移动电子设备200的外接接口。
请结合图1及图10,在一个例子中,手持装置100还包括通信模组80,通信模组80用于第二可移动电子设备300与第一可移动电子设备200之间的无线通信连接。通信模组80可以包括底座81、连接接口82及卡块83。底座81可开设有安装槽810,连接接口82可设置在安装槽810的底面811上,卡块83可设置在安装槽810的侧面812上。第一可移动电子设备200能够拆卸地安装在安装槽810内,在第一可移动电子设备200安装于安装槽810后,通信模组80通过连接接口82与第一可移动电子设备200电连接,卡块83挤压第一可移动电子设备200的外侧面,从而能够使得第一可移动电子设备200不易脱离安装槽810。
通信模组80包括第一通信模式与第二通信模式,第一可移动电子设备200通过第一通信模式与第二可移动电子设备300连接后,第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300之间的通信模式可以自动切换为第二通信模式。在第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300通过第二通信模式进行通信后,通信模组80可以关闭两个可移动电子设备之间的第一通信模式。
当然,在其他实施方式中,第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300通过第二通信模式进行通信后,通信模组80也可以不关闭两个可移动电子设备(第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300)之间的第一通信模式,并且通信模组80可以设置第二通信模式的优先权高于第一通信模式,也即是说,第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300在正常情况下可通过第二通信模式 进行数据传输,在通信模组80检测到两个可移动电子设备之间的第二通信模式的通信信号不佳的情况下,通信模组80可以将部分数据或全部数据通过第一通信模式进行数据传输,并在检测到两个可移动电子设备之间的第二通信模式的通信信号恢复较佳状态时,自动将部分数据或全部数据重新通过第二通信模式进行数据传输。
其中,第一通信模式为蓝牙模式,第二通信模式为wifi模式。当然,第一通信模式与第二通信模式也可以为ZigBee、红外等无线通信模式。
在一个例子中,第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300可以同时通过第一通信模式与第二通信模式进行数据传输。例如,第一可移动电子设备200的数据通过第一通信模式传输给第二可移动电子设备300,第二可移动电子设备300的数据通过第二通信模式传输给第一可移动电子设备200;或者,第一可移动电子设备200的数据通过第二通信模式传输给第二可移动电子设备300,第二可移动电子设备300的数据通过第一通信模式传输给第一可移动电子设备200;或者,第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300在进行数据传输时,通信模组80能够自行判断两个通信模式目前的通信质量情况,从而能够根据该通信质量情况选择较佳的通信模式进行两个可移动电子设备之间的数据的传输。
在一个例子中,第一可移动电子设备200可以是相机或安装有相机的云台等具有拍摄功能的电子设备,第二可移动电子设备300可以是手机或平板电脑等具有显示功能的电子设备。用户可以通过手持部10上控制部11对可伸缩杆40、第一可移动电子设备200及第二可移动电子设备300等进行控制。
控制部11上可以设置有多种功能按键,针对不同的控制对象,可以设置有不同的功能按键。例如,控制对象为可伸缩杆40时,按键的功能可以包括:展开可伸缩杆40、收缩可伸缩杆40等等。控制对象为第一可移动电子设备200时,按键的功能可以包括:控制第一可移动电子设备200启动(或开机)或关闭(或关机)、为第一可移动电子设备200进行供电或停止供电、控制第一可移动电子设备200进入相机模式、控制第一可移动电子设备200前拍或后拍、控制第一可移动电子设备200对焦、控制第一可移动电子设备200放大画面、控制第一可移动电子设备200缩小画面、控制第一可移动电子设备200进入视频模式、控制第一可移动电子设备200进行拍照或摄像、控制第一可移动电子设备200停止或暂停摄像、控制第一可移动电子设备200切换滤镜等等。控制对象为第二可移动电子设备300时,按键的功能可以包括:控制第二可移动电子设备300启动(或开机)或关闭(或关机)、为第二可移动电子设备300进行供电或停止供电等。
当然,其他实施方式中,控制部11上也可以设置有触控屏,触控屏可以设有包括上述功能的虚拟按键;或者,控制部11上同时设置有功能按键与触控屏,用户可通过对功能按键与触控屏上的虚拟按键的组合操作来对可伸缩杆40、第一可移动电子设备200及第二可移动电子设备300等进行控制。
在上述实施方式中,用户可通过控制部11执行对应的操作。此外,用户也可以通过第二可移动电子设备300来执行对应的操作。例如,第二可移动电子设备300可以控制第一可移动电子设备200执行对应操作。第二可移动电子设备300可以显示第一可移动电子设备200采集的图像信息,用户通过观看第二可移动电子设备300的显示屏显示的图像画面以知晓第一可移动电子设备200当前取景框的情况,用户可以根据实际情况进行相关调整。例如,当用户需要将当前显示的图像画面保存时,用户可以在第二可移动电子设备300上点击拍照按键,第一可移动电子设备200能够响应用户对第二可移动电子设备300的操作并执行拍照。
当第一可移动电子设备200为安装有相机的云台时,控制部11和第二可移动电子设备300还可以对云台进行控制,例如,控制部11和第二可移动电子设备300可以控制云台的俯仰轴、横滚轴、偏航轴等部件进行相关操作以调整第一可移动电子设备200朝不同的方向采集图像画面。
本申请实施方式还提供了一种控制方法,控制方法能够应用于上述的手持装置100(或拍摄设备400)。请结合图11,控制方法包括步骤:
010:接收用户针对手持装置100的输入操作,并根据输入操作生成启动指令或关闭指令;
020:传输启动指令或关闭指令至第一可移动电子设备200;
