L'invention concerne un nouveau moule de lentille de source de rétroéclairage à 256 cavités dans un moule, le moule de lentille de source de rétroéclairage comprenant un moule, le moule étant composé de 32 groupes de zones de produit ; chaque groupe de zones de produit étant composé de huit cavités de moulage présentant une structure de conception de réseau annulaire ; le centre de chaque groupe de zones de produit étant pourvu d'une entrée d'adhésif ; l'intérieur de chaque groupe de zones de produit étant pourvu d'un canal d'entrée d'adhésif ; trente-deux entrées d'adhésif et trente-deux canaux d'entrée d'adhésif étant prévus ; et les trente-deux groupes de zones de produit étant indépendants les uns des autres et n'étant pas en communication les uns avec les autres. Le nouveau moule de lentille de source de rétroéclairage à 256 cavités dans un moule du présent modèle d'utilité est pourvu de trente-deux entrées d'adhésif et de trente-deux canaux d'entrée d'adhésif, de sorte que chaque sous-zone de produit comporte une entrée d'adhésif distincte de façon à assurer efficacement l'équilibre d'un produit pendant le moulage par injection et la stabilité de la qualité, et chaque sous-zone de produit comporte un canal d'entrée d'adhésif de façon à réduire le matériau d'ouverture de drainage et à raccourcir de manière correspondante le cycle de formation de produit.