030:当传输启动指令至第一可移动电子设备200时,接通电源20为第一可移动电子设备200供电并控制第一可移动电子设备200一键开启;及
040:当传输关闭指令至第一可移动电子设备200时,控制第一可移动电子设备200一键关闭。
本申请实施方式还提供了一种手持装置100和拍摄设备400,手持装置100可以为上述实施方式的手持装置100,拍摄设备400可以为上述实施方式的拍摄设备400,手持装置100和拍摄设备400均能够应用该控制方法。手持装置100(或拍摄设备400)的控制部11用于实施步骤010、020、030及040,即,控制部11用于接收用户针对手持装置100的输入操作,并根据输入操作生成启动指令或关闭指令;控制通信线传输启动指令或关闭指令至第一可移动电子设备200;当传输启动指令至第一可移动电子设 备200时,接通电源20为第一可移动电子设备200供电并控制第一可移动电子设备200一键开启;及当传输关闭指令至第一可移动电子设备200时,控制第一可移动电子设备200一键关闭。
如此,在第一可移动电子设备200安装于固定架50后,在手持装置100接收到用户的输入操作时,手持装置100能够通过电源20为第一可移动电子设备200提供电能,用户可不必携带充电宝从而可减轻用户的负担;手持装置100还能够控制第一可移动电子设备200一键开启启动和一键关闭,用户无需将可移动电子设备拆卸下来即可启动和关闭可移动电子设备,从而有利于提高用户使用过程的便利性。
其中,输入操作可以是用户按压手持装置100上的控制按键操作,也可以是用户触摸手持装置100上的触控屏的触摸操作。例如,按压控制部11上的启动按键或关闭按键,控制部11在接收到用户对该控制按键的操作能够生成对应的指令(启动指令或关闭指令),并通过电连接机构60传输到安装在手持装置100上的第一可移动电子设备200上。当指令为启动指令时,控制部11能够接通电源20并为第一可移动电子设备200供电,以及控制第一可移动电子设备200一键开启(即第一可移动电子设备200在接收到指令前处于关闭(或关机)状态,当接收到控制部11的启动指令时,第一可移动电子设备200能够响应该启动指令并启动(或开机))。当指令为关闭指令时,控制能够控制第一可移动电子设备200一键关闭(即第一可移动电子设备200在接收到关闭指令前处于开启状态,当接收到控制的关闭指令时,第一可移动电子设备200能够响应该关闭指令并关闭(或关机))。
可以理解,当控制部11发出关闭指令后,控制部11可以关闭第一可移动电子设备200并断开第一可移动电子设备200与电源20的连接,使得电源20不为第一可移动电子设备200供电(此时,第一可移动电子设备200自身的电池进行供电),控制部11也可以仅关闭第一可移动电子设备200而不断开电源20。

当然,在其他实施方式中,第一可移动电子设备200与第二可移动电子设备300在进行数据传输时,通信模组80能够自行判断两个通信模式目前的通信情况,从而能够根据该通信情况选择较佳的通信模式进行两个可移动电子设备之间的数据的传输。

  1. 一种手持装置,应用于第一可移动电子设备,其特征在于,所述手持装置包括固定架、可伸缩杆、手持部及电源,所述固定架安装在所述可伸缩杆上,所述可伸缩杆安装在所述手持部上,所述电源设置在所述手持部上;
    所述固定架用于可拆卸地连接所述第一可移动电子设备,在所述固定架用于连接所述第一可移动电子设备后,所述手持装置用于通过所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备提供电能,并用于控制所述第一可移动电子设备启动和/或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述固定架设置在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述固定架能够拆卸地安装在所述可伸缩杆上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持装置,其特征在于,在所述固定架安装在所述可伸缩杆后,所述固定架能够相对所述可伸缩杆转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述固定架形成有相对的两个支耳;
    在所述固定架安装在所述可伸缩杆后,所述可伸缩杆的一端位于两个所述支耳之间,所述可伸缩杆通过阻尼轴与两个所述支耳连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述固定架包括第一扣合部与第二扣合部;

    所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部能够处于第二状态,在所述第二状态下,所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部相对转动,所述第一可移动电子设备能够从所述固定架上拆卸下来。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部转动连接,且所述第二扣合部转动地安装在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述开口呈闭合的环形,所述第一扣合部和所述第二扣合部中的至少一个设置有用于锁定所述第一可移动电子设备的结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第一扣合部包括第一半包围框,所述第二扣合部包括与所述第一半包围框互补的第二半包围框,所述第一半包围框和第二半包围框能够扣合在一起,以围合成所述开口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第一半包围框和第二半包围框中的至少一个设置有定位槽,所述定位槽用于与所述第一可移动电子设备上设置的可伸缩定位块配合,以将所述第一可移动电子设备锁定在所述开口内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第二半包围框可转动地安装在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述定位槽设置于所述第二半包围框上。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第一半包围框和第二半包围框中的至少一个设置有凸起,所述凸起用于与所述第一可移动电子设备上设置的滑槽滑动配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第二半包围框可转动地安装在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述第二半包围框形成有块体,所述凸起设置在所述块体上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述块体包括表面以及围绕所述表面设置的侧面,所述凸起设置于所述块体的侧面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持装置,其特征在于,在所述第二半包围框设置有所述定位槽时,所述定位槽设置于所述块体的表面。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述开口的中心线能够转动到水平位置或者垂直位置。

    在所述第二状态下,所述第一扣合件用于朝第一转动方向转动并驱动所述第二扣合件压迫所述第二扣合部与所述第一扣合部相触,所述第一扣合件用于朝第二转动方向转动并驱动所述第二扣合件拉紧所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部,以使所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部处于第一状态;和/或

  17. 根据权利要求6所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第二扣合部能够转动地设置在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述第二扣合部开设有结合槽,所述结合槽可用于安装预留元件。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述手持部上设置有控制部,所述固定架设置有电连接机构,所述控制部分别与所述电连接机构、所述电源电连接;
    在所述第一可移动电子设备与所述固定架连接后,所述控制部通过所述电连接机构与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接,以选择性地为所述第一可移动电子设备提供电能或停止提供电能,和/或,所述控制部通过所述电连接机构与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接,以选择性地启动或关闭所述第一可移动电子设备。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述电连接机构包括:
    设置在所述固定架上的触点,所述触点用于与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接;及
    穿设所述可伸缩杆的通信线,所述通信线的一端与所述触点电连接,所述通信线的另一端与所述控制部电连接。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述手持装置还包括设置在所述手持部上的夹子组件,所述夹子组件用于安装与所述第一可移动电子设备具有信息交互的第二可移动电子设备。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述夹子组件包括夹持空间,所述夹子组件通过改变所述夹持空间的大小以选择性地连接或拆卸所述第二可移动电子设备。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述夹子组件包括第一夹持部与第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部共同围成所述夹持空间;
    所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部能够相背移动以增大所述夹持空间的大小;和/或
    所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部能够相对移动以减小所述夹持空间的大小。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述夹子组件包括相连接的第一夹持部与第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部设置在所述手持部上,所述第二夹持部设置在所述第一夹持部上,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部共同围成所述夹持空间;
    所述第二夹持部能够在外力的作用下朝远离所述第一夹持部的方向移动以增大所述夹持空间的大小,所述第二夹持部能够在失去外力的作用下朝所述第一夹持部的方向移动以减小所述控制空间的大小。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述夹子组件还包括增稳部,所述增稳部分别设置在所述第一夹持部的表面与所述第二夹持部的表面,以增大所述第二可移动电子设备与所述夹子组件的摩擦力以及限制所述第二可移动电子设备脱离所述夹子组件。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部包括相连接的第一主体及第一夹持臂,所述第二夹持部包括相连接的第二主体及第二夹持臂;
    所述增稳部包括:
    多个软垫,多个所述软垫分别设置在所述第一夹持臂的朝向所述第二可移动电子设备的表面、所述第二夹持臂的朝向所述第二可移动电子设备的表面,所述软垫用于增大所述第二可移动电子设备与所述夹子组件的摩擦力;及
    多个块体,多个所述块体分别设置在所述第一夹持臂的远离所述第一主体的一端、所述第二夹持臂的远离所述第二主体的一端,所述块体用于分别限制所述第二可移动电子设备朝所述第一夹持臂的延伸方向、所述第二夹持臂的延伸方向脱离所述夹子组件。
  26. 根据权利要求20所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述夹子组件能够拆卸地安装在所述手持部上。

  43. 根据权利要求42所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第一半包围框和第二半包围框中的至少一个设置有定位槽,所述定位槽用于与所述第一可移动电子设备上设置的可伸缩定位块配合,以将所述第一可移动电子设备锁定在所述开口内。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第二半包围框可转动地安装在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述定位槽设置于所述第二半包围框上。
  45. 根据权利要求42或43所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第一半包围框和第二半包围框中的至少一个设置有凸起,所述凸起用于与所述第一可移动电子设备上设置的滑槽滑动配合。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第二半包围框可转动地安装在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述第二半包围框形成有块体,所述凸起设置在所述块体上。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述块体包括表面以及围绕所述表面设置的侧面,所述凸起设置于所述块体的侧面。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,在所述第二半包围框设置有所述定位槽时,所述定位槽设置于所述块体的表面。
  49. 根据权利要求39所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述开口的中心线能够转动到水平位置或者垂直位置。
  50. 根据权利要求39所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部通过扣合结构相对固定,所述扣合结构设置在所述第一扣合部上,所述扣合结构包括:
    转动设置在所述第一扣合部上的第一扣合件;及
    转动设置在所述第一扣合件上的第二扣合件;
    在所述第二状态下,所述第一扣合件用于朝第一转动方向转动并驱动所述第二扣合件压迫所述第二 扣合部与所述第一扣合部相触,所述第一扣合件用于朝第二转动方向转动并驱动所述第二扣合件拉紧所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部,以使所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部处于第一状态;和/或
    在所述第一状态下,所述第一扣合件用于朝第一转动方向转动并驱动所述第二扣合件松开所述第二扣合部,以使所述第一扣合部与所述第二扣合部处于第二状态。
  51. 根据权利要求40所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第二扣合部能够转动地设置在所述可伸缩杆的远离所述手持部的一端,所述第二扣合部开设有结合槽,所述结合槽可用于安装预留元件。
  52. 根据权利要求35所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述手持部设置有控制部,所述固定架设置有电连接机构,所述控制部分别与所述电连接机构、所述电源电连接;
    在所述第一可移动电子设备与所述固定架连接后,所述控制部通过所述电连接机构与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接,以选择性地为所述第一可移动电子设备提供电能或停止提供电能,和/或,所述控制部通过所述电连接机构与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接,以选择性地启动或关闭所述第一可移动电子设备。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述电连接机构包括:
    设置在所述固定架上的触点,所述触点用于与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接;及
    穿设所述可伸缩杆的通信线,所述通信线的一端与所述触点电连接,所述通信线的另一端与所述控制部电连接。
  54. 根据权利要求35所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述拍摄设备还包括与所述第一可移动电子设备具有信息交互的第二可移动电子设备,所述手持装置还包括设置在所述手持部上的夹子组件,所述夹子组件用于安装所述第二可移动电子设备。
  55. 根据权利要求54所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件包括夹持空间,所述夹子组件通过改变所述夹持空间的大小以选择性地连接或拆卸所述第二可移动电子设备。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件包括第一夹持部与第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部共同围成所述夹持空间;
    所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部能够相背移动以增大所述夹持空间的大小;和/或
    所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部能够相对移动以减小所述夹持空间的大小。
  57. 根据权利要求55所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件包括相连接的第一夹持部与第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部设置在所述手持部上,所述第二夹持部设置在所述第一夹持部上,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部共同围成所述夹持空间;
    所述第二夹持部能够在外力的作用下朝远离所述第一夹持部的方向移动以增大所述夹持空间的大小,所述第二夹持部能够在失去外力的作用下朝所述第一夹持部的方向移动以减小所述控制空间的大小。
  58. 根据权利要求56或57所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件还包括增稳部,所述增稳部分别设置在所述第一夹持部的表面与所述第二夹持部的表面,以增大所述第二可移动电子设备与所述夹子组件的摩擦力以及限制所述第二可移动电子设备脱离所述夹子组件。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部包括相连接的第一主体及第一夹持臂,所述第二夹持部包括相连接的第二主体及第二夹持臂;
    所述增稳部包括:
    多个软垫,多个所述软垫分别设置在所述第一夹持臂的朝向所述第二可移动电子设备的表面、所述第二夹持臂的朝向所述第二可移动电子设备的表面,所述软垫用于增大所述第二可移动电子设备与所述夹子组件的摩擦力;及
    多个块体,多个所述块体分别设置在所述第一夹持臂的远离所述第一主体的一端、所述第二夹持臂的远离所述第二主体的一端,所述块体用于分别限制所述第二可移动电子设备朝所述第一夹持臂的延伸方向、所述第二夹持臂的延伸方向脱离所述夹子组件。
  60. 根据权利要求54所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件能够拆卸地安装在所述手持部上。
  61. 根据权利要求54所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件能够转动地连接在所述手持部上;
    在所述夹子组件转动至第一位置时,所述夹子组件处于展开状态;
    在所述夹子组件转动至第二位置时,所述夹子组件处于收纳状态。
  62. 根据权利要求61所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述手持部设置有控制部,所述夹子组件可翻转地安装在所述手持部上,且所述夹子组件翻转至所述第二位置时,所述夹子组件能够翻转到将所述控制部遮盖的位置。
  63. 根据权利要求54所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述夹子组件设置有凹槽接口,所述凹槽接口用于容置所述第一可移动电子设备的外接接口,所述外接接口能够拆卸地安装在所述第一可移动电子设 备上。
  64. 根据权利要求54所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述手持装置还包括通信模组,所述通信模组用于所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间的无线通信连接。
  65. 根据权利要求64所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述通信模组包括第一通信模式与第二通信模式,所述第一可移动电子设备通过第一通信模式与所述第二可移动电子设备连接后,所述第一可移动电子设备与所述第二可移动电子设备之间的通信模式切换为所述第二通信模式。
  66. 根据权利要求65所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述第一通信模式为蓝牙模式,所述第二通信模式为wifi模式。
  67. 根据权利要求64所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述通信模组包括底座及连接接口,所述底座开设有安装槽,所述连接接口设置在所述安装槽的底面,所述第一可移动电子设备能够拆卸地安装在所述安装槽内,在所述第一可移动电子设备安装在所述安装槽后,所述通信模组通过所述连接接口与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接。
  68. 根据权利要求67所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述通信模组还包括卡块,所述卡块设置在所述安装槽的侧面,所述卡块用于限制所述第一可移动电子设备脱离所述安装槽。
  69. 一种控制方法,应用于手持装置,其特征在于,所述手持装置包括固定架、可伸缩杆、手持部及电源,所述固定架安装在所述可伸缩杆上,所述可伸缩杆安装在所述手持部上,所述电源设置在所述手持部上,所述固定架上设有电连接机构,用于与第一可移动电子设备电连接,所述控制方法包括:
    接收用户针对所述手持装置的输入操作,并根据所述输入操作生成启动指令或关闭指令;
    传输所述启动指令或所述关闭指令至所述第一可移动电子设备;
    当传输所述启动指令至所述第一可移动电子设备时,接通所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备供电并控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键开启;及
    当传输所述关闭指令至所述第一可移动电子设备时,控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键关闭。
  70. 根据权利要求69所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述手持部上设置有控制部,所述接收用户针对所述手持装置的输入操作,包括:
    接收用户针对所述控制部的键控操作。
  71. 根据权利要求70所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述电连接机构包括:
    设置在所述固定架上的触点,所述触点用于与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接;及
    穿设所述可伸缩杆的通信线,所述通信线的一端与所述从连接触点电连接,所述通信线的另一端与所述控制部电连接。
  72. 根据权利要求69所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述接通所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备供电并控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键开启之后,所述控制方法还包括:
    关闭所述电源。
  73. 根据权利要求69所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述接通所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备供电并控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键开启之后,所述控制方法还包括:
    控制所述电源持续为所述第一可移动电子设备提供电能。
  74. 根据权利要求69所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述手持装置上安装有第二可移动电子设备,所述控制方法还包括:
    通过所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备进行数据传输。
  75. 根据权利要求74所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备进行数据传输,包括:
    获取所述第一可移动电子设备传输的图像信息;及
    通过所述第二可移动电子设备显示所述图像信息。
  76. 根据权利要求74所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备进行数据传输,包括:
    通过所述第二可移动电子设备传输控制指令至所述第一可移动电子设备,以使得所述第一可移动电子设备通过所述控制指令执行相应的操作。
  77. 根据权利要求76所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括以下中的至少一种:
    指示所述第一可移动电子设备拍摄、指示所述第一可移动电子设备更改拍摄方向和/或角度、指示所述第一可移动电子设备更改拍摄模式、指示所述第一可移动电子设备回放视频数据。
  78. 根据权利要求74至77中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    通过所述第二可移动电子设备在第一通信模式下与所述第一可移动电子设备建立通信连接;
    在所述第一通信模式下,获取与所述第一可移动电子设备在第二通信模式下建立通信连接的连接信 息;
    根据所述连接信息建立与所述第一可移动电子设备在第二通信模式下的通信连接;
    通过所述第二通信模式,在所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间进行数据传输。
  79. 根据权利要求78所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述第二可移动电子设备建立与所述第一可移动电子设备在所述第二通信模式下的通信连接后,所述控制方法还包括:
    关闭所述第一通信模式。
  80. 根据权利要求78所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述第二可移动电子设备建立与所述第一可移动电子设备在所述第二通信模式下的通信连接后,所述控制方法还包括:
    通过所述第一通信模式和所述第二通信模式在所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间进行数据传输。
  81. 根据权利要求80所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述数据包括控制指令数据和图像数据,所述通过所述第一通信模式和所述第二通信模式在所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间进行数据传输,包括:
    所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第一通信模式传送所述控制指令数据给所述第一可移动电子设备,及所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第二通信模式接收所述第一可移动电子设备回传的所述图像数据并显示;或
    所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第二通信模式传送所述控制指令数据给所述第一可移动电子设备,及所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第一通信模式接收所述第一可移动电子设备回传的所述图像数据并显示。
  82. 根据权利要求78所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信模式为蓝牙模式,所述第二通信模式为wifi模式。
  83. 根据权利要求74所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第二可移动电子设备可拆卸地安装在所述手持部上。
  84. 一种手持装置,其特征在于,所述手持装置包括固定架、可伸缩杆、手持部及电源,所述固定架安装在所述可伸缩杆上,所述可伸缩杆安装在所述手持部上,所述电源设置在所述手持部上,所述固定架上设有电连接机构,用于与第一可移动电子设备电连接,所述手持部设置有控制部,所述控制部用于:
    接收用户针对所述手持装置的输入操作,并根据所述输入操作生成启动指令或关闭指令;
    传输所述启动指令或所述关闭指令至所述第一可移动电子设备;
    当传输所述启动指令至所述第一可移动电子设备时,接通所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备供电并控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键开启;及
    当传输所述关闭指令至所述第一可移动电子设备时,控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键关闭。
  85. 根据权利要求84所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述控制部还用于接收用户针对所述控制部的键控操作。
  86. 根据权利要求85所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述电连接机构包括:
    设置在所述固定架上的触点,所述触点用于与所述第一可移动电子设备电连接;及
    穿设所述可伸缩杆的通信线,所述通信线的一端与所述从连接触点电连接,所述通信线的另一端与所述控制部电连接。
  87. 根据权利要求84所述的手持装置,其特征在于,在所述接通所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备供电并控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键开启之后,所述控制部还用于关闭所述电源。
  88. 根据权利要求84所述的手持装置,其特征在于,在所述接通所述电源为所述第一可移动电子设备供电并控制所述第一可移动电子设备一键开启之后,所述控制部还用于控制所述电源持续为所述第一可移动电子设备提供电能。
  89. 根据权利要求84所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述手持装置安装有第二可移动电子设备;
    所述手持装置还包括通信模组,所述通信模组用于所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间的无线通信连接;
    所述通信模组用于通过所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备进行数据传输。
  90. 根据权利要求89所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述通信模组还用于:
    获取所述第一可移动电子设备传输的图像信息;及
    通过所述第二可移动电子设备显示所述图像信息。
  91. 根据权利要求89所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述通信模组还用于通过所述第二可移动电子 设备传输控制指令至所述第一可移动电子设备,以使得所述第一可移动电子设备通过所述控制指令执行相应的操作。
  92. 根据权利要求91所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括以下中的至少一种:
    指示所述第一可移动电子设备拍摄、指示所述第一可移动电子设备更改拍摄方向和/或角度、指示所述第一可移动电子设备更改拍摄模式、指示所述第一可移动电子设备回放视频数据。
  93. 根据权利要求89至92中任一项所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述通信模组还用于:
    通过所述第二可移动电子设备在第一通信模式下与所述第一可移动电子设备建立通信连接;
    在所述第一通信模式下,获取与所述第一可移动电子设备在第二通信模式下建立通信连接的连接信息;
    根据所述连接信息建立与所述第一可移动电子设备在第二通信模式下的通信连接;及
    通过所述第二通信模式,在所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间进行数据传输。
  94. 根据权利要求93所述的手持装置,其特征在于,在所述第二可移动电子设备建立与所述第一可移动电子设备在所述第二通信模式下的通信连接后,所述通信模组还用于关闭所述第一通信模式。
  95. 根据权利要求93所述的手持装置,其特征在于,在所述第二可移动电子设备建立与所述第一可移动电子设备在所述第二通信模式下的通信连接后,所述通信模组还用于通过所述第一通信模式和所述第二通信模式在所述第二可移动电子设备与所述第一可移动电子设备之间进行数据传输。
  96. 根据权利要求95所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述数据包括控制指令数据和图像数据,所述通信模组还用于:
    所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第一通信模式传送所述控制指令数据给所述第一可移动电子设备,及所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第二通信模式接收所述第一可移动电子设备回传的所述图像数据并显示;或
    所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第二通信模式传送所述控制指令数据给所述第一可移动电子设备,及所述第二可移动电子设备通过所述第一通信模式接收所述第一可移动电子设备回传的所述图像数据并显示。
  97. 根据权利要求93所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第一通信模式为蓝牙模式,所述第二通信模式为wifi模式。
  98. 根据权利要求89所述的手持装置,其特征在于,所述第二可移动电子设备可拆卸地安装在所述手持部上。
  99. 一种拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述拍摄设备包括:
    权利要求84至98任意一项所述的手持装置;及
    第一可移动电子设备,所述第一可移动电子设备能够拆卸地安装在所述手持装置上。
